Note: Since I am a sucker of human x na'vi relationships... and also this had been a request in my main account and i just decided to do it here <3 these are so short im so sorry??? and i wrote a whole friends to lovers w lo'ak mb, both of them have my heart

But as time passed you also meet Kiri's siblings, growing a special interest for Lo'ak <33

Soon enough you both find yourselves to be bonding, growing closer as you joined his reckless adventures

Then when Lo'ak realized he was, in fact, growing feelings for you

It had him confused.. And probably became distant w you to make sure what he was feeling was true and it wasn't some kind of stupid spur of the moment type feelings

It led to you being confused as well, why was he suddenly ignoring you all of a sudden? It kinda hurt

Lo'ak then decided to open up to his sister, Kiri, about you after a few weeks

After Lo'ak was done explaining, Kiri smacked him on the head

"Lo'ak you are probably the dumbest person I know at this moment, why don't you just go tell her how you feel!"

Bc Kiri also knows you like Lo'ak but she can't be too obvious

"(Y/N), I have to tell you something."

You had feared that you did something that made him this distant from you, or was he going to tell you that your feelings for him were too obvious and that he couldn't be with you because of the obvious difference? Or was it maybe because he just doesn't like hanging out with you anymore-

Whenever he spots a scratch on you he'd be taking you to Kiri, asking to put that special ointment that she uses on him and Neteyam whenever they get hurt from doing something stupid

With every adventure you took with him, Lo'ak makes sure to pick up a bead every time to remember the moment

When he finishes it and he gives it to you, he almost fell in love again w the look of adoration on your face as you thanked him over and over as you hugged him (yes he was carrying you or else you'd be hugging his leg 💀)

You never took it off and you even proudly showed it off in the lab and w his family, making him a blushy shy mess

Took you to ride on his Ikran once and he loved that you weren't afraid, but you were still clinging onto him while admiring the beauty of the Hallelujah Mountains

For Lo'ak, he can handle pda

No, he loves it

In a way he's reminded that you aren't ashamed to be with him and vice versa

He swears he's abt to go wild when you hold his pinky in public

When you both are free and hanging out in the lab he loves comparing hand sizes

And loves having your finger on his face, tracing his stripes

Its the small moments w you two that he treasures the most

Random sully family headcanons

Including- lo’ak, neteyam, Jake, neytiri, and kiri

Jake

Definitely dropped all of his kids at least once. Like it’s actually so bad neytiri didn’t let him hold tuk for a minute just cause she wanted to give her a fighting chance and he still managed drop her

“Babe cmon she’s my kid too I just wanna hold her for a bit I promise I won’t-” “No you are a skxawng. You will not drop this one before she’s had a chance to learn to walk.” “But-” “No.”

Despite dropping his children he still manages to be all of their favorites at one point or another. For the boys it was when they turned 7 to age 10 cause he was so willing to throw them around and lift them by their ankles.

This does end up in them all getting in trouble sometimes when they play too rough and one of them gets hurt . “shhh stop don’t cry your fine you don’t need your mom”- him and whichever son isn’t hurt.

For the girls it’s when their toddlers. Jake was definitely always a patient in Kiri’s make believe clinic cause ik that girl was playing doctor

And dear dear tuk gets him where it hurts most. “Daddy let me do your makeup” really it’s just face paint but he will end up looking like a clown. And don’t let tuk catch him trynna wash his face. It’ll be clash of clans up in there.

“Tuk I have to go out I have duties.” “Leave it on” “babygirl daddy can’t-” tears start to well as soon as he tries to fight back. Def attends a meeting or two with his face covered in a blend of colors

Ok ok now not family Jake

Can’t handle spice for shit I’m sorry someone had to say it look at that man he may be blue but he was white first that mf can’t take it

Let neytiri or even you make him something with a lil kick. Keeps clearing his throat and wiping the dribble from his nose like y’all can’t tell he’s literally dying.

Along with the whole food thing I think he definitely knows how to cook. I’m not saying he’s stellar but bro can wip something up when needed

Definitely forgets how big he is sometimes like he spent so much of his life being normal height and part of it being bellow that he will just smack right into thing or get stuck cause he swore he could fit. He cannot

I also feel like he gets still gets phantom pain in his legs like from being paralyzed before moving over to his avatar completely. Like it’s such a big mental hurdle that I doubt it goes away

Last but not least. And this is my personal favorite. Definitely goads his children into shit.

Corrects them in private but in public, will square up don’t play

Also feel like I’m the beginning she was definitely the stricter parent but as things changed she softened up where Jake took over being more rah rah

Will stand by Jake on most things but sometimes he goes too far and trust me he hears about it

Despite Jake having the boys favoritism in the adolescents. Before and after they are big mommas boys.

As toddlers yo they are up her ass constantly to the point where she has to ask her mom if this is normal.

“Sa’nok my sons they stick to me like sap from a tree it cannot be normal.” “They are children it is what they do.” “Mother I cannot relieve myself without one them following.”

When they get over it though. Heartbroken truly distraught. The first time one of the boys decided they’d rather hang out with their father she was betrayed and Jake of course didn’t help.

As teens they’re not as clingy as they once were but they definitely come to her for comfort or just affection. Whether it be random hugs from her or just cheek/forehead kissed from their mother they’re all about it

The girls and her are different I feel like. They’re definitely close especially tuk with how small she is. Her and kiri though I feel as though they connect more through their spirituality

And she def teaches kiri how to bead and sow and make clothing. I think they have little daughter dates where they’ll make an afternoon of just making beads and song cords. Chatting or sitting in a comfortable silence

Moving on cause my girl isn’t just a mom

To rival Jake. Spice monster bros. Tears it up without a second thought. She doesn’t even blink

I feel like it definitely becomes a big thing for a minute like norm grows a Carolina reaper just to see how na’vi taste buds react to what we consider to be real hot and she eats that shit like it’s a cherry

“Ok so this is a Carolina reaper it’s really hot so I’d suggest just taking a small-” *throws that shit back like a shot* “I-” “tiri spit it out.” “Why ma Jake, it tastes good. Could I have another?”

And I feel like it’s just her like the other na’vi def feel the heat on it. She goes around offering her new favorite snack to everyone and leaves a trail of pain in her wake. Offers one to Mo’at, simply gets a shake of the head paired with

“I will not be taken by Eywa today”

Way better cook compared to Jake. Kids will shoot her a painstaking glance as a plea for help if they see him cooking something they know he has no buisness making and she’ll take it upon herself to slip in some spices and correct some of his mistakes when he’s not looking. Saving her husbands dignity and her children’s pallets.

Tears up the dance floor don’t play with her. Feel like Jake introduces the concept of dance battles as a joke and it becomes a thing within the clan but everyone knows not to challenge neytiri cause she with whip ur ass McJagar style

Snorts when she laughs. Real loud too Jake thinks that shit is hilarious until he honks like a seagull one day and they agree to go cut out the laugh jokes for the sake of their marriage

Neteyam

Best big brother every don’t play with it

Takes after his mother in the sense that he is more than willing to kick ass for his siblings

Someone made fun of kiri for not being a “real” part of the family once and they had to call Jake to restrain him (def let him get in a few good ones before pulling him off)

The kind of older brother that steals his baby sister when his mom isn’t looking

Gets to the point that if neytiri or Jake can’t find tuk they’ll just assume she’s with neteyam cause he’ll just snatch her up and she LOVES it

Despite being less of a trouble maker then lo’ak he still definitely does shit he shouldn’t the only difference is he’s better at being sneaky

I think he’s more cautious around humans compared to his brother but he’s definitely really curious too

Ends up getting introduced to some of our music from earth.

Bro is SZA’s number one fan a thousand years later

“I might kill my ex, not the best idea~” singing to himself quietly unaware of his brother and spider giggling in the bushes. “Bravo! Give us more! More I say!” “Oh shove off lo’ak!”

He def got that rnb voice though boutta guve ninat a run for her money

Takes after his mother on the whole spicy food thing. Loves Carolina reapers too, he thinks it’s so funny to eat them and then breath real hard in his brothers direction just to watch his eyes tear up

Despite being able to sing can’t dance for shit, two left feet when it comes to rhythm lord help him truly

Really good at hunting, takes after his mother once again

The only person good enough at stalking that can sneak up on neytiri without her having to pretend she doesn’t hear him coming.

Weapon of choice is a bow although I feel like he has really good aim no matter what, throwing knives, slingshot, even a gun when his dad teaches him. Just a natural

Will say though someone give this boy a hug cause the amount of pressure he is under being the eldest son holy cow bro

Feel like this leads to neteyam having anxiety attacks just at the thought of having to take over the mantle one day.

Always goes to kiri when he has them she’s the only person who can calm him down

Lo’ak

Despite loving his family I think he can feel really isolated from them at times

I think him and kiri bond sometimes just over feeling like the odd ones out.

He compares him self to his dad and older brother so much like it’s just sad plus he’s always in trouble so it doesn’t help much

Even though him and his dad have their problems he strives so hard to make him proud

If he had to pick a favorite sibling it would be tuk, because despite neteyam being all over her and her being a snitch from time to time. Tuk just adores lo’ak

“Tuk you can’t come with me, it’s for big kids only” “I’m big!” “Cmon tuk it’s fine you can hang out with me.” “No! I want ‘ak I don’t wanna go with tem” “….damn bro how’d that feel” “ouch”

It’s almost tragic Fr, but he almost always folds when it comes to her. The only time he says no and stands on it so when he thinks she’ll get hurt or won’t be able to keep up.

Him and kiri besides being sad together also hang out pretty often

I think, like kiri and neytiri , she and him make beads together tho it’s more kiri doing it and him trying and failing

They having matching necklace pendants. He wears his in his hair as a charm cause he feels like that’s where it’s closest to him

While he does hold resentment towards neteyam I don’t think it’s enough to mess up their relationship. They were kids together and I think that means more

So that being said. Huge pranksters but only on their father.

The about of times Jake has had water fall on him out of no where is almost sad. They place decoys so he thinks he outsmarted them and then bam, face full of colored powder.

“Hah, those suckers. What do they think, that I’m stupid or so-” *leaf hits him in the face dousing him with bright orange pigment. Followed by the snorts and chuckles of his sons* “I’m gonna kill those damn kids”

Takes after his daddy, cannot handle spice. Minutely better then Jake but like not really

Neytiri makes this na’vi version of chilli and she has to make a tamer version for him and Jake. Even tuk can take spice better than them

Also really interested in human culture and ends up with his own little music taste

Feel like he’s big on 90’s rnb and hip hop. Destiny’s child, dr.dre, Tupac without question

Definitely spits hard ass bars for fun sometimes.

*Spider beat boxing shitily in the background while lo’ak is laying the ground work for some life changing shit. Mean while Jake is watching from afar with their mother* “that’s my son”

Will dance and he will eat y’all up with that shit. Norm lets him watch just dance videos sometimes when he comes over. Changes the course of his life

Will get jiggy with it everywhere and anywhere. Would kick everyone’s ass in dance dance revolution if they had it

Hunting, he’s alright

Bros nothing super special cause he’s clumsy as fuck and loud therefore everyone and their mother knows he’s coming but he’s not that bad in combat

Sometimes

Feral fighter, will bite and scratch, real dangerous with a knife. I’d definitely say he’s more of a close contact fighter over distance

Kiri

Jake’s princess I’m sorry

She has that man wrapped around her finger and she KNOWS it

Will literally get in trouble with neytiri over it sometimes

Loves all her siblings so much tho and if she ever feels left out she knows she can go to them they’ll comfort her and make her feel like one of them again

Def starts shit with lo’ak for no reason, she just thinks it’s funny to make him mad

Will ease off sometimes when she knows their father went off on him recently though

That’s when him and her make neteyam’s life difficult poor boy.

Is neither here nor there on the spice scale. Better than Jake and lo’ak for sure but no where near her older brother and neytiris tolerance. Besides I don’t think she really cares for it anyway

Loves to cook, very bad at it

Truly comical how many times neytiri and even mo’at have tried to teach her. Like she’s given the family food poisoning multiple times

Makes Jake try everything cause she knows he won’t say no

Subject to tuk’s makeup makeover also but is usually a good sport

Music cause I have to now

She’s an indie girl don’t play

Hello there mate!

Hope you're doing good and I'm here to say I ADORE you're Dad!Tsu'tey works and they bring me my daily dose of serotonin.

But also, since I've read (and reread) the "Grumpy dad and his feral son" work I've been having some thoughts. Like, what if Tsu'Tey was just a second too late and they managed to take Spider away? How would he react (I mean obviously he would hunt the shit out of them down) ? When would he and Spider reunite again? In the forest while he was with the recoms? In the battle of the Sea Dragon? I mean he would most def come to his rescue if the letter is the case to come and get him (+ to aid the Sullies), but then I also wonder what would happen. Would the whole Neytiri holding him hostige infront of Quaritch so he would release Kiri thing happen? How would he react to that? Or what if he got shot instead on Neteyam (not dying tho cos I want both my faves to live a happy life) ? I bet Tsu'Tey would be fucking terrified cos it woul remind him of how he got shot and almost died.

Anywho I'm sorry for the long line of questions and suggestions I left but when my brain finds something to hyperfixate on it will not stop coming up with questions and possible scenarios for the said thing 😅

I love the way your brain thinks Anon. (The fact I literally had most of these scenarios either thought out or planned :D) This got long. All the questions just gave me so many ideas and I RAN with it. Enjoy the memes and I hope there's no obvious spelling mistakes.

If Tsu'tey were too late to grab Spider before Quaritch got to him:

I could definitely see him tearing off after the recoms. Maybe he springs from the bushes too late, and Quaritch has already hoisted the boy up over his shoulder. Naturally, Tsu'tey still tries to attack him with his bow, but Lyle opens fire too fast and he old instinct has him retreating. Man definitely has some PTSD from getting shot during the war, and although mentally he still wants Spider back, his body goes on auto-pilot and throws him out of the line of fire. Lyle keeps shooting in his direction as the recoms retreat, but Tsu'tey isn't gonna let something as silly as instinct keep him down for long.

That's his boy, they'll have to kill him to keep him from getting him back. Thankfully, Jake knows exactly where his brain went and literally had to throw himself at this man so he didn't end up getting himself shot (again). Jake likes Spider well enough, but he thinks regrouping is a better course of action than charging in guns blazing - shocker, he's actually matured since having his kids.

Tsu'tey definitely fights with all he has against Jake, cursing at him and trying to wrestle himself free. He can't focus on anything but the distant roar of the enemy ship as it soars in close to the canopy. He can see the lights, and through the trees, the vague outlines of the recoms strapping themselves in. Lo'ak definitely has to wrestle the hunter's knife out of its sheath before he remembers it is there. But no one can save Jake from Tsu'tey biting the shit out of him. Man does not give a shit at this point.

When he gets free. (Of course it's a when not an if.) The airship is already long gone. A distant hum in the distance, even to his superior hearing. The pure, unbridled rage on this man's face is terrifying. Instead of explosive, loud anger, he's cold, almost unnervingly calm. A whole new level of terrifying.

Jake is definitely too scared to try and coax him out of the clearing and instead focuses on reassuring his children. Neytiri has to approach him, she's known him the longest afterall. Had stuck with him through the loss of Sylwanin, the fall of HomeTree, the war, she knows how best to handle him when he is like this. That doesn't mean her words are effective however. Tsu'tey needs a moment of stillness to collect his thoughts and recollect himself after the adrenaline burst, but Neytiri is already grabbing him roughly by the bicep and trying and drag him to his ikran.

He's still seething. Barely seeing straight. Half baked plans of him attacking the demon airship before it could get to Bridgehead were sounding more tempting by the moment.

Somehow Neytiri drags him out of the clearing and into the branches of the trees. Hauling his weary body to safer ground. But in his musing, Tsu'tey recalls the figure of Neytiri in the trees when Spider fell. He remembers seeing her dragging Kiri away with half a nod of acknowledgement sent Tsu'tey's way. It sends a fresh wave of rage crashing over him.

"You left him." He suddenly snarled, ripping his arm from her and pointing an accusatory finger at her. "He was right there, and you abandoned him!"

Neytiri's ears droop and she doesn't deny it. She doesn't back down either. "My priority was Kiri. I assumed you could handle it." She doesn't apologise for her actions or inaction. Just holds his gaze and holds her ground. Her expression neutral.

Tsu'tey knew she'd never taken much of a liking to Spider, despite her relationship with Jake and his heritage. Despite Tsu'tey unofficial adoption of the boy. There had always been a sense of hostility between the two. With Neytiri acting colder to Spider and the boy refusing to call her out on it. Tsu'tey had never thought to address it or try and help them mend that gap, now look at them.

And that's the real kick to the teeth. Not that Neytiri didn't care enough to be sorry that it was his kid taken instead of her own. It was the truth in her words that had his anger faltering. He should've been able to handle it. Spider was his son. And he let him slip through his fingers. He should've fought harder, dirtier. Should have resorted to teeth and nails if he had to.

So what if he got shot? If he'd angled it right, he would've had enough time to get Spider to safety.

If it had been Neteyam or Lo'ak in Quartich's hold, Jake would've torn himself apart to ensure their safety. Neytiri would've fallen into a blind rage to keep her children safe. Would have used every resource at her disposal to protect her own. She would have stared death in the face and kept snarling. And what had Tsu'tey done? Allowed a past experience to still his movements. To make him hesitate, and now he might have to pay the price for the rest of his life.

His retort dies on his tongue as his heart clenches painfully. But Tsu'tey had never been one to give up easily. He kept a tight hold on his anger, allowed it to guide him as he shoved past Neytiri and called for his ikran. His face was set in his trademark scowl, but there was a predatory fluidity to him that only came out during the war. When what he loved was threatened.

As his ikran lands beside him and he makes the bond, Lo'ak sidles up to his side, offering him back his knife. There is a familiar fire burning in the depths of the boy's eyes. A desire for vengance, and a sea of guilt and pain. Tsu'tey allows his face to soften for a heartbeat, he bends over the side of his ikran and squeezes Lo'ak's shoulder tight. "I will get him back." He promises.

Lo'ak chews on his lower lip, his eyes flickering to Tsu'tey and holding his burning gaze. He must see Tsu'tey's determination, his drive, his stubbornness, because he cracks a small smile and nods.

The family prepares to return to High Camp. Jake warning Tsu'tey that any attempts to go after Spider now was a suicide mission. He didn't argue, but neither did Tsu'tey agree. He also chose to ignore Neytiri handing Tuk off to him. Just kept his gaze ahead, and his hand loosely wrapped around the little girl's stomach so she was secure in the saddle in front of him.

If they reunited in the forest:

Lets say by chance Tsu'tey gets word of the Demon ship in clan territory again, or he's just riding around the forest on a pa'li because it helps him clear his mind.

He hasn't slept since Spider was taken. He's worried for his boy and severely regretting not letting him know what he meant to him before this shit show got so out of hand. In typical Tsu'tey fashion, he's been spending his time gathering Spider's belongings for when he returns.

Norm had already handed over most of the boy’s prized possessions when Tsu’tey asked for them from his bedroom in the compound. He’d packed everything away neatly in preparation to wherever Jake was planning to flee, so his son would have what he needed the minute he was retrieved. Spare exo pack, rechargeable batteries, etc.

He's in his head so deep, that he takes a double take when he spots Spider through the trees. His pa'li makes an abrupt stop, the large animal mirroring Tsu'tey's shock as he stares wide eyed at the image of his boy stood on a log, above a group of recoms. Even from a distance he can see the bruises. He can see the tense set of his shoulders, his swift glances to the forest, despite pretending to be at ease.

Tsu'tey's shock melts into a scowl as his bow groans under the tightening on his hands. He steels himself with a long, deep inhale, mentally calculating the space within the small clearing. The sight of the guns on the recoms have his heart pounding, and his scars tingling with phantom pain. He knows deep down that his bow will be useless in a one on six fight. His only advantage is surprise, and he only gets one chance.

Tsu'tey's mind is made up before he takes his next breath. He knows he needs to try. Even if it ends with a bullet between his shoulders and his pa'li throwing him off from the pain, he needs to die trying. Whether it kills him or not, he needs to return Spider to the clan, where he will be safe. Where Jake and Neytiri can take him to a fresh start, a safer alternative to the clan at war.

The recoms are distracted. Only one wearing sunglasses is actually taking stock of his surroundings. Spider is talking, commanding most of the group's attention.

Sucking in a deep breath, Tsu'tey lets out a sharp call that could easily be mistaken for some distant herd animal. None of the recoms react but he sees Spider visibly stiffens. Tsu’tey grins despite himself and readies his mount.

He notches an arrow into his bow and urges his pa'li forward. He erupts from the undergrowth with a war cry, and skewers the closest unsuspecting recom. It scatters the group like startled yerik, who immediately scramble for their guns.

"TSU'TEY!" Spider yells, sounding shocked and elated to see him. The hunter spares only a moment killing a second recom before he's charging for that log. His pa'li races past faster than the enemy can load their weapons, and it gives Tsu'tey large enough of an opening to lean down and grab Spider's by his extended hands. The child immediately latches onto him, grabbing whatever he can as Tsu'tey swings him up into the saddle in front of him and together they disappear off into the undergrowth.

Shots were fired at their back but no one got hit, much to Tsu'tey's relief. But the adrenaline rush isn't over because Spider turns around and yells in a rush about a tracker in his mask.

Not to worry though, because Tsu'tey is very up to date on all the old compound location. Even as his triumph sours, he takes confidence in the distant yells of the recoms and the light pressure of Spider at his front. He snarls softly to himself as he makes his pa'li change course.

Yes they get the masks switched out without issue and toss the bugged one into a fast moving river to send Quaritch on a wild goose chase and buy the Sully's more time to run.

Side note: In this possibility, Tsu'tey was definitely convinced Spider wasn't safe enough with him and he had to go with the Sully's to the Metkayina clan. And Tsu'tey was NOT planning to go with him. HAVE ANGST!!

If they reunited on the Sea Dragon:

In this scenario, Tsu'tey ends up visiting the Sullys when the Sea Dragon turns up. He just wanted to check up on his friends and see if they've heard anything about Spider, and the next thing he knows, he's got nieces and nephews to save, and a score to settle.

Tsu'tey is definitely going straight for the ship.

It's during the stand-off where the Colonel has his gun to Lo'ak's temple and Jake isn't telling anyone over the comms what is happening - preparing to hand himself over like the idiot he is. Tsu'tey was circling above the clouds on his ikran with Neytiri, carefully listening to his ear piece as he tries to decipher what is going on. The minute he catches sight of Spider being escorted back into the ship, all rational thought leaves this man's head. Of course he has enough sense to remain undetected - he's not stupid - but he's also not on board with Jake's self-sacrificing bullshit. In Tsu'tey's books, failure is not an option this time around. He is getting Spider back if it kills him.

Tsu'tey and Payakan being on the same wavelength.

The tulkun YEETING himself onto the ship's deck and giving Tsu'tey big enough of an opening to land his ikran and send the beast back up into the sky undetected. He makes brief eye contact with Neteyam who's circling the shallows around the belly of the ship, getting ready to leap up and help out his siblings.

The oldest Sully boy points to the kids tied to the railing, Tsu'tey nods. He motions behind him, where the RDA sailors took Spider and Neteyam nods his understanding.

On the horizon, the Metkayina clan are inbound. Tearing through the waves and heading straight for the ship.

Tsu'tey decides that they've got this covered and finds the nearest doorway that will lead him into the belly of the metal ship. He's too tall for the corridors and either has to knuckle crawl or walk at a constant stoop. His bow is a pain to hold loaded in the tight space, so he opts solely for his knife.

He navigates the ship blindly. His ears pricked for Spider's voice, but otherwise killing anyone he comes across and moving swiftly. He knows the destruction caused by Payakan would've damaged something valuable and he needs to move fast.

I love the idea of Tsu'tey stumbling across the control room in time to find Spider steering the ship towards the rocks and then brutally killing the controls with a fire extinguisher. (Boy was eyeing that lever heavily whenever he was in the same room as it). Just Tsu'tey letting out a half formed growl as the crewmates try to tear Spider away and fix the lever, but his oncoming attack getting put on hold as the enormous ship speeds for the rocks and promptly takes off.

The minute that bitch lands back in the water, you can bet Tsu'tey is the first on his feet. He erupts into the room with a sound so unnerving that the crew forget that they are armed. It's an unfair fight. And despite the tight quarters and being outnumbered, Tsu'tey wipes the floor with everyone.

They find Spider an exopack and get the fuck off the sinking ship to meet back up with the Sullys out on the rock.

Just the crew out cold or dead at his feet, and Tsu'tey closing the distance between himself and Spider. He drops into a crouch, all hard scowl and sharp eyes, and gently tucks Spider's dread behind his ear. "Are you unharmed?"

Spider nods, dumbfounded and thrown off by the raw concern in Tsu'tey's voice. Tsu'tey grumbles. He can see spots of blood all over Spider, small grazes and nicks that shouldn't be there. His stripes are faded and his hair needs a retwist. But he's alive, and Tsu'tey isn't going to let anything else happen to him.

Bonus:

The standoff:

I feel like throwing Tsu'tey into the mix would throw so many scenes off course with his sheer presence that the stand off between Neytiri and Quaritch where they're holding the kids hostage wouldn't happen. There would be too many variables changing for it to occur the same way, but lets pretend it does.

(Neteyam is alive btw, just resting on his rock with Tsireya kindly mixing him up a poultice she learned from her Tsahik training. Lyle didn't kill him, but Neteyam definitely had to protect Lo'ak's dumbass in some way. That child is accident prone.)

Anyway, we've got Quaritch holding Kiri hostage. Jake is trying to keep Tuk out of harm's way. No one knows where the fuck Lo'ak is, but he's slippery enough to get himself out of anything. And then we've got Neytiri making a last ditch effort to protect her daughter by threatening to take away the last thing Quaritch loves; Spider.

In the background, we've got Tsu'tey. Breathing hard, slightly wounded from throwing himself around on a ship with broken equipment and guns getting fired at him from all directions.

Raised voices draw his attention. He's standing on the walkway overlooking the deck where the standoff is occurring. He spots Spider first, under Neytiri's blade, begging for Kiri's life instead of his own. Anger like he's never felt before curls hard in his stomach. The betrayal is worse than when Jake and Neytiri first mated. It was one thing to let his son get captured, it was another to murder him right in front of Tsu'tey.

Kiri's voice stops Tsu'tey from doing anything stupid in his blind rage. Every molecule of his body screams to defend his child, but common sense makes him take in the situation.

His head snaps to Quaritch holding Kiri hostage. To Jake within arms reach, but preoccupied with Tuk. To the knife drawing blood at Kiri's neck.

Tsu'tey also takes note of the clear shot he has from his vantage point. There is no conflict within him as he notches his bow. No concern for Spider's reaction, or the conflicted feelings he might have towards his birth father. Tsu'tey's mind is clear. His hands are steady. And his mind is made up.

He takes the shot, and nail's the recom through his right eye. The arrow - fired with all the strength he could muster - goes straight through bone and wedges in up to two thirds of its shaft.

Quaritch sways for a heartbeat, his knife clattering to the metal deck as Kiri tears away from him and throws herself at Jake. Then he collapses with a painful thump. Limps sprawling and his head lolling.

Slowly, Tsu'tey lowers his bow, his gaze narrowed and his tail whipping behind him. He catches Neytiri's eyes as the huntress and her family follow the direction the arrow had come from.

"Unhand. My. Son." Tsu'tey snarls, his voice ringing out over the soft crash of the waves and the pop of fire. His gaze is venomous, fingers twitching for another arrow if Neytiri doesn't back down. There's still a crazed edge to her gaze, a look Tsu'tey is sure he shares. He hasn't felt this shaken since Spider was taken.

Neytiri nods once. An acknowledgment. And lets Spider go.

His son stumbles away, furiously scrambling to put distance between himself and Neytiri. Kiri was quick to soothe him, check him for injuries as Jake carefully approached Neytiri to take the knife off of her.

Tsu'tey leaps down from the upper level. He can't be bothered to find the stairs and the height is nothing compared to what he has to deal with back in the forest. He keeps an eye on Neytiri, but knows that Jake has her now. Ears pricked in case of further enemies, Tsu'tey spares a few moments to kick Quaritch's corpse and make sure he fired a killing shot. The last thing he needed was to grow comfortable again and then in fifteen years have to deal with this bullshit all over again.

"Dad?" The quiet utterance has panic straightening his spine. It's not one of his nieces asking for Jake's attention. It's Spider's voice. Quiet and shaky and so vulnerable that Tsu'tey just wants to wrap himself up in his arms.

Instead, all he can think about is Quaritch's body at his feet. Tsu'tey's arrow protruding from his eye socket. His blood pooling at his feet.

Then it hits him all at once. Spider's birth dad is dead at his feet, and Tsu'tey put him there. Tsu'tey killed him. He didn't even ask. Spider spent months with this man - against his will - but not everything is black and white. They might have come to some understanding. He might of grown to know him outside of his video logs and the fleeting stories he overheard from the Omaticaya. Spider may have gotten to know Quaritch without the biased lense of hate everyone else talks about him with. And Tsu'tey murdered him. What's worse, he felt triumphant doing it.

Tsu'tey can feel his hands shaking, regardless of how tightly he grasped his bow. His ears were flat against his skull, his tail tucked in close to his legs. He prays he just looks like he's reflecting, in contrast to being crushed by the weight of his actions. And he keeps staring at Quaritch's corpse. The arrow. The blood.

"Dad?" Spider says again. A little louder. More confident. And it kills Tsu'tey as he cringes, eyes squeezing shut against the guilt.

A brush of a hand to his wrist. His eyes snap open, and there's Spider. Gazing up at him with wide, tearful eyes. His mask is slightly cracked and he's bleeding from his chest where Neytiri caught him with her blade. But there is no hatred in his expression. Only relief and exhaustion.

"Dad, are you okay?" Spider asks him, and he looks at Tsu'tey as he says it.

The realisation hits him like a sturmbeest stampede. That Spider was calling him Dad, not the corpse at his feet.

With a deep, shuddering breath, Tsu'tey pulls himself together. "I am." He reassures his son as he drops into a crouch. It is evident from Spider's expression that he doesn't believe him, but the boy doesn't push.

Instead, he throws his arms around Tsu'tey's neck and burries his face under his chin. Tsu'tey chuckles wetly, his arms wrapping around Spider and dragging him close. It soothes every raw instinct in him to finally have his boy back in his arms. Tired and injured, but safe.

Around him, he can hear the Sully family beginning to wade into the surf, so Tsu'tey tucks his arms under Spider's thighs and hoists him up onto his hip, like he used to when his son was still a toddler. Despite his age now, he's still the perfect size for Tsu'tey to carry unhindered out of the shipwreck.

Ghost Spider au where after he dies, be it from an incident or being kept in the Dr. X machine for too long, and the whole ghost part happens, he can just straight up manifest into the world. By that I mean that anyone will be able to see him. He's like one of those ghost that have unfinished business, but instead of wanting vengeance, he just wants to make sure the Sullys are ok.

Like, Lo'ak is about to get eaten by an akula? Spider guided Payakan there to smack it to death and become friends with his bro.

When Tuk, Lo'ak and Tsireya get captured? Hey look, a supposedly dead person appeared out of nowhere, look at him while Neteyam swoops in to get them out.

Neteyam is about to get shot? he gives him a little ghostly nudge, making sure the wound wasn't fatal.

When Kiri is held under the knife? Hey Quaritch, your dead son is right in front. How are you doing? Just the shock is enough for him to falter and for Kiri to get out, allowing Jack to finish the job (Yes, Quaritch blue, electric boogaloo is dead here).

The glow fish that Kiri used to find Tuk and Neytiri? That was him this time.

After that, he does his darndest to keep his incorporeal state a secret, while also giving them little hints so when it eventually does come to light, they'll be a bit prepared.

Also, I'm saying it now, Neytiri is the one to find out first.

This is lITERALLY TRAGIC, like, one of the saddest concepts I've ever read. It begs the question; are the ghost rules like most ghost unfinished business rules? When the Sully's are safe, and are okay, will he disappear and move on? It's a tragic thought.

Technically this can't be achieved until the RDA is gone or peace is reached, so he might be around for years. It might take like a decade or something. So if they eventually figure out he's a ghost, it might not even mean they have to accept his death. He's still there, he's just even more separate from the world he grew up in. Maybe he spends years learning to be able to touch things and to be touched with time, maybe he develops relationships and friends and family past how things were when he was alive. Everyone would be so relieved and excited when the war ended, but no one was ready for Spider to disappear?

God, I can't even handle Neytiri figuring it out first tho.

Ceiling

Sorry for the late post today, i had an off day if you know what i mean.

Jake and Neytiri came home after something that felt like hours! Jake had to do clan leader things, like organising the next hunting or preparing ceremonies, a lot of ceremonies.

Neytiri had to assist a woman in birth and to prepare the choir for the ceremonies, a lot of ceremonies.

They reunited only outside their Marui, their children laughing could be heard from outside, they gave eachother an exhausted look before getting hand in hand and coming in their home, both prepare from the things that were obviously about to happened, because Eywa only could know how their children seemed to drink coffee and eat candies instead of water and vegetables, a lot of coffee and candies.

As they enter they found their 3 older children gather together on the middle of the marui giggling and whispering to eachother, meanwhile Tuk their youngest was peacefully sleeping in her spot.

"What up with you?" Jake asks meanwhile Neytiri go to check on Tuk to see if she was hungry, after all she was just a few months old.

The olders kids stopped their giggles and slowly faced him.

"Nothing" Lo'ak respons, he was rocking himself standing, his arms behind his back and he looked like he was about to to whistle, which was comically to Jake and in any other circumstance he would be on the floor laughing, but that was Lo'ak, something definitely was on.

Now that he looked around, Spider, his kids friends wasn't there, and it was only mid afternoon so why did he go away early? Jake could brush it off, but his six sense the one he devolved thanks to his children telled him that something was definitely off.

"Where is Spider?" He found himself asking.

Kiri becomes to giggle followed by Neteyam and Lo'ak.

Now that was concerning, a sound came from above Jake, when he looked up he saw the blonde human kid who was clinging on the ceiling with his hands and feat, he looked terrified.

"What are you doing up there?" Neytiri asked to Spider, she was now next to Jake and Tuk was in her arms, eating from her breast.

"We were trying to see if he could climb like us!" Neteyam responded on Spider behalf.

Neytiri and Jake exchanged looks at eachother, both too much tired for this but if not them who would have deal with it?

Jake sighed and putted two fingers at the verge of his eyes, shaking his head gently "Guys he can't, he is not like you, he is different" Jake explained and looked back at Spider who have strange look on his face, but Jake could quite make it since the light of Alpha Centauri was reflecting on the oxygen mask.

"Are you okay?" Neytiri asks Spider and the human child said no with his head. "Ms Sully i stopped being okay thirty minutes ago"

"How long have you been up there?" Jake now is asking, "an hour maybe" Kiri responds for Spider.

"Can I please be put down now? I think I'm gonna throw up" Spider said.

Jake nodded and lifted his arms to pick up the child, who was easy since the little one practically dropped himself when the arms were placed under him.

As Jake catched the boy and toke him in his arms he could help but notice that keeping the kid in his arms seemed right, even tho he didn't understand why, he just felt that it was right.

Spider was in Jake arms for maybe five seconds? Then he wanted to get put on the floor.

Why so soon? Stay in my arms a little more, i can protect you this way.

But Jake didn't listen to his thoughts, he putted the child down, and Spider felled on his butt since he didn't use his legs for long.

Been there

Neytiri bend over to him, in her arms some calming oils and Tuk who was kicking her little legs, seemed like she wanted to make her Mother drop the oils but Neytiri could easily handle Tuk and her kicking, after all, Lo'ak was her son.

She started to put the oils in Spider skin, meanwhile Jake was explaining to the other kids why they were skxawng.

The oils she was putting on him, should have let the headache he probably had and all his malaise disappear.

As she put the ointments she could not notice the feeling of right she was having by helping the human out, it felt right to do so, like it was natural.

What is this feeling? He is a sky person, why I'm having this tipy of feelings for him? They are no different from the ones i feel for Tuk, or Lo'ak or Neteyam or Kiri. Why I'm feeling this way over him? Why do i feel the need to protect him? To kiss all his bruises? Why does him have this many bruises?

When she finished she discovered the child was now asleep.

"Jake he is sleeping" She whispered to her mate

"Is late, maybe is better if he stays with us only for tonight, what do you think?" He asked her, his mounth was saying something, but his eyes were saying another thing.

"Yes, is better if he stays with us only for tonight"

Part 2 of this time-travel concept!

Actually part one is all I had in my head at first but after I start it other ideas just keep coming in so here we go!!

Part 1 , Part 3

It is another normal day Spider thought, he got out from the lab into forest running ahead to village where his, siblings for him he didnt know what they think, best friends were. He's ran and jumped over the root then ran again, raised his head up to soak in how beautiful Pandora is.

Then he finally there, in front of the Sullys' pod so he waited for his friends, maybe I wake up early today that's could explained why they don't come out yet, but when random thought reached him, he started fidgeting in his place

or maybe they went without him?

Just as his mind decided to thought of something bad there's a na'vi behind him when he turned around he saw Jake, who seemed... shocked? But why?? What made Jake shocked in this morning?? He had no idea at all.

“ oh Mr.Sully, ” Spider used his most polite tone as possible to hide his curious, this is not a good sign; if Mr.Sully here Mrs.Sully would be here soon, he didn't want to offend anyone so he said again “ I came here for Lo'ak and Kiri but um.. am I disturb you? If so I can leave ”

He didn't realized Jake didn't looked at him until he did. All of his moves were kinda weird today, Spider hoped he didn't sick or anything, even it's obvious Jake wasn't in his right state. With lacking of Jake's response he decided to called him again “ Mr.Sully? Are you– ”

His words were cut off by Jake, that's made him relief actually, “ y- yea? I'm good, kid ” the man looked nervous as if he didn't know what to say next “ so.. you here for the kids, right? They might be here soon.. ”

Jake couldn't understand at first how could he sleep through last night without wake up in middle of it but he understood now, it's because he's in another dream. Jake try to laugh out his stress but failed when he still uncomfortable with how the boy before him looked.

Spider tried to hide his doubt then just keep waiting but failed the first one miserably since Jake looked awkward even more after saw his face. Fortunately, Jake didn't say anything, in fact Jake begging him in his mind to not ask any further, or maybe he wanted to but the chaos in his pod shut him off.

Start with Lo'ak shout that he would remember anywhere, Spider taken back by it nonetheless, then there Kiri's voice, not loud as Lo'ak's but still louder than usual. That's not what made him surprised the most since it's normal for the two to mad at eachother even it's just early morning. But how Neteyam also in that argument as well tho, not trying to calm his siblings or mediate them, that's could be one of most shocking moments of his life.

When Jake tried to say something to stop them as usual he was, again, shut off by the Siblings stromed out of their marui, so fast that they didn't noticed Spider and could've bump into him if he didn't managed to avoid it in time. “ woah easy there cuz ”

He tried to sounded chill, but the way they hastily turned to him was too.. too fast he wonder if they'd get neckache after that

Then they started to cry, out loud, little Tuk quickly ran to him for a tight hug and cried into his chest as if she was afraid he would disappear before her eyes if she doesn't hurry, he had just realized how much this three-years-old na'vi girl had grown in that moment due her height and strength she leaned and put on him. the older siblings also moved to his side pulled him into their hug. Spider can feel their tails curled around his middle, his thigh, his legs and his waist.

Spider was really confused now. Why are they be like this?? Did something happened?? If it's only Tuk, he could assume she had a nightmare and he know how to handle it! But this! This with other siblings had same action, he had no idea what should to do.

Not that he mind it though he liked it even, but it's too sudden and he couldn't keep up with whatever they're thinking “ um.. what's worng guys? ”

They didn't answer him just some murmur ,into his shoulder from Lo'ak and Neteyam, he couldn't understand due how quiet they were. However this was bad, really bad, they're still in fornt of the Sullys' marui and Neytiri can show up at any moment, she would kick him out as soon as she saw him be near her children this much.

“ Kids, let Spider breathe should you? ” Jake suggested after returned from his thoughts, he also didn't sure about his mate's reaction to this especially after everything that happened yesterday, or he should say his previous dream? He didn't ask for this kind of dream

The siblings' ears perked up a little but they weren't stopped their snuggling to their human brother friend, but at very least they hold back a little more except for Tuk, wait his kids also younger?

He heard footsteps and oh his mate was on her way, his chlidren must heard it as well 'cause they hastily got up and shield Spider from door way before set off with Tuk threw herself into Spider's arm to be hold by him.

“ Jake, where the kids going? ” Neytiri pushed the beaded curtains aside, her words were so firm, so sharp that it sounded like command and it's not sounded like he's in a dream

Of course you're not, stop being in denial already, Jake. Its hard to think of anyone from class b disliking another class b student so this is mostly who their least favorite is i guess (idk i tried)

Awase - monoma, cuz hes a dick sometimes lmao

Sen - Shiozaki has pissed him off once or twice with how straight laced and uptight she is about her ideals. (Theyre good but are annoying to deal with in the middle of battle)

Kamakiri - kuroiro, hes so quiet and soft spoken that its hard to hear him and it pisses him off.

Kuroiro - Kamakiri, always yelling and telling him to speak up.

Kendo - she doesn't dislike anyone but monoma is a lot to handle at times.

Kodai - she doesn't really have any hard set connections with her classmates so shes pretty neutral about everyone

Komori - the only person she dislikes is some random support course guy that made fun of her quirk (she stood up for herself tho <3)

Shiozaki - anyone that disrupts her ideals just because they are in combat (sen lol)

Shishida - honestly, awase. Hes very respectful towards people (calling them sr and mam and such) while awase is very foulmouthed lol

Shoda - he doesn't dislike anyone but komori scares him a bit. (Her quirk is actually really powerful if you think about it.)

Pony - she really loves and cares about everyone but monoma is a bit of a jerk sometimes! Especially when he takes advantage of her language barrier!

Tsubaraba - he doesn't dislike anyone but he knows first hand how scary some of the nicer students can be (refer to rins)

Tetsutetsu - monoma, hes mean to class A even when his buddy kiri is in there

Tokage - she's still waiting for Tsubaraba to figure out that his on going joke with rin effects her too. (Refer to Tsubarabas or rins for full context)

Manga - no one specifically but if you make fun of little kids you die.

Honenuki - has no enemys. Everyone brings something to the table and for that they have value.

Bondo - Monoma drains his energy when their together. (Even if theyre on opposite sides of the room)

Monoma - he genuinely loves and cares for all of class 1-b (but he is a bit scared of kendo and awase cuz theyre not scared to beat the shit out of him when hes being rude to class A)

Reiko - Kamakiri, please stop yelling, your giving her a headache </3

Rin - he doesn't dislike anyone but if Tsubaraba turns down the ac just to watch rin fall asleep in a weird place again...

You know, I really thought I'd read Play Away part 2 and be fine! I mean, we were finally getting a Kiribaku scene, I was ready for Bakugou to fully accept that he wants to be with Kiri! I did not expect that scene to end the way it did, you weren't supposed to hurt me!

That said, I freaking loved it! My God, your brain!!! I knew something would happen with the phone and I thought he'd probably see the calls afterwards and feel guilty but it was genius to have him see it during sex and react like that! Poor Kiri tho! Honestly, if I were in Kiri's place, I wouldn't have handled this very well! As a reader, I liked that Bakugou still loves us and wants to come back but I also want him to be with Kiri and be happy! 😭 I'm torn! You have such perfect timing tho, because since I'm going through an angst reading phase, that's exactly what I needed to read right now!

I had forgotten how much I love reader and Sero in this fic and if I'm honest I think their 'goodbye' hurt a little more than Kiribaku's! They have great chemistry, I love the dialogue and you can see how easy it is for them to be with each other, it comes so naturally!

No one's happy in this fic, at least not yet (fingers crossed we get a happy ending) but I think for Kiri and Sero, it's worse! They're the ones who know what they want and they've wanted it for a long time and they get a glimpse of what it'd be like to finally be with reader and Bakugou and then it's over! Poor babies 😭

You did an amazing job with this chapter and I can't wait to see what happens next! 💕

Ah! Hi! How’ve you been?

There have been some changes… Thought I’d at least try and step up my game a little. Everyone else’s blogs are so pretty - I felt left out. But, yeah - it’ll be 1 year in August. Which is mental thinking I’ve been writing smut about fictional men for that long! 🤣

In my defence, I did say it was going to get worse first! I’m so glad (and relieved) you liked it tho - there’s a lot of awkward symbolism and parallels in there that I think get away from the point a little, but I felt like I needed a bridge of wrapping up outstanding emotions before we progressed to the new normal, if that makes a lick of sense?

Kiri’s carrying so much guilt I feel like he feels obligated to lose Bakugo? Like he deserves it… Which makes things a bit awkward. But, I’m totally with you about Sero and Reader. They’re the ‘innocent’ parties in this, so there’s an added ache for Sero especially, I feel, which is worsened as he starts to realise he’s very much caught up for Reader.

I’m not going to say it’s a happy ending, but it’s not going to be full on angsty either… Saying it’s complicated feels like a cop out, but it is!

Kiri x Thancred

Story time! After the events of Thancred’s possession at the hands of Lahabrea, Kiri openly sought out Thancred and kept him company. Surely after all he had been through he would want some semblance of normalcy without scrutinizing looks from others. They spent time together talking, telling stories, laughing, and on occasion training. Kiri expressed she was interested in using daggers so he offered to teach her basic moves. One thing lead to another- But it was a one night situation, neither feeling it was within their best interests to pursue a romance. To this day they tease each other over that one night spent together, both try very hard to embarrass the other.

That’s not to say I couldn’t ship them! They argue a lot and are both pretty bullheaded, but they both mean well.

Kiri x Estinien

While a part of me could easily see the ship being a thing, I’ve grown to like Estinien and Kiri as rivals. Rivals to lovers would be fun to explore though! They’re both Dragoons and Kiri likes to make everything a competition to compare her skills to others. She often teases Estinien about certain happenings as well which would no doubt infuriate him.

Kiri x Lyse

This is a little bit of a challenge for me, mainly because I wasn’t very impressed with Lyse in the story. I think they could have written her story far better than what we were given and because of this, I don’t take much interest in Lyse. Maybe if things were different, I could ship them. They look cute together and both would kick each others ass. But I don’t feel like Kirishimi would be interested in Lyse in that way. Now if it was Yda

class 1a with reader with suuuuper hot hands

pairing: platonic!class 1a x gn!reader (they/them)

genre: crack, fluff, drabble

warnings: a lil bit of self conscious reader,,

author's notes: i. love. class 1a. and yes. i include shinsou. shhhh.

boiling point

basically, upon touching any metalic element with at least three pads of your fingers, you can bring it to it's natural boiling point. for example, if you touch an iron plate with three fingers, it'll start to boil. you can't return whatever you boil into it's previous state. as soon as you stop touching it, it hardens up, and yes this works for things mixed in with other elements, but it'll ONLY boil the metalic element.

so obviously this can be a bit dangerous. it's upon will, but sometimes you just get kinda excited and your emotions might trigger the quirk to activate. it happens mostly when you're passionate, so you wear thick gloves that only leave two fingers on each hand exposed. still have four fingers out, but it makes it way less likely for you to accidentally do something.

you got into ua through the tests. you'd get as close as possible and touch the robots wherever a spot was open, but you still had to be pretty careful. not everyone was resistant to such extreme temperatures, so while the metal was pooling and boiling around your ankles with no problem, you had to yell at others to stay back. it did make it easier to rack up points for yourself when most others physically couldn't take a robot target from you, though.

up until living in the dorms, all was pretty mellow. you weren't seen as a threat by bakugou or todo who were making their aim for the top clear. you performed, and you performed well, but you didn't really show what you were fully capable of until after the summer camp attack.

and then people started being like 🧍 WHERE WAS THIS ENERGY BEFORE-?

they knew you were strong. but DAMN.

kiri calls you manly. fr. like. all the time, even at the beginning of the year, but especially after you show that you can literally BOIL DOWN AN ENTIRE BUILDING'S STRUCTURE-

he is kinda scared of you being around tetsutetsu, though, he doesn't want you to accidentally melt one of his bestest friends 😭

bakugou like 😐 on the outside but is going apeshit on the inside. he does tell you to not be so reckless tho-

"oi, bunson burner-"

"hey-!"

"try not to bring down the entire fucking building, will you?"

"you're the one with the demolition quirk-"

and you bicker back and forth, never coming to a conclusion as to who's quirk is more unnecessarily destructive.

deku thinks you're fucking cool (bc he thinks everyone is cool) but he really does wonder if you could theoretically boil tetsutetsu. not that he'd like to actually see it.

he also thinks it's fascinating how much control you have over it. the way you calculate when to move, how, and how it should correlate with lifting your fingers from your target while keeping in mind the environment just-

it's so complicated and he wonders how you're able to get it done in your head so quickly.

once, during civilian-rescue training, you were tasked to save dummies from beneath large debris. a few happened to be metal-based, and the way you handled it? bringing it to a boil, letting it spill outward, release. it hardens. bring it to a boil, letting it spill outward, release. hardens. and you were quickly able to get the pieces light enough to safely remove. and for practice with civilians injured by those objects, still in contact?

"so if you boil it just enough, as it drips, it starts losing that heat the further from your hands so it just comes to a melting point... but you had to lift your fingers and..."

"OI, DEKU, STOP WITH THE DAMN MUMBLING-"

shinsou can relate to you fr. being told and reminded about how dangerous your quirk is, how much power you have to cause damage to others, especially when the world around you is full of metals to boil just like it's full of people to brainwash.

any quirk can be used for bad in one way or another, but ones that can just seem so naturally made to destroy and manipulate such fundamental parts of their everyday life? yeah. labeled, easy.

one day you're just minding your damn business on a group outing. it's all good, everything is chill and then

"isn't that the ua student who tried to boil the tracks to make the train stop during their internship?"

"the one who interned with mount lady? ...oh my god, it is-"

and they had the audacity to not only stare, but scoot away from you because of course you were on a train with them 😀

and yes, you did do that. but it ended up actually being effective. sure, it ruined the track and almost caused damage to the train (and passengers) but the worst were a few concussions and some reconstruction.

besides, if you hadn't, the whole thing would've been hit by a villain's much more dangerous quirk up ahead.

but yes, you heard, and it made you uncomfortable. you were trying really hard to appeal to public opinion, but some people still thought you were dangerous, careless.

shinsou noticed. and as much as he was tempted to brainwash those ASSES, he knew better than to draw any more attention. he was lucky they hadn't recognized him under his hoodie.

"if you did something wrong, mount lady would've told you. it did look bad without context, but you did what you had to do."

and that from shinsou was equivalent to

"you should be proud of what you did because i know i sure am."

and that felt really nice and :) yes, very nice, you two end up becoming best friends allies and nobody can separate you two tbh-

dark shadow likes you a lot. he appreciates your patience from experience since... well, growing up, when you accidentally activated your quirk, people weren't as patient. tokoyami appreciates it, too, ofc.

denki calls you hot stuff, and you have to remind him that he has a choker buckle around his neck that you can boil right against his skin if he tries anything funny-

also yes, you've threatened to boil off mineta's "pants" of his hero outfit LMAO-
