I wish some aces would stop excluding other aces with complex sexual experiences. like I get why but you have to realize that being ace does not mean they don't enjoy sexual experiences and it's weird when you complain about allo people and boil it down to "people who have sexual experiences" and also shame people for their sex life and kinks as if your own community doesnt INCLUDE those people. because there are other aces out there who still masturbate, who feel sexually attracted to their own body, who barely experiences sexual attraction but still enjoys sex, who like consuming sexual media, who like sfw kink. being ace is so so much more complex than just "disliking sex". and also aromantic exclusionism in the same genre of posts is something i see a lot. especially aro allos. I hate hate hate seeing a community that SHOULD be inclusive boil down sexuality and exclude people.

you are enough. there's only one you and there will always be people who will love you just for you who are. you will have your own personal spin on a character, have them be influenced by your own thoughts and experiences, and breathe life into them in a way that no one else can. and that alone is something to feel proud of because that is something no one can take from you.

sick and shaking over the fact that nandor is just 24/7 resisting the urge to squeeze guillermo real tight and kiss him all over his face and tell him how appreciated and wonderful he is. It is so fucking SICK how he likes guillermo so much all the time and has no idea what to do with it .

fauci saying “vulnerable people will fall by the wayside” and that some will die but that’s ok because we’re not going to see the “tsunami of cases” we’ve seen before is so dehumanising. so babies with no immune system, elderly people, disabled people, and people without adequate access to healthcare can all die of covid. but it’s ok guys because actually they’re just falling to the wayside and everyone else will go back to normal and be fine (sarcasm).
my death or the deaths of my family or friends wouldn’t be us “falling by the wayside”, it would be us being failed by our government, healthcare systems, and communities who have refused to take coronavirus seriously despite mounting anecdotal and scientific evidence of the harm this virus does. fact that people can accept the deaths of vulnerable groups just because they want to eat in a restaurant or don’t want to wear a mask is horrifying

After hearing about those vigilante killings in the USA, I find it strange how people are talking about them in terms of some abstract misanthropy rather than bringing up how the victims were part of heavily persecuted and demonised groups. Like do you really think that kid would have been shot if he was a little white boy? And plenty of people are rude and disruptive on public transport, but they usually aren't murdered for it because they aren't homeless and therefore aren't treated like literal vermin.
Like the problem isn't that these vigilante killers are too individualistic or lack a sense of community. More often than not they have a very strong sense of community as well as very strong ideas of what should happen to people they consider outside it
