Today is a bit of pink and purple with Jeffree Star Blood Lust and Jawbreaker eyeshadow palettes. I skipped the lashes today.. it's too damn hot, they would've just melted off my eyeballs.😅🔥❤️🌹
Today I wanted to show you two very different looks using Blood Lust. A lot of people have assumed that the Blood Lust palette doesn’t offer a lot of variety because of the colour story but the looks I’m going to chat you through are very different.
Given the nature of the palette the first look I wanted to do was a bright purple with glitter since that’s the main colour story of the palette. So first off before we talk eyes I am wearing the Wet Melon Glitter Gloss by Jeffree Star (pictured one the left) which is a gorgeous pink toned gloss with pink and silver. This gloss is from the original collection. Now let’s chat eyes. I first started off with the shade Your Majesty which is a matte white shade all over my lid but mainly focusing on my brow bone. Next I use the shade Vivid Mood which is a gorgeous matte lilac shade all over my lid and then I blend in my crease the shade Blood Queen which is a beautiful bright purple. Then I buff in those shades for a minute so they flow with the darker purple on my outer lid and then getting lighter with the lilac. Next I use the shade Betrayal which is a shimmer purple on the centre of my lid leaving a shimmer in my centre lid. And lastly I use the new purple foil shade Pink Magic all over my lid leaving a gorgeous glitter finish. There we have it! The purple glitter eyes, I love this look and it’s a lot brighter to my usual style.
The next day after I got the palette I had work so I decided to do a much softer look then the night before. This time I am wearing the Gloss Sorcery (pictured right) which is from the Blood Lust collection and is a gorgeous nude gloss with purple and silver glitter infused in the gloss. This gloss has a gorgeous new purple packaging to go with the new collection and out of the collection is in my opinion the most wearable. Now on to the eyes, like the first look I start off wearing the shade Your Majesty which is a matte white all over the lid. Next in my crease I buff the shades Royal Pain which is a coral pink and High King which is a matte purple toned pink together to make a pink shade. After blending that over my crease I then use the shade Deviant which is a very light toned lilac all over my lid and lastly in the centre of my lid I use the pink foil shade Wet Jewel all over. This look is more of a soft pink look compared to the first look.
So as you can see while this palette has a particular colour story you really can do a completely mixture of looks both bold and sutble. I hope you’ve enjoyed this mini Blood Lust series and there’s still so many looks from this palette so you’ll see a lot more in the future.

Say it with me: Don’t need it, noooot gonna buy it.
Raise your hand if you love a good anti-haul -*raises hand.* We’ve entered another year with another bunch of products I really don’t want to buy, don’t need to buy, and you probably don’t either. There have been a lot of product launches announced thus far in 2020. And, honestly, there are a lotof things that had me doing a double take. But…
I just filmed a few videos for igtv and wanted to chat you through one of my favourite looks using the Blood Lust palette by Jeffree Star so enjoy!!
