Ngl, I really miss Wrecker and Crosshair's friendship from the Bad Batch arc in Clone Wars season 7. There are so many moments when we see the two interact. For example, Wrecker often likes to tease Cross. Cross isn't always a fan, but he puts up with it. Then there's that scene where the two can be seen talking with each other in the background. You see what I mean guys??? Plus, there's their little competition about taking out droids. It's so wholesome! Cross also gives us one of his rare smiles when Wrecker shows off his strength while rescuing Cody. Finally, there's all the times Wrecker stands up for Cross when the latter opens his mouth for a snarky comment.
And can we talk about Wrecker JUMPING off a high place to save Cross despite his fear of heights???
I really hope we see them interact in season 3. I need their wholesome friendship to return (even though it won't, let's be honest).
Side note: one thing I noticed is that Crosshair is always the one to hang back and observe for danger. In almost every situation, he's the one to spot the danger before the others. He's so used to looking out for everyone. I miss my grumpy sniper so much 😫

This is Ali Ondasa’jega, my Balosar Jedi rocking her new look courtesy of the ever-talented and utterly phenomenal @cadhla182 !
She’s been through one hell of a narrative arc, going from one of the earliest Jedi to voice concerns with the Clone Wars as a Padawan, and even trying to defect to the CIS when it wasn’t clear how dark they were as a form of protest, to the death of her adoptive father and imprisonment by the Republic, to her corruption by the Inquisition when she was made easy pickings during Order 66, having already been wracked with grief and anger, to finally meeting the love of her life, a Clawdite ex-Jedi as well who managed to bring her (mostly) back to the light by simply acting as a positive influence and effective counterbalance to the darker impulses she was grappling with. Back to the Light, though not exactly the picture-perfect image of a serene Jedi by any stretch, Ali is the Jedi Knight you call on when diplomacy has failed and you really need someone willing and able to ruin some jerk’s day.
But before they can rebuild the Order, they kinda need to tear down the Empire! Rebellion, ho~!

Obviously this is one of the scenes of all time AND I feel it is my duty to point out that ten degrees would actually be a SUPER steep slope, especially for a parking lot!
8.3 degrees, or five percent, is the upper limit for universal access, i.e. the steepest a ramp or pathway can be for comfortable use by folks using mobility aids like wheelchairs. And those ramps can be pretty steep! 2% is great for stormwater drainage, 5% is usually the upper limit recommended, and 6.6% the absolute cutoff, for parking lots in standard building codes. So either they're having the RIDE OF THEIR LIVES on an absolute precipice of a parking lot code violation, or my precious miracle of moving parts is going to have a BLAST in introductory structural engineering class.

hello! thank you for hanging out with me while I lost my mind over crabs that was fun. I have real news to bring you tho, now that it’s somewhat solidified: I am drawing stuff for a TTRPG! which means art’ll probs be sparse on here until the end of the year at least. so yeah if I go kinda quiet after this it’s not bc I sold my beloved for two dollars by misremembering what a click does to a crab on tumblr I’m just having fun + doing work + losing myself to the horror

Mills Family - Round 4
I’m testing out a little something with the library—a half-baked way to borrow books. I say half-baked because I’ve not tested it in any capacity and I didn’t exactly think about it for too long before deciding to try it out, but in theory it should work.
Once I pick a sim to be my tester, they’ll choose a book from the chest, and use the library printer to print a record of the book they’re borrowing. One copy of the record will stay in the library, another copy—if I decide to photocopy it—can stay with them. They’ll keep the comic until the next round.
Since the library will have a written record of the borrowed book, I’ll be able to check if books go missing from the world (or end up in sims’ bookshelves).
As the library becomes more library-like, Mollie decides it’s time to start imposing some more rules. That means no playing football on the premises! It was the perfect moment to use the ‘threaten to sue’ interaction from my court mod.

I endured a day of out-of-control imagination that wanted to come up with a million story ideas all at once, and emerged on the other side with a renewed desire to try my hand at my "Twelve Huntsmen" retelling again. It won't last. But for now I have a vivid image of how to tell about our heroine's first meeting with the lion.

"there are too many nukes in or around russia for this to be very funny" are you under the impression that if russia falls into civil war they're going to nuke themselves?

my selina still starts off as a cat burglar because what better way to hurt the rich than to take what they love most ? until she thinks of an even better way which is to cut them into little pieces and slow cook them in a crockpot :)

about dinner stuff: i just can't understand why tf Val was sitting next to George, who decided "thats gonna be funny" (i mean they were probably nice and polite and all because Lewis was sitting on the other side of the table, buuuut still)
i mean, obviously this also boggled my mind, but i don't actually believe that these grown adults had assigned seating. i'm sure they sat where they were at least a little comfortable, so either: valtteri has decided to forgive george to forge a civil professional relationship (which is okay; i'll hold the grudge for valtteri), valtteri evaluated the situation and decided being across from lewis was worth the cost, or george was okay with getting a cold shoulder all evening. who am i to judge, i guess.
