I love the library so much. They did a Creation Station while we were there today and we just went in and joined a bunch of kids and older people and made bead art for free.

Ok ok ok so!!! Best bus experience ever?!?

So I’m trying to find the bus stop - I didn’t find the one I meant to get but another bus that would also get me where I was going was the bus stop I found.

And I get there and the person waiting there is like ‘you have really cute vibes’ and I’m just ☺️

And tell them that I’m not 100% sure their vibes but I like them too

And they’re just “the queer vibes yes”

(I am in shorts (longer, almost to my knee) and a green tee. A white linen button down is mostly on and tied to be more cropped around my waist. I am wearing glasses and have a kn95 mask around my wrist bc I’m outdoors and it’s not crowded and I have a bubble tea that I’m drinking. I have my huge ass backpack bc I can’t pack light even for one fucking night apparently.)

And so we were both getting on the same bus so we chat.

They just recently moved out there from the sameish area I’m from (well. Almost 3hr drive. But still)

And hell I can’t even remember what we even talked about (I definitely recommended the cat cafe). (Or at least much of it)

But they get health insurance through their job which is amazing (bc I said I like my job aside from the Capitalism/corporatism of it) even if it is a job pretty purely of capitalism. They’re three years older than me. They are part of a polyamory advocacy group. (Shared bc I showed the piece of Andy, Quynh, and Nile Together)

Like bc it was what are you studying then since I am working and in school and it’s like “well I would love visarts but…” and circled to like what kind of art and I mentioned I paint and they asked to see some and they liked it!!

Bc we were both getting on the train they asked if I could join for a bit so I did and then after getting off we found some shade and chatted for a bit longer and then I helped them find the Costco (bc they weren’t 100% sure where it was and was going to Google map it and I was 90% sure I knew where the entrance was bc I go to the area around there quite frequently) and then bc I was in the area I went to go see more cats and grab some food before heading back home.

They’re so fucking cool!!

(They did not however wear a mask so even if we weren’t like. Kinda in different stages of life and several many hours apart due to geographical circumstances it wouldn’t have worked out anyway but it was super cool to meet them!)
