It’s just… it is everything that Cardan thought Jude would notice his “SO OBVIOUS” exile riddle and thinks Jude to not hesitate to come back. Beside his certainty of her cleverness to piece the riddle together, he believed he was that clear about his feelings toward her; he had thought she absolutely ought to know how he feels for her.
Like oh buddy. BUDDY. Your wife had thought of the answer to your little riddle like you thought she would. But guess what? She has detrimental TRUST ISSUES. (Like… Ur super mean and hot, I can’t blame her.) Anyway.. it’s SUPER adorable of him to so wholeheartedly believe she wouldn’t question his trust. It reveals so much about his pov of thier relationship.
Jude thought Cardan’s (silly) trick was a (vile) trick, when it was simply a: “Im trying to impress/pay you back in kind with our romantic metaphorical sparring and eventually get you out of political drama for a bit,” trick.
I’m fucking laughing wow these delusional ass children I fucking love them.
#IM JUST NOW REALIZING I SPELT THEIR WRONG AND IM SO EMBARRASSED#at least it was the right their😭😭#THEYRE SO REAL LMFAOOOOOO#like they both were so hot ofc they constantly questioned the validity of each others feelings#if the last part didn’t make sense I’ll explain#she knew he had tricked her into exile and when Jude was like ‘can I pardon myself?’ she thought it was another trick to humiliate her#like girl it was to do THE OPPOSITE of humiliation#HE WAS SENDING YOU TO SAFETY UNTIL YOU COULD COME BACK AND FLAUNT UR NEW POSITION#but basically it revealed that he loved like Jude loves#that they have the same heart#(he’s not like the reg folk. he grew up around so many mortals as she did the folk)#but he’s a faerie so he doesn’t take caution to being unpredictable#Jude even knew: the folk could be humanlike but they (the folk) inevitably would do something to remind her that they STILL ARE folk#though she had too easily assumed that the folk acting like the folk meant betrayal#he thought the whole marriage thing had meant she fully trusted him#because he knew how hard it would be for her to give up her power over him#and he thought because that she had given up her ability to command him(comma) that she couldn’t doubt trusting him any longer#queen of nothing#the cruel prince#the wicked king#Jude Duarte#jurdan#cardan greenbriar#tfota#I’ve known them since I was 13 they’re much older in my stubborn pov#also me using the semi colon as if I’m sure that it’s proper grammar LMAOOOOO#confidence is key

DPXDC Prompt #91
Danny was dimension hopping, his original dimension was still there but after his parents disowned him when they found out it wasn’t safe anymore especially with the GIW stepping up their game. Danny just wanted to find a dimension where he could live peacefully after all he was part human and while he loves the infinite realms it wasn’t sustainable in the long run to his human half. He finally finds one where the GIW doesn’t exist at all, but the weird part is there are actual superheroes here. The weirder part is his counterpart in this dimension is part of the Justice League! The bad part is it seems in this dimension the portal fully killed him so how was he supposed to explain to his counterpart that he was half dead.

If SY were to interact with other MXTX characters how many and who do you think he'd be able to wifebeam
the only characters he absolutely would NOT be able to wifebeam are hua cheng, xie lian, and lan wangji. i believe without a doubt he would wifebeam wei wuxian though. he is so vulnerable to beautiful scholarly autistic men.
the majority of side characters are absolutely done for though. wen ning? gone. obliterated. pei ming? fucked. absolutely fucked. sy bottles bisexual awakenings and forcefeeds them to unsuspecting victims. jiang yanli is a married woman but i think she and jin zixuan could blow his back out together. aromantics are immune from the romantic implications of the wifebeam but will still be obsessed with him in some way. only lesbians are safe.

i see that YOU wanna be bothered too and that you're a d4 enthusiast like me (they're my pookies!!) soooo what's your thoughts on the hc that annie was a career?? 🤭🎤
omg first of all thank you for sending this also i just saw your header and that’s such a slay
this is SUCH a good question and i know it’s so controversial so this is just my personal take!! i totally understand why people might think it’s wrong-
but i do believe that annie was a career and volunteered for the games. i think all victors are damaged from their games in a way and annie is just a different (perhaps more extreme?) example of the affects of being in the arena.
the thing is, you can have all the training in the world- but nothing really prepares you for that kind of violence. especially not seeing your district partner, someone you knew, being decapitated. that is extremely heavy and traumatizing to witness even for someone who volunteered for it. and yes, maybe most careers wouldn’t be impacted by that to the extent that by the human brain is a weird thing and all people react differently.
i saw someone make the comparison between soldiers signing up to join the military and still coming out deeply traumatized by what they saw and i think that’s a pretty good example. you can know what you’re getting into, you can train, you can do whatever- but you’re never truly 100% prepared to go through something like that.
in my opinion, that actually makes her a much more interesting- and no less sympathetic- character! i think a lot of people don’t want to associate annie (and even finnick i see a lot) with being “careers” because the careers are associated with being the bad guys and no one wants their faves to be the bad guys. but the careers were not evil/bad people- they were brainwashed children. but that’s another rant for another day.
so yeah idk if any of that even made sense but basically:
yes, annie is a heavily traumatized- but real- career.

So I wanted to ask you a bit more about Bunny and Ralph and their ‘domestic ménage’!  I find it weird too.  It’s never really clear, they seem to speak in code, then there is the separate kettles thing, that freaked me out when I noticed it, and that weird ‘Bunny’s gone’ except that he hasn’t, and then Ralph ‘Do you feel like believing that?’  What do you think is going on there…….
Honestly, I have no idea! I was very meh the first time I read about their relationship (before the car scene, of course) because I was convinced that Laurie was just blowing it all out of proportion. It seemed to me to be a casual relationship: stuff like the separate kettles, Ralph having his own apartment (even though Bunny lives downstairs), etc. all formed this idea in my mind that they were just messing around and weren't anything really serious. Now, I don’t think that’s true anymore but I’m no more clear on the intricacies of their relationship than I was before. Ralph certainly doesn’t seem to respect Bunny and Alec seems to agree that he’s not suited to him (which Laurie reiterates through his constant questioning of how Ralph can stand him). But other than that, I’ve no idea what is going on.
I think a major reason I thought their relationship was weird is because of the fact that all the information we get of it comes from Laurie, who himself feels that way but doesn’t know enough about the situation to provide an answer as to why Ralph would be in it in the first place; he doesn’t know most of the story, is only there at the end, adores one-half of the equation while despising the other…and he’s the only one we can follow along with! It doesn’t help that most of his observations only serve to reintroduce/reinforce the same two questions constantly in his mind: 'why is Ralph with someone like this?' and ‘how can Ralph stand him?’ And that's all we get as readers! It's just Bunny being odd or painfully tone-deaf (the comments about Bim) or actually evil (the car scene+what he does to Andrew) and Laurie looking at Ralph, who he adores and has been dreaming about for years, going: 'but why though?’
I don’t have many other thoughts but I would love to hear more (real, unlike mine) theories! I’m really in the dark about Bunny generally; I feel there’s lots of stuff I didn’t pick up on regarding his character because I was too busy focusing on Laurie and Ralph. Oh, and as far as the ‘can you really believe that?’ comment, I assume it’s just that Ralph is used to such things being disbelieved. Laurie himself has a moment where he thinks they might get back together so long as no one intervenes to keep them away from one another in 48 hours (I think so anyway, I might be misremembering what he said). But anyway, thank you for the ask! I'm sorry I don't have much more to say!

short hair 13 but in a way that makes it clear shes doing this manually. regenerates with longer hair, wakes up on the sinclairs sofa and after nuking ryans phone goes "come on lets catch an alien! no hang on" and then shes like "grace do you have scissors" "yeah here but wh-" already has choppily cut off half her hair
at the end at the funeral it looks like someone (we dont know who) (it was yaz) tried to tidy it up a bit to make her look presentable. then it's short for the rest of s11 and s12 until revolution where it's like past her shoulders. then flux until the end it's short again

Feeling excessively strange answering a job-survey. So, I did some job-applications and discovered that I still had an old Indeed account that hadn't been updated since 2020, so I tweaked my profile there. I was asked to take a demographics survey and I decided to go ahead on it in case it could get me favored by those looking for a diversity hire. I check a few boxes. I'm white, but I am female and have a disability. I've taken these things before. There was a new box on the checklist, one I hadn't seen before. "A part of the LGBTQA+ Community?" Normally I'd decline to answer (if only LGBT, for instance), but because more of the alphabet was listed, I answered "Yes." And promptly felt weird about it. I'm Asexual. This is, of course, what the A stands for (but I know some people mistakenly think it's "ally," which it is not. Honestly, a job service should know that it stands for Asexual because if A was for ally, they'd just be weeding out homophobes?) But, still, I felt a little awkward about it because here I am, not a lesbian or bisexual or pan, nor am I trans and answering this. It's like... yeah, I'm not straight, but not gay either and I guess those feelings I have long had of always being "a little on the outside" just came up. It's especially weird because I'm in a relationship where I'm "straight-passing" but...nope. And I guess I've always felt like I've wondered a little if asexuality is legitimate? I mean... not personally, I know what I am, but in terms of how the world thinks? Other aces feel this way sometimes? Why has a job-diversity survey gotten me so tizzied?

Thinking about Taylor’s explanation about “peace” in the Long Pond Studio Sessions being, “are the things I can give you enough to make up for the things that I can’t?” And now we have Travis out here on main telling anyone who asks that he just ignores the noise which allows them to just live their lives as freely and as normally as they can which in turn makes them very happy and well. That’s got to be a mind blowing experience is all I’m saying.

Do you have a translation or a summary for the Arashi lgbt story? Sorry but there's a lot of misinfo going on and I want to make sure the Eichi is canonically lgbt is right (I do believe it just dk if it's canon)
I do ! Whenever I make seemingly outrageous claims I always have sources. The "Arashi refers to Eichi, Tori, and herself as "us" when talking about the LGBTQ" comes from the final chapter of Pretty Mission, when they were talking about the legality (or, illegality) of gay marriage in Japan:
Tumblr media
The first Eichi quote I used in that post came from Daydream, his section of the Enstars Light Novel:
And the second from EP:Link, Deadend 7 (Or, Chapter 17 overall) the most gorgeous story in the world mostly centring around Wataei's development just before the start of !!-era :3
There are even more stories in which Eichi expresses his love for Wataru, though (in most stories, actually) but the most notable are Milky Way, Jingle Bells, Magnolia, Diner Live, Tempest, That Which Is Reflected In Your Eyes, Fist of the Shangri-La Idol, SS Sanctuary, and the Final SS. And I Can't remember what story it was in, but it's a fun little fact about wataei, Yuzuru has made a point of saying Wataru and Eichi "are together night and day to the point it was a little uncomfortable" for him and Tori, and was surprised when he called Wataru on the phone and they actually weren't together, for once. But, I've gotten distracted from the main point and made a really long post about Wataei again. I'm sorry.

How is it still 1890 if the kids are so old
bc I don't keep track of the years! lol. The decades in my gameplay don't work like in real life, although I get how that could be confusing. I play it more as a regular legacy challenge where each of the "decades" represent a generation. So the "decade" ends as soon as the heir I've chosen becomes a young adult no matter how long it takes or how little sense it makes time-wise. I have seen some people do it "realistically" on reddit, and I think that would just be way too fast paced for me. I think you'd only get to go through like 5 generations at that point. You don't really get to see each decade as fleshed out and that's the whole point of the challenge for me.
