How long does it take you usually to fulfill requests? They seem fairly detailed 🤔
i'll be completely honest, i don't really know! i mean, it depends on exactly what you mean. sometimes it takes weeks for me to even get to some requests with how my inbox is (the oldest one right now is from the very beginning of december, so sorry if you've been waiting that long!!), but from sketching to the finished piece varys greatly
my estimate is anywhere between 20-30 minutes to a few hours. i think there's only been a few times where it takes me multiple days, and thats usually when i start them right before going to bed

Hello! Love your multiple Lambs and your artstyle! You, me, @poppy-purpura, and @agnusloomis are the only ones I know of currently with multiple Lambs. Tell me of your Sorrow and Fondness Lamb, and also the Showman. How did those two come to be? Drink water plenty. May a kind week grace you.
Yayayaya! At first I tried to resist having so many AUs... but in the end it's something that makes me happy, even if I'm not able to write/draw a good story for everyone in the end.

Oh yes rambling time LETS GO!! (notice that a LONG post is coming)
Suemy (Fondness & Sorrows AU) This is born from a kind of "What if" from Chain for a promise, in which instead of Avana being the last lamb, the one who survives is her twin sister Suemy.
If you have had the opportunity to read my little ramblings previously you will have an idea of what this entails, if not I will tell you already: in CFP the tragedy occurs two days before Suemy's wedding, she and her partner being the first to die, followed by the parents of the family and finally Caleb (the older brother) who dies protecting Avana.
However, in F&S the formula changes: Caleb and Suemy's partner are the first to die in order to give the sheeps time to escape, but this does not last more than a couple of days since both are found easily and in an attempt desperate to protect her sister, Avana dies, leaving Suemy alone as the lamb of the prophecy.

Suemy is someone sweet, kind, I originally designed her based on the image of a princess with a heart of gold and a soft and melodious voice. So here she is now, heartbroken, alone, incapable of attachment, completely detached from the cult and fulfilling a mission assigned to her while grief suffocates her. She becomes an untouchable and perfect figure in the eyes of her followers, but inside so small with a wound that she herself refuses to let heal and that bleeds her heart every day.
But, "oh lucky one... A god has set his eyes on her.
In two lives immersed in the sadness of loss and betrayal, both meet to perhaps repair a little of the damage accumulated by the passage of time and repressed feelings.
Narinder was initially hardened by the pain and frustration of his siblings' betrayal, combined with the helplessness of being dependent on someone else to free himself. A whirlwind of strong and changing emotions within him that blind his vision, focusing only on a revenge calculated for more than a thousand years without rest...
But a hardened heart is capable of softening in the face of the purest tears, and with a delicate hand the wounds can be sutured..."
This AU is a kind of Post-Canon bad ending Hurt/Comfort. There is not much plot to tell, it focuses mainly on the thousand and one ways in which Narinder cares for and pampers the lamb in order to make her feel good, while at the same time the desire for revenge (the main reason for being freed) is replaced with the desire to protect such a delicate flower that bleeds in his hands.

Now, about The Showman... Funny story
This lamb was supposed to be my Lambsona, something for personal use to scribble among my class notes... But little by little it evolved.

The Box AU is a sort of "bin of discarded ideas" (it basically has all the ideas, scenes, and dynamics that I decided to leave out or modify from CFP but still enjoy). The Box AU is totally self-indulgent and I'm still amazed today at how far I've come in thinking about this AU (I've even considered twisting it a bit and turning it into an original story).
Anyway, the story in a nutshell: In short the game was broken.

Einar is a black sheep, they was separated from the group due to superstitions, but they never took It the wrong way. They became a kind of traveler/storyteller when they abandoned their flock, thanks to this they was the last lamb to survive.
The lamb is strong... Too strong actually, but they lacks any battle skills which makes them die often (it's based on my save file, because despite playing on easy mode I'm terrible at combat). Frustrated with this, they decides to find another way to complete their mission of freeing The One Who Waits.
By chance, they discovers a book with ancient knowledge of the gods of the ancient faith, where there are multiple rituals forgotten by time. Thanks to this, they learn a way to invoke the god of death and free him from his punishment!! ...But with the price that he is now trapped in a mortal body with his powers reduced and a suppressed rage towards the lamb.
Even so, Einar considers it a victory and offers to help him rebuild, expand and please the cult, so that through devotion his powers return, but of course, the crown is missing.
It turns out that the crown is "stuck" to Einar's head, as they were designated as the perfect vessel, which is why the crown rejects the cat's attempts to retrieve it. On one occasion Narinder reviews the ancient book of the lamb and discovers a possible solution to his problem... A union ritual. Once he and the lamb unite the power of the crown will be divided, then it will be a matter of getting rid of the usurper.
Either way, this won't be so easy. Since in this AU Narinder and the lamb don't really know each other (the ritual happens before confronting Leshy). So there you see Narinder behind the lamb trying to convince him of a marriage while Einar rejects him a thousand and one times without the slightest interest and trying to discover a way to grow the cult.
I love the dynamic between these two in this AU. A combination of comedy, silliness, misunderstandings, adorableness, and a manhwa-style romance (because hey, the marriage of convenience trope has to come from somewhere).

I like to imagine that between Narinder's frustrated attempts to conquer/convince Einar, he gradually develops a special affection for them, while for his part the lamb sees the god as a companion, a friend and someone with whom maybe they wants to identify himself in some way (you know... A black sheep and a black cat)
And well! This is a kind of summary/introduction!!
I'm sorry for making such a LONG text, but I really like thinking about them and the idea of sharing a bit of my brainrot was too tempting to contain...
F&S doesn't have much material currently, but I'm drawing a couple of sketches from time to time (still figuring out how to do Narinder's post-imprisonment design).
On the contrary, Box AU has a considerable amount of material, scenes, ideas, sketches and even its own shitten with a sequel! So if you're interested in that let me know and I'll make a super post dedicated to this AU.

I've been re-reading LORE | REKINDLED from time to time everytime a new chapter comes out, it's just something I've been in the habit of doing incase I pick up anything that might've flown over my head the first time and also because your artstyle is just very nice to look at
Though I was wondering, if the gods can teleport, what is the use of cars for? Hades teleported back home and let Charon take his car back which became the inciting incident for Persephone to end up in the Underworld. Is it for carpooling? Just to show off status and riches? To keep up with modern trends?
I hope I didn't come off too strong with my question, it was just something that popped into my mind while I was rereading. Your rewrite is extremely fascinating and I'm excited to see how it continues!

Olympus and the Underworld differ in how they operate. Olympus has many gods who are revered and worshipped, and as such their society was largely built on the relationship between gods and mortals through the offerings made by humans and the boons given by gods.
The Underworld, on the other hand, couldn't depend on such gifts as many mortals don't worship them in the same way as Olympians - rather, they're feared and whispered about, with the common belief that to speak the names of the Underworld gods would be to invoke death and chaos.
So, to ensure that the Underworld could still develop, Hades had to build the Underworld through the exchange of goods and services (i.e. capitalism).
Shades have no need for economy. They're dead. So while some do wind up working for Hades in indebted servitude (specifically the beings who attempted to bargain with the God of the Dead), the majority of them are simply cast into Asphodel, Elysium, or Tartarus, depending on the judgment given by Hades, and live out the rest of their afterlives wherever they end up.
Through all this, Olympus and the Underworld have worked together closely to advance their respective realms at an even pace. Hephaestus has operated as a freelancer working as a middleman between the two, lending his skills to the technological advancement of the realms.
Satyrs and nymphs make up a large part of the populations in both the Underworld and Olympus (though for nymphs, there are certain restrictions as to where they can travel depending on their original form - not all nymphs can survive in the Underworld) so much of their respective societies were built around the inclusion of nymphs and satyrs as a result. Gods can teleport, satyrs and nymphs can't. As such, much of the technology present in both realms is for the benefit of satyrs and nymphs, including cars. It's why we see Hades driving a car in the first episode (as he was planning on picking up Minthe) and again when showing Persephone the rainbow bridge connecting the realms, but not when he's simply travelling around on his own. Satyrs and nymphs aren't so much "lower class" as they are just beings who don't have the luxuries of teleportation and flight like gods do - they still contribute and are acknowledged as residents of their realms by the gods who reign over them, so the gods have done their part to ensure that the nymphs and satyrs can exist within a functional society that benefits both them and the gods. Just like with the mortals, it's on the gods' shoulders to ensure their subjects can thrive.
Apollo is one of the few gods who uses cars as a status symbol as he has a very distinctly golden vehicle that makes it easy to identify him. He's very much trying to be seen (•̀ᴗ•́)و

I love this RoyAi art. Not because it looks amazing: The artstyle, the colors, poses(even when Riza's right arm looks weird lol), it is beautiful. But because of the meaning, which I don't know if it was intended or accidental.
The first time I've seen it I was like: „wouldn't they kill themselves if they decides to shoot the other?“, and yeah that's true. And that's what makes it beautiful. Both exist in an unhealthy dependency. They can't live without the other. Their hearts will always beat for each other. Though, they wouldn't hesitate to kill each other if one gives into their madness(example: the iconic 'don't go where I can't follow' scene ; in the game prince of dawn, Roy was ready to attack Riza, if she actually was going to kill the prince of Aeurgo.). I think the reason for this dynamic is that, even though they both love each other so much, they're not blinded by that feeling. Both are tactical, rational and have their own moral. Unable to be shaken by anyone. Also I think the guilt is driving them forward. Riza feels guilty for the actions of Roy in Ishval, she was the one that gave him the flame alchemy after all. And Roy? He feels guilty for dragging the woman he wants to see happy into hell.
Roy is an idealist, wanting to change the world. It's his purpose in an otherwise meaningless life. He couldn't be happy with a family with an other woman than Riza, but for this he has to give up the promise between these two. The promise that gives Riza her purpose in an otherwise meaningless life. (Who could guess that I'm a nihilist?)
Also, the series shows us that this promise is the only thing that could stop Roy from madness. From making an second Ishval, when the wrong people have to much power. He's a lapdog of the military after all.
Roy wants to get high up, just not without Riza.
And since they're so depended on each other, they couldn't live with the other dead.
So if Riza would've killed Roy, she would've killed herself, like she said.
And if Riza would've gotten killed by the weird doc, Roy surely would've gone crazy, more than when he executed Envy. No one who could lead him on the right part again. Finding his death maybe by the hands of father? I'm 100% sure that Roy could've burned Bradly, if he was in his rage mode he showed earlier. But I stop going into this maybe-thing.
This dependency isn't something that a real humanbeing should crave. Nevertheless it's my favorite trope, since even though I'm aromantic, I've fallen in love with the idea of love. Only needing that person, I'll never have. That's why Hannigram and RoyAi are my favorite ships. Both are unhealthy, both are destructive, they're beautiful. But only as long as you aren't a part of them.
When your love is killing you, is it a good death?

trying to draw yr meat vinny rn and im wondering if you have any tips for general meat drawing, specifically with the marbling on the hair.
also curious if you have any like. meat laws on how his meat body works bc he’s cool and i like him. meat 🦭

this depends on everyones preferred painting/drawing style, but with meat a good way to tackle it is to have a color pallette based on purple-red-orange hues, with some extras like reddish pinks or orange-browns, it also depends on what exactly you are painting (meat, animal/frozen meat, organs, etc.) but for normal, raw meat the best way to go (for me) is to set a red/dark red base and add colors from there

another thing i also take advantage of for larger pieces of meat or ones with less overall colors in the shading is using pure black (or the color of your lineart of choice if its a dark one) to put emphasis on the darker areas of it too or other details, and add smaller veiny-like lines with lighter colors

here with how its hanging from the hook and the area around it has a bit of depth and its a bit stretched from the weight at the lower half, and the lower half also having depth by the bold lines at the bottom and around + slight small lines for texturing, although ultimately at the end of the day this depends on the persons artstyle

as for the marbling, it doesnt have a particularly sensical nature or order to it, the thing you will notice is that theres always 2 different ways in which it appears and most if not all pieces of meat will have both: big, thick, wide chunks that cover a good area of it, and smaller much thinner lines and spots, almost vein-like
the bigger chunks are more concise and dont have many details, they are usually flat textured, but the smaller ones can have lots of different tiny details and lengths so go crazy with them

you can also think of it as how some people or productions draw water, (minus the bottom, darker layer) and with also bigger thicker lines for the bigger chunks of marbling
i have a pinterest board with meat references (be mindful of carcasses since theres pictures of butchers there) and my /tagged/meat which also includes some more sensible imagery, nothing new to anyone that has been following me for a while though
as for meatvinny, i havent got any crazy ideas for him, a friend joked around that meat (the worm) is always eating chunks off him but they just regenerate, hence the funny drawing eating one of his arms, i also joked that it would be funny if you could grab and just kinda mold him to funny shapes as if he was a pile of walking minced meat, i can imagine he also probably leaves pools of blood everywhere so hes probably a walking safety hazard as well

Ok now that I've finished Felvidek, here are my thoughts:
-It's a JRPG, but you don't have to grind at all, as there are no levels to be raised. All fights in the game matter in one way or another, and with the right equipment and skills you can win every one of them. That doesn't mean there aren't optional fights, like mutants or hussites appearing after certain events or just roaming around a small area. These you can avoid completely, but if you decide to engage and win, you get some extra crown to spend(plus items).
-The art is fucking amazing and I love the use of colors for NPCs and enemies especially. Environments can get a little busy(although not so much that things are indiscernible) at times, but paths always stand out so navigation is no issue. I also love love LOVE the buildings, they are put into space so well. There are also a few cutscenes in low poly 3D, all at more important points of the story. They are kinda reminiscent of cutscenes from games with pre-rendered graphics from around the 90's with the movement and grain.
-The music(listen to the OST here), my god I'm going insane. Usually, anything with a medieval setting will use this 'vaguely medieval sounding' type of tune that's honestly not remarkable or memorable, but most of this game's tracks really have some funky, rock-ish feel to them(and a little dread as well) that honestly really complements the artstyle.
-This was my first time going through it and I most definitely didn't get all of them, but depending on which NPCs you decide to do errands for, the epilogue gets longer and tells the future of the affected NPCs, which I think is pretty neat. There is also, apparently, a secret area, but I missed it.
Honestly I can only recommend it. It's short, but it really doesn't need to be any longer. The characters are great, the setting and story is interesting, and all in all it's just plain fun... So go and get it right now! :D

also I don't think that people should depend on cards with tan and dark skinned guys like Dia, Mammon and Simeon (even Raphael) bc... like, did you even see them?? different artists draw completely different tones for them especially in og game. I'm glad that nightbringer has one "default" artstyle where the artist keeps same skin tones which are close to characters' sprites.
anyway... I don't think people should blame fandom artists for "whitewashing" if they did Mammon's skin an itsy-bitsy pixel lighter, because it's just hilarious. maybe they use sprites' colors and YOU'RE the one who can't get used to this. no one wants this fandom to rot in conflicts and negative.

Do you think Gerard's comics are good? I haven't read all of them. I felt like the story doesn't really wrap up well and make sense good in the Killjoy comics or Umbrella Academy but maybe comics are just like that. Maybe they were imitating other writers I don't know about and I'm missing context. What are your thoughts
anon i am so deeply biased towards gerards comics but YES i do think theyre good! I think lots of the critiques are fair but i also think it leads to the fandom kind of underrating him as a comic author at times and dismissing the work out of hand. I especially see this for umbrella academy and to answer your other question yes i do think some of it is a matter of missing context! TUA was never...really made to be a popular and commercial comic? The satire and style are very inside baseball, mostly about x men, as well as later leaning more into a silver age style of both writing and illustration (which is why im soooo obsessed w hotel oblivion guys its so goood its so good i swear)
When it comes to other comic runs, I'd say killjoys comics tend to be the messiest but they are also deeply meaningful to me wnd natuonal anthem is so fucking gorgeous and interesting (controversial but im a natam ending defender even if i think the comic itself couldve used another issue or 2 to push the character writing more). I think gerard has one of the better doom patrol runs, Including milk wars i'd put it up there at maybe 3rd or 4th depending on how much i let personal bias into the equation. However doom patrol is also very Like That just as like a superhero group and can be kind of impenetrable if you arent down for genuinely bizarre and sometimes seemingly nonsensical writing, its kind of apart of the teams DNA as the "worlds strangest heroes". Milk wars is soso good and maybe one of my favorite Comic Things gerard has made/been involved with but its also best with looots of comic context bc its playing w both doom patrol history and the context of where DC as a company was during the time of its release. Its still relevant in many ways but probably feels impenetrable if you arent already into comics at least a bit.
Gerards style def isnt for everyone (and they do sometimes get bored and cheese the ending a bit though i defs tend to like them more than other ppl do) but i do think theyre extremely good at what rhey do and im soooo excited for paranoid gardens especially bc 1. gerard has always taken an extremely empathetic and nuanced and honest approach to writing about mental health and mental illnesses bith real and semi fictionalized and 2. the artist on board is an industry mainstay and has made some fucking incredible work! I didnt love the first issue cover dropped and was worried i wouldnt click w the artstyle but after properly checking out chris westons style im really excited!!!! gerard time

And that gave me an idea!
What if I created a whole new artstyle for the sole purpose of not doing any lineart?

Now for the facts! :
Miles "Tails" Prower is a character from the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise.
His name is a pun that refers to "Miles Per Hour"
He is Sonic's sidekick, and had his first debut in 1992, in the game "Sonic The Hedgehog 2".
One of his favorite foods (if not his favorite) is mints!
Even though he is very young, being only 8 years old(or 4 ½ if we're taking "The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog" into account), He is extremely smart and has a IQ of 300. He once even made a TV out of paperclips, for heck's sake!
He has made multiple gadgets and tech items because of his inteligence, his probably most famous/used one being "The Miles Electric", a multi-use portable computer, or the "Tornado", which is an airplane.
His intelligence and knoledge on technology is very advanced, with him being able to figure out how tech he'd never seen before works within only a few glances/minutes.
Although his main focus is in being a scientist that creates technology, he also has good knowledge in history, physics and just science in general
His origin story can vary a little depending on what piece of media we're talking about, but two things that are confirmed in the majority of iterations are that:
1- He used to get bullied in his village because of his 2 tails (That is also why his nickname is, well... Tails.)
And 2- One day he saw Sonic run by, found him cool and decided to follow him around until they became friends.
Tails can fly with his 2 tails, using them like a helicopter propeller. While flying, he is shown to be able to keep up with Sonic's speed, although he does get tired if he flies too much. Using his tails the same way, he can also push boats and stuff like that underwater. He also sometimes fights using them as weapon, and is a very skilled fighter.
Still about his tails and fighting skills, although I think those are just plot errors, he is shown to be able to use his tails to slice through metal, and is seemingly strong enough to lift up tons and sometimes is even faster than Sonic. Starting with her, purely because it's litterally 10 years of me being 👀 at her art, and I do love the way she mixes pictorical techniques with swirly, 2D lines. I am not a fan of pink+green combination, BUT when she does it. Add a lot of historical references and clothing and an expressive use of colour. I'm an absolute sucker for all artstyles that just looks like three paintstrokes thrown at a paper (digital or traditional) and she does that. And, she's a wonderful human being too, which really helps. <3 (she'd hate the attention but let me Will Smith meme her.)
Fanfic: To The Bone, by @shivunin
Rating: M Words: 48,373 Pairing: Cullen/Inquisitor Lavellan Summary: Depending on who you ask, either Sylaise or Andraste set a mark of fire on those who are destined to find each other. No matter how curious each of them is, neither Lavellan nor Cullen are especially eager to actually go looking for this person. Either luck or fate draws them both to the Inquisition anyway.
I debated high and low what of her fics to start from. I chose To The Bone because it's a soulmate AU. And I generally don't like Soulmates AU. But this one? Mo has a way to turn tropes and clichès around in a way that just makes them relatable, visceral and real. The way she renders human fragility and vulnerability is really heart-clenching. I know I always fangirl over her work but it bears repeating. To the Bone is played more than a Soulmate AU -it is important, but not the main focus, which tricks me into loving this- as a big story of two hurt people who needs to learn to trust someone with their own vulnerability. It's all about learning that you can trust other people, and exactly how scary a decision it is, how much it feels like a jump in the blue.
It's relatable, it's gritty, it's not the peak angst Mo can reach (for that, get a lot of tissues and click on Wander the Drifting Roads.), but it was the first of her works I read and it has a special place in my heart. For its themes, for its main character (can I hug her?) and also and particularly because it's a trope I generally don't like. And I do like to be stand corrected.

I am madly in love with your artstyle and its been a big big inspiration for me as of late. Also, what are your thoughts on Jane and Bonnie? Do you like them or not

my feelings on jane and bonnie are nuanced just like my opinion on many of twdg characters. but i love twdg for all its messy fucked up characters :) its fun :) so while i dont hate either of them they definitely still do things that piss me off
in janes case, i think her mentorship/sisterhood with clem came more from her guilt about her sister than actually wanting to have this 11 year old around. so while she would teach clem important survival skills, she was also always quick to leave or act selfishly (clems "i thought you believed in me 🥺" always makes me sad). and this is just solidified by her actions in her S3 flashbacks. i do think she TRIES to work with the group, but she just gets in her own way and is never able to fully integrate, especially since the S2 cast is a fucked up mess in and of itself so its understandable. her actions at the end of S2 are born of pure selfishness, leaving a newborn infant in a random freezing vehicle so she could "show clem what kenny was really like" when clem is WELL AWARE of the thread this madman is hanging on to (having already faced the brunt of his frustrations MULTIPLE times at this point, and is desperate not to lose anyone else). she wanted a fight and she got one. i think maybe she told herself it was about saving clem, but honestly i dont think that was really ever her goal. again i just think a lot of her motivation comes out of the guilt of leaving her sister behind, so she saw clem as a second chance to make things right. but depending on clems actions, she can end up on her own without either of them, and jane can be the sister left behind to die. its interesting to see clem kinda pick up janes personality in the first half of S3 now that shes also at a point where she has no one and trusts no one, and is deep down lonely and longing for community. the difference is clem is not selfish (while still caring about self preservation), and actually likes being able to help people when she can. shes more so just afraid of caring for people again to protect herself from what she sees is the inevitable pain of losing them, as opposed to janes "theyre all just gonna bring you down so you should be on your own instead" outlook. but i definitely saw jane (and luke) as a bigger mentor/big sister(/brother) figure to clem than kenny was to her. jane actually taught her how to take care of herself. kenny was just someone from her past she didnt want to let go of
in bonnies case, she can be really horrible to clem if she listened to luke and stayed back instead of trying to grab him, so i'll literally try to save luke just so i dont have to hear it 😭 but also i like the convo her and clem have on the steps if you tried to save him. its an important character moment for clem, being asked what SHE wants instead of what the people around her want, and that she should start thinking about that, which is formative to the decision she makes (or fails to make) at the rest stop. the way bonnie is initially dismissive of carvers behavior i think is supposed to mirror the way clem can be dismissive of kennys behavior after leaving howes. will they come to see the man they once respected is becoming someone unstable? (i used to be in the "kenny might be going crazy but he'd never hurt clem" camp UNTIL i picked the "lee shouldnt have tried to save me 😔" option in the car and kenny threatened to smack her for it AFTER giving it a moment of hesitation so he KNEW what he was saying there. my jaw was dropped. but kenny is just another interesting flawed character in a game of interesting flawed characters (although they Heavily backtracked on the kenny/carver parallels in the S3 flashbacks. you can make the argument hes happier now but idk he cant come back from the threat for me he MEANT that)). bonnie leaving with mike is fucked but understandable, and she can show real concern after clem gets shot before getting chased off by kenny. i hope her and mike are still out there somewhere i dont hate either of them, even tho it was horrible of them to steal ALL of their supplies when they knew they were leaving TWO children behind. like cmon. but overall i liked bonnie :) shes a bit of a mess but i like her for it
in the end i am a twdg woman character forgiver :) i do love all the fucked up ladies its refreshing let them do dumb shit and make mistakes!!! i love mess :)

Regarding your art style, was it inspired by anything? A separate fandom or another artist? I feel like I always gravitate towards your art style whenever I try to imagine “turtley” turtles, (if that even makes sense 🤔), especially Raph and Donnie’s spikes which I genuinely love so much. (And the SNOOTS, completely unparalleled, fantastic, adorable, amazing, i wish to boop the snoots) Just the other day, I was studying your art and was awed by all the volumes and shapes used, absolutely wowed.
In a separate side note, what’s your favorite wintertime drink? Are you a hot chocolate drinker and if so, do you make any modifications from the base drink ? Best well wishes and I hope you’re always cozy with the winter months rolling in.

Hey Bonnie!! Well, when it comes to my artstyle it just developed over time! Whenever I start out drawing something I typically end up sketching it a few times to figure out my own flow and it keeps on adjusting from there. I also like to always give characters more animalistic features because I've always loved to draw creature type characters a lot more! I'm a strong believer that styles develop through so many different factors and inspiration the artist has. I will look at other people's art and I see little things I love about it and I'll implement it into my own style, be it as a conscious effort or subconsciously. On top of all that, I've been drawing my whole life and that ultimately comes with experience As for drinks: I really like Chai latte and some teas! I typically drink them as is (or tea depending on the type, with milk and/or sugar)

Hey Neyla! I hope it’s ok that I ask but is there a brush setting you prefer on procreate? I’ve been inspired by your art for eons but I can’t comprehend photoshop. You can totally disregard this if you don’t use procreate though!
Hello! I don't know how long this message's been sitting in my inbox because i didnt check in for a while 🥺 I hope you get to see this either way!
I don't use procreate unfortunately, but I can explain the settings I use for my brushes on CSP in general, and if it works like any other art software then you should have similar settings on procreate
for sketches/linework, I will very often use an opaque & slightly textured round brush. the most important for me is for the brush to have that fuzzy sort of texture that gives the impression of using a pen/marker on paper.

note that i am actually terrible when it comes to line weight, it's definitely not something i work on a lot other than in backgrounds, so I don't actually bother too much with pen pressure settings.
the only rule I abide to is to always set the minimum value above 0 (anywhere between 20-30 is what I use). this is because when I started drawing, I used to be very heavy-handed and would wear out my pens too quickly-- so setting a minimum can help you become more aware of how hard you're pressing on your pen and make gentler strokes.
another fun little setting i use is opacity: like I said, I use opaque brushes for lines, but I like to reduce a tiny bit of opacity when brushing very lightly to give that impression of pen on paper.

There's a couple more brushes I use for coloring or rendering; the major sticking point being that I don't use pen pressure to control brush size that much. If I want to make thinner/smaller strokes, I'll simply reduce the brush size because it's easier for me to control!
(also, opacity is something I'll use a lot more when I'm working on colors)

just know that this is my way of handling it, and it may not suit your style. pen pressure may be another artist's best friend, so please make sure you try out what works best for you :)
finally, some art softwares come with stabilization. I don't use it personally, unless i'm actually trying to do really smooth curves (which is practically never). stabilization can also make CSP lag a lot with higher values and large brushes. the use of stabilization doesn't make you a bad artist or a lazy one, and not using it can make your lines look a tiny bit wobbly if you're not used to doing quick strokes. use stabilization at your own leisure!
on a different note, i know this wasn't part of the question but I'm bringing this up since it's something I tend to hear from people who say they were inspired by my art (thank you by the way🥺💕!!) : don't be misled by artstyles that "make it look easy"! my sketches may look very simple and natural because i'm more adept at bringing out the essential and discarding details in a design. this is not necessarily what you want for your art style; maybe you like drawing details a lot, maybe you prefer the lazy way out going straight to the point. neither are good or bad, only what you like to do matters.
also, if you're frustrated by your work, don't be afraid to draw over it as many times as you want, adjusting things with the lasso tool or deform if something feels off then drawing over again. sometimes you'll be satisfied with your first take, and sometimes you'll need 3 bases before its acceptable (examples below)-- it all depends on your mood, energy, motivation, desired outcome, format, or even just randomness
