"that movie where Oscar Isaac plays the dad of a soon-to-be messianic figure" which one?

I think such a big reason my trans manhood feels almost... bigendered is simply because in the eyes of most people (specifically cis people with whom I interact with most), I straddle this weird line wherein I am a man and often am seen as one, but I am also clearly undefinable insofar as cis theory goes, clearly queer, clearly outside of manhood if one only accepts cishet, patriarchal manhood. This definitely used to be a source of dysphoria for me, but I think now that I've transitioned, it's been interesting to explore this more. Am I wholly a man? Yes. Am I a man of multitudes? Yes. Do these multitudes contradict? Well, that depends on your definition of "contradiction"

"Sorry" is important to Carmy, and even when Syd told him not to say it, he said it anyway. He introduces Sorry in ASL to Sydney, a word that means so much to him that he doesn't want it to get lost in their relationship.
Claire dismisses his apology, but in the next episode, Syd does the same for a different reason, and he doesn't accept the rejection.
Sorry matters more to him than I love you, because I love you was always meant to dismiss feelings, but Sorry is used to express and accept what occurred between two people. He can say sorry for the sadness in the moment or for what he's done that he knows hurt the other person.
It matters to Carmy because of his mother and Mikey, two people struggling with addiction and who never had the chance to make amends.

Listen.
The irony of The Sign’s Finale episode coinciding with Chinese New Year when it is the Year of the Wood Dragon, or in Thailand: The Year of the Naga is not fucking lost on me.
I’d like to think that Saint Suppanong looked at his yearly calendar, saw the dates, saw the next project and went “I’m about to blow people’s mind” and I respect that. 🫡
