Found a cool new fandom on Scratch, of all places. Lu and the Bally Bunch may be a literal preschool show, but the character designs are SO FUCKING CUTE. I even coined a name for the fandom: Invertebros (male)/Invertebrettes (female)/Invertebrats (unisex).

I am constantly blown away but how many people belive only mammals are truly sentient animals, like i've never questioned myself whatever a fish could feel pain, i was sure they did, but a lot apparently don't agree. A guy on an article said "do you really think a budgie has the mental capcity to feel that?" Over depression in parrots, a common problem in pet parrots since people think of birds as simple dumb creatures. And don't get me started on reptiles and invertebrats. Other animals are so much more complex than people give them credit for

Taken 2022 22nd January, these are candy stripe flatworms (Priapulus caudatus) @evolutionsmuseet being displayed. In Sweden, they occur on the west coast. They live in the subtidal zone burrowing through safe substrate and feeding on detritus. #animal #animals #djur #wildlife #natur #naturliv #nature #naturalhistory #naturhistoriska #preservedspecimen #fauna #invertebrates #invertebrate #penisworm #penisworms #ryggradslösadjur #invertebrat #evertebrat #marinaryggradslösadjur #livingfossil #marineinvertebrates #marineinvertebrate #snabelsäckmaskar #snabelsäckmask #animalia #priapulida #priapulimorpha #priapulidae #priapulus #priapuluscaudatus (at Evolutionsmuseet) https://www.instagram.com/p/CZagEaNAzHW/?utm_medium=tumblr
