The sages and profs were so unsympathetic with your condition despite multiple proofs and notes of it being real... no matter how much you begged and sobbed, they refused to accommodate you and revoked your position in the school. Yes, it could be absolutely freaking brutal in there with the workload of assignments and all, on top of your illness too, but you still had dreams. Dreams that you were working so, so hard to pursue... you were trying your best, why couldn't they work with you? You go back to your room to try and pack since they want you out but your stuff just ends up strewn on the floor while you cry. When Zandik comes back you don't even bother hiding your tears or the reason behind them. You can see he's absolutely furious and about to let pure foulness leave his mouth but you interrupt him with a few simple words - "Zandik, just hold me, please." You don't want to hear any words at this moment, because you know nothing will be alright, but at least his touch grounds whatever is left of you to this world.

Okay moving on... Nah I need tutor Zandik. If he saw my dumb ahh while doing math... gone 😭 HEHE I love this trope... i can imagine initially being very serious about trying to learn. oh dear. reading the got au felt like watching a car crash in slow motion JGDGJDGJDJFDS like u just know. u just KNOWW this is gonna end horribly and yet u just cannot bring urself to look away??

the loneliness, ohhhh the loneliness. i find it so interesting how u manage to isolate ur mcs from the rest of the world in so many ways and then always dig INTO what that means for a person and how it affects them. it's always so tragic too :((( let me give your mcs a good ol' hug, every single one of them :((((((

and even when they have people around them it does nothing for them, often makes it even worse. like here, yeosang likes to play his games but ultimately does not really care for y/n when it comes down to it, mingi (my BOY <33333 *sobs* i lov him) is sweet and kind and the closest thing to a friend they have but ultimately can't do a whole much for them, can't protect them from the court's games or even really be there for them, and for hongjoong, at least i feel like, this whole thing is just about possession. i don't believe that he loves y/n, i don't even think he likes them very much, but in his eyes they're his after all the time spent together and every time they have challenged him in the past and he WILL make them realize it by having them completely dependent on him.

i think that's what his whole "you will ask for my help" schtick is really about: wanting the mc to be so vulnerable and so helpless and defenseless that they have no other way to go but to him. and marrying san would save them from exactly that: their mother, who would want to elevate their pain as much as she can from how far away she is, would want the best for them suggested him, and even mingi, who seems to be at least a little in love with y/n, has nothing bad to say about him. and it makes it all even sadder imo: knowing so well that marrying san would save them from so much pain, and maybe they could have a better, happier life even. and instead, from the looks of it, they're getting pulled straight into the black hole because hongjoong and his stupid little ego can't stand not being all-powerful💀

I love how interwoven and necessary Nikki is in this story. That she isn’t merely a backdrop companion to the oc’s romantic rship. I love that you (deliberately) allowed her presence to be felt throughout and their friendship perfectly signifies what this book is like to experience. It is filled to the brim with feeling and connection. Connection to characters I ordinarily would not relate to had they not been constructed with the sheer delicacy that you so evidently did. in general i think ash is great with a lot of characters lol - i've written plenty of fics with ash/gary in my time!! though i think i've only posted a few - my best friend loves them a lot so i might be biased

i also feel like if i had watched sunmoon before i watched xyz i would've loved ash/gladion a lot more than i did - 100% would've been my megabond LOL in general tbh i feel like ash has great chemistry with a lot of his rivals !! it may be bc i love rivals to lovers sue me

i spent so long being a fencesitter, scrolling, researching, trudging my way thru spn_g, all the blogs(and i learnt to keep an open mind that's very imp!) but i was still in denial. it was right in front of me BUT STILLLLL. and then. the thing that convinced me wasn't an elaborate theory, a slip up or anything like that. it was a tiny simple collection of gifs of j2 secretly touching each other's hands. and the gif that convinced me was:

it was 3 or 4 am in the morning and i was yet again scrolling through as much tinhattery stuff as i could and i came across it and i was just: ohmygod. they're together. OHMYGOD. THEY'RE IN LOVE. the- they are actually- ohmygod. LIKE JENSEN IS FONDLY CARESSING JARED'S FINGERS HE DELIBERATELY SEEKED THEM OUT WHILE HIS HAND WAS ON THE FAN AND JARED'S NOT EVEN STARTLED HE ALLOWS IT LIKE GOD ???? like idc how bro-y and bestfriendism you are- FRIENDS DON'T DO THAT. -luckily for u!! it's a little easier for you to carry him around than with hank. really loves it when you do it even tho he was super scared at first you were gonna drop him. sometimes u'll just kinda be. flying home from a mission or sumn and he'll just fall asleep laying on ur back because he feels so at peace,,

-ur claws scare him a little bit tbh BUT,,he relates to the sharp teeth thing, you shake hands on it :] . but also he kind of. chuckles a little when you guys kiss sometimes because he's still not super used to someone other than him having sharp teeth like him

-n e ways!! whnever you shift he admittedly gets pretty nervous abt it,,he'll steer clear too just to be sure but the entire time he's fighting other agents his gaze keeps flicking over to you. he just!! really worries abt u :[ but also he is impressed by ur ability to turn agents to dust and stains in seconds it makes him go 'awooga' under his concerns lol

-whenever its over he always just come over to you and does that gentle little 'hey, hey' before holding ur face in his hands. most times it ends with you resting your head on his lap while he kinda. pets you and reassures you everythings alright and that ur both safe and fine until you feel properly calm enough to go back to ur normal form. he gets a little emo abt it because he genuinely does worry so much abt u pushing yourself too far or someone doing serious damage to you that you couldn't take if you were to shift back

-he gets deimos' and sheriff's 'people who can crush me' thing a lot more after he meets you lol. like. at first you might not be super intimidating but after the first few times he sees you fight?? he's gone. done for. 110%.

-admires u all the time, you'll just be chilling or maybe you're talking to deimos about something and the entire time he's jut off to the side with a little smile on his face. if someone points it out to him he just kinda goes blank and gives some really weak excuse, awkwardly stuck between his normal tough facade and relaxing a little.

-you two are a fucking MENACE when you're put together on missions. you both clear through rooms way too fast its crazy, what the fuck is an agent supposed to do when some half-dragon is charging at it with bared teeth and claws while their boyfriend chokes out one of his co-workers while shooting another. what the fuck.

-also traces ur features a lot but he usually only really does it when he thinks ur asleep. he's a little too embarassed to ask if he can touch them when ur awake so he resigns to very carefully brushing his hands over your tail and horns. (if you have any scratches or dents in your horns though he totally asks about them and the stories behind em, he's just rlly curious abt you in general and like. who in their right mind would pass up an opportunity to hear abt their sick-ass dragon s/o about a possible fight they won???)

-but also he gets nervous whenever you shift too. he's afraid of you getting hurt or the possible emotional tolls that it has on you mentally and he brings it up to you sometime after the first few shifts he sees. he's just real concerned about you :[

-very similar to deimos in how he comforts you, he doesn't like leaving unless you've calmed back down, both because he wants to make sure there's no real wounds on you and because he doesn't wanna risk any other agents seeing you and trying their luck. if you're exhausted afterwards then he'll usually carry you, mumbles little words of assurance and praise to you while he does so

the entire team meeting today you’ve sat down with a glazed expression, you’re clearly out of it and don’t want to be present

team meetings are normally two hours long on a monday to discuss production plans extensively but levi can’t even make it to the thirty minute mark before he’s dismissing everyone

“we’re ending early i don’t feel well.”

mr ackerman letting the team leave early again... it’s the second time he’s done it now but HEY, the employees have no complaints!!

levi knows something’s bothering you when you don’t move an inch from your seat

you probably haven’t even heard what he said about leaving because you’re so zoned out

now,,,,levi’s never really been big on physical contact and he’s not great at comforting or using words either but he still double checks the door is locked so he can speak to you privately

you start sobbing as soon as the sound of the door clicks

“y/n, what’s wrong?” he’s cautious in his approach but places a hand on top of yours gently to test the waters

levi’s warm words embrace you and you look at his arms then his heat pressed suit. he’s in a completely different world compared to you and a feeling of sickness soon overpowers the warm feeling in your chest

you’re ugly crying and you know you’ll look back on this in embarrassment but your mind works on impulse, you’re unable to stop it

usually levi doesn’t like anyone messing up his suits but he can make an exception for you. he’s sure your tears have left a moist patch but he’s not mad. hell, even if you get snot on his expensive dress shirt he’ll be okay with it

“is there any way i can pay you back mr ackerman?”

he winces at the formality of your tone

“call me levi.”

your brows raise at the request

you notice how he easily he says your first name with an airy chuckle and you could almost... ALMOST... swear the two of you are flirting

to anyone observing with no sound he looks as nonchalant as normal but really the tone of his voice is implying the suggestive nature of conversation

“maybe you should spend your money on other things you like?” your suggestion is thrown back in your face when levi scoffs choking back a laugh

“i already am spending my money on other interests of mine.”

turning to face him and to hand him a file of paperwork you look him right in the eyes

“and what interests would those be?”

levi’s gaze meander down to your lips before shooting back up to your eyes and you swear you feel a tingle in the pit of your stomach

“i’ll let you figure that out on your own. you’re smart enough.”

you’re gaping at that reply because how are you meant to know???

but, the answer to your question is far more obvious than you think.

and it’s only after work whilst you’re eating dinner that you’re able to connect the dots

Not having a good time overall. (And music? Please, why are you making us write an essay, you’re not an important class aaa)

Next week is my break... I’m just...waiting. Need to collapse. I wanna be able to sleep and eat and get up my weight a bit and lose the stress like;;; wind anon is not having a good time.

But the update and all the asks were really really nice. I like hearing everyone’s thoughts about the characters and what YN should get.

And I really really like how Suga was at the knife store. So cool~ I’m more of a...decorative person? Like, practical knives and such are wonderful and very useful but then I look at all the fancy lace like ones that are definitely more appearance than substance and I am like “!!!” So that’s just me being a dork. (All I’m imagining rn are fancy metal scissors,,, the aesthetics...)

And Omi, with the ring :0!!! My gosh,,, I actually had an entire phase where I focused on gem symbolism and such... I really liked colors, sparkles, meaning— it was just rad. But I think Omi would be more of a...what’s the word...sleek? With his choice. Ah, maybe the word is mature? Elegant. Something in white/black tones— a comfy and simple band, maybe engraving of YN’s name, no jewel? Though I do imagine him liking a black onyx/smoky quartz kind of deal. Meanwhile...Atsumu. A silver chain with a good clasp, probably some kind of wing pendent in white gold. Because y’know, “Angel”. Though maybe the chain is also in gold because gold doesn’t rust? Decisions. In any case, I don’t think it would be too flashy—any one of their gifts.

For one, they are trying to “make up” to YN. And like, I don’t see YN as the type to accept anything that they feel overbearing (like, large gems with jewelry, branded clothing). And those don’t really show consideration, do they?

YN should get things that they (I am trying to start using they for YN to try and include any people who are gender neutral, female, or male reading PF.) are able to use daily and such. Things that they wouldn’t feel guilty for accepting (because I know how low self-esteem works. I’ve felt it. I still experience it. You feel like you don’t deserve anything. Any time you get help or are given something your heart skips a beat to sink into your chest and your limbs feel cold.)

I hope YN really really likes the gifts. Though I hope the squad doesn’t spring it at YN all at once. Just carefully space it out and let YN collect everything at their own pace. I just don’t want them to be like, knocking on the door, shoving a bag of things at YN y’know? Because YN may not be up for that sort of interaction. I’d be okay if they left it outside YN’s door so YN could collect when they are feeling better (though, I wonder if Meiko would be petty enough to take them? I know I regard Meiko a bit higher than I should, but it’s moreso the fact that I don’t necessarily think she would collect anything from YN’s as “hand off goods” if you understand what I’m saying? Meiko has a decently large ego. But Meiko is also very dumb, so, I leave it in the air. Let’s see if she can disappoint me yet again.)

But yeah... I think I should wrap this up quickly. I like how they poked at Meiko’s lack of fashion sense. Admittedly, I myself don’t wear/plan my outfits to be fashionable (collared button down, jeans, hoodie/jacket, is my outfit like, every single day) but it’s true that Meiko’s choices are not... flattering. For her and for anyone’s eyes.

I’ll end it here though. Much thanks for the update. I’m glad you’re taking weekends off! I can’t imagine how much time you invest into making these and replying to asks every day. You’re really amazing, and you very much deserve your weekends free to do work and rest up! Your health and happiness be the priorities. Hope you sleep well! Make sure to eat meals and at least have snacks if you can’t get anything else. And hydrate too!
