seeing as how i just finished the mass effect trilogy for the first time (yes i was late to the party) im still having a lot of feelings about it because the thing is. i took garrus on every single mission over the course of all 3 games. like, it was always garrus. i didn’t even romance anyone in me1. i just skipped it because i was so madly in love with that stupid c-sec officer. but it had me thinking.

if garrus hadn’t gotten injured in that very last push, he would have fought tooth and nail to follow shep to the crucible. im so selfish about it. i wish that they had been to able to have one last ride together. let them come crashing down in that crucible together. because they should never have been apart. there is no shepard without vakarian. anyway. im gonna go cry again

I saw your tags on my post (god preserve me what in the hell is holocaust inversion??), and it's exactly what it sounds like - accusations that Jews are the real Nazis and that they're the ones doing a Holocaust or some variation on that.

It's being used a lot now with regards to the situation in Gaza. Generally the accusation is that Jews should feel bad because Israel is "doing a holocaust" against Palestinians. Usually with a "you should know better, if it was done to you," or better yet "you are no longer allowed to use it as an excuse for [insert antisemitic accusation here]"

It drives me nuts for a bunch of reasons, but the most frustrating is that it just shows a gross misunderstanding of what the Holocaust was.

I'm sorry for having to be the one to bring this concept into you life.

Had a silly dream where JD and Floyd came back to the troll tree before the last trollstice but after singing killed their grandma and decided to doodle and expand upon it a bit

Clay never left the tree but was too scared to return to the families pod since he didn’t want things to go back to how they were before, he did try to find his brothers during the escape but got separated by the cave in.

John Dory was the one to find Clay and see him get caught by the cave in, when he came out of the tunnel without Clay and holding his wristband they all just assumed he was dead. Even so JD still searches for Clay with the hope that he might’ve escaped and is alive out there.

They know Bruce is alive but after JD got the post card he assumed Bruce didn’t want to be found
