I was talking to my friend who is a certified therapist and mentioned to her how I've been coming across things regarding CPTSD and its been making me wonder more if I actually have it or if I'm just being silly, since I've heard EMDR as a therapy is helpful for processing trauma. She basically was like look, im not really allowed to diagnose you, but based on what you've shared with me in the past by yourself plus the fact that you are sharing this with me right now, its highly likely you have CPTSD in my professional opinion.

So i basically got diagnosed on a sunday night lol
