2ND-5 LOG 0004
Another strange thing happened today. I'm not sure if I, uh, imagined it?
So like... I have villagers around now, is the thing, maybe I should start with that. You know how villagers are. I rescued them from the vault, and at first, besides the fact they let me carry them, I thought, uh. Well. Villagers, right? Probably - but they aren't... right. I don't know. I'll uh... get back to you all on that. There's just something...
Anyway, that means I have iron production, and food, and also enchantments, which is good, because I wasn't entirely certain I could get an enchanting table out, uh. Easily. They aren't uncommon, I guess? Like, uh, they're around gilded chests a lot. In fact they're a good way to spot... anyway, the enchantments mean that I have stuff that doesn't break as easily, which is good, because...
So like... uh, after. I didn't meant to attach - you know, last time. I'm feeling better since last time. My island is noisier now. More crowded. You know, what with the village. But - I mean, I didn't - I know I can attach images now, though, so I can... I have a bunch of strange gear. It is far stronger than any armor I have ever worn, and the shield is strange and slows down my enemies. It makes me feel safer in vaults, though.
I'm dying a lot less. That's not the strange - okay. I said I'd explain the strange thing, right?
I saw a cat.
I mean, uh. I guess that's not that weird, right? Especially since I panicked, went to go try to figure out how to get fish in the middle of the void, and by the time I got back, it was gone. But uh... I mean... I don't know, man. I keep on thinking about the cat. I keep on thinking maybe, if a cat showed up, uh, something... something else might? Not just a cat. But even just another cat.
I, uh - I mean, cats don't always, uh... they sense something off about me. I guess, haha, the way I sense something off about... but cats don't always like me, but that doesn't mean -
If I see a cat again I'm naming it Boots, I think. I might not see a cat again. I don't know. It left.
But honestly, between the coconut - uh, that'll make more sense with the picture, I don't - I mean it makes sense to call it a coconut but - you know. Between the coconut and seeing a cat for a moment, I feel more at-ease. More like I know what I'm doing. And it's odd, right? Because I lost the cat. I didn't get to keep it.
I saw it though.
And I mean, uh. Outside of villagers, falling squid, and the box of glow squid I made, most of the things I've seen for a while have been trying to kill me?
Not the cat though.
...you know, there are four types of altars in the vaults. I wonder which one I should thank for the cat, or which one I can ask to try to get me another one. It was cute, you know! I uh... I wouldn't mind...
Well. A question for later, maybe.

"Maybe showing more was not necessary"
Ten years.
Three continents
Three different kingdoms.
Nine Volumes
Multiple WoRs.
If the concepts like passage of time, mechanics behind grief and impact of local traditions upon character motivations or behaviour NEVER ever crossed writers minds then:
Very likely very few actually impactful things happened in the story somehow. Or got treated as such
Very likely very few characters actually got a character arc somehow or had to actually deal with either their surroundings or their emotions.
Very likely very few locations actually ended up feeling like real locations or mattered to the story being told.
Very likely more than a few characters outright fell through the earth because you just lost track of where and when which character should be.
Very likely more than a few characters pulled final season of game of thrones and ended up teleporting across the world more than once because you just lost track of when and where and what happened.
Very likely more than a few things ended up having happened "because magic"
It's just amazing how that insta-nails multiple severe issues with rwby writing huh.

i think it's kinda funny that my perception of a!astarion jumps between 'the most cartoonish of villains, would steal candy from a baby while cackling maniacally' and 'oh. huh. he almost certainly would make spawn!oli murder his entire home-village as punishment for wanting to go back even just long enough to say goodbye, wouldn't he?' they can definitely coexist, but it's a fun spectrum, lmao
...oh. but. the thing is, it wouldn't just be punishment. there'd be some kind of love (or something resembling it, i suppose) behind the order. because he'd have learned some of oli's history, would know that maybe he wasn't quite treated right. at least by his grandfather. and maybe initially he only intends to have oli cut that tie, quite literally, but ofc he insists on going with and he learns even more of oli's history and abuse he suffered at the hands of his grandad and others and the fact that the village knew of ways he was being abused but turned a blind eye.... well. these people have all had a hand in hurting astarion's most precious treasure. and while he wants to rip out their throats personally for their Crimes, he wouldn't want to deprive oli the chance to punish them all himself. at that point, he considers the opportunity a gift, i think.
and if he ends up having to compel oli to do all of this? he'd consider it less completely removing oli's autonomy and more giving him a little push. oli’s heart may no longer be beating, but it never stopped bleeding, after all, and he's still far too soft to even consider giving his neighbors exactly what they deserve. but they do deserve it. and if astarion needs to get oli out of his own way in this, then so be it. he'll be stronger for it. he’ll thank astarion later, surely

Ok, minecraft complaint time
They need a way to slime proof a slime chunk
Slime spawning is a really nice mechanic if you're trying to make a farm, but I've walked into a couple of the rooms I've done only to find slime
Tumblr media
It's well lit (which I know slime don't care about), it's... you know... it's mob proofed to normal standards. There shouldn't be random chunks that look identical to other chunks that just play by different rules
Great for farming, annoying for everything else
(Also would be nice if you could stop villagers from spawning golems. Basically anything where you can just manipulate bits of the environment, cause at the end of the day minecraft is basically an interactive diorama a lot of the time, you know?)
Anyway, it'll probably just be a matter of that sometimes you come into the map room and have to fight a giant slime, and since everything's eventually probably gonna be pretty well lit it'll probably be a frequent thing but... not much else to be done
It's something that you can live with, it's just kind of dumb and annoying is all
I like slime chunks, I just wish there was a way to disable spawning within them when you didn't want it
#ah... what's that mod called with the... mega torches?#stop spawning in a chunk basically?#what a great mod#not gonna install it here; everything's totally vanilla other than the pack that keeps endermen from picking stuff up#(which here's my complaint; I wish you could have just parts of mob greifing off instead of it being all or none)#(cause I don't like creeper damage; and I don't like endermen picking stuff up)#(but you know what else is mob griefing? villagers picking up food; you can't breed villagers if it's off)#(so basically you can either turn off mob damage; or you can have villager breeding; but not both)#(which is the only reason I had to add that thing to the server that stops endermen from moving shit around)#(if it was just mob griefing enderman/creeper/villager; each as a separate toggle; then I wouldn't even have that much)#dumb; real dumb#I love minecraft and I think they over all do a really good job; but it's little stuff like that where it's like...#why not do a small thing that would help so so much?#oh; and nightvision with conduits; that's a hill I'll die on and a hill I'll kill over#let me have conduits that don't effect vision; I make my lighting with contrast on purpose#you render conduits useless for me despite how many places I'd like to use them#have a version with night vision; but people have said; have dark prismarine give none... I agree#anyway... love it; but man do a couple things grind my gears on it#and... they're better at listening than many; but even with big name people who play their game for a living#it'll often take them literal years to listen

so like my anxiety is currently unmedicated so I am extra anxious at the moment. Very paranoid. Very jumpy. I'm also getting back into playing Minecraft for the first time in six or seven years.
Has this game always been so terrifying???? I remember thinking it was so fun and I loved exploring caves and running through new biomes and now I'm like. The days are too short and I get swarmed by three to five zombies the second the sun goes down! I can't mine without running into a creepy cave full of mobs! Why are there special water-zombies that keep chasing me every time I swim across a pond! I stepped on a snow block and sunk down into it and when I tried to jump I somehow ended up three blocks deep under the snow panicking about what was happening! Everything makes scary noises now! There are bees??? And there are partial nether portals everywhere which I am 99% sure used to be only underground but now they're just. Everywhere I found three so far and the loot is nice but looking at them gives me anxiety. What are magma blocks! They look shiny but they hurt! They seem to not be liquid?? Why are there so many holes and ravines!! I distinctly remember a long time ago running for chunks and chunks in search of a ravine and getting excited to find them but now I can't even run in a straight line for more than a minute without falling down into a scary massive rend in the cubic earth. Why does everything under ground make so many terrifying noises! I feel like I'm having a heart attack my chest hurts I set it to easy mode I thought that would make the mobs Less Terrifying

Ah. Uh-oh. Oopsie.
#rae rants#miiiiight have made it impossible to play animal crossing at night or on windy days (or both). we'll see.#... i know it's not registering the movement of the 216 wheat field furniture items on the south west of the map when im in the north east.#bc the azumaya gazebo is despawned when im not in that area-- which you can see in real time by walking back and forth from the neighborhoo#to the rice field lag warning sign.#so. it might be registering the movement of the crops behind the island cliffs. and thats what's crashing it. but its also craahing#if i try to open a storage shed outside. i thot the graveyard would be safe but. thats where the last crash was. seems like it has to do w#the flowers and crops but could also be the coconut tree orchard to the side of it? or the wheat field items by the malice cave?#like i said it could be the fact that its night or the fact that it's windy. or it could be that its a windy night in specific.#it could also be the fact it's a saturday or how many items im carrying or this and that. or maybe my switch is dusty or smth. idk#edit: THE LEAVES. the leaf pile items in the graveyard are effected by wind too! and the two wheat fields there. wheat field heavy build.#if you couldn't tell. but then. why is the game not crashing at the heavy lag areas? it's not crashing in the area with 100+ wheat fields or#in the doll forest. it cant just be that my house is in the doll forest right?#and they have more flowers and crops than the rest of the island. so whats the deal.#... maybe i should add that second human villager just to have a safe place to save in the neighborhood area. which is between the rice#field (very laggy) and the city center (not laggy but insects and river fish spawn here specifically)

Customize Your Experience: Features of Minecraft Server Software
Minecraft, the immensely popular sandbox game developed by Mojang, offers players a vast and immersive world to explore and build in. While the single-player experience is captivating, many players seek to share their adventures with others through multiplayer gameplay. To create a thriving multiplayer environment, Minecraft server software plays a vital role. It allows players to customize their experience, manage their own worlds, and interact with other players. In this article, we will explore some of the key features of Minecraft server software that empower players to customize their multiplayer experience. - Server Management: One of the primary features of Minecraft server software is the ability to manage the server. Server administrators have control over various aspects, including player management, world management, server settings, and server performance optimization. This allows them to create a tailored experience, enforce rules, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable gameplay environment. - Multiplayer Support: Minecraft server software enables players to connect and interact with each other in a multiplayer setting. Whether it's playing with friends or joining public servers, the software provides the necessary infrastructure to establish connections, create communities, and foster social interactions. Players can collaborate on projects, compete in challenges, and explore the vast Minecraft world together. - Custom World Generation: Server software often allows for custom world generation, giving players the ability to create unique landscapes and environments. They can adjust biome distribution, add custom structures, and generate terrain that suits their desired gameplay experience. Whether players want to create sprawling cities, treacherous mountains, or intricate mazes, the custom world generation feature offers endless possibilities. - Plugin and Mod Support: Minecraft server software often supports plugins and mods, which extend the game's functionality and add new features. Plugins allow players to customize gameplay mechanics, implement economy systems, create minigames, and more. Mods introduce entirely new gameplay elements, such as new mobs, items, or dimensions. This flexibility enables server owners and administrators to tailor their server to their specific vision and cater to the preferences of their player base. - Player Customization: Minecraft server software allows players to customize their in-game experience through features like resource packs and player skins. Resource packs alter the game's textures, sounds, and visual effects, allowing players to create unique visual experiences. Player skins, on the other hand, change the appearance of the player's character, giving them an individualized identity within the game world. - Security and Administration Tools: Server software offers various security and administration tools to ensure a safe and enjoyable gameplay environment. These tools allow server administrators to enforce rules, manage player permissions, and handle rule violations. They also provide the ability to back up server data, manage server backups, and restore previous states if needed. - Scalability and Performance Optimization: Minecraft server software often includes features for scalability and performance optimization. This allows server owners to accommodate more players, reduce lag, and ensure a smooth gameplay experience even with a high number of simultaneous connections. Optimizations can include options to adjust view distance, allocate system resources efficiently, and optimize network performance. Customizing the Minecraft multiplayer experience is made possible through the rich features provided by server software. Whether it's managing the server, creating custom worlds, incorporating plugins and mods, or customizing player appearances, server software empowers players and server administrators to shape their own unique gameplay environment. When selecting Minecraft server software, it's essential to consider the specific features and compatibility with the desired version of Minecraft. Various server software options are available, including popular ones like Spigot, Bukkit, Paper, and Forge. Researching and understanding the capabilities of different server software will help players and server owners make informed decisions based on their specific requirements. So, whether you're looking to build a thriving community, create unique gameplay mechanics, or explore custom worlds, Minecraft server software is the key to customizing and enhancing your multiplayer experience. Embrace the freedom and creativity that Minecraft offers, and embark on your customized adventure alongside fellow players in the vast blocky universe. Ejac

prt.2 - JUST GO HERE BECAUSE MOST DONT WORK
a/n: so I decided to do one for him only!
warning: first off its sukuna 💀💀, spitting, degrading, dirty talk, anal, punishment, spanking. f! m! oral, fingering, public sex, teasing, angry sex, wlw, squirting, chocking.
characters: sukuna only
Tumblr media
Today, you just kept pissing Sukuna off with that mouth of yours so when you run your mouth once again, he does this in front of everyone on his throne
Sukuna switches with yuuji while he's asleep and sneaks into your dorm to watch you, but his desires take over when he sees you in nothing but those cute little pants Yuuji got you for you birthday.
You were good today, so he allows you to suck him
Sukuna was in the garden with all his concubines, but he couldn't stand them all together so he sat under the tree while his concubines were in the berry field. They all wore short skirts and thin panties, bending down every chance they got hoping to catch Sukuna's eye. But in the end, even though you did not want the attention, he called you over and took you knowing damn well if anyone wanted to they could see both of you, mostly the concubines with jealousy spilling out not too far away.
Imagine the dildo being his second dick
When sukuna wakes up, he expects to have you stripped and in his room ready to ride his dick (don't try to miss a day)
You're on his lap while some village chief is trying to discuss sacrifice portions with sukuna
Looks like someone spoke out of turn again
He inserted his fingers and spawned a mouth on them
Sukuna was a little angry so he needed to release his stress on his favourite
Fem!Sukuna feeding on your cunt
Squirting all over his dick
How he fucks you on a nightly basis
Sukuna wants you as his concubine, but you have a boyfriend but it's Sukuna. When you come to represent your villages monthly scarifices you run your mouth a little bit
He hates how you move around so much
Chocking you on his length
"Fuck... that's a good girl"

since we’re quite literally in the last hours of season nine, I just sort of want to go over the INSANE NUMBER OF THINGS that happened this season:
the spawn village!
the whole entity thing. remember when the fandom was insane about the entity for like two months.
the egg hunt!
the diamond pillar contest!
hotguy became a thing!
KING REN, a storyline that lasted several months and included:
a quest system people actually quite liked!
corruption that people somewhat disliked!
oh wait now it’s time for SCAR’S CHARITY STREAM! remember that happened this season? it raised an absurd amount of money? YEAH.
also total chaos goes somewhere around here on the timeline I think.
the king ren minigame finale!
TCG! the TCG happened here!
THE CROSSOVER! let’s not forget HOW COOL THE CROSSOVER WAS, shall we?
I think I’m allowed to put mcytblr sexyman on here next because while that wasn’t the fault of the hermits it feels like it should go on any fandom timeline here and also joe DID technically bring it to the server.
I want to repeat: THE TCG HAPPENED IT WAS EXTREMELY GOOD THE ENTIRE SERVER PLAYED IT FOR MONTHS. it feels like THAT was a season ago at this point, man…
false’s elytra course goes like… right here!
gem starts collecting everyone’s head in the latter half of the season I think but I can’t remember exactly when.
the museum conflict starts about here! cleo and cub start both building museums!
the perimeter versus the buttercups, capped off with the single most impressive hermitcraft prank of all time!
scarland opens!
DECKED OUT 2 OPENS!!!
blue river raceway happens!
and SO MANY MORE hermit adventures, each in their own episodes! I’m sure I missed SOMETHING here—I was mostly going for storylines that involved more than one hermit, and even then i keep on forgetting stuff happened this season, lol.
and finally, out of order but worth noting: rest peacefully, TFC.
goodbye, season nine. what a season you were!
