Exactly How to Do Shadow Work - Doing shadow work helps us to understand and learn from our darkness. We reject these parts of ourselves: anger, trust, jealousy, hurt, and betrayal. However, we can learn from these emotions by embracing and releasing them. This allows for more love to enter your life.

Mindfulness is the first step to mental strength. Awareness of all emotions and thoughts and not allowing them to cling to you.
Honor and a code of conduct that is Truthful. Remember that errors are an opportunity to learn and grow. A mistake can be a blessing in disguise when you allow it to be.
There is nobody else who is going to. We must be the Captain's of our own ships! Self-discipline is setting goals and achieving them. It's being gentle with yourself when you are depressed. You have to be your own Cheerleader!
Oh Captain, Oh Captain sail your ship! Do not allow yourself to be programmed or subject to coercion or propaganda. Develop discernment and trust your instincts. Critical thinking is imperative for the sovereignty of your soul.
Always get back up. Brush yourself off and proceed one step at a time. Learn from failures and see them as lessons. Disappointment is due to expectation and the projection of desire onto your subject in concern.
To forgive others is to forgive yourself. Holding onto negative feelings will allow it to grow and fester into a wound. Let go. Learn to let go...when you do, you will achieve mental and emotional freedom.
Build on your strengths in layers. With love and patience, find your footing. Keep a clear vision of your goals and dreams and realize this simple truth: We manifest our own future with our thoughts. Therefore it is important to focus on the positive and dispel the negative. We are all subject to the self-fulfilling prophesy

Prompt 293
Jason takes a deep breath. He takes a deep breath, in for ten seconds, out for eight, and just takes a minute before looking again. Nope, there’s still the strange quartet of orbs in the box of what should be stolen weapons (What, the government had enough, honestly) that gave his workers the heebie-jeebies.
Which is not the vibe he gets from them. In fact, he’s actually kind of concerned with how much he has to beat the Pit back with how quickly it lurches to latch onto the… Well they’re not gems, and he’s a little wary about touching them at first, but the Pit does seem to settle when he does.
Alright, he can deal with this. It’s not like he has several heads in a duffel bag that needs to be delivered or a tiny assassin child back in his safehouse (Seriously Talia, why was he the preferred babysitter?) or an entire gang in Crime Alley to deal with. It’ll be fine.
…
He would like to curse out his past self, because there’s now four babies in his safehouse that appeared to have fucking hatched from the orbs. Goddamnit.

Prompt 209
Now Jason was planning on, well, a lot of things, when he came back to Gotham. He had a lot of plans, several of which had to do with the old man and even more that had to do with cleaning up Crime Alley, making it safer and all that.
What he was not planning on was to find some sort of lab in the basement of where he was planning on setting up a safehouse. Nor was he planning on finding several literal children in cages inside said lab. Oh and Lazarus Waters- but children! With muzzles! Being experimented on!
Now he’d like to say he had a plan in what happened next, but if he’s honest everything had gone Green and he didn’t remember what happened next, only that he’s back home with said children and covered in blood. Oh and everything smells of smoke.
… And apparently there’s more of these things dotted around Crime Alley with the rest of these kids, er, siblings? Family? Fright does mean family? Okay kids, he’s not turning into Bruce but you can stay here while he deals with this… however long that takes.
He better not be turning into Bruce he swears-
