King Shahryar: something like 600 maybe even just 10 to 20 lb over because he just comes off as the most lazy out of all of them he has the luxury of not having to even lift a finger
Casino Eggman: 500-550 even though being very greedy he doesn't have as much free time as King Shahryar if he did he probably would be as big he's just more active than him because he does have casinos and stuff the Run and is Hands-On with it for the most part
Eggman: 350 at first but I can see him going over 400 to at most 450 definitely has more concerns for his health than the other two and wants to make sure that he's active enough to still take over the world
Can't deny that it's hot for Shahryar to get absolutely huge like that, from 282 to around 600. 😳🥵 it's the max I'd let any version get and it does make sense for him to be the heaviest with him being the truly laziest, greediest, slobbiest, spoiled, and highly pampered of them all. And it's true that he never wants to move or even stand by himself when he doesn't need to and won't even lift a finger if he can get his servants to do everything for him and he overeats all the time so it's inevitable. Eggman would be so surprised but also so excited by how massive and soft he becomes over the years, looking bigger every time he sees him 💜
550 is perfect for Casino AU Eggman, I've always loved for one of his most notable features to be one of the biggest but he can be smaller than Shahryar, it makes most sense since he is super greedy and can get very lazy but he still doesn't get as much time to sit around doing nothing like Shahryar with busy work day and night, he still moves around to burn calories. But he loves how much his wealth, luxurious indulgence, and all the pampering he gets in his free time ends up taking a heavy toll over time. He feels sexier the bigger he gets and he's aroused by how long gone are the days that he used to be good at sports and exercise 💕
I often picture modern as being around 300 lbs in many of my fantasies and anywhere in the 400s is usually the heaviest I picture him getting during weight gain too. he tries to lose it with dieting and exercise each time, until he gets even older and starts to let himself go as he realizes he needs to get more comfortable with age, ditches his exercise routine, etc. then he starts to keep the weight but he gets over the confliction and accepts and embraces it because he gets to stay as big as he always fantasized about being but wouldn't let himself get to before.
450 works for him, I'd maaaybe push it a bit to 480 at the absolute max, so he can be around 200 lbs heavier than his official weight now because I think that's a pretty hot milestone to reach at some point in his life. 🥰 but I don't really see him getting heavier than that because he's definitely the most careful and mindful of his health of them all. and his plans, goals of taking over the world, and building and ruling his require more activity than any of the others have to do and he'll never quit it. I imagine he'd do all he can to avoid letting himself gain enough to get to 500.

A Full Day of Thinking
I wake up in the morning and I reach for my phone. It’s 9:10. It’s almost two hours before my alarm. No, I don’t have anything on today. That’s why it’s a good day to eat good; I have no commitments, no dinners to eat out, no meeting friends for drinks. I don’t have many calories today. That’ll make me feel good.
I’m on social media. Not much is new. I’m trying to keep myself distracted for as long as I can before I start wanting breakfast. I’m not even hungry, but I know I get to eat soon. What will I have? Iced coffee with unsweetened almond milk and artificial sweetener- that’ll only be at absolute maximum 20 calories. Today I want to consume as little as possible without completely fasting because unless I’m in the right mood then it’s just unrealistic to eat nothing all day. I’ve only achieved that four or five times. I’ll give myself like 150 for breakfast. I’m out of all bran, so I’ll eat something else. A handful of cereal, that’s another 50. It wasn’t enough, I’ll have a small mug of cereal with unsweetened almond milk. That’ll take me to 150.
I get back into bed and sit on my laptop. I’m watching youtube. I’m thinking about my day. I don’t have to do anything. It’s a free day and the weather is fine. I’m going to go for a walk later. I’ll try to walk 10,000 steps because that’ll be another 250 ish calories burnt. That means in the whole day I’ll probably burn about 1750, maybe 1800. So to have a deficit of 1200 which is what I need after my binge on pizza express and marshmallows and tiramisu and crackers on Friday. So for 1200 deficit, I can have about 550 calories today. Every time I’ve walked through to the kitchen I’ve had another 20 calorie crackerbread and an oreo. I’m at about 300. 250 left, got to make it stretch until this evening.
It’s only 12:30, so I will skip lunch. I’ve already had it, really, with those crackerbreads. Maybe I’ll let myself have one before I leave for my walk. I’ll go at 15:00 so then I’m persuaded to stay out later waiting for it to get dark. That means I’ll have to walk through the local area and see people I may know, though. Does that mean I’m going to have to wear makeup? Means I can’t wear my skirt, it rides up when I walk and so can’t wear it for a walking venture. But my jeans are too small. They’re clearly too small for me it makes me anxious putting them on. Maybe I won’t go for a walk.
I re-watch my three most recent body check videos. It’s where I leave snapchat videoing from some corner of my room and walk around in my underwear, outfit, sometimes naked. I’ll record for the whole minute it will let me and I’ll point myself in every direction, change postures, lift up my arms, try to act natural. I will try and see myself how others see me. I watch these videos to try to see what I look like. I have no idea what shape my body is. Every time I look at a photo of me I look different. My hips are huge, except for when they’re not. My arms are fat, but not in the way they used to be: fatter at the top, squashing out into a diamond when they’re pressed against my side. Now they’re just thick all the way down. I look top-heavy. My ass looks huge from the back, but in reality completely flat. My calves and lower legs are too skinny for the rest of my body. I think… that’s what most of the videos show. The only thing I know is I’m huge. I’m not particularly tall at 5ft8, but always the tallest in the photos with my friends. Always the one with the widest, squarest shoulders. No boobs either. Always the most masculine. I want to be thin. I want to be feminine.
I then re-watch a body check video from last year when I was at my skinniest and almost start shaking. I can’t believe I let that body go. For what? Gluttony. I wish I was like that again… but why? I’m watching a body check video of myself, so at the time I clearly wasn’t happy then either. I still didn’t know what I looked like. I still don’t know what the body in those videos looks like… but it looks thin. It looks quite bony actually, kind of lumpy. It doesn’t look nice.
But I remember the feeling of my thighs only barely touching. I remember holding my upper arm and realising how slim I was, feeling the bones, feeling great because I could feel that I was skinny. Mixed reviews of nice and slim and ‘really very thin, (me)’ with worried voices. God it was good not to have to worry about every half a kilogram. Except I did, I know I did. That’s why I was looking like that. Looking like that didn’t give me more control, it gave me less. Looking like that was the product of no social life during lockdown. There’s no way I could maintain it whilst drinking and living my life.
So, I know that the skinny body isn’t sustainable. It’s almost like that’s not the shape my body is supposed to be. It didn’t even look good. It looked skinny. It looked a little obsessed. It looked like it was missing out on a lot, spending lots of time in bed being cold and walking around on knobbly knees and eating 800 calories a day for weeks on end to just keep dropping.
But it looks far away from being fat and feels like far away from being fat. That is why I want it.
But I don’t, because I just want to be happy and live my life. But I will live my life less stressed out if I’m skinny and far away from being fat.
But I’m not fat. I’ve never been fat. I look good enough. Maybe I look better? Don’t ask me, I don’t know what I look like.
So I don’t want to force myself into being skinny when I know it doesn’t make me feel or look better, but it would be nice. I know. I’ll be happy with how I am but I’ll try to lose a little more weight at least so I can fit my jeans.
Well, it’s my birthday in a few days and I know I have plans this weekend, so they’re going to be a lot of extra calories so I will deduct them from my other days. Plus a little more… you know, to be skinny but casually… yeah.
So I have two hours left today before I go for my walk. I will wait on my bed watching nonsense and not paying attention. I will be thinking about dinner. I think I have one egg and some frozen bread. That’s 70 calories and 98 calories respectively. I won’t use butter or oil. I’ll walk for a couple hours and watch it get dark. Then I’ll come in and try to distract myself in another way for as long as possible. Every thing that I watch I will look at the women’s bodies. How are they so thin even when playing a strong roll like in the army or an action sequence. Why can I see their ribcages under the pendants of their necklaces. Which one looks like me the most- do any at all? Why are even the decently weighted girls so pretty and shaped so proportionately. Why do I feel like I have permission to dissect these bodies with my eyes. Why do I care. Why do I care? I want to eat. I’ll stay on my laptop though and think about my egg. Maybe I won’t boil it. I’ll look through those videos of me again. God, my lower stomach sticks out these days. My feet look too big for my body. What about if I only look at my head? Most people only look at my head when they talk to me so that might put me into proportion a bit.
It’s 19:00, only half an hour until I can really start my dinner. But if I start boiling it now it will be ready in time? No, too early. I will go and stand in the living room and talk to people. I’ll tell them I’m only having a small dinner because I have been eating all day. Maybe I’ll tell them I had a huge lunch too if they ask questions.
Why am I hiding this? They wouldn’t understand. They don’t know I need so little calories or I will get fatter. They don’t know how good I used to look.
I will cook my egg and eat it on toast. I will eat more crackers. I am over my 500 calories. I want something sweet. I will have an Oreo. Maybe two. I will brush my teeth early to try and stop myself eating more. I have bought a huge bottle of diet something or other. I will drink it and tell my body it is sustenance.
I went over my limit by 200 calories.
It’s fine. Tomorrow I will just have 350.
I just want to be happy.
In the middle of the night I will search for some clothes I used to fit into and put them on feeling how tight they now are. I hold out the waists of my jeans to envision what they look like with a person in. I get back into bed and re-watch the videos.

Those who took 1.5 to 4 grams a day of glucomannan before meals lost three to four more pounds over five to eight weeks than those who took a placebo. But in seven other studies where the participants didn’t cut their calories, glucomannan had no effect on weight. So much for no change in lifestyle needed.
Therefore, you can see that calorie restriction is an important factor to consider when you try to lose weight with glucomannan. It is probably due to this fact that many studies have failed to notice any results. For instance:

Every now and then we think it would be interesting to see what’s going on elsewhere in the world when it comes to supplements, and just for fun we decided to check out the scene in Great Britain. And the first product we found was, of course, from British Biologicals. It’s a weight-loss supplement called MediSlim. So far, so good. So we visited the British Biologicals website and discovered they weren’t actually based in Britain at all, but in Bangalore, India. And rather than specialising in weight loss supplements, they were much more involved with developing nutraceuticals for targeted groups and to help with specific conditions.
We couldn’t help wondering if they’d got a whole heap of leftover ingredients for something else they’d created and were just using them up to mix up a batch of MediSlim instead of throwing it all out.
So we looked a little deeper into British Biologicals, and this is what we found.

What You Need To Know About MediSlim
Available in natural and vanilla flavouring, MediSlim is a 16-week meal replacement therapy, working by reducing appetite and increasing fat breakdown and metabolism.
To keep users healthy while consuming fewer calories, MediSlim contains 27 essential vitamins and minerals, we’re told.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to tell you what those vitamins and minerals are, and in what quantities because nowhere on the website or on the rest of the internet is there a verifiable list of ingredients.
What Are The Side Effects Of MediSlim?
We’re not certain about side effects except for those possibly brought on by the four ingredients listed on the MediSlim website.
These can include anything from digestion problems, to dizziness, to mood swings, to problems with the liver and kidneys.
And since we don’t know how much of those ingredients are contained in MediSlim we don’t know what the chances of suffering from those side effects can be.
And as for all of those 27 essential vitamins and minerals and any possible side effects, who knows?

We’ve found one company that will send MediSlim to the US and charge $32.65 per pack, plus $6.00 shipping fees … or for those closer to the factory, you’re looking at between Rs 500 and Rs 550.
Our Verdict On MediSlim
This is quite tough, because looking at British Biologicals’ website we can’t help wondering where the “British” part comes in. But we’re quite impressed by its “one of India’s 50 Great Workplaces” certificate, as well as the company’s corporate social responsibility policy – something we’ve never seen before when reviewing supplement products. And we like that. We like it a lot. And we’d like to see more of that when visiting supplement companies’ websites, please.
But we’ve got to be cautious if we’re recommending anything, so even though it’s a socially responsible company its only weight loss product doesn’t full us with confidence.
Much of that is down to the lack of information about ingredients, and how well they work, but we’re used to looking around the internet until we find verified information like that for other supplements.
However, this time round, the only information we could glean about MediSlim’s ingredients was from a website which featured an incredibly long list of uses for the product which included hair loss, AIDS, breathing problems in premature infants, Alzheimer’s and incontinence.
They also listed 158 side effects and 173 drug interactions, as well as many more ingredients than those four “fat-burning components” and those 27 essential vitamins and minerals.
Which just goes to show you shouldn’t trust everything you read on the Internet.
So while ignorance might be bliss in some cases, this case isn’t one of them. We’d rather know more – much more – about MediSlim before recommending it to anyone, so instead of suggesting you even think about trying it, we’re going to reject it, at least until we know more about it.

From the website: “Replace with anyone major meal, preferably dinner – 2 scoops (40g) in a cup (240 ml) lukewarm skimmed milk, provides 224 kcal/serving.”
And not surprisingly, British Biologicals suggest that “diet and exercise will give better results” – but then all supplement companies always should, shouldn’t they?
MediSlim Concerns:
Try as we might, we simply can’t find:
any credible information about the product itself;
any credible information about its ingredients;
any credible information about its effects.
To say we’re concerned is an understatement here.
What Does MediSlim Claim To Do?
According to the British Biologicals website, MediSlim is, quote: “a comprehensive meal replacement formula with natural fat burners, protein and complex carbohydrates, fibres, vitamins and minerals, which facilitates quick weight loss. It blocks fat by curbing appetite and reduces cravings. In addition, it increases thermogenesis (the burning of fats and release energy).”
Does MediSlim Work?
We have absolutely no idea. Maybe the quantities of the four ingredients listed on the British Biologicals website really do help users lose weight, but since we don’t know what those quantities are (or what those “27 essential vitamins and minerals” might be either) all we can say is … maybe.

The only four ingredients we’re certain MediSlim contains are these four “fat burning components” listed below, and what they’re supposed to do, taken from the information available on the British Biologicals’ website:

Unfortunately, because there’s no verifiable ingredient list available that we can absolutely trust, we’re limited to looking for potential side effects of the four known ingredients British Biologicals says they use.
Whether these ingredients are in quantities which can cause the side effects listed here, we can’t say, but we think it’s better to let you know what the possibilities are.
HCA can cause dizziness, dry mouth and problems with the digestive system. CLA can also cause digestive problems, but there are indications that it can increase fat within the liver.
Soy can also cause digestive problems, but it can also bring on skin irritation, headaches, dizziness, nausea, mood changes and impaired thinking, judgement, and coordination.
Chromium has been linked to blood disorders and damage to the liver or kidneys.
Caution: MediSlim is not advisable for pregnant women and children. People with thyroid problems, metabolic disorders and those who are critically ill should consult physicians for MediSlim therapy.
