Que faire avec ses pelures de fruit ?! Mais du vinaigre pardi ! Ici, dans ce pot de 500ml @leparfaitfr, j’ai mis 2 peaux de bananes, les peaux et cœurs de 3 pommes, les peaux et noyaux de 3 pêches et quelques pruneaux. J’ai dilué 2 bonnes cuillères à soupe de miel artisanal dans de l’eau, et j’ai versé jusqu’à couverture complète des pelures. J’ai disposé une gaze sur le goulot du pot, que je maintiens en place avec un élastique, pour empêcher tout corps étranger de se déposer à la surface (insectes, poussière), et j’ai disposé le pot à l’abris de la lumière dans le cellier. Au bout de 24h la fermentation a commencé ! Maintenant, je n’ai plus qu’à mélanger le contenu du pot matin et soir (ça evite que des moisissures se forment à la surface) jusqu’à complet arrêt de la fermentation (quand il n’y aura plus aucunes petites bulles) avant de filtrer les pelures et de replacer le pot couvert de sa gaze dans le cellier jusqu’à ce qu’une mère se forme. Et hop ! My first #homemadevinegar project... made a mistake😱 I should have put it in a sealed bottles or jars rather than open jars. I read that oxygen is required in this process but not after the acid is formed... 😳 still ok I guess, hope I can save it. Pineapple vinegar has some mold unfortunately but apples and mangos are ok.
