These Aventurine, Topaz and Jade comparisons are getting out of hand…

As much as I adore both of them, I think it’s very disingenuous to compare Aventurine and Topaz’s lore and be like “but they are the same!!!! If people like Aventurine and dislike Topaz that’s just misogyny!!! and like… no?

Topaz’s whole thing is that she doesn’t know the extent of the IPC’s evil, and believes that what she’s doing is genuinely the right thing to do. Even if she never had a choice in joining the IPC, she (incorrectly) believes what they did to her and her planet is justified, logical and moral, and for those reasons she stands with them. Part of this is likely IPC brainwashing, as she was probably very young when she became an indentured servant to them, and someone living on a planet on the brink of destruction would likely view anyone who stepped up to save them as heroes (imo the IPC likely waited for the point of no return to establish contact so her people had no other choice to except).

However Topaz got best end of the proverbial stick, her planet and its people were deemed useful by the IPC, and didn’t fight back, even if in the end they were still exploited.

Unfortunately, we have seen through Boothill, Belabog and Aventurine what happens when that isn’t the case.

Boothill’s planet got bombed and people genocided because they had a resource useful to the IPC, but were unwilling to cooperate with them or hand over their home, so the IPC decided to eradicate them.

Belabog had a debt owed to the IPC that was ridiculously high and very unfair to expect them to pay back, and had Topaz not convinced the higher ups to give them some time (which she got demoted for), the IPC would have taken Belabog by force

That leaves us with Aventurine, whose story is in no way on the same level of bad as Topaz’s. Unlike her, he has witnessed and experienced firsthand the truly awful shit the IPC can do.

They took custody of Sigonia and promised to offer the Avgin aid in their fight against the Katacans, at the very least protect them from harm. (Sidenote, since the IPC held control over Sigonia, they should have stopped the fighting in the first place). However, they simply stood by and did nothing, resulting in the deaths of around 6,000 Avgin, with around 3,000 went missing (or injured, I don’t remember, either way it’s bad).

But wait! It gets worse! Aventurine when he was still known as Kakavasha referred to the IPC as “the men in black/the men in black suits”, and his first master says he bought Aventurine from “the men in black/the men in black suits”, likely mocking the way he referred to them. Therefore THE IPC TOOK PART AND LIKELY EVEN CREATED A FUCKING SLAVE TRADE IN SIGONIA

Look being made into an indentured servant isn’t fun, but idk personally I’d take that any day of the week OVER BEING ENSLAVED

That’s not even to mention how horrible of a reputation Sigonian’s have in the galaxy, one likely spread by/resulting from the IPC themselves, as at least on Aventurines planet they do not have the mobility to make a name for themselves. (Honestly it’s a mini theory of mine that Aventurines scam is what partly contributed to this reputation, and his status as a slave is something the IPC conveniently left out in their broadcast about it-)

But, you might be saying, didn’t Aventurine have a choice to join the masked fools and leave the IPC, isn’t he free now? And to that I say, it’s complicated.

Considering the amount of suicidal shit Aventurine has done while being part of the IPC, he clearly hasn’t been having a fun time as a member of one, so why does he stick around, especially with the Fools invite? Even if he was a slave, does that absolve him of the crimes he’s committing now? What could justify his actions?

Revenge, plan and simple.

This is going to delve into some spoiler territory for the end of the Penacony 2.2 quest, something which I didn’t feel like mentioning earlier because I’m sorry but everyone and their mother already knows Boothill’s lore. Now, let’s get into it.

Aventurine accepts Jades offer to join the IPC, and when he becomes a Stoneheart, the first thing he asks about is the fate of the Avgin, to which he then learns that besides him, they are all dead. You see, from birth Kakavasha was pushed onto a pedestal as the savior of the Avgin, but now that there are no more Avgin to save, his primary motivator in becoming a Stoneheart (beyond not being enslaved anymore) is gone.

So what does he do now?

Simple, try to kill the motherfuckers behind it.

That’s why he takes on such risky gambles still, and why he wagers and wants Diamond to promote him to rank p46. The higher Aventurine gets the closer he gets to his goal of taking down the IPC for good.

Which is why his meeting with Boothill is so meaningful. I think Boothill is going to “kidnap” him and together they are gonna take down the wicked bitch that is Oswaldo Schneider for his literal crimes against humanity.

Mark my words, an IPC downfall is going to happen, and I think Topaz, Aventurine, Boothill and Ratio are going to be at the forefront of it.

However, Topaz and Ratio (and by extension the rest of the galaxy) have to learn/realize the true horrors of the IPC (although I can sense Ratio doesn’t really like them, and he’s learned a lot from Aventurine, I doubt he knows the full extent of the situation or is in any way happy about it). Therefore? Topaz mental breakdown arc? Ratio lore? PLEASE??!? The IP3 compliment one another so well and god I can’t wait for that to come to fruition.

I really want to see a Topaz and Ratio centered story leading up to an IPC smackdown, and I think we are gonna learn a lot more about how shitty they are in the later half of 2.2 and in 2.3 when the interlude and Jades release arrive.

As for the aforementioned Jade, she’s gonna need a Aventurine squared amount of trauma or reasoning behind her actions to seem in any way sympathetic, because right now she just seems like an evil bitch (in a semi good way, I will always respect the commitment to the bit) who loves her job and would make Machiavelli weep over how hard her ends are trying to justify her means.

like i said before, i don't mess with shaun king like that, but that being said, many things about one thing can be true at the same time. it is very clear that there is a wave of censorship happening across social media against pro-palestinian content in favor of israeli propaganda. so whether or not you like shaun or not, it is very clear what is happening and why. there is clearly a genocide happening in gaza that is being perpetuated by colonizing power. a genocide against an indigenous population for land, resources, and power. basically the same thing america did to the natives here. had it not been for people like shaun king (flawed as he may be), many people would not be aware of the heinous acts of israel against the palestinian people right now. so even as someone who is not a shaun king fan, i am not so myopic in my view of things to not realize that he served a positive purpose when it comes to the israeli genocide of palestinians.

on a much larger scale, whenever a platform or a power attacks someone popular, one of the goals is to send a message to everyone else that they are not safe and that they should back off. it's like a football coach picking on and cursing out their hall of fame quarterback. when everyone else who isn't as popular or powerful sees that on the team, they immediately realize that they must fall in line or worse can happen to them. that's the goal of banning shaun king from ig. however as a black man who understands how connected all oppressive systems are, we cannot slow down. may i remind all my brothers and sisters that israel is where police forces like the nypd go and train in abusive violent tactics, which they then come back to america and overwhelmingly exercise on black and brown bodies. so if you think this does not affect you, you are sadly and deeply mistaken. additionally, this kind of censorship is going to spread. if we don't fight back, it won't be long before you will be arrested for speaking out against israel. this is what israel wants, and they have the money and political power to make it happen. you can either sit back and let it happen or you can fight back. however, make no mistake, it's coming, and this is the first major blow that the enemy has struck in their offensive against our free speech.

Can you explain to me how the Titan enforces Christian Fundamentalism?

The Titan makes the only crime Belos committed be that he was a false prophet. Luz is beyond reproach though because she is a true prophet and a true believer. She is then sent to murder a men, blessed with holy power and strength in her convictions, by that God... And we are supposed to cheer.

This isn't even much of an exaggeration or dramatization. The Titan's answer to Luz's fears about justifying horrible acts in the name of protecting others is essentially this. That Belos' true crime wasn't in wanting to kill, oppress or lie. It's that he did it for selfish, self aggrandizing reasons. That if he'd simply been honest and earnest, he might feel a little bad for a mistake or two here or there, like the Titan is about the Collector, but he would have been entirely justified in his genocide. Just like they are beyond approach for wanting this man dead.

As the show says "He wants to be a hero and have the power," but then Luz comes in, trying to have a badass one liner for her return and even says "Darn it, I still can't think of what to say" which isn't even a reference to an earlier part of the show (I don't think at least). It implies Luz waited to come back when it would be the most dramatic and when she was most ready to look the part of the hero. She even references Azura, the FICTIONAL HERO, in her last speech and goes back to the catchphrase she wanted for a hero just nuking a bitch. She TOOOOTALLY doesn't care about being a hero though and because of that, she's all good to be doing all of this. That's what the Titan claimed at least.

Worse yet is that we only really have the Titan's word for glory and power being all Belos cared about. The fucker spent CENTURIES on the Isles. He deformed his body and probably doesn't believe he'll go to Heaven anymore with how much magic he had to internalize in order to pursue the goal of genocide. Even when alone, with no one to prove anything to, he still talks about saving souls and just needing to survive to do this. He's okay with dying afterwards because he DOESN'T care about the glory. Literally the only time he seems to give a shit about other people's approval and the status this might get him is the Witch Hunter General lines and you know what, I don't think it's entirely unfair for him to hope to get some recognition out of four hundred years of work, even if that work was pure evil. You could maybe say Philip's journal shows a hero complex but A: that still doesn't make his belief in protecting others a lie, just means that he has an ego about it, and B: is from hundreds of years ago and he literally abandoned the journal eventually. Abandoned his own heroic tale. By the finale... His intentions are pure. At bare minimum, that's how they are framed by the show itself with his desperation to do this, even at the cost of ending himself. So why does he deserve to die by the show's logic?

Well... He doesn't. He doesn't even deserve to be stopped because his faith is earnest. Except... It's not the right faith, is it? Belos doesn't believe in magic. Doesn't believe in the Titan. He is a blasphemer and false prophet. But now Luz has actually spoken with the Titan, been friends with his son and spread her ideals across the Isles, ideals which are strictly not the Isle's ways but that do theoretically make the basis of the Titan claiming she's a good witch (which is also referencing Azura potentially). The literal first person we meet on the Isles doesn't give a shit about things like lying, cheating, etc. and the early episodes give the impression that no one here does. That Belos doesn't force conformity on that matter even, making it so that these baseline morals that Luz disagrees with are earnest and honest. And yet, none of them are allowed to stay that way. They all enter her fold and listen to explicitly her morality. A morality that happens to line up with Christian morals and that the Titan seems to approve of.

And again, that's not interpretation. The finale actually straight up confirms this isn't the Isle's morality and REVELS in that fact. Belos begs for his life, saying they are not murderers, scoundrels and killers. That their culture demands better of them because they're human. Luz doesn't disagree... But she also doesn't do the act herself (unless you want to say she brought on the rain, but then you have her boiling a man to death which is just HORRIFYING.) Then, in a moment we're supposed to cheer for, Luz's closest connections with the Isles, and Raine tacked on, show up, proudly say they're not better than murderers, and stomp the fucker out. Not a quick mercy killing like a blast of magic or a magic scream might have done. Not the eviscerating explosion Luz had to do as a part of stopping him. No, instead, they brutally stomp out a defenseless, dying man before Raine literally says, "That was satisfying."

Our. Heroes.

And don't get me wrong: Belos needed to die. Thematically it's correct and narratively it's correct. The problem is how the show frames this final conflict. It literally asks if it's okay to kill him. What is a reasonable justification for murder. For even wanting another person to die. For a lot of kids, this might be the first time they hear ANY nuance on this topic. So what is the lesson imparted? Is it that sometimes force is necessary but we should only do it when we are certain that more lives will be lost otherwise and that there is no other option? That'd be a great way to show the Titan actually learned something from his mistake with the Collector. Is it that we can't show tolerance to the intolerant because they will only ever take and destroy? Refute an argument that modern racists use to allow hate speech and actions against others. Is it the simple fact that because Luz actually fears being monstrous, she won't end up the same way because that fear and hesitation will never let her commit the sort of genocide that Belos desires? Or heck, say they aren't racist without saying the word by going "We judge him for his actions and the cruelties he has committed, not by the cruelties of a people or the circumstances of their birth." All of which would be varying degrees of fine morality wise and are genuinely ways good people cope with having to commit horrific violence.

No. Instead, it's just that one did it while excusing it with lies while Luz will do it with pure faith in her heart. You... You do know that the VAST majority of Christians literally use this as a way to dismiss bad actors in the church itself? "He doesn't represent all Christians! He didn't actually hold the faith!" Do you think every brimstone and fire preacher is just a complete liar and not a SINGLE one of them genuinely believes what they preach? Because I'm sorry to break it to you but even as far back as the fucking Crusades, while sure the leaders were corrupt, secular men, most of the soldiers were genuinely god fearing people, terrified for their souls and seeking this as their only form of penance, especially as they saw it as protecting Christianity. It's one of the reasons they were able to do so much damage because the goal for the common soldier wasn't conquest or national pride. It was to murder the other culture who had taken sacred land. They believed earnestly... So were they justified in the massacres of civilians that they committed?

And this is without getting into how we have literally a Holy Trinity of the father (the Titan's corpse), the son (King, who is exceptionally self sacrificing eventually), and the holy ghost, in a very literal sense. Or how about the glyphs being called the Titan's Language and given to Luz to empower her? How invoking simply his words grants one exceptional power? The Hexside Squad in the finale use glyphs, half of them for the first time, to supplement their powers while dead exhausted and it doesn't seem to just be able to help them, it is still keeping them close to their normal power level and potentially energizing them with how not tired they appear to be while doing this. Almost like they're prayers, pulling on the power of a higher being.

But those elements don't matter. For the sake of the Titan supporting Christian Fundamentalism, all that matters is that he puts faith above what is morally correct. That you can excuse any action so long as you are genuine in the belief that you are doing it for the right reasons. Eda could be making this same argument and it would still be wrong and morally reprehensible.

It's literally "The ends justify the means," and how is that your final lesson, for your main character, in a KID'S SHOW? Let alone when that is EXACTLY the argument Belos, THE VILLAIN, has always made. Not just with wiping out witches but with petrification, lying to Lilith, manipulating Hunter, etc. etc. That it was all justified for his grand, 'good' ends.

I already stated arguments that could have been made, that wouldn't have taken much more time to do (if any), that would fix this so don't you DARE even consider bringing up the shortening with this. It is one scene that does the vast majority of this. Arguably, like five lines tops. Five lines that destroy the morality of your very show and any chance at saying Christian Fundamentalism is wrong.

All because its last message wasn't that prophets should be questioned. Only that there are prophets to listen to explicitly and that you should avoid false prophets... Somehow. Maybe just ask if they like anime I guess?

My faith nowadays is that I consider there to be comfort in there being a higher power but that I do not care what form they take, nor do I really like organized religion as while it brings comfort and community to many, it also is all too easy to corrupt with personal greed and anger. i can't shut up i'm sorry I'm ranting about Biden again

I'm starting to think Trump's presidency really wasn't any worse than what we have going on now, he was just targeting different people.

Bear with me.

The thing is, Biden has been the president for most of the pandemic and he hasn't been doing anything to stop the spread of it, so when people say "but Trump would kill US here!!" I wanna mention that Biden is already killing people of all parts of the political spectrum with his passiveness on covid

Biden is smarter than Trump. He's been in politics longer. He has had decades of learning how to maneuver politics. He has agreed with a lot of bad policies, many more than Trump even had the ability to do w his only 4 years of presidency. Trump is more interested in his image than anything else. Which is also dangerous! But it's much easier to convince people that Trump, a guy who is loud about his prejudices and caused a lot of damage because of that, is worse than a guy who pretends to agree with you on issues and then commits literal genocide.

Like I said, it just changes who is targeted instead. But is that really the case? We're already being targeted in different ways. A few good things have passed under Biden! But we also lost more bodily autonomy rights as far as abortion and trans rights go (not everywhere, but many states have become dangerous to live in). "That's not completely his fault" sure! Well then if the president doesn't have the power to change things truly for the better themselves, then worrying about who the president will be doesn't really matter. Also, presidents in the US have the ability to make executive orders.

And maybe he has spoken up on these things more and I just haven't heard about them - but Biden does not take the time to speak out about the anti-abortion, anti-trans, or healthcare related issues, except for the occasional quip here and there before he goes right back to not giving a shit. And I'm only using those as an example because a lot of "vote blue no matter who" people apparently only care about what happens to people here instead of in other countries.

And it's just really shitty to say "well what about the people who COULD die under a republican presidency instead of the real people dying from Biden's incitement of genocide right now!"

Trump incited a LOT of hatred in our country, yes. It pushed people to be more loud and open about their prejudices. But the deaths caused by hate crimes and COVID here in America were not on near of a large and deadly scale as what Biden is doing right now. We didn't watch our entire cities get destroyed and have our entire families wiped out.

So it seems, again, like the "vote blue no matter who" crowd only cares about politics when it comes to how THEY will (or MIGHT) be affected.

Am I saying vote for Trump or DeSantis? Fuck no. I'm saying prevent the next election from happening and burn this imperialistic genocidal government to the ground. The US has caused enough death, well into the millions, ever since it was created, and hasn't ever stopped committing genocide. But it only seems to matter when it (COULD) happen to white Americans.

Mexican people are still being put in cages and having their children stolen, too.

Indigenous people are still being murdered.

Disabled people are still dying from lack of accessible healthcare.

And the prices of everything have SKYROCKETED since Biden became president.

People are already suffering under a democratic president. You just won't care until it happens to you.

Like it or not, your vote matters. This means that your vote can be used to sway the election. Now, of the two main choices, you've got Biden, a senile old man who has, during his presidency, been: ineffective and inactionable in regards to the changes that people have actually been pushing: He's done jack shit to codify Roe v. Wade, instead making it one of his new campaign promises (I wonder why, we'll get back to that), he's done nothing for marginalized groups within America, he's allowed Covid to perspire, and he's been actively fucking over the people in Palestine. During his presidency harmful bills like KOSA, various anti-mask bills, drag bans, etc., have all been gallivanting around because Biden will not do anything about it (or do anything about the other issues also partying as if America might as well be the playground for fucked up shit), even though it would be well within his power. Now, this isn't to say Biden hasn't been exercising his power. He has, to send weapons and ammunition over to Israel, actively perpetuating the genocidal onslaught of the Palestinian people.

Now, (and for obvious reasons), none of this is to say Trump would be any better. Trump would be a lot more active in doing things than Biden. He would be active in making it all worse. If you had to rank Biden and Trump, Biden would be marginally better.

Maybe, in some incredibly simplified universe where nothing else is taken into account, this image holds up.

Here's the thing, which it appears a significant majority of you have seemed to just. Forgotten. Third parties exist!

I'm specifically talking about Cornel West (part of the Justice for All Party). For those of you wondering why he's relevant at all (ok so obligatory tangent biden and trump would not be people you cared about were they not running for president (except those diehard home alone 2 fans i guess)) and what history he has to back himself up, he's the guy who wrote Race Matters, a really fucking good analysis on racism and the plethora of intertwined issues within the US, and a lot more. It's a really good read, and if you haven't read it yet I would suggest you read or listen to it or what have you. Race Matters also happens to actively support Palestine, and also, you know, a lot of other marginalized groups. Ultimately, Cornel West is a really fucking great guy (most based politician I've seen so far) and you should look into him on your own time.

He's most certainly a better choice than either Biden or Trump.

At this point in this vaguely length piece of text, your discontentment may have grown. Cornel West is a third party, and this makes him unlikely to get voted into office. And yet, your vote counts.

You can vote Cornel West into office. It's genuinely so absurd that so many people have just sort of. Forgotten how democracy works?????? If you want someone like this man in office, you vote for this man! Democratic voters have been playing damage prevention for much too long, and under this damage prevention election system (and also yall not giving a shit about the primary elections, stop doing that) rights movements and the power they hold has been ever stagnating. It should be time for y'all to get off of your asses and vote for someone who will make change! I am begging you to stop being complacent with the system! Get a third party in there!

The Justice for All Party has the potential to make change happen. Help it fulfill that potential.

Biden will only get into office if people vote for him. Trump will only get into office if people vote for him. West will only get into office if people vote for him. So spread the word! Tell other people that there are other options, and tell other people that they can make change!

I think the genocide in Palestine has become my generation’s 9/11.

The genocide is a crime against humanity and I think Biden is doing the wrong things in response to it. He absolutely should have denounced Israel and it’s actions and stopped sending them weapons. Netanyahu needs to be held to trial at international court and sentenced for his crimes along with all of his political allies.

That said,

These events coming into public awareness has also resulted in the following things that I see in common with what started happening in the US immediately after 9/11:

*An upswing in paranoid conspiracy behavior, complete with the telltale accusations of other people being secret feds or “not really caring about the victims” if they don’t get swept up into said conspiracy thought and try to engage in nuance.

*The use of political buzzwords in relation to the tragedies occurring to sway people politically. I’m not saying that all of the people mad at Biden are secret republicans or working for the republicans. But it is an explicit, unambiguous historical fact that people have used social media manipulation to sway elections in the past to a right wing candidate’s favor. Even if they’re not trying to stoke fear so you vote for Trump, trying to encourage the moral outrage as much as possible to keep Trump’s opponent from being voted in, by spreading misinformation about voting and encouraging people *not* to vote at all in protest would have the same functional effect. Every time I see someone say “genocide joe” or “free Palestine” in response to a well worded political argument about why voting and political engagement is actually important it raises my eyebrows and it should make you suspicious too.

I’ve also seen a lot of centrist antivaxxers and explicit right wingers start spouting stuff about the genocide that disparages Biden or saying “free palestine” as a tag-on to the end of their sentences, not because they actually care about the people dying, but because they are trying to use that justified moral outrage to their own advantage. The same way they would just *mention* 9/11 and that was the only argument they needed a couple of decades ago.

The last time this kind of behavior in the US was so widespread, it resulted in a national backslide to conservatism and lead to decades of destructive war in Iran. This time it’s just being used to *keep* you from voting rather than to encourage you to vote for the Republican candidate. But I know it in my bones that if Trump wins this election we’re going to see that exact kind of shit happening. Because we have seen what he did from 2016-2020 (and if you don’t remember, look it up, there are plenty of people who didn’t memory-hole Trump’s presidency. Yes it was that bad). We’ve seen what he explicitly plans to do IF HE IS ELECTED AGAIN (because it *can* get worse, no matter what anybody says). And anyone with basic risk assessment should be able to tell you that the right wing WILL VOTE FOR TRUMP RELIGIOUSLY. THEY DON’T HAVE THE KIND OF INTERNAL DIVISION THAT WE DO.

DO NOT LET THIS TURN OUT LIKE LAST TIME.

It's a pretty complicated question here. Peace is, and always has been, a temporary state within the real world, because people are, as a species, naturally inclined toward war and violence. As Erwin says, and as the ending of the story itself demonstrates, as long as there is more than one person, there will always be violence and war. That's just the state of the human condition.

However, I do think that peace on some level would have been possible if Eren hadn't enacted the Rumbling the way he did, but of course, it would have been a shaky and uncertain peace, since it would have had to have been achieved through force. The original plan was to enact a limited Rumbling, in which the rest of the world's forces would be wiped out, rendering them incapable of attacking Paradis for at least fifty years. If this could have been achieved, it would have given Paradis time to build a more advanced and sophisticated military with which to defend itself. It would have been peace through mutually assured destruction, basically, which isn't exactly ideal, but it's better than no peace at all.

The Survey Corps under Hange's leadership went to Marley in the initial hopes of negotiating a peace deal between the island and Marley, but they found out quickly that the hostility toward them was too strong to depend on a more peaceful approach to solving the problem. Still, they weren't even given a chance to try when Eren defected and launched his attack on Liberio, so we'll never really know if the SC could have made some headway if they'd been allowed to talk. It was unlikely, given the hostility toward Paradis, but again, they weren't even allowed to try.

The genocide that Eren committed ended up just making everything worse. It basically ensured continued hostility toward Paradis, not just from Marley, but from the whole world, and intensified it by orders of magnitude, as well as leading Paradis down the path of militarism and warmongering themselves, which, just like it did with Marley, ultimately ends in Paradis' own destruction.

The best solution probably would have been a limited Rumbling, even as it wouldn't at all have eliminated war or violence between the countries and people. But it would have, like I said, at least for a time, ensured a shaky peace through the threat of mutual destruction, and also allowed Paradis to at least have a fighting chance of defending themselves.

Instead, because of the path they chose to go down, just like what happened with Marley, they ended up destroyed. It was no longer about simple defense with Paradis, by the end. The Yeagerists clearly wanted to reestablish the Eldian empire. It became about world dominance at that point, and that's the tragedy of becoming a militarized, isolationist, Nationalist country. It's never about defending yourself at that point, it's about spreading your power and ideology and forcing other people under your control. That's what leads to a country's destruction, in the end.

i'm not defending Noah Schnapp and I don't agree with his actions but he didn't hand out those stickers, those are owned by Moti and Rachel that were bought from a small business. They even posted pics of it. He deserves to be criticized right now but criticize him for the things he' actually done. Sorry people exaggerating one's actions will always piss me off regardless if i hate the person or not. I feel like that much amount of hate he got is because what people knew is that he handed out those stickers (a tweet with hundred thousands of likes captioned it as such) when the video is him being seen with his friends posing with those stickers. SANSCELIA (If Sans Has a mother)

(Sanscelia's magic ability was telekinesis. And She was able to break the reset button when confronting a human with a determined soul and a desire to pursue the genocide playthrough. With her strong determination backing her up, she was able to reset everything without the human getting involved. Thus, the humans who were killed during this route remained dead and would not be revived. Sanscelia's abilities made her the second powerful being after Chara to have this power in the Underground)

The story of Sanscelia:

Before the battle between monsters and humans, Sanscelia was a human before, and she's the part of the wizard, she was being called by everyone that she is soft hearted and gentle wizard...

But everything went worse than she expected. A thief who stole the magic spell book, wanting to have magic of their own, Sanscelia was trying to take the thief down using her magic, but it didn't work. In fact, Sanscelia doesn't have enough powers to stop that thief.

And unexpectedly, rumors spread fast, saying that Sanscelia was the one who stole the magic spell book. In fact, the thief had given false information to Sanscelia, taking the blame off of themselves and onto her.

Frustrating the wizards, they punished Sanscelia by making her pay for something she didn't do and for stealing the Magic spell book, even though it was neither her fault nor the one who stole it. She wanted to explain everything but they refused to listen, calling her a liar instead

From now on, the wizards placed a curse upon Sanscelia, turning her into a monster, causing her to lose her skin and hair...She was now turning into a skeleton.

As a result of her punishment, Sanscelia was terrified of what had happened to her. She didn't know what to do to reverse the spell...

She wanted to explain to everyone that she wasn't the one who stole the Magic spell book, but what everyone saw was what she had turned into, they started laughing and saying "that's what happens if you commit a crime." The embarrassment and hurt Sanscelia felt were too much for her to handle, and she couldn't help but cry.

She hid herself in the woods, hoping that no one would find her. She kept crying and crying, having lost all hope of resolving the mess created by the false information that the thief had spread to everyone, including the wizards.

Apparently, someone heard the cries and followed where they came from. Sanscelia wasn't expecting this: a tall skeleton man handed her a tissue to wipe away her tears. And She thanked him

He introduced himself as Wingdings Gaster, the Royal Scientist of monsters. Sanscelia also introduced herself to him, and she explained that she was an "Ex Wizard" of humans, and that they had punished her for stealing a Magic spell book even though she hadn't committed the crime

Gaster couldn't help but feel empathy for Sanscelia's backstory. He felt sorry for her after what happened and the curse the wizards had placed on her

Knowing that Sanscelia was forbidden to stay at her house or the village, Gaster suggested that she could stay at his place where it would be warm and comfortable for her

As the Royal Scientist of Monsters, Gaster wanted to test Sanscelia's condition after she had turned into a skeleton. However, he didn't expect this: although she had become a skeleton, but her human organs were still inside her body

Sanscelia felt puzzled by this discovery. A human organ still inside her body? She was surprised by this unexpected discovery

One day, the war broke out between humans and monsters. Gaster protected Sanscelia from the fighting, as she was too weak to fight alongside the humans, having been a human herself not long ago

After a long battle, the humans were victorious, and they sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell. Sanscelia was also sealed there, along with the other monsters, when the spell was cast

Since Sanscelia was now known as part of the monsters, having been sealed with them underground, she couldn't help but feel upset. As she had been a wizard before, she could no longer feel the magic she once wielded, cursed as she was.

From now on, Sanscelia was now a monster, a skeleton lady with human organs inside her, allowing her to live longer than humans

As many years passed, Sanscelia became a popular figure among the monsters, being now considered the underworld's first superstar. She was known for her singing, dancing, and pun-making skills

This popularity arose happened after the separation between Toriel and Asgore, the queen and king of the monsters, as well as the loss of their children

As well as her popularity, Wingding Gaster and Sanscelia fell in love and decided to wedded

Even though Sanscelia had become a skeleton, she still had human organs inside her body that allowed her to bear children and become pregnant

Nine months passed, and her son was finally born. She named him Sans after her own name

Her son was also a skeleton, lacking human organs inside his body

However, when Sanscelia gave birth, her son was unresponsive

Sanscelia was in a state of panic due to her son being unresponsive, as was Gaster

Gaster ran tests and examined their son to find out the reason for his unresponsive state, yet he was shocked to discover that the boy had no soul

Gaster tried to find a way to create a new soul for their son, but he found out that there is no way to create a new soul

At this point, Sanscelia decided to sacrifice herself by giving her soul to her unresponsive son for the sake of creating a new soul. Despite Gaster's best efforts, he was unable to create a new soul, as he understood there was no use. Hence, Sanscelia, despite her hesitation, was determined to sacrifice herself, and decided to give her soul to her unresponsive son

Now that Sanscelia was willingly giving her soul to her son, Gaster managed to capture her soul to transfer it to their child. However, despite everything working as intended, Gaster still couldn't keep himself from feeling profound sadness upon witnessing the death of his one and only love

Everyone in the underground heard the tragic news that Sanscelia had passed. They all felt a great sense of sadness and grief over her sudden loss, including the Ex Queen of the underground. They all understood that she had sacrificed herself to grant life to her child.

And as time went on, the story of Sanscelia's life and eventual death was forgotten by almost everyone in the underground...

Quick lil' note to bring up before Pride Month

Just because Trump has been finally found guilty due to his hush-money felon, that doesn't mean he's fully out of the game entirely. While he himself can't vote, he's still gonna run for the elections this fall.

As brought up by @headspace-hotel, along with a post made by @dappercritter, Trump plans to do alot of awful things with his Project 2025 thing should he somehow win. That includes things like taking away the rights of the LGBQ+ community, women, blacks, etc, revert alot of environmental treaties and the like, get rid of abortion and have force women who are r@ped to have their r@pists' babies, resume the use of nuclear weapons, and other horrible things. This'll affect other countries on a negative scale too.

Now, regarding the people who are mad at Biden for siding with literal terrorists on a genocide, I know you are all upset by this, but keep this in mind.

Trump not only wants to endorse Israel, but also wants them to "finish the job". And that goes for any and all Republicans that side with him.

I know it all sucks with Biden, but given that we all have a few months left before the elections. let me make a few things clear.

I do not support Biden in any way. He, however, is our only opition that doesn't result in fascism taking over our country. As unfortunate as it sounds, this is the reality of it all

A third party isn't really gonna help much for those who don't wanna vote for both Trump or Biden
