#spheal #i wish i could post circular images on tumblr. because this one is deserving of a fully circular PNG. i could technically just take a #regular square image and then make the edges transparent to make it *effectively* a circle‚ but like… would that appeal?#if that would appeal then i'll do it. i don't think it would be *too* prohibitively hard. i would be willing to make an addendum #with a circular transparent image of spheal staring at the screen if enough of you want it. either way #this guy rolls everywhere and i think tumblr is gonna like that. i feel like this is gonna end up being a well-liked pokémon amongst tumblr #as in. i feel like. it already is. because. of how it is. i just don't know bc spheal isn't like. one of my favorites #it's cute don't get me wrong but it's just not one i think about all the time. it's one that i'll like if prompted but not unprompted #i'm gonna stop before i dig myself into a hole. i beat totk finally. it was very good and i honestly had way way more fun with it than i did #with botw. i have my criticisms obviously. it's not perfect it's not pmd. but it was very good. and now i've moved onto the next game in my #backlog. which is very long but i'm steadily working through it. hopefully i can get it done before i graduate this december and stop having #any time for the rest of my life ever forever to play video games. dreading that day. but uh #until then i will game. and hang out with my friends. and go on tumblr. and do all these things i like to do. until i no longer can #wow this got depressing i'm gonna Stop here. enjoy spheal

anyways uhhh that reminds me just for fun i'm gonna take this opportunity to compile some jamiyuu art from a few months ago when i was still getting back into twst and jamil unceremoniously put my heart in a chokehold.

this was with my beloved first yuu :D (now i've kinda moved them on to riddle and the rest of the heartslabyul gang bc i'm handing jamil over to yuusha)

i'm not that great with coming up with poses so i had fun with mellon_soup's when i was first drawing twst ship art.

i'm also going to try and go back to this drawing style with yuusha because i think it's more visually appealing to me. my sketches/doodles are hella messy.

but i'm also kinda lazy and this takes more time. and i want to get ideas done before i lose interest in them. augh it's so hard to compromise 😔

you know what gets me the most, disregarding meta and out of character stuff and everything. roier cubito has such a distinct connection to buildings. like, his dads are two of the biggest builders on the server. even apart from them, though, I think he really understands how the houses someone builds are an extension of them, how the walls and blocks have traces of their essence left behind. he's so protective too, rarely letting people help with bobby's city and always getting angry over broken windows or torn down walls. so what's he gonna think of the house built by doied?

he likes to talk big and claim the houses built by family, but he doesn't take them. he knows he didn't build them with his own two hands he knows he has no real ownership. the memories there are because of people not because of the stones. what will he think of a house that he was supposed to build but never actually did. he didn't place those stones. he's gonna be stuck living in another man's house surrounded by friends and family and a life he always wished he could have had.

it's not like he can move away completely, everyone he loves is there. tearing it down and building it anew would be so much work. claiming it for himself and retaking it like he's already gonna have to do with all the other parts of his life that doied is corrupting won't do anything to remove the traces of doied from the walls. so what's he gonna do with the house?

Happy Easter, friends in my computer!!

#it's NICE to be back #things i did this lent:#tried to observe lent #school #saw live music last week! it was fun #hung out with friends over spring break #got into one piece and yes that is still ongoing so there MAY be posts about idiot anime pirates in the future #and in the past couple weeks (somewhat because of the last tag) rejoined the christian tumblr discord #...which DID feel like cheating on the Giving Up Social Media intent of giving up tumblr #but on the other hand i initially stopped hanging out there by accident/too much Life Stuff getting in my way #and i think being back there is good for me so i'm not gonna worry too much about the lent aspect :P #oh!! and my new tiny writing group with other people from my english program #is turning out to be good for pushing me toward writing (or at least getting excited about writing) some of my stuff that isn't fic #and on Easter AND Easter Monday we get to visit with family :)

I split this part in half, so it's a short one.

Discovered I like drawing piggy back rides. I need to draw more Mettaton too. I think it would benefit everybody.

For this comic, Alphys was made Gaster’s assistant after she made Mettaton’s Neo form. After Asgore fights Cyan and Orange, he regrets it, and gives their souls to Alphys to try and put them in robots (not knowing MTT is a ghost), and then Alphys makes Flowey while Purple is captured. Flowey messes with the timelines, but the souls are guarded by Sans and Gaster temporarily. Gaster vanishes later making Alphys head scientist… All in a very cramped time period! Different from what I think is canon, but that's what happens when you want Flowey, Gaster, Mettaton, and Alphys present in a prequel story lol.
