It was a regular day.

"KIM ARI! PUT IT DOWN!" A heavily accented voice yells chasing the younger child around as she laughed. They were holding a lighter in their hand.

Or not.

"NO! I'M SETTING YOUR POOL ON FIRE!"

"NO!" Greyson growled a really old friend of Jooheon and Jay as he chased her around.

"Hey where's your-" Said tall man opened the backyard's screen door before stopping in his tracks. "I think that's my queue to leave..." He slowly started walking backwards.

"You BETTER NOT! COME BACK HERE AND DEAL WITH THIS CHILD!" Jooheon just whistled as he looked around walking further back before slowly closing the screen door.

"KIM JOOHEON YOU BRAT-" He quickly out smarted Jay, picking her up and slinging her on his shoulder.

"Let me go you old man! I want to set your pool on fire again!" She wiggled around as he walked back inside.

"No you're not- I'm not scrubbing scorch marks off my pool side again." He shook his head as he sighed. "Now you're going to sit in the living room and colour in a colouring book while me and Jooheon cook or you get no cookies."

"Curse you."

Somewhere else more peaceful...

"So I add this..." Bonnie's heavily accented voice spoke as Emilia nodded her head proudly.

"Yes and now what else?" Bonnie looked over the different herbs, practicing her potion making was a lot harder then she ever thought it would be.

"Um...this..." She said more unsure as she picked up some twigs. Emilia squealed and clapped her hands nodding quickly.

"Yes exactly! You're making so much progress!" She hugged the younger girl who just giggled and blushed embaressed.

"Thank you Em, I have the best teacher after all." She smiled up at her before going to write some stuff in a journal and to continue the potion.

Somewhere homey and warm!

"Acey did I put too much on my face-" The shy boy asked as he looked at Ace, both of them having headbands pushing their hair back from their foreheads.

"Hmmmm nah!~" Sky smiled big as he nodded and finished up his face mask. Ace was on the ground sitting between Skyler's legs as said man sat at the edge of his bed. He had been putting little butterfly clips in Ace's hair while they did face masks. Sky squealed and back hugged Ace.

"I'm done! My turn for butterfly clips princess!" Ace snorted as he hugged his arm back.

"Alright move over cloud.~"

Somewhere in the city!

"Alone day is best day.~" Marci hummed to themselves as they walked down the street. They were doing some window shopping on their own, enjoying the cool summery breeze as they walked. They had a pair of headphones in, their last destination for the day being a nearby park. They were going to have a small picnic by themselves and preparing to do some sunbathing.

"A good day indeed.~"

In the shopping district...terrible idea.

"Leo I'm not sure about getting ANOTHER dress..." Ani said as she pouted looking at the bags the man was holding. Said man propped their sunglasses on his head and raised an eyebrow at her.

"You need another one for the dinner we're going to next week."

"Why can't I just wear one of the other ones-"

"No." He grabs her hand and drags her around. "Now let's go~ Shopping never waits for anyone~" Lelani whines but follows her best friend around with a pout.

And lastly somewhere well...unknown-

"This is why we don't do things without Jay around-" Set muttered as he cleaned up Angel's face. The halfling pouted giving him puppy dog eyes.

"That tree came out of no where." Loki rolled their eyes as he handed Set a band-aid.

"You have to get your wings under control you anti Angel-" He hissed a little as Angel glared at her.

"Yeah yeah, just finish so I can tuck them away." They pout with a tiny whine before standing up fully. "Let's go home. I need to lay down and stretch my wings-"

As October draws closer for Brighton City College, well-known for its wild parties and a love for all things Halloween, Hayden Cox and Riley Moore find themselves only half of a friend group as Greyson Stewart and Hazel Edwards aim to climb the ranks of the Halloween social ladder to join the legendary Hosts. But when the two of them discover they've got far more in common than just their friends, their Halloween becomes far less that of Brighton City legend, and something far more...them.

A fluffy, university slice-of-life story involving seasonal hijinks and not nearly enough candy! ~80k, working titles are:

When the Lord of Crosswell Estate plans to wed his niece to a brutish lord to save his wealth, she runs away and stumbles upon Illthern, a forgotten trading village under the control of the monstrous Theodoric Gaut, whom she deceives in order to gain his protection from her wrathful uncle; but when she finds herself face to face with Lord Gaut, who is not what the stories would have her believe, she must wrestle with the monstrosity of her own making before he discovers that his supposed long-lost relative is not what she claims to be.

An inverted sort of Beauty-and-the-Beast that deals with the monstrosity of girlhood and the inherent horror of self-creation. ~170k, working titles are:

It was a day off for both Jooheon and Greyson. All shifts were covered at the bookstore so they were taking advantage of the free time by spending it together. Jooheon was laid across the hybrid’s lap. Said man was reading a book while combining his fingers through his lover’s hair. Jooheon nibbled on a square of dark chocolate, his favorite kind that Greyson was so sweet to buy him. The younger was writing up a to-do list for the day, mumbling to himself as he went over it. They were chores that he was going to force Greyson to do with him.

Jooheon loved days like this, he could wear a simple crop top and shorts without anyone judging him or staring. Well other than Greyson of course-. Said man loved these days for the same reason, he loved his boyfriend’s shorts and crop top with just the right amount of skin showing and the right places to grab and hold. The long haired man ran his hand down to Jooheon’s thigh. He gave it a small squeeze before letting it settle there. He whined when a smaller hand swatted him away. His larger hand moved up, placing it on his tummy squeezing there lightly. The same hand swatted it away causing the older to huff, quickly placing his book down and glaring at Jooheon.

“Why are you hitting me?!” Jooheon rolled his eyes at the older getting up to throw away the chocolate wrapper along with getting ready to start chores.

“Because I’m not your squishy toy-.” He yelled from the kitchen, the sound of dishes moving before the sound of the faucet starting fills the small flat. Greyson pouted as he looked over at their shared kitchen with na puppy dog eyes. Jooheon glanced over, giving him a deadpanned look before going to finish with the dishes. When he went back to washing Greyson went back to reading, pouting a little as he read. Joo0heon’s bare feet padded against the floor, Greyson perking up from his book when he heard him coming back. Joo looked him over snorting as he got reminded of a dog excited to see its owner.

The minute he was close enough Greyson instantly went to grab at his sides squeezing them a little. Jooheon went back to swatting his hands away, Greyson groaning and making it his mission to have a hand on his boyfriend’s side. Jooheon shook his head, giving up as he sat down, grabbing his reading glasses, Greyson smiled proudly, hand going to its rightful spot and gently squeezing. “I don’t get why you like them so much.” Jooheon muttered while dividing the chores up for the two of them. “You’re literally squeezing fat. I’m fat.” He said matter of factly while handing the paper to Grey.

Greyson on the other hand looked offended at him. As if he got slapped in the face. “Who told you that?!”Jooheon shrugged, taking his glasses off and stretching.

“Went for a check up and the doctor said I should cut back a bit on what I’m eating. I’m getting a bit overweight.” Greyson scoffed, hugging his middle while throwing his book on the ground and covering his neck with kisses.

“Screw your doctor! I’m not going to stop feeding you. Not when you look so happy.” He smiled hearing Jooheon laugh, going to squeeze at his thighs. “Also these. I’ll miss these.” He grinned, placing more kisses to his neck and shoulders. The younger ravenette rolled his eyes playfully while pushing him away lightly.

“Shut up.” He snorted, getting up and waving at him. “Go do your chores. I’m going to the gym real quick before it gets late.” Greyons looked at him with big eyes following him as he moved.

“Wait really? Without me?” Jooheon nodded slowly, causing Grey to lean forward shaking his head quickly. “No. Not without me.” He quickly got up, stopping when Joo’s hand landed on his chest.

“Is it because of the new gym leggings I got or because you truly don't want me to go alone.” Greyson stopped, blinking to himself for a second before pursuing his lips.

“Well I was thinking I didn’t want to be here alone while people looked at you at the gym…but now…you in those pants… I don’t want to let you go.” Before Jooheon could even say anything or protest Greyson scooped him up and twirled him.

“No gym for you. You go put on those pants and I make you some Char Siu. You get happy food and I get to see you all sexy.~” He beamed while Jooheon snorted and clinged to him.

“Gods you’re lucky I love you.” The younger rolled his eyes while Greyson just beamed happily and brought him in for a soft kiss.

Domestic days were the best days.

It was a down day for both Jooheon and Greyson, they didn’t have any shifts at the bookstore today so they were enjoying some time together. Joo was sitting next to Grey who was reading a book and combining his fingers through Joo’s hair. Jooheon was eating a dark chocolate bar, his favorite kind of chocolate, while writing a to-do list for the rest of the week for both him and Grey. Jooheon was wearing what he would normally wear around the house, a crop top and some shorts which so happened to be Greyson’s favorite thing to see his boyfriend in. 

The ravenette moved his hand to Jooheon’s thighs and gave them a small squeeze whining when his hand got swatted away. He moved it to squeeze his side lightly and huffed when his hand got swatted again. “Why are you hitting me!?” He whined while Jooheon rolled his eyes, getting up to throw away the chocolate wrapper.

“Cause you keep squeezing me-.” He yelled from the kitchen walking back his bare feet padding softly against the floor of Greyson’s flat. The older pouted tugging him down and making him lay his head on his lap. His hand went to his side, caressing it as he hummed looking over the book he was reading. 

“Cause you have nice sides and I will never stop saying this, you have sexy thighs.” Giving him another eye roll the younger looked over the list he had with squinted eyes reaching over to pick up his reading glasses.

“They’re not nice- I’m getting fat. Doctor said so.” He muttered putting them on, Greyson letting out a dramatic gasp closing his book and looking down at his boyfriend.

“He did not. I will go over there and slap him myself.” Jooheon laughed and shook his head.

“Babe, he didn’t say I was fat. He just said I was overweight and should cut down on what I’m eating.” He turned with a small smile placing the paper down on the table along with his glasses. 

“Better not.” He scoffed before pouting. “Wait…without me? No. At least let me come too!” Joo deadpanned as he pursed his lips a little.

“Are you saying that cause you think I’m wearing those yoga pants you keep talking about or cause you don’t want people looking at me?” Grey blinked for a minute, processing what he was going to say.

“Well…I was thinking cause I don’t want people staring at you but now I’m thinking of you in those yoga pants…and now I want people to stare at you less.” He nodded with narrowed eyes, zoning out a little while Jooheon scoffed and shook his head. “Anyways- I’m going with you next time. Now…” He kisses his forehead moving him over onto the couch and standing up. “I’m making you some Char Siu and some fried rice cause I like seeing you happy and well fed.~” He kissed his tummy while Jooheon whined but didn’t protest on one of his favorite dishes.

⇢ Greyson has a muscular build, standing at 6 feet and 3 inches along with weighing around 190 pounds. In younger ages he can be seen with longer jet black chest length hair but in his current age his hair is above his shoulders. His natural eye color is a bright red mixed with specs of green. They can change color depending on how he feels. When he’s happy they can turn a bright green, a dark green with swirling of green when angry and a very light pastel green when sad. He has prominent dimples when smiling and has a pair of small canines that can get longer if he wants.

⇢ His skin tone is tan/light brown. He has a lot of tattoos, all over his body. Many of these were given to him by Jooheon and the most prominent ones are Jooheon’s Chinese name on his left clavicle, a music clef behind his left ear and ‘Suck Me’ on his lower stomach. He has both his ears pierced. He also has a hand piercing on his right hand, belly piercing, nipple piercings, a left eyebrow piercing, an ampallang [dick piercing] piercing and back piercings. He also has yellow and green scales littered around his body but most prominently on his wrists, chest and hips. He also has black and green claws on his hands and feet but he mainly just allows the claws on his hands out.

⇢ He dresses in a more classical fashion/casual chic style. Lots of button ups, clothed pants, fancier shoes/sneakers. He doesn’t really like jeans but will wear them if going for something more casual all with form fitting shirts. Greyson loves to show off his chest so not all his buttons will be done. ⇢ Personality wise Greyson can be really laid back and chill. He comes off as a big tease and jokes about a lot of things. He’s also extremely flirty and will never miss the chance to make a sexual joke or give a load of compliments. Even though he is normally very laid back he can be easily angered or sadden especially if he’s off his meds. His BPD makes it hard for him to regulate his emotions sometimes and tends to go into explosive episodes of anger, sadness, etc. It does tend to make having close connections hard, he tends to have a feeling of numbness and is why he has had so many flings in the past. Also because of his BPD he’s only ever officially fell in love with one person and still can’t really let him go. Aside from this he can be really funny and fun along with being very overly dramatic about things which always makes his friends laugh.
