Despite not particularly being apart of your beliefs herself grell will put full love induced faith into any protection or good intentioned charm her darling might give to her, in fact it's strapped to her death scythe so she'll never be without it, also gives more incentive not to get her weapon taken away.

Grell only adds to the rumors that witches are dangerous. There will be whispers, gossip and what not about you and she doesn't care if hunting those who dare speak that way about you and scaring the fuck out of them via her grim reaper ways only gives more reason to avoid you. It benefits her want to keep you entirely to herself.

𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝- 𝐟𝐭. 𝐬𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐢, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚, 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥

a/n~ i am in no way romanticizing sexual harassment. most of the things i write here in these types of headcanons have happened/been said to me, so i just wanted to make that clear :) thank you <33 also, sorry these are so short, i am tired but i needed to post 😭

sebastian

you two are simply walking down the street, minding your own business as usual- maybe returning from an errand or something. because you’re outside and the weather isnt looking good, you propose that you take a shortcut through a different area. it’s a rougher part of town, but neither of you are fond of the idea of getting caught in the rain, so you take the risk.

you’re probably discussing something fairly mundane when a group of two or three guys spots you from the side of the road. they look dirty and are not at all easy on the eyes. you hear jeering and whistling from the side of the road, along with a few unsolicited comments about how sexy you apparently are. you give them a dirty look but are mostly inclined to ignore them, but Sebastian has other plans.

the butler first moves you to the opposite side of him protectively before marching straight up to the men jeering at you. they stop initially, a little confused, but when they decide Sebastian isn’t too much of a threat, they resume their antics.

“hey, what’re ya doing? you’re blocking our view, bastard.”

“what, are you her boyfriend of something? are ya mad? gonna tell us to stop? not our fault your girl’s a fine piece of ass.”

sebastian literally just stands there and waits for them to finish cackling like middle school boys. then, once they stop, a bit confused as to why Sebastian is still standing there, the butler promptly decks all three of them, knocking them all to the rough ground with three very painful-sounding thuds.

“it’s terribly impolite to verbally assault an innocent woman on the street like that, you know. i would appreciate it greatly if you’d mind your manners next time, yes?”

Sebastian simply leaves the men on the ground to moan and groan at their injuries before rejoining you, who is rendered speechless, in the road.

“this wasn’t a very good shortcut, now was it, my dear? i recommend you make your decisions more wisely next time, rain or not.”

agni

you two are probably just hanging out, on a date or something. you’re walking in the middle of the city, where there are lots of people shopping, selling, just walking, other various things. because of the crowd, you and agni get off the main street and walk behind all the shops and buildings instead for a little more privacy.

while walking behind the buildings, you accidentally stumble and drop your bag. agni politely asks if he can get that for you, but you smile and insist on getting it yourself. you bent over to get your bag and stood back up, which should have been the end of it, but unfortunately you happen to catch the eye of two guys loitering beside one of the buildings you two are in front of.

“i liked it better when you were bent over, sweetheart!”

abruptly, you whirl to face the source of the voice, shocked, your eyes wide. clenching your teeth, you clutch your bag closer and shake your head, starting to walk away in an attempt not to escalate the situation, but agni grabs your hand just before you’re out of his reach. he doesn’t want to bring you any closer to the two men, but agni wants to keep you by his side, so he grasps you around the waist and walks over to them. when he approaches them, his expression is dark, and you can tell how he’s straining to maintain his non-violent ways.

honestly, agni doesn’t really have to say anything to let the guys know that he means business. his threatening aura is overpowering- the cowards are already running for the hills.

“it is a shame that it is so acceptable for these men to treat you like that in England. however- it is clear that they are mere cowards, given that they ran as soon as i approached them. are you doing alright?”

“as long as you are with me, you will never be in harm’s way.”

soma

“hey, baby, your boyfriend don’t look like much- why don’t you come on home with me and i’ll show you a real good time.”

the remark catches you completely off guard. you and soma were on your way back from a cute first date at a quaint coffee shop, which poor soma, trying desperately not to mess up, had planned way too far ahead for just an hour-long date. luckily for him, it had gone well, and you and soma were hitting it off on the walk back to the manor. however, the cheerful little bubble you two were in after officially becoming a couple poles rather abruptly after hearing that comment.

you opted to ignore the offender, and soma simply shot him a dirty look before continuing on your way, protectively wrapping an arm around your shoulder and bringing you closer to him. but the man doesn’t leave you alone.

“hey, babe, why don’t you wanna talk to me? i promise i can be better than that guy you’re with.”

you outright groaned this time, sick of the man hounding you, and soma instantly sensed your annoyance. although he definitely wasn’t fond of the idea of confronting the burly man- who indeed was bigger than soma- he didn’t want to look like a chicken in front of you, and he genuinely didn’t like seeing you upset and vulnerable. so, soma promptly storms up to the man and tries his best to chew him out without wavering.

“hey! you know that it is very rude to catcall a woman like that! you do not even care that she is with a gentleman? you, sir, are a very crass and immature man!”

it really looks better typed out… in reality, soma’s voice is shaky and cracks a lot, and he’s visibly very nervous. like i mentioned, this guy who catcalled you is certainly intimidating. luckily, he isn’t amused by soma and simply waves him off and goes on his way.

grell

“why didn’t he say that to me? what’s wrong with my ass?”

carefully explain to grell that catcalling is not a compliment because she will not know that. even after you explain, she still might take offense☠️☠️

Grell would love your involvement in the theatre so much, it's very much her vibe

but he will start helping you as well to make you see that he isn’t trying to take advantage of your kindness

you can have nice late night therapy sessions with him if you ever want to talk about things

like how you do things to trick yourself into thinking you’re being productive like playing a little puzzle game they have in the circus

he for sure understands the part where you have both attachment and abandonment issues

you meet new people and it’s like a honeymoon phase

and then quickly you start overthinking if you’re being annoying or if they hate you about a week later

he’s always there to cheer you up when that happens

lots of words of affirmation, even if you struggle to accept them

he figured out the extent of your trauma after he said

and you burst into tears

he panicked at first, worried that he upset you, but he was happy to know you cried because you could finally believe someone when they said it

maybe it’s because he doesn’t often throw those statements out there

he makes more arty pieces inspired by you and how you feel about certain things

like your different ‘personalities’ that he sees, just differences in vibe and slight changes in body language when you want to come off as a certain way

he’s very happy that you believe him though, because he realises how hard it is for you to depend on anyone else

and how little trust you have in others that they won’t use you or abandon you

has drawn you like a porcelain doll before with cracks in the body because it’s still beautiful even if you’re ‘broken’

and writes you little notes or poems daily

They React To Their S/O Saying Sebastian Catchphase To Him

Request: For Black Butler, we all know about Sebastian’s catch phrase where he calls himself one hell of a butler. How do you think he and any other characters you would like to add would react to seeing someone saying something along the lines of “wow. You’re one hell of a butler” right before he says his catchphrase?

Sebastian Michaelis

🐈‍⬛ Sebastian had spent so much time saying for himself, he had never thought about what it would feel like to have someone else say it to him. 🐈‍⬛ He’s honestly a little suspicious that you might know something but that was quickly dispelled when he saw the stars in your eyes, you didn’t know anything. 🐈‍⬛ He loved having you around after that because you’d never fail to congratulate him and sometimes he would wait to see if you would say it before he does. 🐈‍⬛ Winks at you everytime that you say it.

Sebastian finished fixing yet another problem that the servants had caused and you watched with wide eyes at the spread of food that he had created from what is left “wow you really are one hell of a butler.” You gasped and he looked back at you and smiled. “Why thank you.” He smiled with a wink as you walked over. “I don’t think that I could ever do something like that.” You mumbled as you looked over the food. “No, don't sell yourself short.” He argued and you waved him away as you turned to the food, picking up one of the plates and then the other. “I’ll leave it to the professional, there’s a reason the young master relies on you.” You said. “And honestly like having a pillar to lean on as well.” “You can count on me.” Sebastian nodded and you turned back to him. “And I will remind you how amazing you are every time.” You informed him before leaving the room to serve the guests, he watched you leave, he shouldn’t feel so warm and happy inside but it seemed even a demon needed recognition and after years without it yours hit harder than it should have. He’d keep you around for as long as possible.

Ciel Phantomhive

☕ He is suspicious at first, he wonders if you know about what Sebastian is but after a quick glance at Sebastian and a signal that you were human he eased up a bit. ☕ Ciel lets out an audible groan as he listens to what you're saying. Sebastian doesn’t need an ego boost. ☕ Tells you not to encourage him, also asks if Sebastian put you up to this. ☕ Inwardly smug that his butler is the best one out there and that no one else had been able to top him.

You had known Ciel for a long time, you met him just after he had come back and Sebastian had been with him then but when you were younger you didn’t understand how good at his job he really was, you were a pretty mischievous friend and most of the time you managed to get the others in on the joke but this time Sebastian seemed to be wise to your plans.

You had made a few plans and every single one had failed, your accomplice had been caught and now you had one last attempt but Pluto was unpredictable and you didn’t know when it would happen. Turns out it was during a board game that you were playing, you could hear commotion outside before Pluto barreled into the room, and it all happened so fast Sebastian redirected him and cleaned up everything that followed him. “How did you do that?” You asked “wow you really are one hell of a butler.” “Did he tell you to say that?” Ciel asked, looking at Sebastian who stood smiling. “What? No.” You answered. “Then don’t encourage him.” Ciel ordered. “I mean it’s true.” You shrugged. “You're too kind.” Sebastian smiled as Ciel rolled his eyes. “Let’s just finish the game.” He ordered. “Right but just so you know, the best butler by extension must have the best master.” You informed him as you rolled the dice and took your turn and while he didn’t say anything after that he seemed to relax a little more and a small almost unnoticeable smile on his face for the rest of the game.

Grell Sutcliff

✂ She went through so many emotions at first excitement that someone else saw what she did. ✂ Then jealousy because she might have a new rival for Bassy attention. Then it flipped because it meant that your attention wasn’t on her either. ✂ Then she just fall at your feet complaining about how you were supposed to admire her, not Sebastian. ✂ Is seriously considering never letting you see or meet with Sebastian again if she’s going to lose you.

Grell had Sebastian distracted so you took the chance to head over to the kid, you death scythe in hand, you smirked down at him “so what are you and the demon butler doing here?” You asked. “None of your business.” He answered. “Well aren’t you sassy?” You asked “not scared that I’m going to kill you?” “You can't, I'm not on your list.” He said confidently. “Kid William doesn’t have enough reapers to cut me from the programme for killing a kid associated with demons.” You informed him lifting your death scythe “are you scared now?”

There was a crash but you managed to dodge the hit from the demon settling on the tree branch above, you looked like a lazy lion “How’d you get over there so fast, Bassy?” “He really is one hell of a butler.” You smirked as you propped your head up with your free hand, your scythe hanging haphazardly under the branch in your other hand. “Now is that a compliment or an insult?” Sebastian asked. “Wouldn’t you like to know?” You asked. “Hey, hey! Enough flirting, you're supposed to be admiring me!” Grell complained as she walked over to where you were laying, she reached up pulling on your death scythe and catching you as the force pulled you out of the tree and into her arms. “We’ll be leaving now, Bassy, can’t have you taking my assistant as well as my heart.” “Don’t worry you're still a butler to die for.” You assured her as you left.

William T Spears

👓 Honestly hopes that you are joking, has never wished for anything more than that. 👓 Cannot deal with another Grell, if he even thinks for a second that you are going to be affected in the same way he's getting you out of there. 👓 Also very jealous and terrible at hiding it, but he’ll deny it for the rest of his undead life. 👓 Chastises you for complimenting a demon.

“Must you always get in the way?” William asked as he stood on a ledge you didn’t even realise was there. “How the hell did you get up there?” You mumbled as you blocked another of Sebastian’s hits. “Wow, that was a hit.” You slid back slightly. “What are you doing here, demon?” William asked, blocking a hit from where he was above you. “That would be telling.” Sebastian smirked as he leaned towards you “you must be new we’ve never met before.” “Ignore him.” William ordered as he pushed him away from you, though he didn’t stay away too long before he was standing behind you. “My name Sebastian Michaelis-” “You really are one hell of a butler aren’t you?” You asked. “Well aren’t you sweet?” Sebastian teased. “Enough of that.” William ordered as jumped down to pull you away from him “we don’t compliment our enemies.” “Are you jealous?” You asked. “What? Why would I be jealous of him?” He asked. “I mean… I could say it again but I think you’ll get mad at me.” You smirked as you looked up at him behind you. “We’re leaving.” He muttered. “Didn’t we come here for something?” You asked. “Yes and I already have it so it’s time to leave.” He answered pulling you with him. “Until next time Sebastian.” You waved. “Until next Milady.” Sebastian bowed. “There won’t be a next time.” William promised as he pulled you away.

*heavy breathing* I skim watched a Black Butler anime review in the year and month of our lord November 2022 and they called Grelle a he SO with the boost I finally had to excuse to draw this cruel twisted girl cause it's been a whiiile.

I know she's giving queen of heart vibes and Madame Red already has that one but YA KNOW WHAT shouldn't murder queens decapitate people together???

Grell treats you like any other reaper around, you may be stuck in the body of a kid for the rest of your time as a Shinigami. She knows youll be around for awhile with the appearance of a child yet nevertheless grell will be as dramatic and stupid around you with no difference

Only disadvantage from her getting paired with you all the time is grell will be making short and age related jokes, never really meaning them but if you do ever get irritated at her obnoxiousness feel free to get violent like everyone else

Despite how grell usually is she does care for you quite a bit, it'll be awhile before she'll admit your something like her kid in a way, until the day she manages to muble out that confession she'll call you one of her closest friends, good luck getting time alone after she declares you as such.

Unfortunately, there were no fans other than the handheld ones during this time period. It was a hot summer day, and Grelle fanned herself, cooling herself down to a small degree. You weren't from the same time period. You missed the luxury of the air conditioners and fans that would blow cold air on you. You sat leaning back on the couch as Grelle seemed to not be bothered with the hot weather.

It was just the two of you, alone in the house. When Grelle reached over and started lifting your shirt off.

"It is so hot today!" She exclaimed.

You pushed her hands away. "Yeah… why are you taking off my shirt?"

"Oh, my bad." She said, blushing as she picked her fan up and continued fanning herself once more. "I misplaced my hands. I thought it was mine."

You blinked and smoothed your shirt down.
