• Baldur first realized he was in love with you when you bested him in training. Not an easy accomplishment to say the least.

• He knew he found you attractive, and wished he could feel your touch more than anything, but for you to get the advantage of him in training.

• That look of triumph in your eyes, and brilliant smile stretched across your face. He couldn't help but look at you with adoration, a chuckle escaping him.

• And for a moment he swears he could feel your warmth radiating against him.

• He couldn't resist by turning the tables, and flipping you so he now pinned you to the ground. A smile on his face at the sound of your laughter.

• Now with his face mere inches from yours, he wonders if you could ever love him the way he loves you.

• You answer that question for him by quickly closing the gap, and this time he knows he can feel your warmth, though it felt like a phantom touch, he felt it! He felt you!

• From that point on you start properly courting Baldur, and as time goes on, and your love for one another strengthens, the more he can feel you.

• When he told you about the anomaly you beamed with joy, so happy that he could experience your love the same way you experience his.

• Over time he also found that if he wanted to taste a certain food or drink, all he had to do now was have you consume it first, then kiss your awaiting lips.

• Often makes feasts a little awkward for some people, not that you or Baldur seem to notice, let alone care.

• His favorite things are when you play with his hair, or trace his large expanse of tattoos. Your hands are so soft and warm, so tender and graceful.

• Baldur also adores braiding your hair, it's so soft and pretty, and it always smells like honey and roses.

• You've got him so wrapped around your finger that he'll take you anywhere anytime.

• Wanna go to Midgard and see the Midgard serpent? Let's go!

• Wanna go to Alfheim and see the elves shining light? Let's go!

• Wanna go to Muspelheim and try to spot Surtr? Let's go!

• Seriously if be could take you to Jotunheim he would in a freaking heartbeat.

• Your every wish is his command, and he'll protect you from anything or anyone foolish enough to try harming you.

• You're Baldurs most obvious weakness, but to harm you his a death wish of the most brutal kind.

• He adores watching you in battle, but the moment things turn south, and you're nearly bested, he'll swoop in and defend you to the end.

• On the day of your wedding Baldur finds that he can feel you more powerfully than ever before, as if the curse had been lifted just enough for you to slip your way into his awaiting arms.

• What a good thing it is that he accepted your challenge to train together all those winters ago. Otherwise he might not have ever realized how perfect you truly are for him.

| Magni |

• Magni first realized he was in love with you when you managed to out drink him in a mead drinking competition.

• You were so small compared to him, and yet you drank him right under the table! While also managing to keep upright. What a feat of accomplishment to be sure.

• When the competition was over, you found yourself pulled up onto the table, in order to belt out a song along side Modi no less.

• Magni sat back in his seat, his head all fuzzy from the alcohol, just smiling up at you singing your little heart out.

• You looked so surreal in this light, your eyes sparking as they cast his way curiously. And in that moment he could have sworn his heart stuttered.

• The following day, after consuming much needed nourishments, Magni made his way to your sacred hall. Suddenly finding himself nervous for the first time in his life.

• When he finally found you, his heart seemed to stutter again, as you looked more beautiful now than he had ever seen you before.

• Magni was a mess trying to ask you if you'd allow him to court you, making you blush with a grin, and taking matters into your own hands while he failed to get the words out.

• You had grasped his necklace and pulled him down to your height, where you kissed him passionately, whispering against his lips that you had been wondering when he'd finally ask you.

• Magni fucking loves showing off how strong he is to you, and would move fucking mountains if you deemed them in the way.

• He also carries you around on his shoulder like every-fucking-where. Not that you seem to mind, often praising him for being so capable.

• He intends on showing you the world's, so long as you want to see them. An adventure with just the two of you sounds divine.

• On your wedding day he gifts you the biggest cat he could find, a feline so large it could be mistaken for a dog!

• Magni also loves taking you to the orchards on Midgard, and watching you comb through the trees for the best fruit.

• Of course hoisting you up when something is to high up for you to reach on your own.

• And often stealing the occasional piece of fruit from your basket, chuckling when you playfully scold him.

• He also adores it, but cannot bring himself to admit it, when you pepper kisses across his facial tattoos.

| Modi |

• Modi realized he was in love with you when he finally noticed just how sweet and caring you are with him.

• He had lived in his brother's shadow for so long, and he was used to being looked over by this point.

• And yet here you are, looking at him as if he were the only one to exist in this moment with you, despite being surrounded by hundreds of individuals.

• And in that moment he's suddenly aware of just how sweet you had always been with him. How you always seemed to care about him and no one else.

• In that moment you captured his heart, and he could never thank you enough.

• After hours of making eyes at eachother you finally make the first move, and make your way across the hall, and seat yourself directly into his lap.

• Several others whooped and hollered at the bold move, but Modi couldn't help but blush like a boy in love, ever so grateful his beard was hiding his now pink cheeks.

• One hand had instinctively wrapped around your hip, ensuring you wouldn't fall, and you nestled yourself further into his hold, whispering into his ear about how much you adored him.

• You spent the entire night together, as you had coaxed him into your chambers. And in the morning he was secretly afraid you would regret that decision.

• However when you woke with an adorable yawn, murmured a good morning, and nuzzled into his chest after kissing his neck, he was left dumbstruck.

• You began courting without either of you ever actually asking, not that either of you really felt like you needed to ask.

• Modi is so infatuated with you, that whenever you make him a flower crown, he wears it with pride, especially if you have a matching one.

• You seem delicate to most, but Modi now knows just how fierce you truly are, and he loves you even more for it.

• He also loves gifting you extravagant and sometimes unusual things he collects in his travels. And sometimes he'll have something made special just for you.

• The way your eyes light up with curiosity and happiness, makes him feel all fuzzy inside.

• Many of the others tease him for being so soft with you, especially his brother Magni, but he doesn't care in the slightest.

• He has the one thing no one else could ever take away from him... And that's you.

• On your wedding day Modi gifts you with a golden crown of your favorite flowers, which were soft to the touch, and smelled just like the real flower.

N no i dont think You Guys know how insane I’m going over the relationship of Magni Modi and Thrud. L like… i… I CANT STOP THINKING ABT THEM HHHH JUST ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF BRAINROT.

My specific obsession for the last week has been Magni and Thrud’s relationship, and I fucking love the idea of Magni being willing to die for his baby sister 🥹…

OR EVEN BETTER JSJDKSJDKS

I have an idea that Sif and Thor were still furious alcoholics even in Thrud’s childhood except they didn’t abuse her, but instead neglected her, forcing Magni and Modi to take care of her whenever Sif and Thor were on a hangover. Which was almost all the time. Until Thrud got older.

Magni, being the oldest sibling felt the most obligated to protect Thrud seeing how tiny and defenseless she was as just a babe in his massive hand. So what im basically trying to say, is uhhh, Magni essentially acted almost like a third parent for Thrud until she grew more capable of taking care of herself. He rlly loves and cares for his family, but sucks ass at showing it. He ends up with toxic love languages and toxic tendencies he would feel are the norm for him and whatever specific family member is in front of him. BUT due to there practically being nothing in the way of his relationship with Thrud, their relationship is one of the most important things to him, so if Thrud even gets upset with him, Magni gets a bit… nervous in his own ways.

The whole love thing also applies to Modi, but a bit different due to a… specific incident between the two (hint hint: the end of their boss fight in gow 2018) but that’s being dived into later on in my fic >:3

Btw new chapter coming soon, it’s gonna be a 2 parter bc damn is this thing (not rlly long, but instead) in desperate need of careful thinking through, shits abt to go down in the second part heheheh >:D

Magni Thorson & Pregnant!Reader

At first he would get angry. Super mad, what the hel, he doesn’t want a kid. Why would a god like him want a kid with you?

But then it hits him….you’re pregnant, because of him. It’s not your fault, he’s the one that came into YOU.

He’s a big douche, so at first you probably won’t see him around, but Sif goes crazy on him when she finds out and forces him to take care of you more.

The forcing soon turns into his own decision, he starts to fall in love with you and the thought of a child. The way you become so chubby, the waddling around the house, its so...domestic.

You can’t even fucking bend down to grab a sock, he has to do it for you, you NEED him. Of course that’s what he thinks. You don’t need him, but of course he helps.

He would eventually start leaving the house after giving you a kiss.

The sweetest kisses low-key. On the face, nose, forehead, lips. He kisses everywhere.

He would start rebelling more. He doesn’t wanna go out on dangerous missions and wonder if he’ll come home to see you running at him like a penguin.

When your child is born, he’s so nervous and anxious they don’t let him hold your baby until he’s calm and sitting down. They don’t want him dropping the babe :(

When he holds them, he’s so mesmerized with how small they are. How could this be possible.

He’s especially heart broken when his own mom tells him that he was once that small.

How can a huge man like him…be so small and defenseless like his child. Oh god he’s gonna protect them with his ENTIRE life.

Will watch you Breast feed, ‘cause he doesn’t trust your boob. You have to yell at him for some privacy, ‘cause he’ll just believe everything wants to harm this baby.

This man will NOT get up at night to calm the baby. He’s so tired and selfish.

To make up for that, he does often calm the baby during the day and change their diaper.

He does gag WILDLY. Like you can hear him from outside.

Baby onetime pissed all over him, so you taught him to gentle rub the babies lower belly to release the rest of the pee. Makes sure to do it for like five minutes.

He’s afraid.

Someone disrespected his family once and the man was never found again. Like ever. Not even blood. No one knows what happened.

Gets jealous when he sees the baby laughing widely while you’re making funny faces at it.

He’s not jealous of the attention the baby’s getting. He’s jealous, ‘cause he wants to make the baby laugh…not you :(

If the babe won’t stop crying? Easy. Let magni hold them. They calm down right away…Magni is just so soft and bear like. His boobies are squishy.

If your baby starts speaking? He often calls him “bear”, instead of “papa”

Magni is one fluffy bear.

Can you write what type of dad thor could he when he wasn't drunk and under odin's abuse. We never really got to see him be a father to thrud during those three years so if you have any head cannons or anything please do so!:)

I LOVE THIS - prefacing by saying this is how I picture Thor as a dad had he not had Odin’s influence

Thor as a *good* dad minus Odin’s influence.

- This man ADORES his babies. I mean would do anything for his kiddos

- You hear his thunderous laugh in the Great Lodge before he boulders on in with Magni hanging off one arm, Modi hanging off the other and tiny Thrud draped round his neck like a child cape

- He’s the dad that laughs hysterically and points when his boys are rough housing

- They touch Thrud though or she so much as let’s out an “Ow” best believe he’s picking up Magni and Modi by the ears and putting them in time out even though he knows damn well Thrud would put them on their arse in so much as a blink of an eye

- Bath time comes around, you just know he’s pretending to be a *non harmful* Dreki flailing around, water everywhere, dramatically flopping around once his kids have “bested the beast”

- Teaches his kiddos the best way to take down monsters. Thor’s bubbas aren’t scared of monsters. Nope, monsters are scared of Thor’s offspring

- I can see the maids and servants of the lodge just being all “not it” when they know it’s time to clean up the carnage of play time

- makes them mini wooden weapons so they can play pretend and be like daddy

- as they get older, teaches them discipline, how to be great warriors but also be humble. They may be gods/Demi gods but even gods need to know how to protect themselves and their family.

- With Thrud though, let’s face it, whatever his little princess wants? She gets. End of

- if they fail, he teaches them how to over come those failings and be better.

- will let Thrud braid his hair and beard and you just know he rocks those mismatched uneven braids with PRIDE because his baby made them

- When they are of age, teaches them how to “woo” partners by saying shit like “when I first met your mother, I took down many foes to show her how strong I am”. Sif’s there like “yeah… sure you did” when truth be told, it was more than likely Sif that took them on because man’s was just in awe

- Anyone so much as looks at Thrud though, he’s reaching for Miljonir

- one tradition that he sticks to no matter how old they get? Telling stories by the fire. When the kiddos are young, many wooden horses were carved, sat on furs, drinking hot honey while he’s carving and telling them the most outlandish versions of his adventures, one kiddo curled up on either side of his lap and one in the middle. It would be nothing but warmth from the flames and so many choruses of laughter coming from him, Sif and his bubbas until the laughter is replaced by soft, even breathing as he looks down and each one of them are fast asleep.

- Him and Sif slowly bend down and pick up each child, Thor carrying two, Sif carrying one, careful not to disturb their slumber as their taken to their beds

- This carries on well into the kids being grown. The carvings may have changed from horses but the laughter and love and warmth is still there

• Magni is proud as fuck!

• I mean yeah he wanted to be his father's successor, but his daughter/son proving themselves more worthy?

• Way way way to proud of you to be upset or jealous, and he will proudly proclaim to everyone that you're his little girl/boy constantly.

• Even if you're taller than him, and even though EVERYONE already knows you're his kid!

• He would literally toss you up onto his shoulder, regardless of your size, and he'd then parade you around all of Asgard if you don't beg him to stop.

• Magni is probably the best dad you could have asked for out of all the Gods tbh.

• I mean when you were born you honestly became his number one priority, you are his everything, even more so than your own mother.

• Mama bear is the best summery to Magni as your father, but like he's so proud of everything you do, and he always encourages you to set your sights even higher.

• And what could be better than obtaining Thor's hammer?

• Whenever your uncle Modi starts acting up, your father puts him back in his place. No one and I mean no one talks ill of you.

• Modi probably even takes it so far as to challenge you, but before you even catch wind of it, or have a chance to accept or decline the offer.

• Magni beats you to it, and kicks his brothers ass. Telling him that he was doing him a favor, as you clearly would have done far worse.

• Overall he's very happy for you, and he can't wait to see you in battle with his father's hammer.

• Sometimes he'll even playfully challenge you for the hammer, but you both know he would never take what is rightfully yours.

| Modi |

• Modi is jealous as fuck!

• And he honestly wants to be angry with you, or even hate you... But he simply can't.

• You're his child, his only child. And despite his jealousy, he is proud of you.

• And he knows first hand how worthy you truly are, he's trained with you your whole life after all, he knows how powerful you've become.

• But because his jealousy is still there he acts very cold with you, which was a real change of pace, as he used to engage with you joyously.

• His resentment turns to his father, for never giving him the opportunity to prove himself.

• And when Modi notices just how fond of you Magni is, and how your uncle is often praising you for your accomplishment.

• Oh buddy.

• He gets even more jealous, and starts fights with Magni, often telling him that he should just claim you as his own instead, since he wants to "steal" you away now that you have such power.

• Magni would be happy to step in and take his place, he knows you deserve the honor of being Thor's successor, and you don't deserve the cold shoulder your father is giving you.

• But Odin and Thor both talk him out of it, they all know why Modi is acting this way, and they feel it's best to just let it resolve itself.

• In time Modi gets over his jealousy as they had suspected when he actually sees first hand just how worthy you truly are.

• He'll scold himself for being so blind, and he'll apologize to you in his own way, when he finally musters the courage.

• He is proud of you, he just couldn't see it until he let go of that jealousy.

• Not long after he's made amends with you, he's back to his old self again, being the caring upbeat father you had known your whole life.

• Magni also stops being so harsh on Modi when he realizes he's made things right with you again.

• All is right in the world, and you are far more powerful with your family at your side, than if they alienated you because if their envy.
