You were walking around the firehouse gently bouncing Oscar on your hip. Dana had called in a favour as she’d had to stay late at the orchestra for the all night performance. Naturally, you agreed, you loved little Oscar, how he was always curious and really really happy to see you and Egon almost all of the time. You cooed at him and rubbed his back, he was refusing to settle and it was worrying you. You tried everything, his bottle, his pacifer, even singing. You weren’t the world’s worst, you could hold a melody atleast.

You’d lost track of time and the guys were already back from their night time busts. The most recent had taken it out of all of them, and they were all covered in ectoplasm. You sat on Egons bed and held Oscar close. It’s like he knew they were back, and not from the smell. His eyes were latched onto the bedroom door waiting for Egon. That’s when it cracked in your mind that Oscar had wanted to wait for Egon to get home. A small smile spread on your face “he’ll be here in a moment why don’t we settle down okay?” He seemed to be calmer and more at ease now, letting you lay down with him resting on your chest. Within a few seconds he was fast asleep and you yourself were close to falling asleep. The bedroom door opened and the four men stumbled in tired beyond belief.

Egon smiled gently seeing you and Oscar on his bed, but something inside him switched when he realized how close you and Oscar were. You were always so motherly to him, you were always so sweet and kind, it made him want children of his own with you. Egon tries telling himself children would just hinder the ghostbusters, or they’d grow up without a dad, but every time he saw you with Oscar in your arms, it made his heart swell and beat a little faster. He sighed and took his glasses off putting them on his bedside before getting into bed with you and Oscar. You shifted in your sleep and held Oscar close as Egon snuggled up to you, his heart beating faster. He was never good with emotion, his parents rarely gave him any attention.

But every little kiss or nuzzle from you made his heart swell. His mind drifted to his bedside table where he was keeping the ring. Maybe in the future you two would marry, you’d have children of your own, hell you could maybe become a ghostbuster like him, then you could alternate between looking after your children. Egon smiled sleepily and kissed your forehead before he fell asleep.

Peter and Ray looked at each other and Peter smirked “someone has baby fever”

Another random headcanon. I don't know if this is still canon in the Ghostbusters universe, but I still consider it canon. After the Vigo incident & throughout the beginning of the new year Egon proposed to Sakura in the 90s. Fast forward to 1991 [Ghostbusters: The Video Game] the Rookie meets the guys & then meets Sakura, but her flightsuit still has her maiden name 'ROSAS'. Peter jokingly introduced her as Mrs. Spengler, but she corrected him to just let the Rookie call her 'ROSAS' for now. It's not that she doesn't want to be referred to as 'SPENGLER', but she doesn't want to go through the hassle of getting a new flightsuit with her new last name so she still wore her old flightsuit throughout time. Then 2021 [Afterlife] she sews over her last name with a new patch, finally accepting the 'SPENGLER' last name.

So I feel like post possession Oscar (Vigo) and Phoebe (herself and Garraka) would have some kind of 6th sense kinda like Danny Phantom. Having some kind of sense allowing for them to sense PKE signatures, not accurate like the PKE meters, but just the presence of the energy.

For Oscar specifically I feel like he would have a weird tie to the mood slime, like it bubbles when he gets near it due to his exposure during the possession ritual, I also feel like in a similar vain he would have a weird affect on detection equipment like the gigameter and the PKE meter, his soul would hold just a bit stronger of a charge, his emotions would have a bit more measurable of a range

As for Phoebe I feel like she definitely has a weird reaction around some of the Ghostbusters equipment, like being around an open trap, the containment units, or maybe a proton pack, she gets a slight buzz in her ears and a slight headache. And the spirit separator machine definitely messes with her (not just for trauma reasons), definitely kinda poking at the slight separation of spirit, triggering a slight bit of dissociation, and a migraine

Fun Fact: both Harold Ramis and Eugene Levy are SCTV alum.

I have a random headcanon. Since Sakura used to be a lawyer (between 1984 - 1989) Peter would probably annoy the hell out of her with so many abnormal law scenarios just for fun, until she gets fed up & says one of the most disturbing things she heard during a trial.

Peter: Is it possible to sue a pickle, can I steal the light fixture at the Sizzler without getting caught, can I summon a ghost at a random location so we can earn more money, is it possible to ask Dana to do a paternity test to know that Oscar is mine, how many dogs-.

Sakura (Her eye twitched a little): HEY, remember the Clark case I did. Where his body was mutilated by his mistress...that's going to be you if you don't shut up.

Peter stopped asking questions for the next couple of months.
