After all this time, and giving it some thought. I'm keeping this headcanon. According to the director & the actors of Frozen Empire, Phoebe and Melody's relationship is open to interpretation and doesn't have specific labels. McKenna herself said she doesn't see Phoebe as a romantic person, so my headcanon is at least partially supported.

As I said before, all interpretations are great and valid. I know plenty of other people enjoy seeing Phoebe as lesbian, bi, enby, etc. This is just how I personally choose to view her. She's my one of my favorite characters and imagining her having the same orientation as me brings me great comfort. 💚💜

Phoebe is aro ace. She’s one of us, I know it.

(All headcanons are great of course! I’m just very attached to this idea.)

What even is Trevor and Lucky’s relationship status? I thought they were hinting at a romance in Afterlife and I used to ship them pretty hard. I even defended the pairing and made some cringy fanart (I posted it on the WORST day too. Valentine’s Day was a real bummer when we lost Ivan Reitman.)

Then Frozen Empire happens and Trevor’s crush isn’t addressed at all. They’re friends now? Ok that’s cool, would’ve appreciated some explanation to what happened between them though. Maybe the comics will say something about it but IDK. I don’t really care about the ship anymore as long as they have a good platonic relationship.

… Except apparently NOW Trevor X Lucky is gaining popularity on AO3??? What bizarre timing.
