Four and Shadow, but in Pathfinder!! :D (last one!) I also redid this art and it looks so much better. Four is so colorful and so much fun to draw. ...even if I did accidentally switch up the red and purple panels on his tunic.
Pathfinder Chain Masterpost
All details and notes under the cut!
Honestly, I almost made Four a summoner with Shadow as his eidolon, but it doesn't fit as well. That would be hilarious, though. They're set up as separate PCs.
FOUR
Ancestry: Halfling! He be short and appreciative of nice things. And the Minish give off halfling vibes, don't they?
Heritage: Suli. Sulis are element-touched, but with all four elements rather than just one. It's a bit less obvious visually than the other one-element-touched heritages, but they have some element powers. Their eyes can also change color according to the element they're attuned to (which is so fanon of Four) and often they have metallic skin. So his here is extra-shiny!
Background: Artisan, specializing in metalcraft. He probably has some feats like Quick Repair.
Class: this one was a bit harder to figure out, but I'm going with an Outwit Ranger. They're rangers, so martially inclined with both melee and ranged, and they have the ability to track prey and deal some extra damage under the right conditions. Outwit rangers specifically focus on being smart to figure out weaknesses and set traps. They're very smart and use that rather than brute force. If I decided to build each of the colors separately, I could make them all different flavors of ranger.
Archetype: perhaps alchemist, like Wild, so he can make things. That's a bit strange, though, so maybe he'd better benefit from a teamwork-type archetype like Marshal or Bastion?
SHADOW
Ancestry: also halfling! Shadow is also small.
Heritage: Reflection. This heritage's whole thing is about being a direct copy of someone else and how angsty they might be about it. There are also some cool feats related to mirrors and traveling through them or storing stuff in them!
Background: Discarded Duplicate. This background mentions that the duplicate was used to stand in for the original before being "decommissioned," which isn't quite right, but there aren't any unusual abilities to the background, so I'd waive that particular little flavor in favor of an excellently named background. Four didn't discard him. Vaati did.
Class: Sorcerer! There are a lot of caster types I could have chosen, so I feel a bit bad about using sorcerer twice (the other one is Hyrule), but a charisma caster that isn't a psychic just works so well for Shadow. I'd give him the Aberrant bloodline so he has access to the occult spell tradition. Perhaps he'd get the Cathartic Mage alternate rule on there, too, so he can use his angsty emo-ness to cast spells.
Archetype: Shadowcaster. Impossible for him to not take this one, with all the shadow manipulation abilities!

[Book Review] New World Witchery, by Cory Thomas Hutcheson
I’ve always enjoyed New World Witchery (the podcast). Here, Cory Hutcheson addresses some of the same subjects, plus more.
The title alone excites. So many works on folk magic focus on Europe and the British Isles. It’s great to see a shift in focus towards the traditions on the left of the Atlantic. It’s also much appreciated by us American witches!
North America’s magical traditions speak to the unique history of the continent. Hutcheson doesn’t shy away from the painful aspects of that history.
We’ve recently seen a (welcome) acknowledgement of colonialism’s psychic trauma. New World Witchery discusses this, and provides resources for further exploration.
This book does mention live animal sacrifice. It’s such a ubiquitous feature of ancient (and some modern) religions. I would’ve found the book incomplete without some mention of it.
The details on it that the author provides are appropriate. New World Witchery doesn’t give any how-to information for animal sacrifice, of course. Still, expect to learn a lot about its history in America.
This book mentions corpses (human) too. For millennia, locks of hair, bits of clothing, etc, have all connected sorcerers to their dearly departed. This book discusses the historical role corpses have played in North American magic. Hutcheson writes respectfully and with nuance, doing justice to this serious topic.
The author admits that magic can veer a person into strange situations. Hutcheson willing dives into the spooky stuff. This is fitting in a book about North American traditions, so many of which connect with local High Strangeness experiences. Mothman wants you to read this book, in other words. I asked him.
I love the author’s look at how secular North American holidays might relate to magical timing. The book also raises questions about the origins of magical materials, like gemstones. I would like to see this topic expounded upon by other authors - I think we, as a community, need to talk about this more.
There’s a lot of folklore in this book - spells, formulas, charms, leaving me with quite the appetite for it. I realize that much more would’ve made the book massive, though. Hutcheson provides ample sources for further reading.
The author’s treatment of recent New World occult phenomena interests me most of all. The book includes instructions for a classic creepypasta game hailing from online haunts. This brought me fond memories of life online in the illustrious mid-2000s. As online occult spaces become increasingly relevant, I love seeing authors address it. This book’s a gem.
Some will question the author’s choice to include a chapter on the Satanic Panic. I find it apt, timely, and important. We currently see the resurgence of a new such fear outbreak, spurred by the likes of Qanon and Pizzagate. Hutcheson shows how modern conspiracy theories often copy older blood libel legends. Not a fun thing to read about, but definitely important!
This is more than a collection of folktales and rituals from the Americas. New World Witchery gives us a vivid, dynamic picture of America’s psychic landscape. I give this book five out of five stars. It’s available from most online book retailers, and I highly recommend it!

Ya'll. It has taken far longer than anticipated, and it is quite nearly 30 pages longer than planned, but I have another book that will be put on DMsGuild soon. It is finally a complete document. Just needs to be read through a bunch (forward and backwards, tip for anyone editing their own stuff) to make sure I'm not making an absolute fool of myself with horrible spelling, punctuation, etc. (lets be real, it's gonna happen anyway).
But, yes. New book.
Psionics: Spellcasting & Specialties
The book re-imagines psionic abilities... kind of. tl;dr, I did my best to make psionics part of 5e in a way that works and doesn't suck the fun out of having it.
(The exasperated tale of a writer overwhelmed by their creation below the cut)
I've talked about this a little, but now that the book it more complete I can say more.
The way WotC tried to put psionics in 5e with the mystic class was a massive failure. It was like this vestigial tenth limb on a bird—a creature which has ostensibly already shed limbs five through nine. It was this whole other resource that only this one class could use and didn't really have much synergy and it was complicated and you had to track all these new passives that you could shift around (it was like having to worry about infusions that could be swapped out with greater ease and significance). It was a mess. I stand by that. I've tried to tackle the problem by drafting a revised mystic class before (not even going to go over how that went, you can read it for yourself for free).
But psionics are so cool. They're still in 5e, just really subtly and honestly mostly in the presence of the mind flayer stat blocks. They work very much like spellcasting, but really only in a way that can be used with "innate spellcasting" which isn't exactly a player attainable feature (yes, I know it's comperable to a spellcasting feat, that's a whole other problem). So, I thought to myself: "What if psionics replaced spellcasting? What if you took a wizard, or a sorcerer, or a bard, or a druid, or any spellcasting class and decided 'this is not spellcasting anymore, this is psionics' and you just changed the way the spellcasting feature worked for that class?" And then I answered that question.
The follow up question was, of course "What about the other classes that don't use magic?" Well. They get specialized archetypes with psionic features that reflect what someone of that background would do with psychic powers.
And then that led to "Well some of these already have something like that from tasha's, and what if a spellcaster wanted a dedicated psionic kit beyond spellcasting modifcations? Do they get subclasses too?" To which I had to exasperated say "Yes! Fine!" (out loud, startling my spouse at 3am).
And then "what if psionics had adept feats? What if we just had more spells that acted like psionics? What if psionics was it's own school of spellcraft? We don't want to turn psionics purely into spells, but what if there was a whole school of spells that was just the kind of spells you could only do if you had psychic powers?"
I was crying at this point. This was supposed to be a short booklet, like I mentioned earlier. I was supposed to be done with it in... April? I was supposed to be done in April. That did not happen.
Psionics has five different spellcasting replacement features (four more than originally intended) along with a range of three ways to customize and further strengthen your psionic spellcasting abilities based on your spellcasting ability. Revised rules for multiclasing with split spellcasting levels (the amount of technical this got was... WotC should hire me, at this point I am as embedded in their rubbish game system as any of their writers (I would turn down the job offer out of principle, but still)). There are six new feats which adapt any (potentially) character to be some degree of psionic spellcaster. The book includes 13 new subclass options, all psionically themed—13? you ask, yes, one for every class including artificer. 35 (freaking why did I do this to myself? 35?! are you kidding me?!) new spells are included in the book, they encompass the new psionic school of spellcasting which GMs can add previously written spells to if they so choose (with some guidelines on what would make good spell candidates for this). And, because there was so much content and this was unavoidable, there are 3 new creature stat blocks which correspond to either summons or created entities that players can interact with.
Will there be art? NO. I looked at the unformatted draft and decided then and there that this would not be a full art book. Or an any art book. There is a cover. I designed a new document style template. That is it. You want more than that? Crowdfund me so I can pay some blasted artists a fair rate to commission fantasy illustrations of characters squinting into the distance and looking like they have a headache. Book isn't even out yet, so technically there's still time for that.
But yes.
This is it. Psionics book.
Soon.
(I need to sleep for a month.)

Sometimes when I’m bored I make high-level dnd characters and use them to test random homebrew enemies or just play around with abilities or enemies I’m never going to get to use in a campaign. Today’s experiment was a level 20 group that consisted of:
- my swashbuckler/bladesinger/hexblade multi class abomination
- a Goliath berserker barb / champion fighter multi class (also an abomination)
- a changeling Lunar sorcerer
- a dhampir Death cleric
- a scourge aasimar Vengeance paladin
They took on a Red Greatwyrm. I forgot a lot of abilities so it wasn’t as accurate of a test as I wanted to do. But it was still fun to just fuck around. (My favorite part is making the high-level sheets with magic items and spells and stuff.)
Some highlights of my Horrible (or Excellent) Decision Making (character creation edition):
- Sorcerer had a 25 spell save DC, and focus on psychic magic. So lots of INT saves. Greatwyrm only has +5 to INT checks, so that burned through its Legendary Resistances SUPER fast. (Also Psychic Lance incapacitates a target on a failure and Mind Whip forces them to choose between action, bonus action, or move, so once the Greatwyrm burned through its legendaries, it was fucked.)
- Swash-hex-singer has a base AC of 29 with (boots of) Haste and Bladesong, plus the ability to Shield and bring it up to 34. Can also cast Silvery Barbs and Mirror Image for added impossibility to hit them. Even a dragon only has a little more than a 50% chance of hitting them at base. 2 attacks per action plus boots of haste for 4 attacks per turn. Plus 6d6 sneak attack once per turn. Also Evasion and Uncanny Dodge for reduced damage from AoEs like dragon breath. Oh, and Hexblade’s Curse. :)
- Berseker Champion crits on 19 or 20, has 4 rages, reckless attacks, 3 attacks per action, action surge, indomitable, 2 fighting styles, Stone’s Endurance. Plus Slasher and Great Weapon Master feats for bonus crit stuff. This thing is a damage-making, damage-taking machine. (Well over 200 HP and AC 20 with bracers of defense plus barb rage resistances.)
- Aasimar Paladin has Avenging Angel plus Radiant Consumption, which is an excellent combo. Not to mention the Vow of Enmity. Sentinel and Slasher feats for extra fun. (Also had a huge bunch of hit points.)
- Dhampir Cleric has spell save DC 23, plus focus on Necrotic damage and healing. 9th level Mass Heal was a very good use of a 9th level. And necrotic damage is just badass. Can also Misty Step from Dhampir.
Basically I enjoy making fucked up multiclasses that are too powerful for their own good and would probably not be allowed in most campaigns. And these little experiments are a fun way to test them out.

Alright I’ve done nothing but scroll through the tags of stuff I like so far, time to actually do the blogging part of this blogging website
So, I have this habit of thinking of elaborate crossover plotlines between everything I’m interested in. In-universe it’s all one continuous thing, but it’s very disjointed when I think of it because I usually just do one scenario and whatever would branch off of it at a time. It’s also framed as a D&D campaign, idk why, it doesn’t really affect how anything happens. Anyway, I will be talking about this crossover thing a LOT, it’s one of the main reasons I even joined this website because I know no one who likes all of the same things and therefore no one who would understand what I’m talking about. There, long opening ramble done.
Right now, the three biggest things for me are Borderlands 3, Psychonauts, and Skulduggery Pleasant
There could be some really interesting parallels between a lot of these characters. Raz, a 10 year old who saved the world multiple times and picked up psychic abilities very quickly, even though he’s definitely too young to be doing so; Valkyrie, an adult who was 12 when she started learning magic and saved the world pretty much annually for, what? 7-ish years? Sasha, a highly skilled psychic secret agent who is perfectly happy to teach Raz how to shoot lasers at will, and was very easily convinced to do some probably-not-safe experiments with him; Skulduggery, a highly skilled sorcerer detective who was perfectly happy to start teaching Valkyrie how to summon flames and displace air at will, and took basically no convincing to bring her along to fight one of the most dangerous people in the country, probably also the world.
Not to mention the parallels that Tanith alone could bring. She was in love with Ghastly for a while, but neither of them confessed in time, and when they finally planned a first date, she got possessed for years and came back to find out he had died while she was gone. Compare that to Sasha and Milla, who are very obviously in love yet will not confess.
Also, this one’s more of a stretch but still there and could still lead to some funny interactions, Tanith and Sanguine compared to Hammerlock and Wainwright. “Brit who fights monsters for a living and man in a brown suit with a strong southern American accent”, but it’s more like looking in a warped mirror than a true parallel. Tanith and Sanguine were only together while Tanith was literally possessed by a being of pure hatred who only wanted the world to end and she hated him at all other times, need I say more?
Anyway.
I want to see interactions between a lot of these characters. What happens if Sasha meets a well-dressed skeleton? What conversations would they have? “How are you uh..” “Walking around? Necromancy. Anyway-“ What about an interaction between Oleander, the guy with heavy trauma related to bunnies who idolises the military, and Tina, the girl who constantly wears a bunny mask and has killed countless people in and out of warfare with little to no remorse?
What if everyone is pulled out of their own worlds and thrown together, forced to work together to somehow find a way home? Maybe spirits are low and no one’s sure what’s going to happen. Maybe Sir Hammerlock decides to start telling a story about some huge monster that he hunted - altered to be less scary and more light-hearted because there’s at least one child present and everyone likes a fun story. Maybe Skulduggery shares a story of his own later, about a comically incompetent bad guy and how he saved the day.
One thing is for certain though: Sasha Nein is the only person to actively find and start a long conversation with Claptrap. He’s way too interested in the idea of a fully sapient robot to be annoyed.
I’ll share some of the more plot-like ideas another time but, yeah. Huge crossover. It lives in my head rent free.

OMG HELLLOOOO!!! I HONESTLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM DOING SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING TUMBLR- I'm a big fan of your works !!! I love it sm how accurately it is with the Arcana twilight boys!!!
I have a request- it's alright if u decline it it's alright :D! Is it ok well mostly by curiosity a Arcana twilightxEnfp? (灬º‿º灬)♡
Alpheratz: He is always surprised just how many details you notice that just go over his head. In fact, it is scary to him as well. If you have even the slightest interest in psychology, you will be able to interprety body languages before they even happen. A psychic, so to say. When you want to go to social gatherings, he often chooses to not come along though. But he will ask how it was and if you had fun.
Arcturus: You and him are a power duo. Always at the front line to organize new events for the school, and maybe one of you has an idea of a donation jar that will be used to help less fortunate students or hoes directly to charities. You manage to befriend the entire school within a week, and you and Arcturus will always be where the people are. Laughing, acting, people already look up to you. And from the way Arcturus talks about you, the reputation only grows.
Pollux: He says he is not an extrovert, but he basically follows you everywhere. That mostly is because you seem to have a lot of fun with other people and everyone is kind to you, so he just guessed he'd tag along and have fun too. When you go to a party, please make sure to keep him away from the trouble he will get himself into. This may include, but is not limited, to: drinking, sliding off roofs, going to haunted places. He keeps reminding you that he met most of his friends because of you introducing him to them.
Sirius: You are curious AND perceptive, always searching for new things to do. This man will take you to lost places, escape rooms, anything to keep your mind spinning. He sees a change in you, and will treat you as such. Seeing where your strengths lie, while also becoming aware of your weaknesses. Your strengths bloom more when you are surrounded by others, maybe because you want to appear better in front of them. But who knows for sure. He will have his eyes open, studying you from wherever he is.
Spica: Have you ever wanted to be the center of attention? You are great at communication, wrapping people around your finger all the time. It comes natural to you, because you want to connect with others. There is a charm around you, which may be the optimism that you have. He helps you stay organized and keep an overlook over everything. When everything seems to be overwhelming, he helps you concentrate on your surroundings little by little. Whenever you think no one notices your effort, he is there. Sometimes he has more of an overview of your stuff than you do.
Vega: He is stuck to you like roots to earth. He has so much trouble finding friends, and following you around ended up giving him some. Very confused over how it happened, he reflects on every time he went with you and realizes that he is happier around you. Your optimism is infectious and helps him treat others less harshly. Sometimes he thinks of your worldview as childish though, but it is refreshing to consider others being kind. He grows closer to other guide sorcerers as well. Sometimes he will call you up, just to hear you talk about your next idea/vision.

secrets for sera?
Tumblr media
Does your oc have any secrets? Whats their biggest one?
Of course he has his secrets, I mean the guy is a psychic sorcerer... Even amongst sorcerers he often has to hide his ability to read thoughts, some people would find his abilities incredibly exploitable. Does your oc have any embarrassing memories?
Plenty, but swearing in Russian whilst forgetting two of his parents can speak Russian (and will scold him) ): Is there any weird habits your oc has?
Serafim will just zone out and STARE THROUGH people.. It's not necessarily a habit, but it is very weird and unnerving to witness at times. :eye: :eye: fr
Are there any secrets your oc has shared with other characters? If so, who, and what secrets?
Only a select few people outside of his immediate family know he's psychic. But in general, Alee knows the most of Serafim's secrets. How good is your oc at keeping secrets?
While Serafim doesn't lie, he's very good at dancing around the truth when need be. So he'll never tell another's secret if he can find a way around it(which he usually does, he's very smart.) How does your oc react to being told someone else’s secret? Do they lock it up tight, or spread it around?
Not Sera's business tbh... If someone is trusting him to tell him their secrets, he keeps those secrets close to his chest. How honest is your oc’s personality? Do they act how they feel, or do they tend to put up a front?
Serafim does not lie!! He HIDES things that he HAS to hide. But he does not lie. He hates lying. It doesn't feel good, he's a very honest person. Even in situations where it's like "does this look good on me?" and it obviously doesn't, he'll avoid hurting the person's feelings by finding something he DOES like, ie "the colour is really flattering!" ect ect. What’s something that your oc is insecure about? Something that someone could say to them that would really get under their skin?
He's kind of insecure about his accent? It feels misplaced in his family? It is noticeably different to the mishmash of spanish/french/american(canadian) sounding accents in the family. but!! he does bond with the twins a lil over sounding slightly different, so some good, some bad. But yeah, Sera just gets really insecure when his accent is pointed out because then it makes him feel he isn't as blended in his family. How much shame does your oc feel about themself or their past? Do they brush stuff off and feel carefree, or stay up at night recounting mistakes?
Serafim doesn't like to talk about the past. Not because he necessarily did anything wrong or worth being ashamed of, but because he suffered trauma as a child and he's still working through dealing with that. It's hard not to feel shame, even though he knows logically it wasn't his fault. Sometimes it keeps him up, but he knows his family is there for him now, and that he's safe. NOW he can brush stuff off very easily though! Is there anything your oc wants or likes that they have to keep secret, like a guilty pleasure? Anything that would get them ostracized, attacked, or just insulted for saying it out loud?
When you have ten million siblings, every god damn thing is something that will get insulted!! Céfiro always makes fun of him for loving dnd ):< If your oc could go back in time and change one moment from their life, would they, and what moment would they change?
How he reacted when meeting Alee! I'll write Sera being adopted into the family eventually, but uhhh... yeah he regrets how he handled that. If your oc had one day of their life where they were being monitored for a full 24 hours, and they knew this, what would they change about their routine?
Nothing?? Serafim is genuinely one of the more normal of the Destan-Mixtios.. he's just tryna go to school, work, learn some magic, play dnd, and swing his big ass sword around. If your oc had one day where they could do anything without being caught, what would they do?
Sera would deadass rob a Chapters so he can get all of the dnd books in physical copy, gn. Has your oc ever done anything illegal or immoral?
Only for survival. Not since. How far would your oc go to keep their secrets secret? How low would they stoop?
Not very. He doesn't want to hurt other people. Serafim would only hurt somebody to protect his family, not himself. Could your oc be effectively blackmailed with any of their secrets?
Yeah, definitely. But Vesper and Alee are TERRIFYING and that wouldn't fly for very long.

Why Dream/Morpheus/Sandman is KETU (aka South Node) and Desire is Rahu (aka North Node)
HAS ANYONE WATCHED THE SANDMAN YET ON NETFLIX??? IT'S SO GOOD WATCH IT.
Dream/Sandman is literally the Neptunian 12th house, Moon 3rd house or 12th house connection with Ketu, he's also like a Capricorn Moon and Ketu (Dream mentioned in the last episode "collective unconscious or is if subconscious lol). While Ketu is more of spiritual and detached, intuitive and instinctive, wandering and confusing (like a dream obviously like a neptunian).
ALSO FUN FACT Ketu is depicted with a gem (Dream's Ruby) and sitting on the crow/raven, that is also why Dream always has a "Raven" and must always to guide ans accompany him. Ketu's energy is sometimes expressed in the behavior of one who does not want to be involved in a material reality like Morpheus/Dream does, only dreams only stay in the Dreaming realm. Ketu represents good or bad, karma, the way he did to punish people on some episodes they deserved it, that is their karma or consequences, that is also why Dream creates nightmares to make people confront their fears or what they couldn't face in their waking life. Ketu is without boundaries, it represents the unlimited. Ketu gives an interest in enlightenment and spirituality. It gives the ability to look within, a strong intuition, inner knowledge and self-realization. Ketu is uncontrollable and fluid being. Ketu is the karaka of wisdom, insight, intelligence (explains why Dream/Morpheus has a big library with lots of books in his realm and the reason why he has his loyal librarian), fantasy and spirituality, supernatural occurences, and psychic abilites (he can foresee things by using his helm). Ketu is not vain, but Rahu is.
Tumblr media
(Morpheus means "form/shape", a god of dreams and a messenger of the Gods to able to communicate divine messages/symbols/signs to mortals just like Ketu carrying with a sign or banner)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Desire is a Rahu-Venusian. Desire is literally Rahu, Rahu means going after your desires & more of materialistic aggressive, impulsive, ambitious, obsessive, & selfish nature of Rahu. And is also mischievous, dissatisfied, & deceitful trickster, for testing purposes or for personal gain. Rahu is also the "void", the magnetic pull of curiosity or interests of what Rahu desires, the vortex that Rose Walker didn't know she had that is actually from Unity Kincain that is ACTUALLY passed down by Desire to Unity to Rose, is the vortex, it's malevolent, sucking it all up like a void, an insatiable appetite, that is why it sucks everything in the Dreaming when the whirlpool/black hole appeared in the last episode, that vortex is the void SO GET IT DOES IT MAKE SENSE NOW??? It sucks up Dream's domain. Rahu is also good with Mercury, and Rahu likes the energy of Gemini, and Mercury a planet known for its duality, like Desire, androgynous. Also Rahu nakshatras are usually air signs, then notice where Desire's place is somewhat in the air in the clouds. Desire also gives me this vibe of Leo rising/ascendant, Gemini Mercury 1st house, Scorpio Venus, Rahu/Sun/Venus in 2nd house, 5th house, or 7th house.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
ALSO the Magus aka Roderick Burgess literally gives off a Purva Bhadrapada and Hasta vibe/energy just like Aleister Crowley who is a Purva Bhadrapada native. A dark cult, sorcerer, witchy stuff.
Tumblr media
Death on the other hand could be Saturn-Pluto, Saturn 8th house.
Tumblr media
Delirium could be the Moon. Since Moon rules the mind and the mental state could be 3rd house/4th house/12th house or Moon-Mercury.
Destruction is totally Martian, Capricorn Mars or Scorpio Mars, Mars-Pluto. Ashwini and Kritikka nakshatra.
Grief could be Moon-Neptune 4th or so called IC (Imum Coeli) while Desire could be the 10th house or so called MC (Mideaven).
Destiny could be Rahu too, since North Node means "Destiny".

Hello. This is I the deranged JJK anon back with more comic info. Feel free to delete this ask bc I am profusely sorry for taking up your time and I really enjoyed the last answer./srs ...speaking of getting into the anime/manga, I cannot recommend it now bc the anime is quite gorery/depressing and the manga has jumped the shark
Satoru and Suguru are best friends, and it is highly implied that their relationship has romantic undertones.
Satoru's canon theme song by the comic author is "Shame on Me" by Avicii, which has many romantic lyrics.
Suguru wears Gojo Kesa as an adult, or a Buddhist monk outfit just because it is a "Gojo" kesa.
Satoru is from a family of prolific, rich sorcerers (or just an influential, rich and powerful family in the NSR world) who would probably not want a "scandal" if their heir was some flavor of gay. (below is more NSR world main HCs)
This could explain why the Satoru Suguru Shoko gang ran a phony scheme in the NSR world, maybe to escape harsh reality.
Hobie hates Satoru and Suguru for some reason, probably because Satoru is a snobbish rich brat.
Miles (bc he is sunshine reincarnate), Peni (the only Arachnikid who can communicate with the JJK gang (what is their group name) in Japanese) and Yu(also sunshine) have to work together to make them GET. ALONG.
They eventually do get along, since Nueva York is pretty messed up too and they want out
Yu adores Peni bc kits reminds him of his sister back at home
Speaking of Yu... T-boy Yu HC?
And Satoru and Yu both using neopronouns too bc silly is cool (blue/blues Satoru? pup/pups Yu?)
Satoru likes blues eyes bc Suguru thinks they are the most beautiful thing in the universe, and tells blues that all the time
Satoru could have a combo of space/psychic powers, like DJ Sub to some extent
Nanami used to hide his 30 percent side with makeup and hair, like what Eve did. After coming to Nueva York, he has stopped hiding. (Also bc the rest of the gang encouraged him to do so)
Shoko used to be a heavy smoker as a highschooler in Japan, and sure wants to smoke again although they know it isn't good for their glass/plant body
Noir agrees, and they both wish to smoke after they both get out
AroAce "So Done With Your Shit Gojo" Nanami... Satoru(flamboyant gay) and Suguru(literature gay/bi/enby) eventually becoming the cringe/j gay couple...(their annoyingness is on par with GhostFlower(Miles/Gwen) and Pavitri(Pavitr/Gayatri), although those four are far nicer than SatoSugu(Satoru/Suguru)) "I am anything but cis and straight" Shoko... "I used to be a girl and now I am a boy who likes boys and girls" Yu...
... sorry again for the ask dump. I know it's messy and feel free to dump this too
I actually love gorey animes and movies so that’s not a bother to me! Don’t know how I feel about “jumped the shark” stories though because the only ones I know really are things like Family Guy or Simpsons that have that trope and I don’t watch those shows really anymore (and they are an entirely different feel from a continuous narrative story).
Anyway you can keep sending this stuff in! I like learning stuff second hand for some reason, it’s a lot of fun! (I know a LOT more about One Piece than I should thanks to tiktok and one movie I watched not realizing it was part of a series lol)
Gonna try and give feedback to ALL points because I realized I completely forgot to answer something on your last ask because I skipped a sentence when rereading (about Eve and Nanami).
-Satoru/Suguru relationship: Oh cool! What if they were in a QPR? That would be neat for some reason lol! Also, could only think of the lesbian version of “and they were best friends” hehehe. But good for them (maybe, unless they are doomed by the narrative).
-Satoru theme song: This song has a really good beat to it! Only Avicii song I knew before was “Hey Brother” so this was a complete shift in what I thought the beat of the song was gonna be. But it seems to fit well with what I know of the character (could seem to fit better if I knew the more intricate details lol).
-Suguru and Gojo Kesa: Okay that’s actually really funny lol. To me that’s like a guy named Gene wears only jean jackets hehe.
-Satoru family/gayness: I can see that being a thing unfortunately. It would also make sense for Satoru to be from a famous/influential or powerful family as his powers would probably be a family trait and that kind of power (of reality manipulation) would definitely make a family well known and rich.
-Escape reality: Having the three, who all probably have higher-up families because of their powers, does make sense that they grouped together to try and escape their family life. It would also make them less empathetic (sympathetic? idk) to the common people and allow their scheme to continue without really feeling bad about it (because logically it makes sense to them, we are healing you of something no one else could, so you have to give something no one else could, your power).
-Hobie’s hate: Yeah. There’s also the fact the two (3 with Shoko) took advantage of people in vulnerable states for their own selfish reasons. The rich brat personality is just another facet for Hobie to hate.
-Get along (2 of the points): Okay, for some reason I immediately thought of Satoru, Suguru and Shoko (don’t know what their group would be called) would try and get Peni to help them scheme as a technomancer could be really valuable, but kit obviously does not want to trick people and definitely wouldn’t want to do anything related to medical stuff at the moment considering kits pretty recent past.
Miles, Peni, and Yu are hanging out and talking as best as they can with Peni helping out because I can see the three having a lot in common (which allows Yu and Nanami become like unofficially apart of the Arachnikid friend group and probably be really good assets in the Power Revolution).
But yeah, Peni helping bridge the gap is a nice thing to think about. Even if it is just letting Satoru, Suguru, and Shoko be friendly or at least cordial with the rest of the group. They would mainly be doing their own thing, while Yu and Nanami are actually trying to be friends with everyone.
-Yu and Peni: I love this idea. Especially the thought that Peni could get a kind of older brother figure because of how Yu sees her. Both being in pretty shitty situations (Peni having lost kits dad and Yu being away from all his family with just a single friend) would probably look for a type of familial bond without realizing it. (which also makes me think Yu and Noir would become pretty good friends once they work out the language barrier because of how close Noir and Peni are).
-T-boy Yu: Fuck yeah! (I don’t have much to add since I barely know him, but yeah! T-boy swag!)
-Neopronouns: Those are cool neopronouns! Will try to use them for the rest of this ask when I can! (I will be honest, I keep getting names mixed up because they are all new names to me and I don’t exactly have the names to faces memorized yet lol, so hopefully I don’t use blue for Suguru by accident)
-Eyes: Aw that’s sweet. I can see Satoru not liking blues eyes when blue was younger because… well it’s not common to have multiple eyes (not impossible, but not common) so maybe had some kind of resentment to blues eyes for a while until Suguru kept complimenting them, allowing Satoru to start loving blues eyes (also when I first read that I thought it meant blue as in color and was thinking how would Satoru like Purl’s eyes since they are a pretty blue color when not wearing their sunglasses).
-Space/psychic powers: It’s basically like a combination of Eve and DJSS’ powers which is such a dangerous and powerful combination to have. Which I feel like really fits blue a lot. I can see these powers not being super distinct from each other (like you can tell when Tatiana is using fire vs using time) and so they meld together making a seemingly single type of power instead of two distinct power types (I have no idea how to explain it better than this lol).
-Nanami 30%: OMG THIS! I forgot to address this in my other ask! I had something planned for it too! UGH!
Anyway, I was going to say I don’t think people would make fun of Nanami for his skin condition (I think that was how it was worded in the ask) but they do compare him to Eve, only because Eve is probably like the only person with this kind of condition that the people around Nanami know about. It would be like someone with vitiligo always being compared to Micheal Jackson because it isn’t a common skin condition that a lot of people would have heard of outside of a celebrity.
So yeah, I can definitely see Nanami being really annoyed with the constant comparisons and actively trying to hide his condition for a long while before coming to terms with it. It was more of an annoyance to hear and to hide the condition than anything else.
Once he got to Nueva York, he might not have been ALLOWED to hide his condition. Maybe he had “bad behaviour” (it wasn’t actually bad, he just kept using his powers thinking it was fine but the counselors had to keep stopping him) and so he lost some privileges like hair dye and makeup.
Thankfully the people around him didn’t care all that much. There were definitely comments comparing him to Eve (especially from Pav who explained how he is related to Eve) that annoyed Nanami, but he explained his feelings and the group apologizes because they didn’t know (maybe him and Pav’s relationship starts off a bit rocky because of this connection and Nanami having a hard time dissociating his feelings for his condition and Eve from Pav).
After Nanami gets hair dye and makeup privileges back, I do think the gang would encourage him to not hide it again and so he doesn’t (still has to grow out his hair though to get the 30% to outgrow the dye)
-Smoko Shoko (and Noir, 2 points): Oh her plant parts are absolutely hating the smoke she puts into her body, but I don’t think the glass part would be as affected as something more organic (the glass is organic as well but to a lesser degree like Tatiana’s rock body or Matvey’s metallic body). I wonder if her healing powers could help reduce any problems she might have with being a heavy smoker, that would be a neat thing to be able to do!
Her and Noir, when given access to go out for good behaviour, go and have a smoke together. They can’t really communicate without Peni or without their phones to translate stuff, but they just sit down at a park or beach and watch the sunset together silently as they smoke (they definitely are not allowed to smoke on Nueva York premises so they get a lot of their smoking done in this small time frame).
-Queering it up HCs:
Love AroAce headcanons, good job Nanami!
SatoSugu and GhostFlower (didn’t know that was their ship name, cute!) being happy and annoying while Pav is sad and alone in Nueva York missing Gaya (you better believe they become the most annoying when reunited because of the time they were forced apart).
Trans Shoko? Nice :3 (also for some reason like the idea of her being a part of SatoSugu but in a queer platonic way. Like they are also dating her but in an emotional sense while SatoSugu are also just super gay for each other).
And then Yu is an icon with t-boy swag hehe
________________
So yeah! That’s all I got for each of your points! Don’t worry about sending in these asks, I do like learning about media second hand, it’s fun! So these asks are pretty fun to do! I’m just sad I can’t add a lot more ideas like I could for a media I know a lot about, but you seem to be having fun talking about this stuff (like I have fun talking about shit which is why I make long answers to asks lol) so that’s good!
Glad you are able to enjoy my ideas even when they might not all be correct with the source material in how people act or relationships with other characters! But hey, that’s the fun part lol. Sometimes a little mischaractization is fun hehehe

Been looking over Pathfinder 2e classes on Archives of Nethys and had the realization that there is real untapped potential in not only fantasy ttrpg's, but the fantasy/sci fi genres in general for weight gain related kinks.
Like take for instance pathfinder's psychic class. The occult spell list is full of levetation and telekenisis spells, and if you pick distant grasp as your concious mind you get all thes spells by default. Stuff like levetation, flight, mage hand, telekenisis, and unseen servant can all minimize the amount of energy the spell caster needs to burn on a day to day basis, enabling greater hedonism and weight gain. At higher levels psychics can even get permanent flight. They don't even have to walk anymone! You could learn a ritual to have unseen servants staff your house, waiting on you hand and foot. The psychics magic just enables these fun situations.
Or how about literally any divine caster (cleric, oracle, sorcerer with certain bloodlines, etc). All the spells that restore hitpoints and cure ailments that the divine spell list is full of would make the mecial conserns of gaining a distant memory. Wake up in the middle of the night with intense pain in your chest and realize your having a heart attack. No problem, just restoration and your good to go! Having trouble getting around? Freedom of movement! Hell there's even a divine domain of indulgence! So if your god is Cayden Calien for instance you can get access to a spell that literally feeds you a meal instantaneously.
Spellcasters in general would enable interesting gaining scenario's, and im sure clever people could find more spells on the spell lists that could either enable gaining or create fun weight gain scenarios.
The playtest classes out right now also have really cool possibilities. Mabye a sage Animist lets their apparitions posess them to experience the sensation of consuming physical food and they get a little carried away. Mabye it beocmes a regular occurence. Or the Exemplar being able to take class feats to claim dominion over divine domains and so with the prior mentioned indulgence domain. The possiblities are endless.
Anyways thanks for coming to my Tedtalk.

[is recommended a playlist titled ‘a god complex’] [starts thinking about zenith fondly]
i remembered that i have a homebrew warlock subclass for zenith as the patron and y’know what, i think it turned out pretty decent.
Tumblr media
commentary under the cut
one thing i’d potentially change is Outside letting you pick the condition, though i feel like i’ve seen that as an option before? maybe? i can’t remember. aside from that little thing, i feel like it’s a decently balanced subclass? even if it’s just for funsies i tried really hard not to just go wild and overpowered with it. i looked at a bunch of other subclasses when i was putting this together for a general idea of what might be acceptable.
(also, ‘Outside’ is called that because that’s another name for the Far Realm! fun fact)
for this reflecting a connection to zenith specifically, i tried to stick to his general Themes. telepathic communication is a big thing for him, so a couple of the expanded spells and the psionic transmission feature relate to that. sleep/night/dream associations. general eldritch horror because i love that about the Far Realm.
here’s a warlock i made with the subclass! i think i got all the features to function properly, hell yeah. thinking about a character like this actually being played and roleplay mechanics of having a patron, i don’t think zenith would be especially demanding. what he wants depends on whether he’s 1) still in the Far Realm or 2) has moved fully into the material plane. for 1, he’d largely just want to see the world literally through their eyes. not taking over or anything, just silently watching. won’t even know he’s there unless he pipes up to comment on something or ask questions. he’s not ALWAYS watching, just sometimes. sometimes he also pops in if you don’t reach out to him on your own often enough, what interesting things have you seen/done recently. tell me stories. secondary task would be doing research/resource gathering for him re: ways for him get over into the material plane. warlocks can’t cast gate but there are items that’ll let you, or befriend a cleric or sorcerer or something. start collecting just a lot of diamonds. etc. for 2, where he’s already there, still just wants to experience different stuff! tell me stories!!!! more resource gathering, you just gotta meet up with him sometimes to hand stuff over. also this’d be a feature of 1 as well but less so, generally getting his name out there to others who might be looking for some magic powers as well. network for him. so either way he’s not ESPECIALLY demanding and the things that he actively asks for aren’t... too bad, considering. if you’re not especially social/don’t like to talk he might get bored with you because he’s partially in this to socialize so it’s in your best interest to reach out occasionally or humor him when he pops in to chat. the worst part of it is that having that connection to him would make it very easy to him to lock onto your mind, so like. i feel like it’d be a DM roll pretty much every time you sleep to see if zenith is going to eat your dream. just taking a little bit of psychic damage when you sleep more often than not. it’s fine. it’s a bad experience but it’s fine you’ll live

For those of you who think Charisma based casters like sorcerers have it easy, Pathfinder has more Charisma based classes for you to make fun of for the following reasons:
Bard: too easy
Oracles: oracles don't bother with study or having intimate relationships with deities, they just understand the mysteries of the universe. There is a drawback though in the form of their curse. So you know what don't make fun of them too much.
Psychic: Psychics can be either nerds (INT based) or discount sorcerers. Their power comes from their own mind. So honestly they don't even have the history of a sorcerer. At least the sorcerer probably has a cool story about how grandma was an actual angel.
Summoner: relies on their pet for everything
Thaumaturge - not even proper spellcasters, Thaumaturges rely on their stuff to power their abilities (jokes aside it's a really cool class)

This issue focuses on Rachel, who's out on the town with Amara. We get some backstory as she gazes out on New York and thinks about her version of the city. She was kidnapped by the government as a small child and brainwashed to be a hound, a telepath forced to track down other mutants for imprisonment and slaughter. We only get a brief look at this part of her life, but it's clear how much the grief and guilt still affects her. Ororo is saying her goodbyes to the team as she prepares to take a leave of absence. She no longer feels like she has a place with the X-Men, and she's going home to Africa for a while to reconnect with her roots. In the city, Jamie Rodriguez, the dock worker who found that necklace last issue, tries to resist it's offer of power in exchange for his soul. Rachel and Amara go shopping and to the Metropolitan Art Museum, where Rachel picks up Selene's psychic signature. Both wanting revenge, they track her to the Hellfire Club. Neither of them realize what the building is as they sneak inside and disguise themselves as maids. Because the Hellfire Club is full of creeps, the maid uniforms include collars, which freaks Rachel out and reminds her of her hound uniform. But she pushes past it to try and find Selene. This issue actually takes place between the two Selene scenes in that last New Mutants arc, just to make the timeline more confusing, so here we see Selene and Shaw's first meeting. To prove she's deserving of membership, she captures Rachel and Amara when they attack her and enslaves them as a gift for Shaw. Really Selene wants Rachel under her control due to her powers, and is using her as a pawn in her long game to take over the Club. Shaw knows it, but he thinks he can out manipulate her and accepts at the urging of his assistant Tessa. Fun fact about Tessa, 20 years from now Claremont reveals she's been Xavier's spy from the beginning. I doubt he had that in mind at this point, but it does add yet another layer to the hidden agenda conspiracy in this room. Rachel regains conscious thought but not control over her body, and is terrified that this was all a hallucination and she's still a hound. But she regains her grip on reality and refuses to live as a slave again, so she mindlinks with Amara and frees her from Selene's control, allowing her to physically free them both. It's an important moment for Rachel that reminds her that despite everything she's been forced to do, her powers can still free mutants and not just hurt them. The earthquakes of the battle alert Xavier, who sends the X-Men, and they manage to take out Selene and call a truce with Shaw. I feel like Amara's reunion with Selene and her desire to kill her before being stopped by Xavier should have occured in the New Mutants. I love seeing mini crossovers to have the different characters interact, but their big personal story beats should be contained to one series or the other. Anyway, this was a pretty good issue, and a good exploration of Rachel's character outside her relationships with the other X-Men. The cliffhanger sees Jamie Rodriguez stabbed by a mugger who steals the necklace which then activates and releases the evil sorcerer Kulan Gath, an ancient enemy of Conan and a modern enemy of Spider-Man.
As explained in an info dump by Valerie Cooper at a defense department meeting, Kulan Gath has transformed Manhattan into a fantasy land. The people are still themselves, and have the same relationships and emotions and stuff, but their memories have be reworked to fit in with this world. The Morlocks have become slaves of Kulan Gath and his enforcers, used on anyone who displeases him and bringing him children that he sacrifices for his spells. Valerie says the X-Men may be their only hope, which starts an argument about mutants. One general who fought in World War II and liberated concentration camps is disgusted by his colleagues, who want to start a mutant holocaust. Although Valerie has no empathy for mutants, she's a pragmatist, and says they need to give these mutants a chance and hope they decide to save the humans. Ororo's boat was caught in the spell bubble, and Callisto, Captain of the guard, arrives to arrest her on the orders of Gath. When Ororo resists, she's happy to attack, hoping for revenge, but Ororo takes her out. She has a chance to kill her unconscious foe, but chooses mercy. In the battle, she and Callisto fall off the boat and are swept out of the Manhatten bubble by the current, lifting the spell on them and restoring Ororo's true memories.  Gath, meanwhile, has merged Caliban and Xavier into the ultimate tracker, which he's using to find anyone who may pose a threat. He's also taken Doctor Strange prisoner and has been torturing him. He leaves to be presented with his latest slaves, the New Mutants. Warlock is unaffected by the spells. and tries to free his friends, but Gath takes control of them and forces them to attack Warlock, who flees in shame. Elsewhere, Rachel and Amara are confronted by some guards but saved and enslaved by Selene, who's unaffected. Outside Manhatten, Callisto hates owing her life to Ororo, but hates Gath more for mentally enslaving her. She's also upset that Ororo lost her powers, both because she wanted to battle her again mutant to mutant and more importantly because as a fellow Morlock, she wants to protect her own even when she hates them. She offers to kill Forge when Selene contacts them and asks for help defeating Gath. They make their way back to Manhattan, reflecting on the tragedy that they couldn't have met as friends, and go back through the portal, transformed again but this time with a psychic implant from Selene that'll help them fight Gath's enslavement spells and find her. Meanwhile, Spider-Man, who for some reason is the only person unaffected by the spell, is being hunted by the New Mutants. The chase leads to bar, where they catch him and see another of Gath's targets, Illyana. The try to arrest her, but the Avengers, Kurt, and Anna stand in their way. Sunder and Peter, another of Gath's slaves, arrive to back up the New Mutants and a fight breaks out. Illyana's soulsword frees Peter from Gath's control, and when Selene and her allies arrive, the New Mutants flee with Spidey as their prisoner. Gath teleports in, grabs Selene, tells everyone they can either come serve him or die, and vanishes. The heroes go to the Morlocks tunnels, which can't be breached by telepathy, and plan to save their city.
Gath tortures Spidey, who stopped his last attempt at ascension, and Selene, who's an old enemy. He sends the New Mutants, along with Vision and the Scarlett Witch, to kill the heroes. In the battle, Anna and Sam are killed, and Starfox and Wasp of the Avengers are captured. Warlock shows up and saves Ororo while the others flee back into the tunnels. They're attacked by the New Mutants and Sunder. Callisto is forced to kill her friend, and promises to avenge him, while Illyana frees the other New Mutants from Gath's controlling spells. Meanwhile, Warlock is unable to talk to Ororo, since Gath's spells made everyone not speak English anymore, but he shows her images of her old self that jog her memory and make her realize the truth of this world. The two of them go to Gath's castle and arrive at the same time as the heroes, who are there to save Selene. They're overpowered by Gath and his minions, but Ororo, able to fly again with Warlock as a jetpack, steals his amulet, his source of power. But it's stolen from her by Amara, and we learn that Selene and Amara switched places before "Selene" was captured. This has been her plan all along, to take control of the spell and make this world hers, and she kills Gath and Warlock. In his dying moments, Warlock infects Ororo with his techno-organic virus, turning her into a being like him, and she infects Selene and drains her lifeforce. This ends the slaver spells, including the one on Doctor Strange, but not the transformation of Manhattan. Strange can't destroy such a powerful spell, but by using Illyana's unhoned time travel powers as a conduit, he turns back time to the moment before Gath was released. In this timeline, he won't be released from his amulet, but a consequence of Strange's spell is that he doesn't know what event will happen in this new timeline that prevents the release. We learn that due to how much wonky time travel has been happening recently, the event is the sudden appearance of Nimrod, a strange sentinel from the Days of Future Past timeline who kills the mugger that killed Jamie Rodriguez and became Gath's host. Claremont packed a lot of action and guest stars into these two issues, but the pacing is actually pretty great. I would have liked to see the story lean more into the alternate version of the characters. I really liked Kurt, who was a sword wielding swashbuckler, and Anna, who had super durable green crystal skin granting invulnerability instead of Carol powers. But everyone else just got a change of clothes. Also, despite how fun it is to see the New Mutants and Avengers having big roles and interactions with the X-Men, the actual story is just not as good as a lot of what's been in the book recently. Maybe he's cooler in Conan books where he has history with the characters, but in this story Kulan Gath is just not that interesting. With all the tragedy and serious drama in the book lately, this could have been a great opportunity for a brief change of pace with a wacky and exciting crossover, but Claremont tries to be just as dark and dramatic as in the surrounding arcs, which weakens the aspects that could have made it stand out. And because there's so much going on, that darkness and drama is also a lot weaker than in recent issues which had a close focus on a smaller group. It's one of Claremont's weaker arcs, but like always there's some good stuff too.

going through and rbing ppls crew ocs and someone must of accidentally pasted a dif link for yours, i was going to fix it but idk if you mad a ref/post for him -vyncentsknife
Tumblr media
That's super cool! I think the councilblr crew is a fun thing. I would make a new oc for it, but unfortunately, I'm very busy. Reginald Darlington fits anyways. Gonna use your ask as an opportunity to give y'all some info on him!
He was experimented on by the government, which I guess would be the Navy or RAFT in this world or whatever. Formerly a self-made Human businessman, he is an egotistical narcissist with trauma because his brother - a very important bisexual surfer bro politican named Gerald - bullied him relentlessly as a kid (and still does lol).
The whole original idea for them was slime guy who is super pretentious even though he's absolutely foul. He has extreme paranoia and perfectionism issues, as well as horrific insomnia. He's also an arsonist! Burned down a lot of competing businesses for Darlington Dealers, his alcohol business, to become a top contender in the business world.
After the experiments, he hides every part of his body so nobody knows he's slime. For everyone else, you can find his design here, although it's a version without his hooded look. He also now has strange Sorcerer powers which stem from both his new slime nature and his dark, dark subconscious that manifests through the Aberrant Mind Sorcerous Origin. Lots of psychic damage stuff, it's cool.
I imagine that after escaping the government, they have to seek refuge with pirates to survive. He definitely hates it and everyone there, as they're all "below" him, but he'll just have to deal with it.
Their pronouns are he/they, and he's gay! Has never gotten a single bitch in his life though because of his wholly unpleasant personality. Also a big baguette lover. Also his parents are gay and their names are Oswald and Archibald.

Bells Hells at level 6!
Ashton Greymoore
Ashton gets another use of Rage, for a total of 4 per day. He also gets a Path of Fundamental Chaos subclass feature! Unfortunately, we have no idea what it is since Matt hasn’t published it yet.
Chetney Pock O’Pea
Travis hasn’t decided whether to take level 6 Blood Hunter or level 1 Rogue, so we’ll look at both. (Personally I hope he chooses Blood Hunter, there’s some fun stuff we never got to see at this level!)
For Blood Hunter, he would gain another use per rest of Blood Maledict, as well as another Blood Curse to choose from when he does. More importantly though he also would gain Brand of Castigation, allowing him to brand one target per rest. He always knows the direction of the branded target, and if it damages him or any creature within 5 feet of him, it takes psychic damage equal to his Int modifier (2).
For Rogue, he would gain Proficiency in one Rogue skill, as well as Light Armor and Thieves’ Tools (both of which he already has). He would also gain Expertise in two of his skills, allowing him to add double his proficiency bonus to those skill checks. He’d get Sneak Attack, dealing 1d6 extra damage when he hits with a finesse weapon under the proper circumstances. Finally he would also learn Thieves’ Cant.
Fearne Calloway
As a Wildfire druid, Fearne gains an Enhanced Bond with her wildfire spirit Little Mister, allowing her spells to originate from his space instead of hers. Also when Mister is summoned, any time she casts a spell that deals fire damage or heals, she can add a d8 to the roll!
Fresh Cut Grass
F.C.G. gains a second use per rest of Channel Divinity. They also get an Empathy Domain subclass feature! Much like Ashton however, we don’t know what it is yet.
Imogen Temult
Imogen gains another Sorcery Point, now up to 6. She also learns another spell. More importantly as an Aberrant Mind sorcerer, she gains Psionic Sorcery, allowing her to cast her subclass spells by using Sorcery Points equal to the spells level instead of a spell slot! (Note, this is cheaper than converting Sorcery Points to spell slots with Flexible Casting). When she does, the spell requires no components, not even material unless they’re consumed! She also gains Psychic Defenses, giving he resistance to psychic damage, as well as advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened!
Laudna
Laudna took level 4 Sorcerer, which gives her an additional Sorcery Point, up to 4, as well as an additional Cantrip and another spell known. (Note, Laudna now knows the most cantrips in the party at 8) She also gains her first Ability Score Improvement at this level, which she could instead use to take a Feat!
Orym
As a fighter, Orym also gains an Ability Score Improvement, the first of the class’ two extra ASIs! Like Laudna, he could use it to instead gain a Feat!
