Recently found this little Uranyl Nitrate bottle at the lab.

Uranium glass is a well known example of the fluorescent behavior of this element, on its Uranyl form. However Uranyl ions present in solutions and salts also produce light through fluorescence when properly stimulated.
Today's polish is another neon pink that was extremely hard to get color accurate pictures of. This one is lighter than the last one and has a really strong orange shimmer in it so I thought it'd be easier to photograph but no. 😂😭 The color in the bottle is the most color accurate I could get. I really loved this polish though. This one is from a collection of neon shimmers so I'm sure you'll be seeing more from that collection this summer. This is Fluorescent from Polished for Days.
