KIDD; hey, captain. may i have this dance?

wc: 2216 summary: where name, the only one who can make kidd blush, asks her captain to a dance and later elicit a confession out of him. warnings: fem reader, very fluff you'd actually melt, nothing too crazy or offensive, NOT PROOFREAD

"hey, captain. may i have this dance?"

it's like the devil made an entrance as everything went downhill when you finished talking. kidd was at a loss letting your words register in his brain. the grip on his mug tightened and it seemed like blood rose to his face. he started choking on thin air and began drumming on his chest.

while being in the middle of a conversation, you approached kidd with a soft smile and an inviting hand. the person he was talking to, killer, raised both eyebrows and averted his gaze from the two of you as he continued sipping on his wine. some of his crew mates sitting near him had heard it and started snickering.

it wasn't really anything new. you were always pretty affectionate to your captain, blatantly expressing your admiration every chance you get. you made it crystal clear that you're interested ever since the day you confessed, sober and intentional at that. kidd didn't reject you, nor accepted your confession. he just ruffled your hair and said, "yeah i know, buttercup.". which was more than enough for you to feel all sorts of butterflies inside.

it's not like you're expecting for him to return it, you just want to let it out. so you didn't act awkward about it. not for kidd though. when you start showing more love for him, he'd be a blushing mess and would curse you out. not that those curses mean something unpleasant, those are just empty words as defense to his emotions.

that's when you started personally sending him food, lots of them, to his workshop when he coops up in there fixing up some weapons for the crew or when he feels like tinkering. those are the times he'd genuinely feel your utter interest in the things he likes.

you'd always be his cheerleader and he loves it a little too much, but he never shows it; not that he's good at hiding it, his cheeks and behaviour are enough to tell you he anticipates it. when he prevails against an enemy, your words always usher that rhythm in his heart. or when he comes up with a new attack for his devil fruit and you want to see it first. and you two end up sparring.

and when you save his ass more than usual. you always watch his six more than the others, it's pretty unfair but it doesn't mean you let your crew mates get harmed. unfortunately, you just have bias. not that kidd needs it. but that one time he did, you kicked a knife aimed at his face and redirected it to his side. you saw the shift of shock to anger in his face, accompanied with a deep red tint on his cheeks.

like when you brush your arms or knees against his when you're seated together, because you always aim for a spot next to him and the crew respects that. and when you always pour him a drink, ordering for him and all that. you ask him what's wrong because he's always so red even with one mug of rum. he'll just grumble and chug even more rum.

but he never tells you how he feels about it, about you. and it's okay. you're content with him allowing you to love him. it's already a privilege to have the permission to love the most notorious.

so when you don that bandage dress in red he got you for the night, the cacophony in his surroundings was dulled. his blood pressure rose and his hands became sweaty as you stood there with the warmest gaze and an anticipating smile.

"a-ah, maybe it isn't your thing, right capta-"

he suddenly stood up, he doesn't know what prompted him to do it. he could just ignore you, snicker at you, or tell you how dumb it is. but he chose not to. if there's one thing kidd does to your feelings, he doesn't step on it. as oppose to others, so maybe he has a bias too.

he towered over you, a scowl scrunched up on his face as he looked down at you. a shocked expression soon changed with absolute joy was now evident on your face. he yanked your hand, only with a little force though, and pulled you closer.

"only for a while, aye?" he lowly whispered on your ear, tone demanding. "i don't really dance."

you were having a goddamn field day. your heart was in an impossibly fast marathon. you were smiling ear to ear, pulling away and looking up at him while nodding with joy. "come on?" you invited, gesturing to the dance floor that was now filled with couples slow dancing.

once you two stand before each other, in an awkwardly far distance. you giggled a little, noticing how he obviously doesn't know how to dance, especially slow dancing.

you reached over to his side to hold his hands, both human and metal. he was surprised, especially by your touch, by the way he stiffened up. but he let you guide him.

"your hands goes here." you placed them on your waist, "and mine goes here." you finished with a smile, placing your arms by either sides of his neck. "and we just sway and change positions on alternating foot. easy enough, yeah?"

he noticed that your eyes were especially radiant tonight, how you exceptionally worked on yourself with the make-up you put on. the ornaments in your styled hair complimented the color of your dress. how the chained, golden necklace he gave you as a 'dumb scrap he never uses and deems it trash' framed your neck and cascaded down your chest. how you smell way too expensive he coulda thought you were someone else. you were all different and it made him feel the same with you, except stronger.

"why are you staring? something off on my face?" you started growing conscious, your hand reaching over to touch your cheek but his human arm caught it and placed it back to where it came from.

"hands off, you might smudge your make-up." he tsked, "nothing off 'round here, short stack. 's quite the opposite actually."

"pft, what does that even mean?" you tilted your head, scanning his eyes for answers. but it's just you fangirling about the yellows that mesmerized you. "if you have time to spout nonsense, maybe think about not bumping on my foot." you rolled your eyes, glancing down at the movement of your shoes.

"ain't it your fault for haulin' a total amateur at this?" his voice raised a little, scowl deepening.

"hm? something so simple like this is giving you a hard time, captain?" you egged him on, and it's exactly what he needs to loosen up. a cocky smile on your face with one of your brows raised.

"oh, so you wanna be like that? this is another one of your games, huh?" he grinned, grip on you tightening as you successfully riled him up. "it's about time i win this thing then."

"win?" you were baffled, soon getting caught off guard from the way he spun you around with his human arm then pulled you closer with his metal one.

"let's switch it up this time, aye? i ain't always gotta be the one blushin', right?" he bent down your ear and whispered a little too huskily. it was a completely different side of him you haven't seen.

you were stunned. your hands was placed awkwardly on his chest, realizing it made you completely nervous and red. "quiet now, huh? come on, where's the loud name who refuses to shut up?" he looked down, grip on your waist tighter.

"w-what are you doing, kidd?" you stuttered, suddenly feeling cold. not sure what to do with yourself.

"dancin'. bet you liked that spin, didn'tcha?" a laugh rumbled on his chest.

"t-that was pretty good for a beginner." you mustered a smile, still hiding your face from the proximity. his metallic cologne more pungent in your nose, amplifying the rhythm of your already rabbiting heart.

"what do i say? i'm a damn natural!" he boasted. but soon notice that ever since that spin, you didn't bat him an eye. "oi, somethin' up?"

when you finally did, he melted right there. your brows were lightly furrowed, your face was entirely red as you chewed on your lip. "i-i'm sorry i was in too much joy from that, you were so, so handsome when you did that." you proclaimed, a hand covering your mouth as you shut your eyes.

a smile slowly spread on kidd's lips and a laugh ticked his throat, eventually bursting into laughter at your reaction. "such a fuckin' darling, you are. goddamn it." he had to clutch his knees from laughing so much, a tear falling down his eye. you soon started laughing too from his reaction.

from an outsider's perspective, you two looked like you two totally lost it.

as the laughter died down, it seems as if the surroundings did too. time felt slower and the crowd felt farther. then you felt him staring a little too long, as if he's watching you.

"i must've had too much to drink because i'm about to do somethin' so damn stupid right now." he pinched the bridge of his nose, wincing.

you tilted your head, puzzled once more. "what- hey!"

he grabbed your wrist and led you out of the ship. once you two are on the port where most of the crowd had died down.

"kidd, what's happening?"

he fished something out of his pocket and dangled a necklace with a tulip pendant before you. "see this?" you nodded. "it comes with a ring." he placed the ring by his palm with the similar pendant.

endeared by his display of trinkets he obviously made, you were more confused to admire it. "w-why are you showing me this?"

"because i had planned, a long fuckin' time ago, ever since you confessed that you like me, to do the damn same. and i was gonna give you these with a stupid fuckin' bouquet of tulips because... you said you love those damn things so much. m-my dumb hair reminds you of it." he was pausing between his words as he tried navigating the right terms. the port light helped you see how kidd was blushing and how his eyes looked everywhere but your way.

"but i didn't and i shouldn't. cuz you don't deserve any of this." he gestured to himself from head to toe. your heart broke and you want to interrupt him. but he has more to say. "you deserve someone who ain't out here killin', terrorizin' cities, and most importantly not an idiot who's too busy to chase one piece than to reciprocate your feelings." he sighed, the jewellery now obstructed and hidden in his fist.

"so, it hurts. to see you do all this for me. give me all that love. i'm startin' to think there's not enough for your stupid ass. cuz here i am, brushing you off for you to, hopefully, grow tired of me. and start findin' a man to treat you better."

the alcohol was legit too fucking strong, because sober kidd would NEVER admit this even at gunpoint.

"bah, this is too embarrasing and stupid. you had to witness you captain in a pathetic stat- ow!" you couldn't contain it anymore and decided to slap him to wake him the fuck up.

"with your cowardice, it sure as hell is pathetic of you, kidd." you replied, voice coated in irritstion. he looked at you with fiery eyes as he stroked the slapped spot on his face.

"i can't believe my captain would say any of that bullshit! you're so fucking dumb, god!" you stomped by the wooden boards, completely vexed.

kidd had no choice but to just stand there. awaiting your next course of actions.

"you plan on getting the one piece as a coward?! hah?!" you pointed at him. "what makes you think i'll choose someone else over a fucking unit like you?!"

"you think so, huh?" he replied, ego getting brushed.

"i'm fucking sure so! i thought i had made it clear that i'm totally, with every fiber of my being, in love with you." you crossed your arms.

"but all i've done is react passively, that ain't-"

you shut him up by pulling on his collar and crashing your lips with his. sucking on his lips before he opened up to his tongue, tasting the rum. he moaned through your lips, prying open your mouth too. his human arm getting handsy with you, feeling up the bareness of your back and the shape of your torso. your hands then traveled on his neck to hold him firmly, the roughness of his scars brushing by your fingers.

you two soon ran out of breath and pulled away. he then took his time squeezing you a little closer to his body, lips soon pressed on the coldness of your bare shoulders. you leaned your head on his shoulder, reveling on his scent and proximity.

"of all the times we got drunk together, all you needed was a dance to come with it so you can let the crazy out in you." your breath tickled his neck.

"just need that one lil push from your sweet ass."

KidKiller Headcanons - General

Killer is trans. He meets Kid after he realizes and starts his social transition as a kid. Kid had no idea Killer was trans,,, even after Killer starts developing a typical afab body

When Killer did tell and explain to Kid what trans meant and that he was, Kid wasn’t really interested and didn’t put much thought to it. Killer is Killer, no matter his body.

Kid fell first. He didn’t know how to express his feelings for a long time, and he didn’t realize what the feelings even were.

Killer fell harder. He was better at expressing his feelings towards Kid with small gestures, such as getting small gifts that reminded him of Kid, but he was unable to verbally express his feelings.

Neither of them know how or when exactly they got together. It was a slow process, but by the time they became pirates, they were in a relationship.

When the Kid Pirates were formed, Kid was obviously the captain, but when he tried to make Killer his first mate, Killer wasn’t sure if he wanted it. Especially since he didn’t want it to seem like he was only picked because of his relation to Kid. So they started without a first mate cause Kid wouldn’t have anyone else. Heat and Wire convinced Killer just to take the role, he acted like the first mate anyway.

Killer enjoys painting his nails. He normally sticks to the same color, but he likes the way it looks on him. Kid, seeing Killer joins painting nails, allows him to paint his nails as well. Kid is banned from painting Killer’s nails after he butchered it so badly once.

Kid doesn’t like to take baths, and because of this and his ADHD, he often forgets that he has to take a bath. Killer either reminds him or makes him take a bath, depending on how bad Kid stunk.

Killer takes really good care of his hair, probably the nicest hair in the Kid Pirates. Kid likes to run his fingers through it when the two of them are alone.

They’re both not against dating sometime else, but they’re the kind to be like ‘if you date my boyfriend, you have to date me’.

- you perked up, staring at the hole your face made in the door as you went over to the kitchen to grab some toast. “Oh hey Zoro!” You said with a grin before he bonked your head with his fist angrily.

- you’re walking down the stairs as usual when you skip a step, flipping forward and slamming your head on each WOODEN step as you fall. You stopped right in front of Kidd and Killer who both had opposite reactions..

- “BAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAGAHSGDUFHUFHFUDBDJB-“

- you got up with ease, blood dripping down your forehead which made Killer worry.. “Um, you need a bandaid for that probably.” Killer suggested. “What do you mean killer? Y/n’s fine! Of course they are!” Kidd laughed, holding you under his arm with a proud laugh as you gave a thumbs up. Kidd then looked at your face, seeing blood drip down your nose, his expression changed.

- “oh shit is that blood?”

- Killer was actually happy that Kidd was worried for you for once, but then his hopes were quickly destroyed. “Oh perfect, I need to take a picture of this bec this is the color I want my nails. Don’t move y/n.” “Ok 👍”

okay so I saw this post talking about the pirates in an sbs and it got me thinking about their jolly roger

okay, so you know how the kid pirates formed from not only kid but also killer, heat, and wire, who were all led by said 4 kid pirates?

you can SEE all four of them being represented in the jolly roger, it doesn't just represent kid

there's the obvious kid's hair and goggles and killer's love for his punishers/blades

and then these two flames and the pattern on the bottom have to represent both heat and wire

and I just LOVE that their ship/roger has so much history, and not just the name of the ship, but the jolly roger

and them all being gang leaders pre-pirating makes heat and wire calling kid "boss" rather than captain make sense when you think about how they're used to gang terms rather than pirate terms

like with law's naming of his crew and jolly roger, there's history there even if it may not be explicitly stated, oda knows what he's doing design-wise and I highly admire him for it

Luffy

He entered the room like an hurricane, searching for something. At first he didn't notice, because he didn't really care. He even tried to climb on your body but you slapped him across the face. You kicked him out of the room and he stayed outside the door, suddently rethinking about your body and what happened. He didn't know why but he really wanted to enter again the rrom just to see you.

Zoro

He got paralized, but he wasn't going to admit it. He tried to cover his blush and act really tought like seeing you naked doesn't make his knees weak. He is not very good at hide it but doesn't stop him from making some harming comments. After leaving the room, he needed to get to the crow's nest to breathe.

Sanji

Inmediatly babbling and nose bleed, he entered the roomto left you food but seeing your body naked made him faint on the floor with heart eyes and a dreamy smile. You put a towel around yourself and try to help him while the only thing he does is compliment your figure.

Ussop

Incredibly nervous, he was going to invite you go fishing with him and entered the room without thinking. When he understood the situtation he started to apologice, blush a lot and cover his eyes with his hand. Not being able to see, made him hit the wall, then the frame and then the door. You weren't embarrased anymore, instead you were trying to hold in your laughter.

Trafalgar Law

He is a doctor so he shouldn't be surprised to see naked bodies, but he had a rough time trying not to see your body when he got into the room. You covered your body with a towel but he was still throwing discreet glances.

Eustass Kidd

Very much like Zoro but a lot more extreme, yelling at you for not locking the door while his face starts to get very red from what he says it's anger, and leaving very fast. Everytime you confront him about it, he starts to blush very much and get nervous trying to change the subject.

"what's so damn important that you have to drag me inside here?" he scowled, barging inside your shared quarters.

"this." you threw the pregnancy test at the bed as you sat across the room.

he felt cold when he saw the tiny, rectangle device settling on his velvet, raven sheets. "what the fuck is that?" he glared at it like it was gonna respond, recoiling from it like it was going to bite him.

"you know damn well what the hell that is, eustass." your voice grew a notch higher, starting to boil in anger. "you're not that fucking dumb, are you?!"

he met your fiery eyes before staring at the device for a while and picking it up with sweaty hands. as he thought. two red lines.

"how-"

"don't 'how' me, you bastard." you pointed at him. "who was the one begging to come inside, hah?!"

"just fuckin' calm down for a minute, will ya?" he walked closer, sitting at the edge of the bed, facing towards you. "look at me." he firmly declared.

there he saw how glassy your eyes were, how much horror your eyes mirrored, how much your lips trembled as you tried holding back your tears, how knitted your brows were from fretting. he felt his heart twinge in pain, seeing how distraught you were.

"hey, we'll work this out, ya hear me? don't cry, jesus." he tucked a hair behind your ear, wiping the corners of your eyes with his flesh thumb. "what do you want to do?"

it took you a moment to process his question. articulating your thoughts made your head hurt more.

"we're pirates, kidd. you know how much of a world of peril awaits this child." you started, voice shaking from anxiety. "i-i want to keep it, okay?! i-i'm just scared that the baby wouldn't be able to live comfo-"

"then we'll keep it." he concluded. you looked at him, dazed.

"a-are you sure?"

"if that's what you want then why the hell not." he replied, gaze unwavering.

lately, after you break the news to him, you notice how kidd was growing jumpier than usual when you call out to him. how clumsy he's getting, dropping things and tripping over his steps.

"the hell's up with captain?" heat whispered to you, it has been a week since you broke the news to your lover. yet the crew is still clueless about the situation. "he's been screwing up so frequent, it's uncharacteristic don't you think?"

you tried to come up with an excuse, fumbling over your drink yet killer stood beside you and saved you from the situation. "he just hasn't been shitting regularly." he blurted out. you snickered, trying to stifle your thunderous laughter.

heat snickered shaking his head, leaving you two alone.

"don't worry, i know. i'll let you two announce it to the crew." killer mumbled, subtly nudging you. "congratulations."

"thanks kil, did he tell you?"

he stifled his laughter, "he didn't have to. you know how shitty he is at keeping secrets."

you laughed to yourself thinking about how silly he must be.

"but you know," killer started. "i think the whole baby thing is sinking in to him slowly. look at him, he's gonna trip again." he pointed at kidd who was walking up the stairs and almost missing a step.

before anything could happen, you ran towards him and stopped him in his tracks. "stop! let's talk, okay?" he let you drag him to the an enclosed space.

"is it bothering you, love?"

"the fuck is?"

"this whole baby thing?"

"n-no!" he laughed, masking his anxiety.

"come on, i know you...! killer already knew 'cuz you're dumbass have no idea what subtlety is...!" you flicked his forehead playfully. "other crewmates are getting dubious, it's not like we have to tell them immediately but we have to one way or another."

"okay fuckin' fine, it's screaming in my head. this baby that we're gonna raise and look after is not something i've seen happening in the near future, okay?! being a fuckin' father wasn't in my goddamn bucket list, that's for fuckin' sure! so i can't wrap my goddamn head around the fact that we'll have a brat in nine fuckin' months! how the hell am i gonna raise that fuckin' kid properly?! i've never did anything properly in my motherfuckin' life! i don't even do you properly! so how is it gonna be possible to raise a child-"

"okay, okay, breathe eustass. calm down now." you rubbed his brawny arms comfortingly, massaging the back of his head with your other hand while holding his gaze. "we're doing this together, right? you're not raising this 'brat' on your own, right? don't keep all the responsibility to yourself, love. for better, or for worse remember?"

he let out a heavy sigh through his nose. "for better or for worse." he repeated it like a prayer, your voice singing to him like a lullaby, trying to calm himself down. he sat down the chair, holding your waist close and placing his head to the side, ear to your stomach. "thought your mama was the only one driving me crazy up until now, brat." he mumbled to your abdomen.

you chuckled in endearment, combing through his vibrant, crimson locks. you two stayed in that position for a while, taking solace in the silence and presence of one another.

once you two had composed yourself, you find the courage to open the door only to see the majority of the crew leaning by the it, listening to what was going on.

"the lot of ya are just askin' to get killed aren't ya?!" kidd glared at them as they shuddered in fear, that usual malevolent aura of him instantly reverted back to him from his vulnerable state when he chased his crew members down. at the end of the day during dinner, you two had formally announced it whilst kidd threw eye daggers at each face he saw earlier who was eavesdropping.

during your first trimester, whenever you feel the symptoms kicking in, kidd would ALWAYS go quite nuts at trying to respond to your whines. whenever you snap at him when he mindlessly steals the blanket, whenever you feel fatigued or hot; he nags his crew to get you damp towels and medicine or soups to soothe you, whenever you crave for bizarre food combinations, he'd judge you yet still get you whatever the hell you're asking, going extreme lengths just for you.

"LOVEEE! get me jackfruits dipped in hot sauce!"

"you're a fuckin' monster."

"get that shit or i'll kill you."

the same goes for your second trimester. your stomach started growing even more rounder and bigger, resulting in more pain at your lower extremities; you complained and whined even more. your mood got worse and kidd would do everything to calm it down despite being infuriated with the circumstances.

he'd take you out so 'you could scream at other people other than him' as he put it, he'd give you your favorite foods and listen to your nonsense whenever you'd eat, he'd sometimes go battle your screaming fits with his own acrimonious self and it would lead to difficult nights. yet with each night he'd always lay by your side, let you lay in his arms, encage you in his embrace, give you most of the blanket, and let you talk and talk until you want to because of the baby keeping you up. regardless the time, he'd be awake listening and replying to you.

and one time when the baby kicked, you two shared that knowing gaze. you've never seen so much unfeigned joy in his eyes ever since the time you said 'i do' to him.

he went and rested his ear at your stomach, "ya up at his hour, huh? keeping your mama and i up," he said, rubbing circles with his palms as he followed the movement of the baby. when it finally calmed down, he kissed your stomach goodnight before placing a kiss on your forehead and going to sleep.

kidd had to go to extreme lengths to let law ultrasound you during your third trimester. let's just say deals were placed and he'd have to pay his end of the bargain in the future in this case.

"it's a boy." law declared. you could see how kidd rejoiced, shotting up from his seat, a proud grin on his face.

he'd be stoic, but you see him buy parenting books, staying up late to read the hows of a househusband. you'd see him look at baby toys and decorations whenever the victoria dock on towns to resupply. or stay up even later to secretly work on his handcrafted toys and trinkets for his son at his workshop. you'd peek over his workshop, watching him and feel your heartstrings pull at the sight.

"not gonna sleep yet?"

he'd be startled and try to hide it clumsily, "w-what the hell, name?!"

"c'mon why try hiding it from me?" you chuckled, walking closer to him. looming behind him, you rubbed his stiff shoulders as he leaned into your touch. humming at your tender massages, looking up at you. "it's so adorable, love! when did you get all sappy, huh?"

you heart stuttered at the jewelry in front of you. it was necklace with a turtle pendant, settled at his desk. the pendant was tiny, it spans across the half of your thumb. its shells were made from torques of varying sizes, screws for its legs, stacked torques for its neck, and a mini metal ball for its head.

you held it up, admiring his creation. "you made this just for him?" you uttered, eyes glassy, chest fluttering, and voice full of warmth.

"n-newborns need somethin' to hold onto from their parents, right?" he sheepishly replied, cheeks pink while he fiddled with his tools. "it's somethin' he'd hold dear until he grows up."

melting at his remark, you replied. "really, love? where did you learn that?"

he pointed to the stack of parenting books set aside on his shelves. your heart bloomed in love at his gesture, the fact that he would exert so much of his time and effort just for the baby, for his son that'd be coming in a few weeks. "do you think he'll like it?" you brought your hand to his nape, relaxing him.

"he better do." he pointed at your stomach. when you two saw a kick after, you two chorused in laughter.

and now the labor day came. settled in the polar tang, kidd was giddily waiting outside the delivery room. you kicked him out since he was adding to your stress when he kept pacing back and forth the room.

"do i trust you with this child?" law raised a brow and jokingly keeping his son away.

"do you want me to fuckin' bury you alive? that's my son you're holdin'!"

when he finally had him in his arms, he held it like it was the most fragile treasure he ever laid his hands on. admiring his supple and round face, a tender smile tugged at his lips. as someone being so gruff, it was an unfamiliar sight to see him cradle and be enamored with the baby he's holding.

"you're finally here, brat." he whispered, with words so brash and a tone so sweet and joyous. seeing the baby giggle in joy at the arms of the fiery pirate like him mirrored angels singing at heaven.

followed the nights where the baby starts to violently cry at varied times of the day, more chaos ensued in the victoria punk. from rowdy crewmates to the ear-splitting cries of your son, bags under yours and kid's eyes grew darker.

in the span of seven months, kidd had managed to develop a skill of sleeping while feeding milk to the baby, you had managed to catch him each time and it was the most beautiful thing you had witnessed in your life. him clutching the baby with his metal hand and the flesh one patting his back or holding the bottle, lightly swaying in the rocking chair while snoring silently.

they were physically inseparable. not to exaggerate but, the only time you breastfeed may be the only time you have your alone time with your son. it's not like you're holding it against him, you adore the fact that kidd is so passionate about looking after him. it makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over again. seeing how someone who was so scared of the life of a father is now enjoying himself at the company of his son will be a core memory to you.

and you'd always wonder to yourself; who would've thought that someone so rough around the edges, someone who had so many walls built up, someone so ferocious, could manage to hold and care for his son so delicately?

did this all in one night and proofread it the next day cuz stuff had been hectic WBSYHSHSHS im blooming with ideas rn but theres so much to do for school huffffff

KidKillerLaw HCs - General

When Law is around for an extended amount of time, it's not uncommon for Kid's coat to go missing. Law likes to wear it or use it as a blanket because one, the style of coat reminds him of Corazon, and two, it smells like Kid.

If Law is awake when Kid finds him, he'll take the coat back, but if he's asleep, Kid will leave him alone. Killer is likely to join Law in taking a nap under the coat

Kid and Law get crazy bed head, and they will somehow look very disheveled when they wake up. Killer wakes up looking perfect.

Law is touched starved. He tries not to show it in public often, but sometimes he will walk up behind Kid or Killer when they're busy and just lean his head against them.

In private, Law is the little spoon who likes to be squished between his two partners.

Kid isn't big in PDA, but he doesn't say anything when Law leans against him. Killer doesn't mind the PDA, and when he can, he will wrap an arm around Law.

They all wear makeup to various degrees. Kid likes to wear eyeliner and lipstick, but he has worn a full face of makeup before. Killer prefers just lipstick. Law uses concealer on his eyebags, and sometimes he wears eyeliner.

Killer is the best cook of the three. He does most the cooking for the Kid Pirates after all(with the help of Heat sometimes). He knows all their favorite foods and what they do and don't like. He thinks cooking for them shows his appreciation.

Kid is banned from the kitchen. Man cannot cook to save his life, and he has caused more fires than Killer can remember. Law is a decent cook, not the greatest but not bad. However, he forgots to eat a lot so most of the time, Killer has to cook for him to get him to eat.

Law and Kid can and will get so immersed in their hobbies that they forgot to eat or sleep. Killer is there to snap them out of it and force them to take a break. They act annoyed, but they really appreciate it
