Encourage one another and build each other up. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
The scriptures exhort us to encourage one another. And yet, sometimes we get so busy in our own lives that we neglect and become insensitive to the concerns of those around us. Just knowing that someone cares and values them can be an encouragement.
Perhaps they need words of encouragement. Nothing can be more encouraging than God's Word, shared from a loving heart. As you consider these thoughts, does someone come to your mind? Someone who may need encouragement? Pray, call, visit or if need be, help them. Find out what is on their mind, listen, share God's Word, and above all demonstrate your love for them.

Heavenly Father,
We come before you today with hearts full of gratitude and hope. We lift up our Tumblr community to you, knowing that you are a God who sees each one individually and knows their needs. We ask for your guidance and provision in their lives, no matter where they find themselves. Whether in moments of joy or struggle, may they feel your presence.
Lord, grant them wisdom and strength as they navigate life's challenges. May they be surrounded by supportive and loving relationships that uplift and encourage them. Help them to walk in confidence, knowing that you have a plan and a purpose for each of them, designed for their good.
We pray for success in their endeavors, peace in their hearts, and joy in their daily lives. May they find fulfillment in their passions and discover new avenues of growth and learning. Lord, grant them resilience to overcome obstacles and courage to pursue their dreams.
In all circumstances, let them know that they are never alone, for you are with them every step of the way. Your love never fails, and your mercies are new every morning.
We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Sometimes the waiting seems unending. The light on the other side of the tunnel is nowhere in sight. "Lord, have You forgotten me." "Do I even matter to You anymore?" "I am not growing any younger." That could be your heart cry. “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
Why does God make some of us wait longer than others? I don't know. But I know one thing, ultimately, God gives us the best.
If you have been waiting for something in life, whether it's for a spouse or a job or a child or even a breakthrough, remember -
• God is not oblivious to your tears.
• God knows your pain.
• God has a plan to deliver you.
• He will make everything beautiful in its time
Rest assured God is working things out on your behalf.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ~ Verse of the Day - Philippians 4:6-7
