idle clone^2 food for thought (cw gun tw murder) and. thinking about how danny in canon is very protective of his people. and as a collective fanon we like to make him go Batshit when his people are severely injured.

and im just mmmmm,,,,, danny would kill if damian (or anyone in his family) got extremely hurt. but only under very specific circumstances. like they've been backed up into a corner and can't get out and it's either kill or be killed. like his go-to is non-lethal force but then someone takes out his little brother, whose breathing but not getting up and hurt badly, and there's nowhere for them to escape and these guys are gonna do much worse soon.

but there's a gun nearby and within danny's reach, and the guys who have them trapped are gloating and only half-paying attention because what are they going to do now? they have him trapped.

and they hurt his little brother.

and danny doesn't see red. everything just goes into cold, static focus instead. and he puts a bullet through the stomach of the first guy he sees.

And i'm just picturing Danny with this stone cold fury on his face, his hands shaking, as he looks the main guy (who know he's a clone) in the eye and says "your first mistake was thinking i'm batman"

With the graphic novel coming out soon and people creeping back into the Danny Phandom after... a while... I’ve seen a couple posters wondering how a very NOT-transgender guy like Butch came up with a character with such powerful, universal trans energy. And while some of that answer is “Nicktoons were your childhood favorite and you’re trans,” I feel like it’s important to note that the initial concept art for Danny has NONE trans swag. None whatsoever.

Look at this guy. This guy disrespects women. This guy uses Axe body spray to cover up the fact that he hasn’t showered in two weeks. This guy talks about crossfit and supports Trump.

The transgender swag was a gradual bimbofication that was brought to us by the concept art of artists such as Bob Boyle and character designers like Stephen Silver. (Also Shannon Tindle, Ernie Gilbert, Erik Wiese, Ray Angrum, Chris Graham, Ian Graham... Look, there’s a LOT of people that draw a cartoon.)

I think that Ghostwriter’s library is full of lost manuscripts. Half-finished novels never read by a living soul. A popular ancient play, only for all copies destroyed and all audiences gone and buried. The library of Alexandria.

- occasionally some speech direction (if it’s really important that something is whispered or yelled)

what doesn’t get written in a script for TV/film

- anything related to an actors intricate movements

- which shots to use

- emotional direction

- all the things you actually really love about watching your favourite characters on screen (except for the pacing because thank your editors)

this line jumpscared me just because it's so rare for this to happen. this is like the second time i know of that the dub (tpci era) has done something like this to make sure everyone knows the pokémon are straight
