dumb headcanons i made during class (some have heavy bias, some are heavyv projections)

all of team strq has anger issues, each of them deal with it differently and some deal with it better than others. tai and qrow are probably the most chillaxed regarding their temper

raven has always found summer intimidating and looks up to her, her crush started around their second year at beacon

ruby hates having dry skin

weiss doesn’t do well with physical touch, but she usually always accepts small stuff like hand holding and shoulder holding, ruby being the exception with more bigger forms of physical affection

raven’s love languages are acts of service, words of affirmation, and physical touch

raven listens to 90s alternative rock when she actually feels like listening to music

yang has a minecraft youtube that she makes videos with, usually showing off her private builds or reviewing mods

weiss cannot be trusted in video games, she will destroy everything unintentionally

ruby bakes, yang grills, blake cooks, and weiss does absolutely nothing. dont trust her near the kitchen

summer is a comic nerd like ruby, before she died she had a box or two just of comic books that have been lent to ruby

blake makes music but she is a beginner. she takes tips from weiss

ruby and sun are fans of weiss’ music, think of swifties sort of likers

raven and cinder’s odd relationship started during their teamup, one night they had a hookup and haven’t stopped having flings every so often. their relationship is built up on hatesex stress-relieving (aka pretty unhealthy) but overtime, they end up falling for the other in some sort of sense and neither of them know what to do

raven still has summer’s cape, she sleeps with it sometimes

yang had a small crush on pyrrha when she was around

penny liked to collect things, no matter what it was. usually nature sort of stuff, like rocks and sticks, maybe even sand until it got everywhere

She got attached to Emerald during their time together (mainly because of emerald’s OWN attachment), but she was never aware of it

blake likes to sleep under beds, but she doesnt tell anyone

90% of the rwby cast is autistic

RUBY IS AUTISTIC!!!!!! and has ptsd (pretty sure the ptsd one is canon tho)

raven has bpd and ptsd

ruby has a lot of ocs she doesnt know what to do with. she doesn’t even remember most of their names

emerald is a roleplayer

weiss prefers to follow schedules and routines heavily

pyrrha and ruby probably wouldve bonded over the pressure of high expectations, being a leader/a warrior, and ended up getting closer that way

during beacon, summer was always the one to make sure raven got to class on time, she would either be late or just try skipping usually. there were rare moments where raven convinced summer to skip with her, just to be alone together

For the "Ship Me With ____" Post! I like these kinda things and I'm here to join! Let me know if I did this wrong! -ᄒᴥᄒ- (I can't access your OC's list so I'm going on vague descriptions or just their image in your pinned...)

I think Neir would look kind of cute with Cater. He has an Idia Shroud vibe that sort of rubs off like sibling/family tree vibes, so a sunshine individual (who also has their own hidden secrets) would match. Like: "Someone will die..." "Of fun! ... And this knife we brought."

Joy and Riddle are kind of obvious, since it looks like it can be a joyous yet almost fickle relationship; in a good way! Like, the MC watched them grow closer like canonical Trey and Riddle did after having a wedge in their relationship (Riddle's past and Trey's guilt). What I know of the rabbit is that he follows the rules and does venture too far exploring, but he's always on time in the end. Maybe?

Also, Trey and Joy is a no-brainer (I love Trey, I'm biased)!

Neir

The vibe you got from Neir is spot on cause if you see her full design its clear she had Shroud family ties. Originally she was Idia & Othro's mother but i made her when I didn't know if parent ocs of canon characters were ok or not. I determined it wasnt so I changed her story to being the Astrology professor everyone hates the class of and fairy like Tinkerbell who followed Crowley around all these years. Also she is genderless so pronouns don't matter to her but most see Neir as a woman usually students the staff is mixed. I use she since habit from when she was parent oc.

(In her design she has the triangles like seen on Idia's stuff,etc. I decided to keep em on her after restory as she just got her fashion from his homeland.)

Cater is one who enjoys her class so she already does favor him over most since her class is so disliked. Neir doesnt understand the concept of romantic love but rather motherly love. If she finally decides she tired of Crowley and follow a new boy it highly likely would be Cater. Their dynamic would be as you said since Neir is more moonlight & repressed alot.

Joy

Joy with Riddle is super fitting. Joy actually is twist of the rabbit's watch not the rabbit himself which i know sounds weird. Joy just a time nerd so super organized and has everything down to a schedule planned. Riddle would adore this im sure that everything goes according to plans he has made and on time. Unplanned stuff and time wasters do cause Joy issues and eventually ppl would tell him relax with his schedules and time management but he can learn to add such things as more fun in as Riddle learns to aswell together.

Ive actually never thought of Joy & Trey. Would they work out? They do have similar brotherly thing as Joy has tons of siblings. I feel Joy may work with him but might find toothbrushing to be a time waste if done for over 5mins and that may make em have a moment lol.

thinking about bubblegum's family too...... which is very much a play on the typical popular girl x nerd trope thats seen in high school dramas but it ends up being a bit sadder. her parents started dating when they were maybe fifteen and her dad was a SUPER socially awkward nerd while her mom was a typically cute fun and popular cheerleader but she asked him out and he was like uhh okay sure?? they dated throughout high school yknow irregardless of what other ppl thought and after that they decided they wanted to be Adults and her dad went to college they bought a house together etc and then of course they got pregnant and had a baby (bubblegum) but when she was like maybe a year or two old her mom went out on errands and she'd always been ditzy and distracted by bubblegum (my beloved btw) so she was talking on the phone while crossing the street and there was a truck driver who wasnt really looking where he was going and yeah she got hit by a car and died. her dad took this VERY hard bcuz they were high school sweethearts and now he was left alone with his tiny baby and no support but his mom/bubblegum's grandma moved in with them to help him thru his grief and eventually said if you dont start actually taking care of your daughter and being there for her im going to fight for custody (this was all when bubblegum was REALLY young like she doesnt remember any of this) and after that he Got Better and was like the best dad ever and it was always him and bubblegum against the world they are very close <3 i always like to joke that bubblegum got the worst traits from both her parents (unlikeable and socially awkward + generally stupid and oblivious to things) but she has lots of good traits too and i love her dearly

i always believed in another universe if bubblegum's mom hadn't died she would have had a baby brother :)

also i guess relevant to say that bubblegum's dad chose to never remarry. personally i think if your spouse dies when you're young its okay to remarry or date other people and its ALSO okay if you decide that you dont want to be with anyone else. its a very personal decision there isnt a wrong answer but it isnt because bubblegum's dad never moved on or got over her its bcuz he didnt want to. he's living a happy and healthy life without romance and thats okay bcuz romantic relationships arent the most important thing in the world

IM BORED. my top three farscape eps from each season::::::: looking at these i think season two has the best EPISODE concepts (it was hard choosing faves from that season bc i love so many) but season 4 is my favorite for just,,,,,,, the hecking Yearning + domestication in each episode but i dont particularly favor the episodes themselves

Season 1:

through the looking glass - i always saw this ep as being the first completely filler ep that really felt like farscape with the crew all working together and having a VERY CUTE little laugh about it at the end. i love the vagueness of it, it’s not annoying or cliche??? and i’m particularly fond of the yellow moya scenes like rygel’s like “shall i disrobe so it will be memorable” is one of my fave lines from him.

a human reaction - mY TRASH. MYYYY TRASH. just one of those farscape eps that are so Abstract in concept, they are just Default Faves for me like Always haha. so many good little j/a crumbs, the kiss in this ep is one of my BIG FAVES, i love everything about that scene and the ones leading up to it. LOVE THE RAIN SCENE. it’s probably the very first time john is like ‘maybe Earth bad’ and,,, ‘maybe space girl Good’ and i love that thruline of the show. this ep stands soooooo far apart from the majority of season 1 for me.

nerve: the hidden memory - “THE RADIANT AERYN SUN.” stark isn’t unbearable in his debut episodes woah! i like him as a sad boy who isnt a plot device! love gilina, love her death (rip), love seeing how far john and aeryn have come since they’d last seen her, love aeryn and crais’s interaction in this episode like YES GIRL SLAY, love whenever aeryn has to juggle with feeling WEAK and having to put her big girl pants on to save her himbo, love any interaction between d’argo and aeryn LOVE THAT.

Season 2:

crackers don't matter - the DIALOGUE in this episode is Insane and i LOVE IT i think there are so many line deliveries in this ep that are so memorable and Iconic they all just live in my mind rent FREE. i wish the commentary for this episode wasn’t about the more practical aspects of it because UUUHUUH i genuinely would love to just Absorb the mindset behind it. GOD TIER FILLER.

out of their minds - i am such a whore for body swap tropes it’s humiliating. another ep with a lot of iconic line deliveries! i love cb playing as john! love that for her! bb as rygel too is amazing i love all their stupid accent switching SO MUCH. love the skeksis love that they joke about them looking like skeksis because it’s jim henson and they can DO THAT.

won't get fooled again - any time i think about this ep im like man how Opened Third Eye was it to have john just immediately be like “haha ok this is fake lmao” like it’s so SUBVERSIVE in what it does pretty much right off the bat in introducing the moya crew as “normal” humans. eps like these are just ALWAYS my faves in tv series because of how crazy they can get and this one does and i love it so much for that.

Season 3:

scratch n' sniff - any time i get the moya crew on a pleasure planet or at a rave im like HELLO. :) I LOVE RAXIL she’s such a funky little freak. describing this ep is so weird its like Oh Yeah The Boob Juice Sucking One. JUST JOHN AND D’ARGO BEING BACHELORS, WHAT BLISS. i wish i got more john + d’argo shenanigans in this show ‘cause they are like such a fave together dynamically mwah mwah mwah. <3

into the lion's den: wolf in sheep's clothing - its a little crazy how much i Hate the first half of this two-parter which is super PANDERY AND BAD and then the last half is like so Insane and such a good close for the season. EVERYONE’S SO MISERABLE. the scorp shots with the imploding ship and the water UGHGUGHUGH <33333 love aeryn in this love her trying to save the Peacekeepers, love JOHN, love the little scientist nerd who works under Scorp i forget his name WHOOPS he has a nice design. THE CRAIS + TALYN DEATH IS SO GOOD;;;; LOVE THAT FOR THEM;;;;; <3333

dog with two bones - i think the fact that literally no other tv show has pulled THIS MESS off really speaks to the uniqueness of farscape and its ABILITY TO TELL ROMANCE??? theres so much in this that is just like WOWOWOWOW THIS EP IS SO GOOD. the part where they kill the rogue leviathan and rygel is celebrating on the comms and it transitions to aeryn Going Insane in her prowler over everything that’s happening. FIRE. the dog with two bones analogy UGHGUGHGUGH <333333 I LOVE THE AERYN > EARTH THRULINE WITH JOHN SO MUCH ITS JUST AT ITS PEAK HERE WHICH MAKES IT GREAT BY DEFAULT. the coin scene is SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD THE ENDING SCENE OF THIS EPISODE IS SOOOO GOOOOOD.

Season 4:

john quixote - MY FAVE EP OF THE SERIES LOL. love the COSTUMING love the POP CULTURE REFERENCES love that its SEASON 4 love that we GET A ZHAAN CRAIS JOOL AND STARK CAMEO. another conceptually abstract episode so of course i love it lol. love the scene in the end with john and zhaan where he’s kinda a sad boy!!!!! actually funny story about this ep the first time i watched this i was in elementary school still, i grew up on this show this is my Nostalgia Baby series, and did not know what the word “porn” was so like for a very concerning amount of time i always assumed “porn” was an Alien Word and not a real word. BECAUSE LIKE, in context you see chiana holding up a Gooey Boy and going “and this? porn!” and that was all i had to go by the end.

crichton kicks - I LOOOOVE SAD JOHN. I LOVE HIM. I love the character beats we get out of a john that CHOSE THE GIRL over his home and instead of GETTING HER he is punished for it, losing his chance at BOTH OUTCOMES like mentioned in “dog with two bones” despite him having chosen One of the options and not both. love the introduction to 1812 whenever john gets a named thing i am like Yes. :~) my boy, my little man. he’s a little crazy and a little sad.

terra firma - the YEARNING in this ep man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this ep waters my CROPS one of my Biggest Fave scenes is when Aeryn and Jack are in her prowler talking about john and he’s like Do You Wish You Were Human and she doesnt answer and im like LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more of that John Not Vibing With Earth Anymore trope which I LOVE. literally all fics surrounding this episode i will SNORT LIKE CRACK.

i didnt want to write abt why i believe doyoung has alot more fans in asia then generally in western fandom coz i might come off as weird but im in my mid 30s and asian (south asian if we're being specific) when i get into someone i go and google them but i think i do something that is very asian i look at where they got their education and what they studied (educated ppl make me love them alot more) when i had a crush on johnny from coldplay he looked cute in the in my place video but i loved that he had done his bachelors in maths and astronomy (that made him hotter for me) or how when i got into thor the movie i liked loki and looked up tom hiddleston and fell for him more when i found he was from Eton and than went to Cambridge (his family must be loaded or he is good at education) these arent something most ppl american or european fans would do, but for asians we're told that education can make or break you. knowledge is what makes life easier and also to find a partner who si educated as they will be able to support and help support ur life along with u. so asians have an obsession with men who are very good in studies and these men become popular even as idols for being the intelligent ones doyoung isnt just smart, articulate but also very ambitious while being empathetic. he makes older asian women fall for him (i personally feel like most his fandom is 20s to 40s). hes very blunt to ppl hes close to and makes them love him on his terms, he works hard for all his work and fans love him for it. hes an introvert but he tries to network so he gets his name out there so he can get gigs and most of his solo work is usually thanks to his networking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtVB5TYgJfQ&ab_channel=ArielTFG moments like these are why i love him, hes 5 years younger than irene but he pushes back the cake and it doesnt matter to him the camera is on him. he is adored by irene so she lets him be but jaehyun ends up with the cake ... or him making fun of irene for being strict with the other trainees (which became a topic which antis used to hate on them both)

I shudder to this day from that mini documentary that informed me there is 1/1000 University entrance bar in India. For me 1/8 is a lot, lol. There are literally districts dedicated to English cram schools, students rent a bed and study there preparing for the entrance exam.

From where do you get the impression the older fans make the majority? Because in his vlives he reminds his fans he is 25, that he can drink wine, etc. Sure, his musicals were sold out, and a ticket costs 150$, but that's a few hundreds/thousands of fans, not the millions.

Fans who meet Doyoung in real life comment that he is slimmer, taller, and looks cold (not in a bad sense, the "cool" sense).

• She loves it when you play with her hair. From braiding it to just running your hands through it is absolutely wonderful.

• Going on dates can be difficult. So most 'dates' are just seeing who can steal the best item from a shop. Most of the time Nott wins though.

• One time she made a flower crown for you. That's not too important but I just think it's cute.

• She's absolutely adorable and craves attention a lot. She's rather touch starved.

• If you're ever hurt, no matter what's going on she'll help you as quick as she possibly can. Doing whatever she can as long as you don't die she'll be fine.

• If you love to cook, then she'll BEG for your cooking whenever she has a chance too. No matter how bad she loves it either way. Especially when you cook her some meat.

• You really mean a lot to her. No one other than Caleb has been so nice to her in a long time.

Fjord

• Please wear this mans clothing. He finds it really cute. He'll never admit it.

• Fjord loves to take you on dates near the beach or water. If you're up for it even on a boat or swimming in a lake.

• If you can't swim prepare to be taught for as long as it takes. Even if it takes days to even get you in the water this boy it determined to let you see he beauty of the ocean.

• Though he believes you're much more beautiful than the ocean

• He loves it when you compliment him. And he returns compliments with whatever you prefer, gifts, affection, or more compliments. It's up to you.

• If you like to ride in boats, he likes to take you to a lake, get an open boat and just spend the night in that small boat. Sometimes you two fall asleep on the beautiful lake. Some nights you stay up and watch the sun rise.

• You better believe he plays with your hair, it calms him down so much and it's wonderful. Have a shaved head or no hair at all? He just holds your hand and traces shapes on the top of it instead! Still calming and great!

• Soft morning kisses are everything to this man. Especially when he's just woken up and he's greeted with a lovely kiss from you.

• Cuddles take time to work out, he's always a little stiff at first but soon eases into it and accepts his fate before never wanting to leave.

• Your first kiss with him was a little weird at first with his teeth and all and he's always a little awkward with that stuff. But it ended up being amazing. It was probably an accident or you initiated it.

• This green boi will love you forever and never wants to lose you. He doesn't trust anyone more than you.

Yasha

• As you may know, Yasha is very tall and strong, which is absolutely wonderful.

• She loves to pick you up, or just embrace you in any way she can.

• Before you two actually started dating she was really awkward and sometimes even blushed around you. It was honestly adorable to watch her fumble her words and try to speak to you.

• If you're on the weaker side she's really gentle with you and does everything in her power to not hurt you.

• If anyone is every mean to you like in a serious way and it's hurting you she will go into rage mode and stop whatever is going on.

• Really soft and kind to you. Very very soft. And probably does your makeup if you wear it.

• Most likely wants to adopt a cat with you because they're lovely and can also be great hunters. But if not Frumpkin will have to do.

• Compliment this woman, please. She really needs to feel special. She'd really appreciate it!

• Cuddles are amazing, she just holds you tightly and makes you feel safe. It's always very calmly to be in her arms.

• She's actually a pretty good kisser, but it takes some time for her to actually initiate the kiss and let her become a little more dominant.

• Once bought matching necklaces and you refuse to take it off.

• If you're up to it she would absolutely love to train with you, if not you could at least stay for moral support!!

Beauregard Lionette

• Beauregard is definitely a wonderful girlfriend when you look at it.

• She has lean muscles, so they're not tough or firm, great for cuddles!

• She's strong like Yasha so she can pick you up and just hold you or hug you and spin you around. Strong girls are the best.

• Train with this woman. Please. She loves it. The second you get too hurt though she's ready to heal you or do whatever she can to make you feel better.

• This girl protects you as much as she can. She never wants you to leave her side, she needs you to be safe. It scares her sometimes what could happen to you.

• Sometimes you trim up her undercut and make it look more professional and just give her a haircut in general.

• If you're ever severely injured in battle, she'll blame herself for not being there to protect you.

• You have to reassure her and kiss her and hug her a lot just to make her feel better.

• Spoil Beau and you'll have her for the rest of her life, she's never been spoiled before and it makes her feel special. She'll return the favor with love.

• She could truly never imagine losing you, and if that did happen she would never feel whole again. She loves you more than she loves herself.

Caleb Widogast

• This relationship took some time to form, like a long time. Caleb's shy nature and fear of caring for people doesnt work well when he gained a little crush on you.

• Once it did happen, you were very patient and did everything in your power to make Caleb more comfortable.

• Frumpkin absolutely adores you. Whenever Caleb saw that you were sad or if you were injured he would send Frumpkin over to cuddle with you.

• When you two start to get very close, he loves to read with you, or do book trades. He'll give you an interesting book while you struggle to find a book he hasn't read yet. It's a struggle sometimes but it's the best

• This man gets very flustered when you surprised him with affection. A quick peck on the lips when he's not expecting it? He goes completely red in the face and stutters a lot.

�� He tries to clean himself up a little if you don't like the way he smells. But that won't stop him from being dirty.

• Some days he doesn't think he deserves you and you need to reassure him that you love him no matter his background, no matter the way he looks or his personality because he's truly the perfect person for you.

• If you don't know magic, but want to learn it, Caleb would absolutely love to teach you! And if you do know magic, you two could nerd out about it together!

• Caleb has some trouble when it comes to physical touch since he's not sued to it.

• Whenever you hug him, he'll become super stiff before you tell him that it's okay and he calms down a little. He tries to do better but he's just not used to it, so be patient with him!

• Holding his hand is the best way to calm him down or put him to sleep on those sleepless nights where all he wants to do it read or study. Holding you close late at night is one of his favorite things to do.

• If you wear his clothes expect him to get really flustered, he finds it absolutely adorable because most of his clothes are really big on him or they're ripped or destroyed.

• Sometimes when he's next to you while reading he'll fall asleep on your shoulder and you are now stuck in that spot until he wakes up.

Caduceus Clay

• Very soft, what can I say? He's absolutely wonderful.

• Makes you tea, like almost always.

• If you like gardening? Perfect, this boy will make a portable garden for traveling, or when you settle into a home you two basically have a farm.

• No scratch that you guys definitely have a farm, including animals, and a mushroom/moss garden.

• He loves it when you pet his head or play with his hair, he leans into your touch and smiles softly.

• He often hums little song when you two are cuddling. It's very soothing.

• He likes to set up little picnic dates with the food you two grow. He's so pure and it's honestly the cutest thing ever.

• If you're ever sick, he knows exactly how to make the medication to make you feel better! He will do anything in his power to make you healthier and keep you going!

• He gives really nice hugs, it's like he puts energy into these hugs and they can immediately cheer someone up.

• If you want to he really wants a family, but if not he respects your opinion and is fine with getting some more animals as family because they're still wonderful.

• Whenever he makes a new kind of tea you're always the first one to try it with him.

• He's truly a wonderful boyfriend, 10/10. Please love him he could never lose you.

With you (it feels like home)

It's their first Valentine's Day together. Steve doesn't know what to do since he never dated anyone before. He is all bark no bite, everyone knows that. But now he's dating Eli, his best friend and the person he cares about the most, so it has to be special.

He takes notes of everything Eli mentions on the week before, gift ideas, favorite food, favorite places,... But Eli is a simple guy. He agrees on doing anything, on going anywhere.

"It doesnt matter, as long as I'm with you" he says. It's cute, but it doesn't help.

Steve thinks and thinks again and now he's getting desperate. He turns to Jim, Toby, Shannon and Krel for help, since they understand all this dating thing better.

"I don't know, last year I gave Claire some chocolate and we cooked dinner together. Nothing too fancy, just for us."

"That's crazy, don't do that. I surprised Darci with flowers and a romantic dinner on her favorite restaurant."

"I took my girlfriend to her favorite place: the mall. It was very boring but she enjoyed it."

"On my planet- COUNTRY! On my country we give Amare-18 to the people we love so they can upgrade their ship sistems... But here I would serenade them! Music is lively!"

Okay. So that didn't help much since all of them said different things. Still, Steve was panicking so he took all their advices.

He went by the stores downtown to buy the fanciest chocolate and the prettiest bouquet of flowers. Are Amare-18... books? Steve doesn't know but he buys a few comics he knew Eli would enjoy anyway.

Eli's favorite place was this spot by the creek in the forest, where they always went camping. This was perfect, since Steve couldn't cook to save his life and trying to book a table on their favorite restaurant was impossible this time of year. He bought all their favorite snacks and hoped it was enough.

"It's the thought that counts." he murmured to himself, even though he didn't really think that. Eli deserved a lot more that he could ever dream of giving. But he tried.

Steve went home and packed everything, analising. What else did he need? Oh, music! Steve didn't touch his guitar in ages now, but he knew the perfect song, he just needed to practice a little.

Tomorrow had to be the perfect day.

The next afternoon, Steve went to their spot in the forest and set everything up with the help of Seamus, who was his only single (and available) friend.

"Okay, I'll stay here so no one messes with your stuff while you go shower and pick him up."

"Thanks man. I really appreciate it."

"No prob, dude. I still think he's a nerd but I'm happy to see that you're happy."

Steve smiled to his friend and went home. He showered and put on fancy but comfortable clothes.

He drives to Eli's house, ringing the bell when he gets there.

"Mom, I'm going out with Steve. I'll be back tomorrow!" he heard Eli shouting from the inside. The door swung open a few seconds later.

"Hey babe! Are you ready?" Steve asks, opening the car door for Eli.

"Yes! Wait, where are we going again?"

"Uhh, camping?"

"Then why are you dressed like this? Should I change into something more fancy?" Eli looked down at his clothes. Just his normal everyday clothes. Steve feels bad not telling him, but it's supposed to be a surprise.

"Don't worry about it, you're perfect." Steve gives him a quick peck.

They get in the car and Steve drives in silence, nervous as to what Eli is going to think.

"I need you to close your eyes." Steve asks his boyfriend as they get to the spot and out of the car. Steve gives Seamus a thumbs up and his friend does the same, already leaving.

"Why? What's happening, Steve?" Eli looks around trying to understand.

"Just trust me. Please."

Eli doesn't even think. He trusts him. He holds Steve's hands and closes his eyes. They walk a bit further, Eli can't hear anything other than the sound of crackling fire and the crunch of the leaves as they step on it.

"Okay, you can open now!"

Eli opens his eyes and gets shocked at everything he sees.

A big picnic towel spread on the ground, pillows, snacks and gifts perfectly placed on it. A cozy campfire. A guitar? He didn't know Steve played the guitar.

They sit down next to each other on the picnic towel, Eli placing his backpack next to him.

Steve grabs the gifts and hands it to Eli.

"Happy Valentine's day! I hope you like it" Steve says softly.

Eli smells the bouquet admiring all the pretty flowers. He opens the second gift, his favorite chocolate and comic books.

"You didn't have to..."

"Yes, I did. You deserve everything. Also I panicked and couldn't choose just one thing"

Eli laughed.

"It's okay, this is perfect. But now I feel a little stupid" Eli gets a wrinkled gift from his backpack, handing it to Steve.

"I didn't know what to do too, so I just made you this... Happy Valentine's day."

Steve opens the gift carefully, examining it. It's a tag necklace and two matching bracelets. Both read their initials and 'Creepslayerz' followed by a heart shape.

It touches Steve deep inside. Who would've thought that something so simple could be so meaningful?

"I know you're not really a jewelry person but..."

"No, I'm gonna wear it forever! I love it!" Steve puts it on immediately, even holding Eli's hand and placing the matching bracelet on him too.

"By the way, I have one more surprise"

"Steve, stop, what is it?" Eli asks a little mad. There was really no need for all of this, he would've been fine with just hanging out.

"Calm down, it's just a song that makes me think of you."

Steve gets the guitar, closes his eyes and starts playing and singing.

"Middle of nowhere, lights burning low. Under the moon, sings the radio" He opens his eyes to look at Eli's eyes, smiling.

"Runaways out here, like we were kids. Don't know what we want, but we know we want this"

Eli recognizes it now. It's the song that was playing on the radio the first time they went camping, when they were just friends. Steve told him before, that was the day he realized he had feelings for him.

"I'll go to the ends of the earth, ends of the earth with you. I'll be home here, if I end up, if I end up with you" they sing together, looking at each other.

It feels warm, soft, cozy... It feels like home.

"What do you want to do now?" Steve asks when they finish the song.

"This." Eli holds him close and they share a passionate kiss. Steve holds his face, Eli's arms on his neck.

"And now S'mores!!" Eli breaks the kiss and grabs the marshmallow on the snack pile.

They laugh, eat, sing, and just enjoy the rest of their camping date.

Steve spent all this time worrying about expensive gifts, perfect places and, after all, Eli was right.

It didn't matter, as long as they were together.
