~feel good without makeup~
hey loves! if you’re anything like me than you probably struggle with going makeup-free. idk what it is but i just struggle to feel good or think i look good without makeup. obviously the main thing would be confidence, but i want to share some tips in looking and feeling better without makeup!
skin:
shave ur peachfuzz for a glowy look- obviously you don’t have to, but personally i love how i feel after i shave off my peach fuzz! it gives the skin such a glowy, smooth look :)
skincare routine- either way you should have a skincare routine, but find one that works the best for your skin. always have SPF in your routine too!
gua sha- for face sculpting i recommend a gua sha! you can moisture your face then massage it with the gua sha, it feels super relaxing and gives the skin such a lifted look :)
eyes:
don’t waste your money on lash serums- they’re all like $50-$70 when u can find way more affordable ones
castor oil- castor oil can help u grow ur lashes! clean out an empty mascara bottle and then u can put some castor oil and naturally get longer lashes (when it comes to ur eyes be VERY cautious with what you’re putting on your lashes, stay safe)
curl ur lashes and use castor oil- if u want to go mascara free, this will give u the same affect, just curl those lashes up and put some oil and they’ll look long and strong!
lips:
lip scrubs- you can make DIY ones or find affordable ones. this gives the skin a fresher look!
chapstick- flavored and tinted ones are so good! ofc be careful when buying chapstick since it goes right on ur lips (honestly be careful with all products ur using lol)
teeth:
get a good, whitening toothpaste- don’t overuse or you’ll have severe tooth damage lol
electric toothbrushes- they can be a bit pricy (there are some ones that are like $50- but they last for a while) but give a deep clean and fresh, white teeth
Overall, if you want to FEEL better without makeup: gradually wear less, say positive affirmations daily and maintain healthy habits.
If you want to LOOK better with out makeup: develop healthy habits, let that confidence shine through and wear things that compliment your features. Remember, beauty is from the inside- makeup only enhances your look <3

And my personal favorite coffee scrub from The Bombay shaving company. Don't exfoliate more than twice a week.
Hydration Is Key : Use a hydrating toner such as Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray for an instant boost of hydration or toner + mist from pilgrim works like magic (my fav 😭).
Targeted Treatments : Include a serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid (for hydration) or vitamin C (for hyperpigmentation) if you are under 17 or 18 like me don't use vitamin c or if you want to use in very less %, I use 2% kojic acid for my uneven skin tone from pilgrim, it's very begniner friendly. (Always consult a dermatologist for your skincare don't go around seeing videos on insta and YouTube believing them). I recommend Minimalist if you want chemical bases serums.
If you are above 23 or 25 Incorporate a retinol-based cream like RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream for anti-aging benefits. (Got this tip from mumma for y'all 😭✨️)
