MADNESS: the Rational Self Screaming In the Storm. I went mad once, it was physical, a chemical hormonal imbalance, a combo of low thyroid, low para thyroid, and immeasurably low vitamin D levels, chronic headache & #tbi. I broke these Goddess statues i had on my altar for years. I picked them up and threw them, but my Rational Self kept me from throwing them against the wall, instead i threw them on the couch. But when i threw the second one it hit the first and they both broke in half. Then i took the 4 pieces outside and threw them as hard as I could against the small rectangle of concrete that passes as a back porch. The fourths broke into smaller pieces, and I threw those against the concrete slab. Pieces of plaster statue bounced into the darkness of the backyard. When I went back inside i threw my tarot deck across the room. Cards spilled out every where (the nxt morn i did a reading with the cards that landed face up). I kicked the cards around for a while, saying mad things. Then I grabbed a baseball bat i keep next to my bed for protection and was abt to smash up the artwork on my walls but my Rational Self, who had been calmly watching me, stopped me. The next day a friend came over. She found pieces from the two statues in the backyard lawn and put them on the porch. Later i took photos of them, some using the "negative" setting. Dozens of photos from diff angles. CRPS Treatment #2 tomorrow.🎉 As always shower day is on the day before and I'm exhausted and feel like rush hour traffic ran me over and parked on me.😢 However, relief tomorrow and hopefully for longer than 2 weeks.
