Ghosts

ghosts appear as glitch manifestations of a system. the glitch is the appearance of hidden energy. energy comes from resistance. or that which chooses to stand against adversity. the manifestations of ghost energy are usually temporary, as the matrix cleans and disposes of them. but what if there is a ghost or ghost events in our memory which were surpressed but keep trying to exist. in that case the glitch would keep recurring until adversity erases the glitch. or the glitch becomes real and gains a presence. this is the will that was broken. our spiritual body, which is tested and challenged to exist. once our spiritual body glitches or is jeapordized to not exist, the glitch appears every time the spirit tries to assert its presence. it must be strong enough at some point to push off the force or forces of adversity. and have its own space with adversary at bay. the bible is a ghost story. gods spirit is a holy ghost. only love remains.

When you don't know what's happening and you fall to the ground because it feels like your heart is gonna stop any secound. The pure fear of "knowing" that you will die any secound and can't do anything about it, even thou it ain't true.

My own ptsd is paralyzing, and when it hits it hits bad. The constant nightmares, the need to be woken up by an outside part, because all you do is scream and cry.

I hate PTSD. But I hate those who did this to me so much more.
