JOKE-OGRAPHY: 1. The Source: This cartoon doesn't have any direct quotes from the trial, like the previous comics, but it's based on this passage here (translated by W. S. Scott): "Asked if she knew Catherine de la Rochelle, or had seen her, [Jeanne] said yes, at Jargeau; and at Montfaucon-en-Berry. Asked whether [Catherine] had shown her a woman dressed in white, who [Catherine] said sometimes appeared to her, [Jeanne] answered no. [...] And in order to be certain of the truth, [Jeanne] had spoken to [her Voices,] Saint Catherine and Saint Margaret, who told her that this Catherine was mad and a liar." 2. Summary: Catherine was another woman who claimed to have revelations from God. St. Joan eventually consulted her Voices about her, and they concluded that Catherine was bonkers. 3. Irony: In this cartoon, the lawyer asks Joan about Catherine, and Joan answers bluntly that Catherine claimed to have visions from God but was a fraud. The lawyer snickers and pretends to empathize with Joan's frustration. He says he understands what it's like to deal with a fake mystic, implying that Joan is a fraud like Catherine. Did you know St. Dominic and St. Francis met one day and they became homies?

And it's really cool that even the two orders visit each of their founder's feast day, representing the union of their friendship even years after their passing.

I loved all the different icons and art of my favorite saints together. And it genuinely suprised me that they actually met and became friends through their mutual goal and faith.

This is also one of my first where I put more people in it 'cause was important I depicted them with their followers.

idk if i mentioned it here but since watching wrestling and ..OBSERVING i've noticed that christian cage manages to do what don callis and jericho seem to fucking STINK AT.. which is just letting a guy speak and be a character/wrestler.

like even if u didn't like the segment with nick wayne's mom ( im whatever but i also think its just funny that shes like.. HERE FMNSOIFHJS) , it's really cool how cage gives her the mic and let's her have a moment. he could have just talked for her and it would be fine..but hearing from her mouth what she thinks, puts her into the story a bit more instead of just being someone who stands around menacingly.

idk what it is with don callis where he just does not allow anyone to say a word in his promos. the fact that kyle, hobbs, aND takeshita have become just henchmen with no character to them the moment they linked with don callis says a lot about his role as a mentor/veteran.

dont get me started on jericho, who seems to just use talent to elevate himself. i think you're salvageable if you're from the callis family..but you go BAD PLACES when you're stuck with jericHO...

idk.. i just think it's cool to see like, a veteran kinda know what to do with talent, enough to make you interested in not just him but also the guy who's linked with him. the stuff he's done with lucha is SO GOOD, i feel like no one else would know what to do with him! the stuff with jungle boy...u already know how i FEEL...POETIC SHOW STOPPING..

daddy ass is another veteran that's doing it righT..i think the other guys could learn a thing or two from theM FMISOHF
