Like why would you ever need such a sizeable ball of chocolate?? It is purely for the fun of it.

Chocolate ballz
I've got a small party today, and thought I'd try something different for snacksy dessert. Two of the attendees reacts to dairy, so I thought it might be fun to try to make it using a vegan margarine we usually use to fry with in Norway (flott). The traditional recipe calls for butter, but this was vary nice, and I am also sure it would work with straight up coconut fat also.
Chocolate balls
Mix thorougly: 300 gr vegan margarine (coconut/shea/rapeseed), room temp 1 tsp fine sea salt (unless you use butter) 3 dl sugar 6 heaped tbsp cocoa 2 tsp vanilla sugar 2tbsp hot water + 2tbsp coffee instant coffe, mixed or 4tbsp expresso 8 dl oats
Leave to harden in fridge for about an hour Roll into balls, and cover in shredded coconut or pearl sugar Keeps in fridge for a couple days, ready to eat when they are nice and cold

How is an orange-infused chocolate truffle cake made? Why?
An orange-infused chocolate truffle cake is made by combining rich chocolate cake layers with a creamy, orange-flavored chocolate ganache. Here's a basic recipe:
Orange-Infused Chocolate Truffle Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (optional)
- Orange slices and chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the warm water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the orange-infused chocolate ganache. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
7. Remove the cream from the heat and add the chopped chocolate, orange zest, and orange liqueur (if using). Let it sit for a few minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
8. Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a layer of the ganache over the top. Place the second cake layer on top and spread the remaining ganache over the top and sides of the cake.
9. Garnish with orange slices and chocolate shavings, if desired. Refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the ganache to set.
This cake is rich, moist, and bursting with the flavors of chocolate and orange. The orange-infused ganache adds a luxurious touch and complements the chocolate cake perfectly.
