A/N: Have a soft little itty bitty ficlet. For those of you who are new: Hi, I'm Hope! This is a little drabble based upon one of my more niche fics, Flightless. In this AU, everyone has wings - some are more of a burden than others.

Hopefulness.

He's not ready to call it joy. Contentment, even, might be too far from the periphery; too presumptive. It implies a peace Kylo Ren hasn't ever faced. Not made for him, in this lifetime.

But there's colour, now.

Crimson reds and glimmering golds and an azure that stretches out to kiss him, in the nights that used to be endless. Your feathers bristle at his cheeks as you sigh yourself awake, and he can't help but cup his calloused hand under your chin - tilt your lips to meet his, to swallow up those hazy ministrations before the day cycle starts.

Your chuckle is still tinted with sleep, and his feathered wings curl over your shoulders, cocooning you both in glossy black. He'll keep you here as long as he can; stretch out these moments of near-peace for as long as he can steal them.

"Trapping me?" you smile, eyes fluttering open. Kylo nuzzles into your neck, nibbling just below your ear to elicit the smallest gasp.

He could live here forever.

His breath fans over your skin, and he wonders at the feeling of your feathers on his. Falls to silent worship at the contrast: rainbows of colour, spilling into oil slick and endless night.

Hopefulness. A spark of contrast, drowning out all the dull, dark days before.

Sebastian took your hand, running into the night, his heart pounding in his chest. He spared one last glance over his shoulder at the ruined Ashwinder camp, his mind flashing with a memory just made; standing back to back with you, taking out enemies, never missing your targets as you moved in unison, spells firing in quick succession, the look in your eyes as you stood surrounded by bodies of your victims, the air around you simmering with remnants of your ancient magic.

When he did, he drawled, “The Flash has his own Gideon.” Of course, if anyone were to have an AI from the future it would be the do-gooders of Team Flash and not someone like Len, who would actually use it to its full potential. He snorted. “That’s fitting.”

Here's The Deal...

So here's the deal... I have been pursuing my real life goals and accomplishments the past two years. This summer I have about a month and a half before I have to go into essentially a work-study opportunity which is going to help propel the rest of my career. What does this mean?

Though I know I've always been sparse when it comes to getting things out and finishing projects with my writing, I think that perhaps it might be worth it to post the drafts, snippets, imagines, WIPs, and ideas I've had over the years either in store in my drafts, or in my docs. I have stuff ranging from either Supernatural, DC Comics, ADCU of course, TUA, and of course some more recent developments on the Marvel, Grishaverse, and DBH content I'd been putting out. The question is... would anyone be interested in that?

I'm such a perfectionist at times when it comes to things like this, that... I'm even doubting if I should post this halfway through writing this. HOWEVER, I will say that some things will be incredibly brief. And for that purpose, it's exactly why I'm asking if anyone would be interested in reading/seeing these things. If so, I can post them, and even tag people. I'm just curious, since, I haven't written for some of these fandoms in a while, but am wanting to get back into writing over the summer, that perhaps it might be worthwhile. What do we think?
