I read this so fast I didn't have time to make more notes. This felt a little slow compared to Morning Glory Milking Farm, but it didn't detract from the story at all. It was really good! I enjoyed seeing the story again from a different point of view. I also enjoyed seeing a romance exclusively from the "hero's" point of view. Rourke fell HARD and maybe was a little obsessed, but everyone involved is okay with it, so I can't judge too hard.

I love Cambric Creek, and look forward to more installments!

It's interesting to see this side of the MGMF story. I like that one a lot, and I liked Rourke.

I like him less here, but only because I know the place he's in after a bad break up. It's hard to look for someone when you think you're broken and you slightly hate other people's relationships.

Oh yes

Heartbreaker by Sarah MacLean has one of my faaavorite face-sitting scenes (with just a tiny bit of very classy ass play implied). He's ~injured and is like "listen dude I'm FINE get ON MY FACE".

The Return of the Duke by Lorraine Heath, which I belieeeeeve turns into a Rare Historical 69 scene. I believe he also tells her to ride him during this scene. And she does.

I thiiiiink Olivia and the Masked Duke by Grace Callaway has this before a Rare Historical 69 scene? I feel like she rode his face at some point. He definitely had his balls in her face at another point. It's all a wash at the end of the day.

Devil in Disguise by Lisa Kleypas has this before a Rare Historical 69. Notice how we often don't just have face sitting as its OWN THING.

Run, Run Rabbit by C.M. Nascosta has a scene where the heroine is literally like "I wish I could just smother him to death right now but then I wouldn't be getting this amazing head anymore, so". TOXIC LOVERS OF MY LIFE.

Paranormal Romance Book Covers & Titles - Tooz Prompt!

Over breakfast this morning I opened Tumblr and this post caught my attention - the book cover to the book "Morning Glory Milking Farm."

I had to look the book up, of course. The title was just so funny to me, let alone the perfect cover art. [Link to book on Goodreads.]

But I really had fun looking through the Recommended Books. I love a fun titles that make me laugh and sound ridiculous - so you know the author has a great sense of humor. Besides, y'all know I don't shy away from any monster. Don't these sound fun? Imagine your favorite author here writing a fic with a title similar to these. OMG, now I'm begging for some crazy stuff! Hollow: A Trick And A Treat For All Hallow's Eve contains two tales:

The first tale, "Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horsemen" is a modern AU containing the original Ichabod Crane and Brom Bones. However, in this story, Brom Bones is a polo playing Dullahan, Ichabod Crane is a school master for a wealthy academy, who cannot believe and can barely tolerate the love and praise Brom Bones gets. But, after accidental voyeurism at the racquet club, he can't help but become obsessed with Brom's penile propensity. What follows are several steamy encounters that culminates in Ichabod being sandwiched between two Dullahan.

The second story, "Katrina Van Tassel & The Headless Horseman", is a historical retelling which centers the story on Katrina Van Tassel. In this tale, she is a school master for the girls of Sleepy Hollow. As a learned woman alone, she must contend with the treat of being accused of witchcraft, unwanted advances from the local men, and the dangers that come with her ability to see ghosts. As she is "life tethered to death" she finds herself tethered, romantically and physically, to Brom Bones and The Headless Horseman. As their paths become more entangled, the foreshadowing throughout the tale comes to a head in twist that I did and did not see coming. The entire thing was 🧑‍🍳 💋.

If you are in the mood for a partly salty, partly spooky time sprinkled with copious amounts of spice, a mystery, explicit descriptions of loving and hateful sex, this one is worth looking into!
