you and the members were in hybe’s lobby. you were sitting between chaewon and jaejae for the interview. many laughs were exchanged here and there as jaejae interviewed each members.

“when do you use it?” asked jae jae when the topic came to slangs. “for example ‘what are we going to eat for dinner?’ IDC. with a shoulder tilt” everyone did it together. then yunjin spoke up. “y/n is the only one who never uses slangs.”

“why why why” jae jae was bewildered. “arent you american too?” she had a shocked look on her face. “what ! no i am!” you paused because you were laughing too hard “it’s just that my mom said i shouldn’t talk like that. she says it sounds rude.” you answered with a sheepish smile.

the members nodded in agreement. “y/n’s actually very polite and has great manners, she just doesn’t talk.“ chaewon intervened and gave a thumbs up to the camera. jaejae continued interviewing yunjin.

“y/n! the other american. an all star basketball player! our nations little math nerd” and it showed a picture of 16 year old you about to do a three pointer and you after winning the mathematical olympiad. the interview finally got to you. you closed your eyes in embarrassment. everyone laughed in unison. “wah our y/n looks so cute.” eunchae spoke up.

“i heard you got recruited when you were playing basketball?” jaejae looked at you for confirmation. you chuckled before answering. “yeah actually i got scouted when i was on a school trip…” everyone was silent expecting you to continue but instead you stopped there. “ah” jaejae spoke amongst the silence “ah i guess thats all okay! its alright if you dont want to continue!” everyone bursts out laughing “no no no i can explain! sorry, sorry i thought you wanted to add something.” you tried explaining yourself. after the laughter died down and them teasing you, you started talking again.

you went all the way back to when you were 17. you and your other matheletes teammates won first place in a competition and got to go to Seoul as the winning prize. one night during the trip u got bored and sneaked out the hotel to a basketball court you saw nearby.

while you were shooting three pointers by yourself you noticed someone from the corner of your eye watching you. you got scared and ignored it hoping it wasn’t an entity from another dimension. the person stayed there for far too long and you started getting creeped out even though you were a whole feet taller than them.

you started packing your things up. putting everything in faster when you heard footsteps close behind. you were ready to book it when someone tapped your shoulder. you turned around and was met with a card in your face. the person said nothing as you took it and walked away.

it was a business card. as you examined it you noticed ‘you’re perfect for us. please come and audition tomorrow’

“and then i had a free day the next day so i went.” you ended your story with a small smile as everyone stared at you in awe. “you rapped to corso by tyler the creator am i right.” jaejae spoke up. you looked at her in shock “how’d you know.” she looked to the camera with a smug face and shrugged.

“y/n ! you once went live and answered all the fans math questions.” jaejae suddenly changed the subject as you sat up straighter. the members burst out laughing while you turned red from embarrassment. “wah y/n you’re really good at math aren’t you!” jaejae praised you.

“what. no no” you declined. “no! you’re really good. you just lack confidence.” jaejae ended her sentence and signalled for you all to look at the screen. it was showing a clip of one of your lives where you answered fearnot’s math questions.

“i think the x is 4 but i dont know” you said with your eyebrows furrowed moving closer to the camera to read the comments. “i dont know guys dont listen to me i might be wrong.” you said looking back at your paper, checking your answer again while scratching your head.

“you’re really cute.” said jaejae.

“stop flattering me”

the topic moved on to you being heartless but caring. you never knew you had this title. you never even knew you were caring you just did what you felt right. now that the topic changed everyone was giving examples on how you speak louder through your actions rather than words.

“one time, after coming home from a schedule. i went to my room and slept in the mess i made in the morning because i was too exhausted. the next morning i woke up to a clean room.” sakura started she said after that, she asked who cleaned her room and y/n only shrugged while zuha confirmed it wasn’t her. “it really warmed my heart because we had the same schedule.” sakura ended.

“no unnie it’s because you’re getting older.” eunchae teased the oldest. sakura gave eunchae the stink eye.

“oh! when we arrived at japan it was pouring and y/n unnie was beside me. she took off her jacket and wrapped me in it, holding an umbrella and then we walked together to the car.” eunchae expressed. “and in the car i noticed her shirt was half wet and i was like ‘so this is love’” eunchae announced softly with a dreamy look on her face as she looked at your red face.

“wow y/n you seem like you’d be a good boyfriend” said jaejae while you protested. “you’re right. you’re right sometimes even i want to date her.” chaewon voiced. chaewon started telling about the time after a schedule, when she got out the car her feet was hurting so bad. she was at the back struggling to walk through the pain. she saw you stopping and waiting for her at the parking lot entrance.

when you noticed she was hurting you immediately crouched infront of her. “what?” chaewon asked. you signalled her to piggyback you. “i am not doing that. we’re wearing the same shoes! you’re going to-“ she got cut off when you moved back and carried her anyways. she held onto you tight when you lifted her and she stayed that way until you guys went up to the dorm.

“wah y/n noticing the small things. we need more people like that.” jaejae added. yunjin and kazuha started talking about their loving experiences with you. yunjin stated that she’d only watch a horror movie only if you’re there. yunjin said when you’re with her, she feels safe. probably because whenever there’s a gory scene you’d mutter ‘that’s so fake’ under your breathe. but that’s besides the point. you’d rub circles on her hand and make her feel reassured.

for kazuha, you’re her debate mate. you talk the most when you’re with her. you don’t know how her mind works but you sure know how to handle it. like the other day, she asked which is the strongest : rock, paper, or scissors. you had to explain to her how its neither and rock, paper scissors is just a game of luck.

she also mentioned how you’re always helping her in korean and you’d go for convenience store runs whenever she gets a question right. you treat her so well.

“in conclusion! y/n is a great person to date.” jaejae ended

“not the dating part” chaewon muttered.

ooooh the long awaited amsterdam episode!! let’s get right on into it folks, with…

TED LASSO 3.06 THOUGHTS

jamie and roy were really the shining stars of this episode to me on both the comedy front and the emotional front. they really were able to break through to each other in fun but kind ways and I love. I cannot stress that enough, LOVE. that jamie taught roy how to ride a bike. this sibling energy (or maybe something more if that’s your fancy) is everything to me

but you know who was an unsung hero of this episode too? DANI ROJAS. as always my baby had THE cutest contributions to the discussion and his lines got some very solid giggles from me

ok, now on to the tedbecca front…

so it was not at all what we expected. so what? are we gonna worry ourselves about this? HELL THE FUCK NO. like I’m sorry, it was a nice moment she had with that man but like… you want me to call tod on tedbecca over a man… whose name she never learned??? LAME. try again, cause that shit isn’t stopping me from my delusion nor is it worrying me

like sorry I’m just not over this so I’m gonna keep adding more— if they were trying to tell us that this guy was *it* for rebecca, in ANY way, they would have had her show even the faintest interest in seeing this man again. but nope! she was fine with leaving! some things can be beautiful being short-lived. they did their thing, and now they’re moving on.

rebecca singing to ted was also adorable and uh y’all we literally had ted fully admit to TEXTING HER TWELVE TIMES UNANSWERED?? that is simp behaviour if I ever saw it!! they’re still strong baby don’t even sweat it

now that I’ve got that off my chest… COLIN! GAY TRENT! THE LONG AWAITED CHAT!! Ooh my god this is so good I was so incredibly happy that they confirmed trent is gay and that they didn’t take the creepy route with it of him outing colin but instead said “oh a baby gay, as a seasoned gay let me just adopt him real quick” and proceeded to listen to his problems and offer real support and mentorship from one gay man to another. they found a space within each other to be who they truly are and I am so here for it. colin isn’t ashamed of who he is, he’s just conflicted about tmerging these two sides of his identity!

also the way he described it as an ache… an ache, y’all. I cried deep queer tears at that.

as for how this might play out with trent’s book though… remains to be seen I guess 👀

the pillow fight was adorable and I had been wanting to see that since the mention of it in season 1 but in terms of episode length, I feel like that whole storyline of deciding what to do could have been scrapped. a lot of the pacing issues with this episode could have been avoided that way, but I still liked it so idc

TED FINALLY GETTING A BREAKTHROUGH AND BEING GOOD AT HIS JOB THANK GOD

roy needs to realize that instead of thinking he doesn’t deserve keeley, to just shut that train of thought down and work to actually become a man keeley deserves. that’s it. that’s all. and it’s going to happen!

all in all, I do get why this episode could be quite polarizing and the pacing was very inconsistent but overall I quite enjoyed it!!

Sorry its so late buf i am in an Edling mood tonight and I will never stop thinking about the idea of how theyre the epitome of right person wrong time.

(obviously in a context of like fandom shenannigans where canon events arent 100% set in stone like edling arent canon but also idc !! they are to me! im ignoring it let me be insane) ANYWAY

Even if they wanted to be together post promised day Ling has all the responsibilities of Xing and his clan and Edward would never hold him back from that for a second. Im of the opinion that brotherhood Edward feels a lot of guilt for wanting love from the people around him particularly those he sees as good (winry, alphonse, etc) especially if hes done things hes perceived as hurting them (maes’ death, the transmutation, etc etc). Which is why I think Edward connects with Ling so well cayse he doesnt carry the weight of a lot if his past mistakes, and then when the stone happens its like goddamn it i roped this guy into my shit again. Like i dont know Edward doesnt really dedicate himself so fully to people outside of winry and ed a lot so its interesting like!!

He cares about a lot of people like the majority of the allied cast and we see him be openly affectionate towards Nina and Hughes pre their deaths but I think Ling is the only person hes ever decided to stick with WITHOUT alphonse? I may be wrong but the whole sure Ill stay with you and trust my brother and Winry to stay safe and follow you around the outskirts of the east for a week till the promised day to protect my new friend is so??? what?? huh???

But anyone my point is post promised day Edward cant really ever see a future with Ling because of all the responsibility Ling holds outside of him and its veyr tragic imo like especially because in a different scenario if Ling didnt have those responsibilities and Edward wasn’t so dedicated to the people around him to a fault of never thinking about his own desires I think they could have the possibility of a future.

Like I have read a lot of fanfiction abiut Ed traveling to Xing and living with him there but?? I realistically cant see him ever doing that just solely because Edward is not the type of person to settle down! like its my one and only criticism of the fma manga is that I cannot see Edward ever being satisfied with a simple life? Like even in Fma 03 which is my favourite interpretation of Edwards character once he gets stranded in our world he learns?? Rocket Science?? For the chance to get back to Amestris but he doesnt really seem to take that goal all that seriously especially considered Alfons ends up getting involved in a lot more aircraft projects than Edward like Edwsrd genuinely enjoys learning!!

Im pretty sure he was the one who dragged Alphonse into Hoenhiems office when they were kids after he left, probably to Al’s reluctance of if they were allowed in there, and started ripping through all of his old books just to learn. Edward never stops and it gets so bad that he never stops to even consider himself constantly worrying about getting his brother back or improving the states of others lives especially when! ya know! the whole country is at stake!!

So in a circumstance post promised day where Ed decides what he wants to do (my personal favourite interpretation is either an alchemical researcher outside of directly performing alchemy, ie revolutionizing the circle matrixes and discovering nee combinations or becoming a professor of some kind) I dont think he would give that up to settle again. And obviously Ling cant exactly up and leave being Emperor unless he decides he doesnt want to, im not the most knowledgable on Lings characterization so I wont speak there but!

They have so much fun together and compliment each other and genuinely care about each other so much but their happiness and fulfillment as people to themselves and others make it so its nearly impossible they would ever realistically end up together and its really doomed and tragic!! idk i think about it a lot.

“did ya hear?” your roommate bumped into your shoulder, playfully.

you were in the middle of making your nutritious breakfast that consisted of oats and fruits. you read it helped with the brain and in the school of magic, you definitely needed that.

when you had finished high school you knew you wanted to explore your witchcraft ways and become a witch. the best witch in the land. so now you were in the school of magic and acing every subject. you were at the top of your class. some might even suggest you were the goody two shoes, the know it all, but you didn’t mind. they would scoff and roll their eyes every time you answered in class but all that mattered to you was being the best out of the best.

“what’s up?” you took a big bite of breakfast, sitting at the table.

“have you been living under a rock? we’re getting a new professor this semester. i am so fucking excited!” your friend jumped up and down, dancing.

you tilted your head, “you mean, you don’t like professor williams telling us we suck ass on the daily and we’re never gonna follow our dreams? he’s such a sweetheart, why would you want another teacher?” your words dripped with sarcasm.

your roommate rolled her eyes with a chuckle, “ha ha. but seriously, y/n, the professor i’ve heard is hot.” she wiggled her eyebrows.

“like dilf hot or-”

“like he is only a few years older than us!”

“what?” you choked on your oats. “how in the hell-”

“best in his class. actually he’s one of the best period. i’ve heard that he made up a new magic trick. something to do with ice and flames, at the same time.”

you almost screamed, “no way! shoto is like my idol. he has proven that magic airway can travel within itself with different opposite techniques. he’s insanely good and one of the best wizards!”

“so you’re a fan?”

you twirled around in your kitchen, “can you just imagine? we are going to be taught by one of the greatest! we’re gonna get the best education and learn so much! that’s actually why i came to this school. i read about him and he inspired me to be a witch.”

your friend faked a yawn, “well damn don’t get all happy school girl with me. he’s probably like the rest of them.” she shrugged, “either way, we have his class first so you can go and fangirl over him all you want.”

your eyes bugged out, “for real?”

“why?” your friend smirked, “are you excited to see this sexy professor?”

you shook your head, “he probably has a girlfriend or a wife. let’s be respectful and good students.” you collected your spell books, retrieved your witch hat and wrapped your neck with your comfy, soft, orange knitted scarf.

your friend grumbled, “i don’t want to be a goody-goody like you. some don’t really care.”

“we’re gonna be late,c’mon!” you hopped onto your broomstick. putting your earbuds in to listen to “all too well” by taylor swift. your broomstick slowly came out of your apartment to your campus.

it was the start of the day and everyone was bustling to and fro, having places to be, classes to attend.

you read your papers that were sent to you by crow and could make out that professor shoto todoroki’s classroom was in the main building of the classes. it was usually the nicer rooms with more decoration. his class was potions and elements of magic. your wand was tightly placed in your bookbag, safe and secured.

you smiled wide, cheeks getting nipped by the cool autumn air. the smell of pumpkin spice and cinnamon dancing in your nose from the many students getting coffee. and the smell of many apple orchards that littered around the campus made you so happy with your choice in school. you vowed to yourself to be the best witch ever.

but as your broom swayed closer to his classroom your heart pounded as well. every minute the tapping against your rib cage would make you sweat and gulp loudly. what if he hated you? what if he was the worst teacher ever? what if you were to get an f? how were you then to be the greatest?

you sat your broom outside the classroom, leaning it against the wall.

every new semester day made you anxious. it was bound to happen. but why were you also intrigued?

you fixed your mini black skirt with your fishnet stockings on, sticking your head inside the classroom. it was already filled with many students and that was when you saw him!

the greatest wizard to ever live, shoto todoroki. his hair was half white half red. the side with the red hair had a blue eye and the side with white hair had a brown eye. he also had a burn mark on his blue eye. he looked incredible and so handsome.

“told you,” your friend whispered in your ear and slapped your ass playfully.

fuck, she was right. you almost moaned the first time you saw him. you never really looked at him that way when you saw photos of him but now seeing him in real life for the first time, something set off inside of you, making you cross your legs. he had an all black outfit. his coat was black and his suit was black. it fit him nice and tight but made him look like a true wizard. he carried with him a scepter with a crystal ball on the end of it. you already knew by that he was high in rank.

he licked his fingers, turning something in a spell book and looked up. he was about to look back down but you caught his guard.

again, you gulped loudly, biting your lip.

his eyes bore into yours, almost studying you.

“can i help you?” he asked, hands leaning against his belt. his hands looked rough from maybe the constant training and learning. magic was no easy thing.

“oh no. i go to this class.” you lifted up your paper.

“please,” he gave a small smile, disappearing the moment it showed up. you could tell he was more reserved and quiet. “have a seat here.” he pointed to the seat right in front of the class. nobody took it because they were afraid but you always took that seat. you wanted to show teachers you meant business.

as you made your way other students booed and rolled their eyes. “we have her again?”

“she always tries too hard.”

“that’s why she has no friends.”

you looked down, embarrassed. you took out your books and notebooks as well as your wand. just staring at it so you would try not to cry.

then you heard a snapping noise.

“there is no bullying in my class. if you have a problem with this student then leave because she certainly isn’t leaving. or maybe i should give you all an f? hmm?” professor todoroki snapped, leaning against his desk, eyebrows furrowed.

your heart thumped even harder now. why did he stand up for you? surely it was just because he was a nice teacher and nothing more, right?

“what is your name?”

“y/n l/n. thank you professor-”

he put his hand out, “no need. just do your best.” he said, emotionless but then he winked at you.

you couldn't harp on those feelings longer because after that he announced the start of your class. you were bashful and grinning like an idiot. maybe this semester wouldn’t be so bad after all.

the classroom was medium sized. dark and a bit cold. it had big windows that showcased the whole campus. behind the students were gigantic light wooden shelves, with books stacked inside them. it looked glorious with emerald green and navy blue inside. candles were lit everywhere and inside smelled of autumn leaves. the perfect setting to learn.

“so today i will introduce myself and get you to know a little bit about me,” shoto announced as he crossed between the students desks. “i am shoto todoroki and i am known as the best wizard. the reason is-”

“it’s because you can create flames of heat and ice at the tip of your fingertips. nobody else in the magic world can! that’s actually impossible.”

shoto tsked as he looked back at you. now he kind of understood the kids, you were a know it all.

you smirked. for sure this would make you the class pet.

“thank you y/n but i can speak for myself. anyways yes, but in this class i will teach you my tricks. this is my first ever class and i expect dedication, hard work, and respect. respect for magic,” shoto turned around and stared directly at you with dark eyes, “and especially respect for me.”

you played with your fingers as you tried to look anywhere else but him.

“i will as well teach you some potions and spells to help with certain magic, alright?”

everyone was writing down their notes. it was almost done with the class.

“everyone i want you to write this important term down. mesthuleniza, it is a spell to stun your opponent. now repeat after me-”

you raised your hand.

shoto sighed, massaged his temple and bit his lip, “yes y/n.”

“it is said mes-thoo-le-ny-za not mes-thoo-le-ni-za. most students are saying it wrong. i just wanted to clarify.” you put your hand back down and grinned big. your legs were swinging back and forth all innocent.

students groaned in annoyance and shoto put his hand on his mouth to try to calm himself down. “yes y/n, again, thank you. now the history of the spell is-”

“soldiers would use it on their enemies to stun them for goods. it was used all the way back in ancient egypt times. some theorize it was made by the gods but all we know is it has worked for many decades for special purposes.”

just then the bell rang.

“alright class dismissed! i want the papers on my desk by lunchtime tomorrow. and practice on animals with your spell. have a good day, students.”

you felt good. you made the best impression you felt. as you were packing up all your items you noticed you were the last student, the only student left behind.

“y/n?”

you turned around to see shoto writing on some papers at his desk.

“yes, professor?”

“you are going to stay here for lunch.”

“but sir! they are putting pizza tonight! i love pizza,” you pouted.

he looked up, unimpressed by your childish act. he crossed his leg as he sat back, hands behind his head. “i don’t care what you want y/n. what did i say to do in my class?”

you kicked around sheepishly, “to respect you.”

“exactly! did you do that? did you do that for your fellow classmates?”

you shook your head, “no. but sir-”

“no buts. for the way you behaved, i should have you punished.” his voice dropped low and his mouth twisted into a scowl. “so you’re staying here and helping me clean.”

you stomped your foot like a brat, “this isn’t fair! i’m the best student in this whole damn school. i am supposed to-”

shoto stormed up and with a finger in your face he growled, “watch it.”

you gulped and went silent.

“now, you are going to do as i say and wipe the board and put the books away. understand?”

you exhaled, rolling your eyes, “whatever.”

professor shoto sat back down and read over some paperwork.

you grumbled the whole time as you picked up the eraser and got to work, swishing your arm back and forth to clean the school work residue. you didn’t want to admit but he taught a well class. he was very informative and explained things clearly. you loved every second of it.

“i enjoyed your class, professor,” you said quietly, almost under your breath. you heard shoto turn around in his chair and utter a mellow, “thank you.” but you didn’t hear him turn back. you felt his gaze on you.

you looked up to see high above the chalkboard was more wording that needed to be erased. professor todoroki was taller than you so you stood on your tiptoes to reach the leftovers.

if you knew you were going to clean the board today you would have worn a longer skirt but as you stood on your toes your tight black skirt rose, showing the underside of your ass. you were wearing a black thong with a spider bedazzled on the front of it, and over the thong was your fishnet stockings. you could feel the cool air go under and tickle your ass and pussy. with each swipe on the board it made your ass jiggle, almost making it clap.

you still felt his gaze on you and could see him in your peripheral vision.

you nodded and picked the books up to put them away.

as you put the books away you noticed a book written by him. it was about his technique of fire and ice. you were astounded by his words. he was incredible.

“and without a wand,” you uttered to yourself.

you sat the book against the shelf and took your wand out. the end of the wand was thick and had ridges on it. it was unique and decorated by you. you studied the passage of the book and tried to do the spell. you tried to get fire to come out but it was no use, it didn’t work.

“that’s not gonna work,” todoroki walked in on you. hands in his pockets as he gave a small grin seeing you try.

“yeah, sorry, i’m not that good,” you chuckled sheepishly.

“you know you don’t believe that,” shoto picked up the book to inspect it. “you just told me, you think you’re the best.”

“i just, i wish i was as good as you.”

shoto thought about that moment and walked back. he peered around the room then lifted his sleeves up. “here let me help you. i can teach you.” as he lifted both hands to you, you saw the veins on them. they were the most attractive hands ever. “now this is kinda dangerous so please be careful.” in that moment he produced ice on his right side and flames on his left.

“woah,” you looked with eyes big of wonder. “this is amazing!” your hands went over the ice and it felt so cool and over the fire. “ouch.” you flicked your finger back, sucking the burn.

Not a very serious post. Just complaining about Larian not staying true to the lore of the setting bg3 is in. I'm just getting into a mood about this.

Really wish that Larian had read a lore book (I am assuming they didn't) to learn that Bhaal's motivation behind killing is money and to cause fear. His whole deal is "murder people, get paid, become feared" and that is what he teaches his followers too.

He is a Lawful Evil god, NOT a Chaotic Evil one (and yeah alignments don't technically exist in 5e idc).

And I also doubt any of them played the previous games, or even read about them. They don't even get a single thing about Sarevok right either (or Viconia for that matter). Like how he was NEVER a Bhaal worshiper in the previous games. His whole deal was "what if I became the God of Murder?" Sarevok was the one who care about "Death, death in droves" to prove his claim to Bhaal's throne. Also anyone who played the previous games knows that Sarevok would never be an incestuous bastard- even when evil instead of good.

Also Bhaalspawn where literally born to die, not to find some way to resurrect Bhaal. And that is not some edgy statement, that is why Bhaal created them. He foresaw his own death and stored his divinity inside his children so they would be killed and have it return to him to bring him back to life. This is why Gorion's Ward's mother (a priestess of Bhaal) was going to kill them when they where a baby. The children where never suppose to live at all.

I am just annoyed. It just bothers me so much. BG3 is a very popular game and it is going to overtake the previous games in how people view things.

ANNNNDDD these Producers and Executives have lowkey butchered Scream in so many ways since Wes Craven passed and the fact that they made Sidney have less screen time in 5 not only for ageism in my humble opinion and money hungry greed to replace her with younger actresses no one asked for (Sorry I was all pissed they killed Dewey just to replace him with Chad even if I love Chad and got rid of Neve for the sake of 'new chapter' bs with a Billy's daughter trope if they were gonna do that they should've went with Scream 4's original plot IMO OR Sidney's daughters and Mark etc)

THEN by 6 we got very use to them and Sam became a beloved character that we could live with her and Tara being the new final girls just to shitcan them (Jenna walked from what I remember good for her) over an opinion that wasn't stated rudely or anything just talking about the kids involved in this war and they treat her as badly as they did Neve cutting Neve's pay and tossing her aside just for Neve to agree to come back???

Man, I'm sorry I am not a Neve lover nor hater but my pride could never. Guess that's why I'm not in Hollywood or loaded bc I would NEVER sign onto a movie that publicly humiliated me by basically saying I'm not worth the pay, then treating a younger co-star so poorly, then signing back on because they paid me what I should've probably gotten paid in the first place. My Manager and PR team could bite me...Probably why I'm a struggling artist instead lol

I do not hate Neve for this choice because ik money is money but it's disappointing.

And honestly? I have BEEN vocal how Scream 5 is by far my least favorite and they suckered us in with nostalgia and Scream 6 was GREAT except for the ending with the killers being so...Wattpad to be blunt coming from a wattpad fanfic writer. Hate or love Jill Roberts but she was a great Ghostface and it's so OBVIOUS what movies Craven worked on versus not. The killers in 6 COULD have been great too had it not been for them related to Richie (Who is my least favorite GF by far) and how fanfiction both latest installments feel with reveals. Scream 3 did too but Scream 3 purposely did not take itself seriously while 5 and 6 did except for Mindy as comic relief.

Of course this is my opinion and thank you for asking I'm honored you wanna hear my rinky dink opinion but I am not looking forward to 7. Scream 6 may not be my favorite but it is top 3 for me up until the reveal and Sam letting go of the mask and choosing a path to the future feels like the perfect ending! Franchise is done! Move on!

These movies are not like Friday the 13th of TCM with new victims these are stories tying in the victims and making 7 with the political climate rn and how they got rid of THE TWO NEW FINAL GIRLS just to beg Sidney to make a comback while probably having the safest most generic plot with how many changes they probably had to make after the characters were gotten rid of.

I'm just not hyped for Scream 7 and probably won't watch it. Ya know, all good things have to come to an end. Even this fic in time has to end. And I think the execs bit off more than they can chew and are backpedaling instead of doing the reasonable thing and canceling and I hate that Neve and some writers etc are on board still

And let's be real; Scream is getting less believable with tech. 96? Yeah, I could see it! 2000's? Sure! But 2020 onward? With smartphones and smarthomes and ringdoorbells and dna collected its time to say good bye to something that has to move on! Scream 6 did a descent job with the multiple GF and Scream 4 despite me not liking it they did it best as far as preparing future Scream for the murders. Not to get away with it but to be caught and sell the footage. They SERIOUSLY could've ended at 4 and I would accept it :/

But whatever, they're still decent movies but 7 is just one I have no interest in truly watching. For me personally but thank you for asking and listening to me rant and hopefully if you want cheesy overdone meta tropes my fic will do the trick rather than the movies 😅🤞🖤

thoughts on the new hunger games movie // spoilers ahead because I don’t have a letterboxd account and I can’t be bothered to make one rn but I have opinions

-pacing was really weird and the title cards announcing each act took me out of the story each time

-I don’t hate Rachel Zegler so this isn’t a personal insult to her but her acting is soooo theatre kid and I didn’t care for the southern (?) accent especially cause literally no one else had one sjskdnsls

-that being said girl can sing!

-maybe I should just read the book but I kinda wanna know more about the whole war between the districts and the capitol and how that resulted in the Hunger Games… like it’s eluded to throughout the movie that the games are a punishment for the district uprising, but when Casca Highbottom dropped that line about drunkenly coming up with the idea with president snow’s dad during the VERY LAST FIVE MINUTES LIKE??? How is that not more relevant to the plot and what am I supposed to do with this information now

-I would also have liked to see more scenes between Snow and Highbottom in general like they’re interesting because in a way they’re the same person… Highbottom is the original mind behind the Hunger Games and Snow elevated the Games to what they later became in the trilogy and yet they have such different responses to that legacy… Highbottom becomes a drug addict to cope with the guilt while Snow embraces the power and as we know ascends to the rank of President… and yet they’re both willingly complicit in the system which is an interesting comment on the corruptive nature of power +1 points for Suzanne Collins’ brain

-Was Peter Dinklage even in the same room as the other actors though ? because why was he alone in all of his scenes it just felt so glaringly obvious that he did all of his takes in remote sound studio in one day lmao

-the performance by that tribute who like tore down the flag of Panem and put them over the bodies of the deceased tributes… SO powerful it literally gave me goosebumps I think that was probably my favorite scene

-Lucky Flickerman wasn’t camp enough which is crazy considering he was played by Jason Schwartzman but maybe we can just blame the directing or lack thereof … but i can also see them not wanting to just recreate Caesar flickerman’s character cause how do you even follow a performance by Stanley Tucci anyway idk

-the acting overall was soooo ??? Meh even the top billed actors like Peter Dinklage and Viola Davis were not giving what they usually give so I’ve got to wonder what was going on with Francis Lawrence this time around like is he just not capable of directing anyone other than Jennifer Lawrence?

-Tom Blyth ate though that’s one thing about the British actors you can count on them to deliver like their work visa is about to expire at any given moment

-the actor who played Sejanus Plinth also gave a really good performance I’ll give him his flowers he earned them 💐

-not enough Hunter Schafer idc if she’s only snow’s cousin make it work

-this is kinda out of order but they never really revealed why Snow’s dad was killed other than being in the resistance but I feel like that’s such an integral part of what motivates Snow’s devotion to the Capitol and it seems so glossed over cause why was the rest of his family allowed to live idk again maybe I should just stfu and read the book

-overall I think the movie was alright but it didn’t necessarily live up to the hype for me so 4 snakes out of 10

Appearance: i’m afab, tall but skinny like a noodle, still have curves tho. i have light brown hair and dull blue eyes i’m pale af and have a slightly larger than average number of moles. i have had purple under-eyes since i was 12 they are never going away

Personality: professionally i’m doing well but every other area of my life is in shambles lmfao. still live with my parents can’t drive depressed as hell and barely any relationship experience💀i hate responsibility but i’m still responsible because i hate letting people down. i make a conscious effort to always meet deadlines and show up to meetings on time and it bothers me when other people don’t. but still i’m pretty lenient with others and give them the benefit of the doubt. i am fairly whimsical and quite unbothered by everything. not afraid to push boundaries and attempt things no one has done before, when ppl tell me my goals sound unrealistic it just motivates me more

Strengths/weaknesses: good at drawing and school, graduated college with a 4.0 gpa and a bunch of honors and stuff, and i am the creator of several viral posts and quizzes. good at taking advantage of opportunities that come my way. and i can see humor in everything i love to laugh. i’m kinda irony poisoned and struggle with sincerity, but i’m also an open book i don’t rly have anything to hide. i always talk pretty casually with people no matter who they are but i get away with it cuz i’m smart and good at my job or something. i may come across as impulsive but i do think through everything i do and say, i’m just a fast thinker. i’ve been told i’m too trusting but i haven’t been hurt yet sooo idc ^_^

Likes/dislikes: i am fan of any kind of creative hobby. i like being in nature and interacting with animals but i’m also a pwetty pwincess who hates getting dirty. i hate doing chores and paying for stuff too 💅🏻 i avoid drama and conflict like the plague, though i enjoy it as a spectator. and i hate office jobs, specifically because i work very efficiently then have to pretend to be productive for my dumbass boss when i finish everything early. i love to hang out with people even if it’s something boring like running errands. for some reason people think i don’t like hugs or texting but i do :( i constantly crave novelty i love new experiences

Other: when i really like someone i’ll take an interest in their interests and memorize every little thing i learn about them to the point where i gotta play dumb sometimes so i don’t sound overly invested. we would probably have to have a strong friendship as a foundation cuz u gotta be patient with my repressed ass. i don’t have a lot of preferences for dates so i’d be happy doing whatever they want, i’m v indecisive so it would be good for both of us if they like taking the lead
