Don’t left perfectionism stop you! I never would have created my virtual conference last year if I’d tried to be perfect. It was one of the biggest undertakings I ever set out to do. Coordinating 29 speakers from around the globe was no easy task, especially when you live in one of the most awkward time zones out there. I did 95% of the tech, communication, & interviews. I hired multiple va’s and then I had to redo half their work until I found an absolute gem for the home stretch. Some speakers ghosted me, others didn’t honour their commitments, and my webinar software even failed for my final masterclass. It was messy. And I still showed up. And I got feedback from participants like: “I’ve done a lot of summits and conferences and this is by far my favorite one. I’ve never felt more motivated to be engaged in a summit as I am in here.” 😭 I pulled it off, and it was a success. Imagine if I hadn’t shown up. You get to show up.
