Stanley, Jay, Tsubasa, Finley, Blanche, Jax, Ervin and Jalvenus all show up holding boxes of chocolates and roses. Some of them were wearing lingerie and others, causal clothing
(Valentine's Day)
Quincy and Olivine both accepted the chocolate and hugged Stanley close. "Thanks love" Olivine said. Quincy gave a grunt of approval.
Morvay and Aster happily took their gifts and smiled brightly at Jay before nuzzling him like crazy and kissing him all over his face.
Kuya and Asmo also accepted their gifts and held the red head close as they said the would thank Tsubasa more properly in the bedroom
Crimson looked at the flowers and chocolates and then pulled Finley into a deep kiss. "Mmmmm what else you got planned you adorable pet of mine"
Diavolo and Barbatos happily hugged Blanche and nuzzled him affectionately. "We have some gifts for you as well."
Yakumo blushed and would treasure the gift from Jax forever. He probably wouldn't actually eat it because he couldn't bear to lose the gift.
Ara also blushed and held out a bouquet of roses for Ervin. "Thank you so much"
Blade and Eiden also happily took the gifts and held their partner close nuzzling him and showering him with love.

How do you think how Ori would do as a villain?
In my view, Orihime’s pathway to villainy would be using her powers to reject all the events that get in the way of her getting what she wants (which is to say, mostly Ichigo). In other words, going Full Spooky Galadriel and deciding, “In place of a Dark Lord, you would have a queen! […] All shall love me and despair!”
Now, she could settle for the present where Ichigo already knows Rukia, and Aizen and Yhwach are off the board, but we already know what that yields because of 686: a universe where Ichigo is at his absolute happiest when he just sees Rukia again and argues with her, rather than when he marries Orihime or she gives birth to their son, or whatever typical things might be cited as the happiest moments of one’s life. And, honestly? From Orihime’s perspective? That must really fucking suck.
So, if Orihime is going Full Spooky Galadriel (Orihime Untethered), why would she settle? Surely she can do better than that. And the simplest way to do better would be deleting Yhwach and Aizen at the right times in history.
The right time for the former would be during the late 1980s or early 1990s, and would keep Masaki alive and fundamentally alter Ichigo as a character (probably significantly dulling his focus on protection and removing his disaffection), and removes future problems associated with the Quincy coming back.
Doing the latter could only be done in the latter-half of the 1980s, after Ichigo had been conceived, but before Aizen set any of his other plans in motion. So the Visored and Urahara Shop would still be around, and Kaien and Miyako would still be dead. Regardless, doing this would keep him from doing what he did with Rukia.
Trouble is, the Hougyoku is already in Rukia’s soul by that time. And it seems highly likely that Aizen did not “send” Rukia to Ichigo, but rather that the Hougyoku bent Aizen’s machinations so that it happened. (Why would Aizen be immune to the Hougyoku’s effects?) In other words, the Hougyoku being stuffed in Rukia’s soul makes it seem likely that Rukia would still encounter Ichigo eventually, regardless of how normal and happy his life was, because their encounter is essentially fated. (Kaien more than likely reminds Rukia of Ichigo, in a non-linear framework, rather than Ichigo reminded Rukia of Kaien.)
So the trouble for Orihime Untethered is that she has to:
Delete two of the most powerful dudes in the series (admittedly not at their strongest) to get a lock on the guy she wants (i.e., by removing “incentives” for him to not want to be human, and to remove her main competition) when her powers don’t work on any sufficiently powerful reiatsu.
Her main competition still having a reality-altering device shoved into her soul which may or may not be beyond Orihime’s powers to mess with even if she could kill a merely Shinigami Aizen and a comatose Yhwach. (As it was never made clear whether she actually could destroy the incomplete Hougyoku with her powers, and it sure seems like Aizen is impossible to destroy with one in him in the present.)
So the question here is: where does Orihime Untethered get the kind of monstrous power that would be necessary for such feats? And the only place she could reasonably get it from would probably be if Uryuu decided to somehow lend her the power by going beast mode in a reishi rich environment.
Whether Uryuu is stupid enough to do that for her without knowing what she really intends, for the sake of making her happy even if he’s not in the picture at all, is an open question. (Perhaps yes, because Uryuu can be dumb like that.)
So, Aizen and Yhwach get deleted and the Hougyoku is plucked out of Rukia. (I feel it’d be going a bit far for even Orihime Untethered to delete Rukia, and I really don’t think Uryuu would agree to that.) This of course means it is never around to be in proximity to Orihime herself and Chad, so she is also retroactively keeping herself from getting powers in the first place.
Oh, that’s a problem. It’s a one-way ticket. This isn’t Donnie Darko or The Butterfly Effect: if your powers get deleted from the timestream you can’t get them back and you’re stuck. Ooh. So maybe don’t delete the Hougyoku from Rukia, even if you can. But doesn’t that then mean you’re relying on encountering her…?
Masaki would probably teach Ichigo about Quincy powers once he was of age, so he’d probably have noticed and gravitated toward Uryuu in school?
But the thing is, even if Masaki (and Kanae) didn’t die, Souken still did. So Uryuu would still become bitter toward Shinigami. Maybe he would turn Ichigo onto that way of thinking too? So they probably still become embroiled with Soul Society.
Okay, so Orihime has to have deleted Mayuri too now, to keep Souken alive and keep Uryuu and Ichigo from fighting against Shinigami. Uryuu in the present giving her the power to change shit carte blanche would probably be cool with that.
So, Souken is alive too. His big thing was cooperation with Shinigami. Working with them to eliminate Hollows in a non-destructive way while protecting humans. His proposal seemed to have been working at least a little.
What’s to say that Rukia isn’t sent as Soul Society’s representative as part of that program? Or one of the people sent? Or that she isn’t sent to walk the beat in Karakura anyway, since it seems to be the 13th Division’s responsibility? Especially so if she still has the Hougyoku in her, warping events around to take her to Ichigo?
So, there’s Quincy Uryuu and Quincy Ichigo (with latent Shinigami and Hollow powers…) working with Shinigami, including maybe Rukia. If Rukia didn’t have the Hougyoku, and turned up like this, Orihime would have no ability to get her powers back and keep up. If you can’t get powers then can’t keep up if Ichigo and Uryuu start getting adventurous in this new, happier Bleach with more functional familial and friendly relationships. So she needs the Hougyoku to still be in Rukia no matter what.
She can’t remove the Hougyoku from Rukia, let alone delete her even if she wanted to, and her having the Hougyoku means she is almost assuredly going to show up. (Plus, even if you could delete her, karma is a bitch. Who’s to say she wouldn’t reincarnate even if you did delete her? Especially if you do it too early? She might just Senna her way back. Hell, even if it works, maybe Senna herself shows up to take her place! Especially since a lot of the filler is now being treated as semi-canonical.)
So, we go around in circles with the real problems.
The first real problem for Orihime Untethered is ultimately that Rukia is absolutely necessary to her own ability to have a role in Ichigo’s supernatural nonsense. Meanwhile, she can’t really strip Ichigo of powers because they’re fundamental to who he is. So there is no way to really undo things when it comes to either of them directly, just the things around them. Ichigo and Rukia are effectively “status locked” in a fashion similar to Doctor Who’s “time locked” concept.
The second real problem is that even without Aizen and Mayuri, Soul Society is still its corrupt self and likely to draw the Kurosaki and Ishida into its shenanigans. And even if Yhwach is eliminated, Wandenreich is also still out there. As are all the Espada. So some version of supernatural nonsense is basically guaranteed to happen, no matter how many other pieces you knock down.
At the end of the day, Ichigo and Rukia are going to meet. They are going to have adventures. They are going to develop a rapport. And her only real solution is going to be social engineering, not her powers. And the truth is, Orihime isn’t really that great at the Mean Girls game, and I doubt Orihime Untethered is either.
I see her trying to force, as much as possible, the series into being a slice-of-life school comedy series, and it kind of playing out like Groundhog Day as she selectively undoes things and redoes scenarios, and it just never works out. And that leads back to the fundamental issue she’s encountering: she is trying to fuck with something that is more or less written into the fundamental laws of the universe itself.
Even if she gets Ichigo, it’s always going to be some form of settling for less. She is always going to be the second-place prize. And she is also likely to be only a temporary one, because if souls are kicking around at a rate of aging ~30 years per 2000 years that pass, an awful lot can change. And that’s before taking into account the confirmed mechanic of reincarnation.
(And this is, ultimately, why 686 is stupid in addition to being a non sequitur: okay, IH and RR had kids. So fucking what? Divorces happen. People can change, grow apart, and move on. As I said once before, what is “five lifetimes” in comparison to like, 5000 years? Or an infinite cycle of maximally 5000 year reincarnations? Barring their souls being killed somehow, Ichigo and Rukia are going to be around for longer into the future than we are now from when the Pyramids were built. You think some possibly expedient marriages are going to keep them apart all that time? Or into their next lives? Yeah, no. That’s the thing: their story isn’t over even if Bleach is. That’s yet another reason that ending is so shit beyond its character assassination and ass-pull pairings: literally anything could happen beyond it. It is not definitive because these are not normal-ass normal people.)
So what does she do, trapped in this hell of her own creation? As I see it, she has three options:
She goes completely crazy and decides to delete existence itself or massively restructure it a la Yhwach. I also really don’t think Uryuu would agree to that and I can see it ending rather tragically.
She decides to just accept being second-best with a smile until it eventually burns her out, at which point she probably tries to find someone who actually appreciates her. (One guess as to who that is.)
She skips being miserable and instead grows up and realizes that Ichigo is never going to be as happy with her as he is with Rukia, and that she needs to find that person immediately rather than wasting everyone’s time, including her own.
So we’ll call (1) the really angsty ending, discard (2) because it’s just a drawn out and angsty version of (3) which admittedly a lot of real people fall into, and we’ll call (3) the happy ending because hey, at least Orihime’s selfish efforts to rewrite the timeline would have improved the pile of shit that is life in Bleach by restoring some sense of family bonds and healthy relationships.

Dedication: Union
We have dedicated ourselves to the pursuit of immortal union. The House is no place for lovers, but the Twins are still there.
cooked up an icon for Blanche's (and her beloved husband Raymond) possible ascension path
I imagine her zeroing in on "fusing with your dead lover" part of variant Sensation ascension and in doing so attracting WItch-and-Sister's attention over Grail's. Raymond might be long dead by that point, but his Heart is still full of desire (and Blanche will make sure he endures till the end)
she's also like. 80 or something by the time she actually gets to work :.D

"What is my business," Srin rasped, her ferret hissing under her words, "is his children, and that fucking stupid stunt of telling you about Kala being his heir.
"I am not going to tell anyone about that!" Immanuel snarled back, and his own breath threw red highlights on her face. "Why would I fucking need to? Grandfather will just ignore them as it is, even if your capitol falls and Dhalion dies, he's never going to take them seriously until they come back at him with an army!"
"And your cousin will?" she shot back; her hand was absolutely steady. "The cosseted girl-child, only good as a tool for honeypot plots, hors-lignée? She'll ignore the bastard girls?" She sneered. "Even if you shut your teeth on it with her, she won't look at your face and instantly guess?"
She would. Blanche would guess he was hiding something from her in under a minute.
"She will guess," he said. The horse shifted its weight nervously under him. Immanuel stared down at the woman on her little doe under him, thought about throwing his weight into her, throwing his horse's, crushing the little doe against the road shoulder.
He didn't. He sat in his saddle, back ramrod straight and skin haloed in internal hellfire.
"But by then the girls will be on my mother's estate, and Blanche knows better than to cross her."
Sirin didn't quite blink; her eyebrows furrowed.
"My parents' estate is the kind of fortress you would need a three-month-long siege to break into, and Blanche is absolutely going to need their support. Mother's network is gigantic, and mostly people Blanche would have no link to otherwise. Father's a High General. They'll be her first support, if she doesn't cross me. She'll let me have the girls," he concluded tersely.
"... So is it the king you're infatuated with, or the princesses?" Sirin asked drolly, and gave him a strange look.
Immanuel opened his mouth for a blistering retort, and then closed it to glare instead.
--
When things stopped moving he was flat on his back with Kurosaki on top of him, a hand to his chest to keep at bay the...
"What the fuck," Grimmjow wheezed out dumbly. "Where's your horns."
He still had them, was the thing. They were just short enough now that they came about even with Kurosaki's temples, instead of protruding forward by almost a handspan of murderspace
Kurosaki fucking cackled at him, expression too delighted, too wicked for the too-serious young man he'd first met -- but so human that Grimmjow couldn't... This wasn't a dragon's face, a dragon's expressions -- maybe the width of that smile, the exposed teeth, but. Grimmjow knew what his fracción's faces had looked like after the Aizen-provided boost all those years ago. Hollows didn't crinkle their eyes like that.
"... You took solid bone and reshaped it." Grimmjow groaned in disgust, yanking on his shortened horn. "You smug little bitch."
Better -- better to think about that. About how fucking annoying it was, how fast he just -- Quincies weren't supposed to master this shit so fast, Quincies were supposed to die. Even those rare few of them who did have biokinesis. Allergic reactions, systemic shut-down, whatever -- and then even the hollow that had devoured them from the inside-out died.
Kurosaki's hands snapped closed on his wrists, pinned them to the ground by his shoulders hard enough to dig into the earth underneath. Grimmjow strained briefly, growling. Kurosaki growled back. "So did you."
"It took me six months to learn, you asshole."
--
Karkat scans the empty suburbs around them, all four eyes eyes still a little wide. "... Jesus, I think we're done."
Jane stomps out, handcuffs in hand, and sees about flipping Clover onto his front and securing him. Her jaw is one big muscle spasm. Dave allows Rose to help him back up and follows as the girls drag their prisoner back to the house. He feels... He feels like he could handle Clover right now -- he feels weirdly, amazingly full of energy, but. It's not really muscle energy.
Demon-wise he could power up some serious shit though.
"Hey, Karkat."
Karkat blinks, startled by his quiet tone. "Hmm?"
"Could you take back the power you gave me? If I'm not using it."
"Uh, not with a master-slave contract, no." He rolls his eyes, and then he bumps into Dave's leg with his armored shoulder, as if to say that it's cool though, no sweat. "Doesn't matter anyway, right now I'm really not starved enough to begrudge you a cupful of magic juice."

MICHAEL JACKSON’S PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHER,HARRISON FUNK,SPENT 3 ROLLERCOSTER DECADES CAPTURING THE LIFE OF THE POP LEGEND. HE REVEALS THE STORIES BEHIND HIS FAVORITE SHOTS...
“Me and Michael had our own language,” says Harrison Funk. “The buzzword was always the same. He would ask, ‘Harrison, can you make magic?’ Anything less wasn’t acceptable.” Funk was the photographer who got closer to Michael Jackson than any other, working with the singer from the late 1970s right up until his death in June 2009, witnessing and capturing his many changes, as the star rose to be the most famous person on the planet.
Funk was born 12 days before Jackson, on 17 August 1958, just outside Brooklyn. He was inspired to pick up a camera by his uncle, Leo Friedman, a famous Broadway photographer. Starting off with street photography and shooting local basketball matches, Funk worked his way up to such magazines as Time, Life and Newsweek. But a chance meeting with Jackson at New York’s infamous nightclub Studio 54 (where Jackson, a regular, would dance in the DJ booth to avoid autograph-hunters) set Funk’s career on a different trajectory.
Impressed by his versatility, Jackson employed Funk as the official photographer for the Jacksons’ Victory tour in 1984. Funk says he quickly sensed the media circus that was starting to form around the singer: “Rupert Murdoch’s people called and practically begged me to sneak out a photo of Michael from rehearsals. I told Michael and we laughed about it – but the fact I told him built up a trust.”
Subsequently, while on the Victory tour, Funk was given unprecedented access to the singer. One intimate photo taken by Funk captures Jackson applying his own makeup, something he took great pride in. “Him and Jermaine [Jackson] loved putting on their own makeup,” says the photographer, who adds that Michael became more and more interested in his appearance, more determined to look sharp, under the influence of such mentors as Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire and James Brown.
Jackson’s make-up routine, adds Funk, was also a sign of the singer’s gender fluidity: “It wasn’t so much femininity on Michael’s part as androgyny – he was fluid around gender. Michael had no interest in assigning a gender to anybody.” At that moment, he recalls, “he didn’t overtly identify as one particular gender”. However, when Jackson became a dad, his image changed to that “of father”, Funk says. “He became a strong man in that sense.”
On the Victory tour, Funk was exposed to occasional outbursts. “Don’t be fooled,” he says. “Michael had very demanding moments. If he didn’t like something, he let you know. Michael was never ridiculing to me ever, but if someone messed up the design of his stage, then he would yell at them. He expected perfection.”
The sold-out Victory tour was a turning point for Jackson. Just two years earlier, he released Thriller to stratospheric acclaim, and the media circus was now starting to spiral out of control. Yet some of Funk’s most iconic images of Jackson aren’t from his undisputed reign in the 1980s, but from the 1990s – when albums Dangerous and HIStory marked the singer’s evolution into a more socially conscious artist, who could be both profound (Black and White) and ridiculous (the messiah complex of The Earth Song was so jarring it provoked Jarvis Cocker to storm the stage during the 1996 Brits).
“PEOPLE SAY MICHAEL HAD A JESUS COMPLEX — THAT PISSES ME OFF !
In one of Funk’s favourite shots from this period, Jackson can be seen holding his arms out in an almost biblical pose. “People say Michael had a Jesus complex,” he says, “but that pisses me off, as it just wasn’t true. There was a practical reason for me taking that photo. Michael had huge hands and I wanted to make the most of them as they were expressive – and a good way for him to embrace the world. At that stage, his whole existence was geared towards healing the world, so having big, expressive hands was a very important way to speak to the people.” The way he communicated with his hands, adds the photographer, “you’d have thought he was Italian!”
Another Funk photo shows Jackson holding a book in front his face. It is an intensely personal shot intended as an advert for the World Book Encyclopedia, which would be distributed to American classrooms. “The art director gave me carte blanche to do what I wanted, so I really wanted to push the limits of what was possible. Michael’s eyes were his most defining feature, way more than his feet. I knew I could capture his soul by focusing on his eyes and that’s exactly what happened with that photo.
But was Jackson actually covering his face due to shyness? “Maybe. But his shyness and introversion never hindered his ability to work with me as a photographer. Michael knew exactly what he wanted artistically, right up until probably the last two years of his life, where he got swayed by the wrong people and got in way over his head.”
This was the time of the This Is It tour, which Funk had been due to photograph. Jackson was all set to play 50 dates in quick succession at the O2 Arena in London. But, 20 days before the opening night, he died from cardiac arrest, triggered by acute anaesthetics intoxication. “As much as I don’t like talking about the end,” says Funk, “I will say he got destroyed by people who only had their own financial interests at heart. I can tell you that a big part of his plans following the This Is It tour was to do charity work and use his influence to better mankind.”
In 2003, Jackson was charged with child molestation, only to later be acquitted. The memory still angers Funk. “All the accusations and crap he went through,” he says. “Let me ask you this: what is a better way to ruin someone who is going to make massive positive changes to the children of the world than to discredit them?” Jackson’s awareness of the power of photography was perhaps best illustrated in the early 1990s, when he asked Funk to shoot him with Elizabeth Taylor and Nelson Mandela, who had recently been released from prison. The image, which Funk describes as the highlight of his career, shows the trio smiling infectiously.
“Mandela was so excited to meet Michael,” says Funk. “He flew in all of his family especially. I was told by the publicists I had no time to shoot, but Michael kicked them all out and let me take my time. I didn’t want a boring photo so I suggested they jump on each other’s backs and hug one another. Liz Taylor said, ‘Harrison, you know I’ve got a bad back!’ And Nelson said he was too old and joked he wanted to put his feet up instead. I tried to capture the joy of this incredible moment.”
Funk then watched as the three went into a meeting room to discuss plans to topple apartheid, improve women’s rights, tackle the Aids crisis, and address crime in Africa. He claims Jackson was acutely aware of how the photo could help Mandela’s bid for the South African presidency.
HE DIDN’T WANT TO LOOK WHITE. HE WAS SUFFERING FROM A CRUEL DISEASE. I HAD TO RISE TO THIS AND ADAPT HIS LIGHTING.
“That image was in something like 400 newspapers. It was real powerful. The next year, Michael went to Africa to shoot the They Don’t Care About Us video. He would have done anything for Nelson – Michael and Liz gave his presidential campaign a very generous donation. I believe he and Nelson got on so well as Michael was like the Mandela of music, in the sense that he too broke down a lot of barriers. Remember, Michael was one of the first global black superstars.”
But Jackson’s image started to change dramatically. Some critics accused the singer of being ashamed of his blackness, and of gaining a dangerous obsession with plastic surgery. In a recent interview, Thriller producer Quincy Jones said: “I used to kill [Michael] about the plastic surgery, man. He’d always justify it and say it was because of some disease he had. Bullshit … He had a problem with his looks because his father told him he was ugly and abused him. What do you expect?”
Funk, however, insists Jackson was actually the victim of a “cruel” media campaign and was suffering from the pigment-destroying skin disease vitiligo (a claim confirmed by Dr Christopher Rogers, who carried out Jackson’s autopsy). “It was all a load of bullshit,” Funk says of these reports. “He didn’t want to look white or find a way out. He was immensely proud to be a black man. Michael was suffering from a cruel skin disease, which changed his appearance, and I had to rise to this as his photographer and adapt his lighting. I think the problem was Michael wanted badly for his skin to look even-toned. I didn’t have Photoshop back then so I lit Michael myself and had specific techniques to make him look at his best.”
Funk, who seems to have an endless supply of Jackson stories, speaks softly in a New York accent, energetically recalling their nine consecutive rides on Space Mountain at Disneyland. Jackson attempted to persuade Funk to ride it for a 10th time but by then the photographer felt sick and his legs had turned to jelly. They would also regularly take the Viking boat ride at Jackson’s Neverland ranch.
“I was sitting across from Michael,” says Funk, “shooting him with my camera, as he told the guy controlling the ride to go higher and higher. I screamed at Michael that he’d make me lose my camera. He screamed back, ‘I don’t want to lose my cookies!” These were in his shirt pocket. Yet, for all the fun they had together, Funk’s most cherished memory of Jackson is a dark one. He remembers sitting with the singer in the home theatre of his Neverland ranch while watching What’s Love Got To Do With It, the 1993 biopic about the abusive relationship between Ike and Tina Turner, when Jackson began to cry. “The scene where Ike beats on Tina was playing and Michael started to tear up. I asked him if he wanted me to stop the film but he signalled to keep it rolling. He squeezed my hand tightly. I really felt his humanity in that moment.
WE PLAYED PRETTY NASTY ON THE THE BUMPER CARS. WE REALLY WENT FOR EACH OTHER...
“After the film ended, we walked out of the theatre and Michael asked me to go do bumper cars with him.” Funk laughs. “We played pretty nasty and really went for one another. He was like a big kid.”
Jackson was not the only star who turned to Funk. The photographer is currently planning a London exhibition of his work, which also includes shots of David Bowie, Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse, though the king of pop will of course dominate. This will be an interesting postscript to On the Wall, the show about to open at the National Portrait Gallery that looks at how Jackson was portrayed in paintings and photography. Funk, who is based in Los Angeles, is quite happy to let his career be defined by his shots of Jackson. While daydreaming, he sometimes hears the singer’s voice, imploring him one more time. “Let’s make magic,” it says.”
AT THIS PIVOTAL TIME !
… for our world, The Guardian is determined to keep delivering factual, independent journalism that is open to all. We refuse to turn away from the escalating climate crisis – instead we give reporting on the environment, nature and pollution the prominence it deserves. And, when progressive ideals are being challenged by those in power across the globe, we’re committed to investigating with courage and reporting with honesty.
More people are reading and supporting our independent, investigative reporting than ever before. And unlike many news organisations, we have chosen an approach that allows us to keep our journalism accessible to all, regardless of where they live or what they can afford. But we need your support to grow our coverage.
The Guardian is editorially independent, meaning we set our own agenda. Our journalism is free from commercial bias and not influenced by billionaire owners, politicians or shareholders. No one edits our editor. No one steers our opinion. This is important as it enables us to give a voice to those less heard, challenge the powerful and hold them to account. It’s what makes us different to so many others in the media, at a time when factual, honest reporting is critical.
Every contribution we receive from readers like you, big or small, goes directly into funding our journalism. This support enables us to keep working as we do – but we must maintain and build on it for every year to come. “

404: COMMON GROUND random thoughts
4 is my lucky number. there’s a fantastic coffee shop called Common Grounds nearby. I like my odds with this chapter so far.
spoilers below the cut
I love the banjo a little more every time I hear it
Claire doesn’t get “accompanied” my dud-brah... she “accompanies”
JAMMF sae proud
bloody taxes AMIRITE
did Tyron just...can I punch the tv? NO KK no. dinna do that.
AUNTIE
just how pregnant is Marsali supposed to be?
Claire misses her daughter, Marsali misses her mother. I ship it.
Jamie is so in tune with Claire- seeing how torn she is- knowing that Marsali is Bree’s age (ish) and how Claire must see the parallels between them- what Claire gave up to be with him.
Tumblr media
And Claire to pull back the curtain and share those concerns- trusting Jamie not to make it about HIM- but about their daughter and all they want for her.
Claire says “WE” in regards to Americans.
UP AGAINST A TREE.
I love how Claire casually drops all this knowledge about North American animals and Ian accepts it without any questions.
Roger matches the paint on the walls. I’d like to think this is a great attention to detail and metaphor for his inner turmoil after his fight with Bree.
FRASER’S RIDGE. I love this melding of old and new, it’s a beautiful and seamless transition between the two story lines (love the voice over decision STARZ)
THE SHED ( @sassenachwaffles THIS IS HAPPENING)
The tension is PALPABLE
Roger’s got that “dog with a bone” look on his face again- and I’m here for it
I legit got goosebumps watching Bree learn that “Claire found Jamie- they were reunited.” Despite their argument and hurt feelings on both sides, I’m really glad to see Roger reaching out- he knows EXACTLY how much Bree needs to know this.

This feels distinctly like Outlander- and I’ve missed it.
BEAR KILLER.

I LOVE what they did to change this story line.
Claire as a time traveler, a healer, an otherworldly creature has been layered into this season very interestingly.
Each culture has its own story and way of explaining things that can’t be understood or controlled. The overlap of Scottish tales of fairies, La Dame Blanche, and standing stones with the legends of the Cherokee is something I hope we continue to see as the season progresses.
BAHAHAHA FIONA KNOW WHAT’S UP.
Tumblr media
Ah back to Fraser’s ridge. the simple joys of working wood and building their home.
AND, OF COURSE, THIS.

WHAT FIRE!? NOPE. Don’t like that.

bleach
Rukia maîtrise 3 attaques qui sont :Some no mai : Tsukishirô ! Tsugi no mai : Hakuren ! San no mai : Shirafune !
Chad a
