Sur des arômes de groseille, mûre sauvage. Un vin très aromatique. Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur le cuir, les épices et le sous-bois. 📜En résumé📜 : Une belle cuvée de Cabardès rouge que j'ai beaucoup appréciée. About last night - 2011 Alvaro Palacios Les Terrasses Velles Vinyes Priorat. Terrasses is sourced from many of the region’s steepest and oldest vineyards—many of them north-facing to avoid the intense afternoon sun.

A 50-50 blend of Garnacha and Cariñena, the 2011 is in a spot for immediate enjoyment with velvety tannins, port like aromatics and wonderful integration of stewed red cherry, cola and herbal licorice notes. Outstanding for an entry level Priorat that shows its ability to age.

Para mí un vino realmente gastronómico, este 🇭🇺 Tokaji Oremus Mandolas 2018 [ @temposvegasicilia ]es tan rico en matices que ofrece una amplia posibilidad de maridajes. 🍇 100% Furmint con 6 meses en barrica, con una peculiaridad: al contrario de la gran mayoría de los vinos húngaros elaborados con este tipo de uva, este es seco. Los años le han sentado francamente bien; en nariz, destaca la fruta fresca, los postres y los ahumados. En boca, se muestra elegante, untuoso y con una magnífica acidez.
