Does anyone else make it a priority to max out Linus’ friendship every playthrough? Nobody else in town likes him but he’s so nice and it breaks my heart :(

maybe getting up at the crack of dawn, getting on a train and spending my last money on thrifting and art supplies in another city will fix me 🤔

Munakata's birthday is coming up and s4 wants to throw a surprise party for him and everyone has to help out. Last minute issues got Fushimi working in the kitchen for one last dish and he can't cook. Yata is away and can't come to help in person but they can talk through phone. How would it end up with Yata instructing Fushimi through phone but not being able to see what is going on?
You know that one meme with the 'put two cups of water on the stove' picture and the person puts two glasses of water on the burners, imagine it like that XD Imagine Fushimi just muttering irritably into his PDA while Yata tries carefully to explain to him how to do some proper cooking. Say it's Munakata's birthday and the whole squad is working really hard to throw a surprise party for him. Kamo was intended to do the food but then there's some emergency like his kid is sick while her mom is out of town and so he has to take a leave of absence to go look after her. Everyone else is busy with either work or their own assignments for the party and as it happens the only person who's free to take last minute kitchen duties is Fushimi. The squad are aware that Fushimi lives off takeout and Caloriemate but they assume he must know how to cook, Fushimi's so talented it can't be that hard just to make a couple dishes.
Fushimi ends up standing there in the kitchen just staring at the notes and ingredients Kamo left for him, trying to figure out how to turn the stove on and just generally flailing because he doesn't cook. Normally he would have Yata come over for this kind of thing but Yata's also out of town visiting relatives and Fushimi doesn't want to admit to anyone else that he doesn't actually know much about cooking. Finally he decides that he doesn't have a choice, he needs to make something, so he pulls out his PDA and calls Yata. Yata initially thinks it's kinda funny, like ha yeah right they put you in charge of the food but then he realizes that Fushimi is serious and Yata knows better than anyone that Fushimi has never cooked for himself in his life.
So now Yata has to instruct Fushimi via phone as to how to cook Munakata's birthday dinner. I imagine it wouldn't be entirely without seeing what's going on, like they can use video chat or Fushimi sends pictures so that Yata can get the full idea. Imagine Yata doing all this while like sitting in the living room at his grandmother's house and his siblings want to know what he's doing, then Yata's mom overhears and soon like the whole Yata family is working together to try and walk Fushimi through simple cooking. Yata actually does pretty good with this too because he has a general idea of how to handle Saruhiko when it comes to stuff like this, like you gotta praise him when he does something right and don't get him on the defensive and he'll figure it all out. Fushimi starts out pretty frustrated but Yata slowly mellows him out by just going over things step by step as logically as possible, like Fushimi can follow guidelines easily so he should be able to follow this. In the end Fushimi does manage to make a decent meal and he's secretly very proud of himself, he even let Yata talk him into not taking out all the vegetables.

What Should you Know about Ready to Cook Foods?
Tumblr media
Ready-to-cook foods have gained popularity as convenient solutions for individuals with busy lifestyles. These products are designed to minimize preparation time while still offering a homemade or freshly cooked feel. However, it’s essential to be aware of certain aspects when considering ready to cook foods:
Ingredients and Nutrition:
Read Labels: Carefully read the ingredient list and nutritional information. Look for products with recognizable, wholesome ingredients and balanced nutritional profiles.
Avoid Additives: Be cautious of products containing excessive additives, preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors. Opt for options with minimal processing.
Sodium and Preservatives:
Sodium Content: Ready-to-cook meals can sometimes be high in sodium. Monitor the sodium levels, especially if you’re watching your salt intake for health reasons.
Preservatives: Check for the use of natural preservatives or alternatives to minimize the intake of artificial additives.
Allergens and Dietary Preferences:
Allergen Information: Ensure the product doesn’t contain ingredients you may be allergic to. Look for clear allergen labeling.
Dietary Preferences: Ready-to-cook foods often cater to various dietary preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or low-carb. Choose options that align with your dietary needs.
Cooking Instructions:
Follow Guidelines: Adhere to the recommended cooking instructions provided on the packaging. Proper cooking ensures food safety and optimal taste.
Freshness and Quality:
Inspect Packaging: Check the packaging for any signs of damage or compromise. Freshness and safety can be compromised if the packaging is damaged.
Check Expiry Dates: Be aware of the expiration date to ensure the product is consumed within a safe timeframe.
Storage Conditions:
Temperature Requirements: Follow storage instructions to maintain the quality and safety of the ready-to-cook products. Some items may need refrigeration, while others can be stored at room temperature.
Variety and Balanced Diet:
Diversify Options: Explore a variety of ready-to-cook options to ensure a balanced diet. Incorporate fresh produce, lean proteins, and whole grains alongside these products.
Cost Considerations:
Compare Prices: Ready-to-cook foods can vary in price. Compare the cost of these products with the cost of preparing similar meals from scratch to ensure you’re getting value for money.
Culinary Expertise:
Skill Level: Consider your cooking skills and the complexity of the ready-to-cook meal. Some products cater to those with limited cooking experience, while others may assume a certain level of culinary knowledge.
By being mindful of these factors, consumers can make informed choices when it comes to ready-to-cook foods, enjoying the convenience without compromising on health and quality.

I want coffee grounds with you
To know you what you think of messy local cafes and whether or not you prefer patmilk hearts or fat-free swans (is the glass half geese or half swan?)
I want vending machine juice with you,
To see if you can squeeze lemons like no other or if you hate getting the sticky sourness on your fingers
I want normal with you,
To know you.
Because truth be told you're a bright friends
And a brilliant stranger
this one is my favorite so far poet anon (tho I enjoy all of them) it encapsulates what I always think about and yearn for when it comes to the future. experiencing the domestic aspects of someone is, imo, the best part of a relationship, it's the part that humanizes people yk?

Diluc seems like the kinda lad who’d Personally make his s/o a meal if they so much as seem a bit peckish, if not not call upon Addie to take care of it and bring it on over if they are not at home—
