Time for a minor OC that may not be a major character in Far Past the Ring, but who is a massive plot point, regardless: Omega ‘Meg’ Drummer, the biological daughter of a Star Wars clone (Tech from The Bad Batch) and a Belter from The Expanse (Dr Sjael Drummer).

They had a very wild affair, and Meg’s conception was a lot of things, but ‘planned’ was not one of them!

She’s just a little girl in the longfic (with some memories of her as a baby, see below), so she’s not exactly out firing bullets with the Rocinante crew or Clone Force 99. But she’s a rallying point for a lot of people, and that deserves to be said.

I felt it’s been awhile since I drew the little ones & this is something fun depicting them with an object related to their future trade ❤️🌹

If you look closely at the jolly roger, the motif in the back depicts 3 roses as a nod to their mother & coincidentally alludes to the 3 of them. And yes, their names are sewn on their clothes & there is some custom-embroidery going on for them, given how their parents are 😂
