From a business and logical point of view Williams have made the correct decision. It is incredibly harsh on Logan and man do I feel for him but he really hasn't given them enough reason to not make this decision.

I think the actual issue here that the team really should be getting flack for is not having the spare chassi. How can a team at the pinnacle of motorsport be so behind, and to a certain extent unorganised, that you put yourself in a situation like this. They shouldn't be having to make this decision in the first place. Its situations like this that make my blood boil when I remember that FOM told Andretti that the wouldn't bring any value to the sport. Mf you have teams without cars on the grid!

anyway my issue with a lot of other helpols (which just makes me avoid the larger community and do my own thing in my corner) is that a lot of them are recon (which is fine!!!) but i am inherently informal and weird as shit in my practice. i call hades and hestia my spiritual dad/mom, hermes gets donuts as offerings when i’m trying to get to class on time and avoid traffic, i once asked artemis to keep deer from jumping out in front of my car on a road trip home with an offering of granola/sports bars. when people get too formal with the gods and pull out the titles, i usually bail bc it makes me uncomfortable. my relationship with my deities is extremely deep and connected, and it’s not that people who have more formal relationships with them can’t also have those, but it’s that if i called hades “lord hades” with any seriousness, he’d hit me with a rock, basically.

i don’t judge other people for their practices or more formal relationships bc honestly, it’s between you and your gods, but like… my go-to offering is the pomegranate brookside dark chocolates, and yes. sometimes i eat them out of my offering dishes the next day.

It's gonna be a lot harder to find the time for even one hobby if you're working full time, and make no mistake, there's a real problem of getting what you need to actually work on stuff

#that's why if I ever did make videos about carving; I think I'd try to stick to just my knife and my gouge; cause that's 90% of what I use #one carving knife and a medium sized flat gouge will do a lot for you; I like my skew and such; but those two are what I need #I even have a feeling you could get by with an exacto (not nearly as good; but the point would be budget) #not sure what you'd use for the gouge #but if I did do videos I might look into it; would be kind of nice to be able to say 'it's not what I'd do; but he's a broke technique' #like... part of why I would only want to put out free stuff and no like... paid courses (which are fine) #is cause I'm used to being broke; that's who I want to help out; the poor fools like me #cause even people I like with woodworking on youtube who are about doing it on a budget... they still say to drop a fair bit of mint on it #and that's more for furniture making; but... love to do that some day too #and you know how I talk about stuff you know making it easier to do other stuff; there's a lot I think I could tackle with my knife #like...
