Ok so I am barely on Tumblr but I was reading through the hsmtmts tag and it just seemed so negative! I mean maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I really liked this season! I mean I don’t ship characters on this show so maybe that’s why i’m not so passionate about either portwell or rina but honestly I think this season was a lot of fun! Sure I missed Seb and Big Red but the new characters were really good! The girls bonding was just so sweet! I love female friendships like this! Ricky’s birthday bucket list was such a fun plot line and Nini getting him the ticket was such a sweet closure to their story! Maddox and Jet finally getting to the point where they can laugh at each other “admitting” their crushes was such a great growth for their relationship! Big Red coming out was so out of pocket but so on brand that I literally squealed! Ej and Val’s friendship was perfect! The real housewives episode was the best tv episode i’ve seen in awhile! Everyones Frozen costumes were beautiful! Ej and Ricky’s enemies to friends to brothers arc was so great and I can’t wait to see where that leads! And sure they could have definitely handled the whole Ej situation better and hopefully they will handle it! Sure it was a little rushed but it was also such a fun season, the music was incredible as always, the jokes were hilarious, and I think so we’re most of the serious moments! Idk maybe i’m reading into it to much but I actually really liked this season and can’t wait for season four!

Think there’s any evidence that we’ll get a lot of good focus on Ashlyn (and hopefully Big Red) in the next two episodes?

I appreciate that they’ve needed to wrap up other storylines, resolve other ships, and such the past few episodes but they’ve felt kinda slim in the Ash and Redlyn department. They barely interacted in these last two :(

I love all the characters but I was so excited for Ash to play Belle because I thought that’d mean she’d get the opportunity for some Nini-level focus where the season was concerned. Just curious on your thoughts about it all! I don’t know many Redlyns to talk about it with and Twitter is a dumpster fire.

I think there's evidence for a focus on big red? it's been discussed in another post, but he's not in any of the 2x11 promos. not even the seasonal promos, which is very important. it's not just Ricky and Ashlyn which is amped up for drama, as we already saw them. the closest thing we have is the flower bouquet, combine that with larry allegedly stating big red will be 'different' in 2x11... I have a feeling something bad might happen but it's a disney show, so he'll recover, and he seems pretty happy in the cast photo from 2x12...

I really hope we'll get an emphasis on ash, after all, she's THE LEAD. we do see her heavily featured in promos and it seemed as though she got a lot of her self scrutiny together but i've been wrong before.

And i completely agree, redlyn taking care of the others and basically being the parents of the friend group is always nice to watch but i've been longing for some redlyn content since 2x08. the closest thing we got to an actual scene is 'babe' and the soulmates comment (which, out of context, sounds pretty good tbh)

I think we all had this hope that ashlyn scoring the lead means she will becoming more prominent to the story but at the end of the day she is not one of the core four, which meant she never stood a chance. at least she's getting the main attention for the play as the rose song seems to have been cut!

Also, i know just how twitter is not the easiest place for redlyn stans, i feel like we're a bit more vocal on tumblr. i don't know why but people on twitter just seem to have it out for redlyn. the closest to a justification i've heard is that they're 'too cheesy' but that's just how some couples are...

but I'm sure we'd get more redlyn content as we do have the bouquets scene to look forward to!

Well almost Merry, with Ricky parents expensice divorce. Comes with some consequences.

The issue...well both his parents refuse to get him a baker brand skateboard. No big deal he can get one with his own money right. Unfortunately that skateboard comes out to hundred dollars not including shipping and wheels.

That comes out to a total of 115.90$

What a boy to do? Except maybe take a job Ashlyn recommenced and got him. He can be an elf, and wear a ridiculous costume, work the whole holiday season, and get a cool 120$ bucks.

Hey it pays to be santas helper.

Except one little helper isn’t very helpful and Ricky wished he had researched, which family owned the Castletown Mall. Because now for the whole holiday season he stuck working with EJ Caswell. Man that skateboard better be worth it.

Coming this Holiday Season (Sunday), to a trash site near you. (Jk i love tumblr)
