Our mindfulness course will fuel your motivation towards creating a more sustainable lifestyle.

Everything that we encounter in life is a manifestation of something we created in the past consciously or unconsciously. In order to step into a field of new possibilities, we need to develop stillness–a quiet mind.

By the end of this intensive program, you will know how to cultivate an alert and wise mind that is in-tune with your heart and world.

What needs to happen in order for me to manifest what I want?

#throwbackthursday I've been looking through my embodied drawings series this week - trying to decide which 7 to choose for a run of limited edition prints (you may have to help me!) So it was a lovely surprise to find this #tangle from January - it was drawn way before my current abstract preoccupation with So often I look back and see the threads of ideas forming, a continuity of building ideas and energy carrying me along - though I may not have been aware of the direction they were taking me in at the time.
