Yep. That isn't fake. And to the author of this post, couldn't have said it better.

When this is done I will stay on my crusade, and I will take the advice of a friend of mine, to take this up with the author.

Isayama is a lying, deceitful, self indulgent scam artist. If this is the best ending he could manage, then this story really should have ended with the ocean.

Would have saved me years of psychological issues.

<3. Maybe this could help me remember why I dedicated so much time and tears and words onto this story lmao.

My favorite female character:

Mikasa Ackerman. Listen Mikasa was love at first sight. I remember watching ep 1 for the first time and as soon as Mikasa appeared I was like INSTANT FAV. I adore so much about Mikasa: her bravery, the intensity of her emotions, how pragmatic she tries to be, her emotional strenght, her dedication towards her loved ones and duties, how kind she is. What's there not to love about this girl? Every time I see people shitting or making fun of her in the fandom my blood literally boils :)

My favorite male character:

I'm an Eren stan first and a person second. Unlike Mikasa, with Eren I fell in love without realising. Thinking back, I always felt intrigued by him. His anger and dedication to his beliefs managed to keep me interested, and by the time I jumped from s2 to the middle of Uprising I had the epiphany: aftee chapters and chapters of Eren missing I was like but where's Eren???? Is he ok??? When am I gonna see him again???? It was at that time I realised he had become my indisputable number one character. I just love everything about him. His strenght and vulnerabilty. The contrast between the sweetness of his dreams and the blood he willingly sheds to reach them. The current tragedy of his life, the unfairness of the weight he's carrying over his shoulders, the horror of all of it has me constantly in tears. I'd argue Eren's fate is one of the only things keeping me still tied to this manga, even if I grew to dislike almost everything else about it.

My favorite book/season/etc:

In terms of arcs, Trost and Return to Shiganshina remain my favorites. Trost because it was the turning point; i divide my experience as before and after trost. Before Trost I was a casual watcher without any kind of serious commitment to the story. After Trost tho, I was hooked.

As for RTS well... for being an action packed arc it had everything: the dread of the unknown attacks from the enemies, the bitterness of all the soldiers who laid out their lives for their beliefs. The pain of seeing people so young, on both sides, trapped in such a circle of bloodshed and death, unable to communicate with each other. Seeing people give their everything, their lives and futures and dreams, all of it, and the tragedy of those same lives cut short. The coolest battles (at that time at least): Levi vs Beast Titan; Mikasa, Sasha, Connie and Jean vs Reiner; Eren and Armin vs Bert. Remembering RTS is a bittersweet experience, because all of it was so utterly unfair. Grrr.

My favorite episode:

For this I'll go with the manga:

The clash of the titans (35-50) because I love Sasha, Ymir, the confirmation of my theory about the identities of the armoured and colossal titans, the first glimpses into the world outside the walls, Erwin's charge, my beloved Hannes noble and so very brave sacrifice, and finally Eren activating the coordinate for the first time. I love those chapters.

The Reiss chapel chapters because Eren and all the staggering revelations those chapters bring to the table.

Chapter 90 aka one of my most beloved chapters ever. Also one the most tragic ones. A part of me (and Eren) died at that sea.

Chapters 97-105 because ANGST ANGST ANGST.

Chapter 114 because I think Isayama considering the time constrictions did an amazing job unraveling Zeke as a character, his motivations and what exactly moved him.

And finally my most resent favorite trio: 119-121. The unbearable pain of 119, the mind boggling discoverings of the path dimension, Grisha's journey and the mystery of the Attack Titan. All I can say is that I was a very sad woman when the story moved away from paths.

My favorite cast member:

The only reason I'm bothering to eventually watch season 4 is bc Yuki Kaji.

My favorite ship:

SNK is the only manga/anime/story where I never shipped anything. I'm still trying to understand why that is. You see, I'm an avid shipper. A very commited shiper. I have tons of otps and multiple ships in almost every piece of media I've ever seen. But there's something in snk that just... never activated the shipper switch in my brain. And honestly, thank god for that.

A character I'd die defending:

I'm an Eren stan first and a person second. Let me enjoy my tragic son in peace ok.

A character I just can't sympathize with:

I'm a very empathic person. It costs me nothing to put myself in the shoes of almost any character and in a manga as snk that is a valuable skill, because the story itself demands that you try to do that. So even if I don't like a character (Magath for example), I can more or less understand where they are coming from. The sole exceptions are the first King Fritz (because he's trash and horrible and a slaver and a rapist and all the bad things to ever exist) and Darius Zackly (because I hate the military and especially hate gross old men who get off on torturing people. I was very glad when I finally could say bye bye to his horrid self 💅).

A character I grew to love:

FREAKING ZEKE. I love monkey man. Honestly my fondness for him was a weird trip: one moment I was cursing him for not dying under Levi's blades, and as soon as he said he cared about Eren I was like oh shit no I can see myself liking him. Then Marley happened and Zeke was one the few characters who managed to make that lecture bearable until Eren and the rest of the gang arrived (in case you are curious, the other one is best boi Falco). Finally I read 114 and my love was cemented. I really hope Isamaya hurries up and explains what happened to him.

My anti otp:

Oh dear. Usually if the shippers are more or less polite I don't have problems with any of the ships bc I don't really ship anything. But there are three ships I just... can't see. The ships I blacklisted bc they are popular ones and my dash was filled with rb of them. Ereri. Rivamika. And ReinerHistoria. Sorry fans but I just CAN'T with those three.

A 21-Gun 'Fuck You' to Isayama's little bastard child....

Well guys, another day, another birthday in the Attack on Titan canon. But there are no warm wishes, no fond feelings to be had for this one. Nothing but the blood of the innocent innocent all over her hands. And the beginning of the end of Titan as we knew it.

For it is none other than the biggest mistake in all of anime, GABI BRAUN.

There's the look of a girl who's out to fuck an entire franchise.

To have to put her face on my profile truly makes me feel uncomfortable; I would feel better off if I never had to acknowledge the existence of someone as unlikable and as forced as Gabi, the character who has singlehandedly ensured that I will never EVER watch the series again from start to finish.

Still not enough words to describe my hatred for this bitch. Ever since her debut in the manga, Gabi has been nothing but poison to damn near every aspect of Attack on Titan, and while fans and critics may remain convinced that Eren Yeager was still the focus of the story after the ocean, that for a time was nothing but a motherfucking lie, as everything seems to shift its gears towards forcing Gabi Braun as the new hero of the franchise, a similarly overpowered, out of her depth suicidal bitch who Hajime Isayama REFUSES to let come to harm under any circumstances, and in fact seemed to take a perverse pleasure in how much he could defy the fandom's hostile reactions to her obnoxious, overzealous, and aggressive personality.

I've spoken at length about how truly awful Gabi is, for how much she takes over the story out of the blue and how far her worst fans will go to defend her, with Isayama himself and his overly defensive fans and critics pushing this nonsense "redemption arc" that some still insist was critical to Titan's final resolution. Right, a character who was only introduced in the final act of the story is the one who takes priority over everyone whom we've followed since season one, over her own fucking cousin Reiner, over Eren, over Mikasa, over Historia.....And that's not even getting into the biggest victim of all of this yet.

Yeah, this is the girl so many deluded fans will rush to defend, you take one look at this and you realize right out the gate she's nothing but bad news. An overly toxic character who by herself makes the story increasingly more uncomfortable to sit through, and yet gets a free pass because, say it with me now........"SHE'S JUST A KID"......

Yeah. A kid who regardless of upbringing clearly is NOT right in the head.

And yet THIS is the character we push this goddamn "break the cycle" message with, this is the kid who we have to thank for that "children of the forest" horseshit. Well maybe some people are not worth rescue from the forest......

Gabi just an open condescension of the audience, and Isayama does everything in his power to frame us as being in the wrong for following our natural inclination to hate her guts, and to force sympathy for her when she's done nothing to earn it, and has never received lasting consequences for her actions.

Any sympathy I could have POSSIBLY felt for Gabi went out the window years ago. And it all comes down to one fucking reason:

It doesn't matter how much time passes, it does not matter how many excuses I hear, it does not matter how many self-righteous little fuckheads I square off with online who try to hit back at me with "You just didn't get it!" ..........Absolutely NOTHING will make me forgive what Gabi did to Sasha. A character who had all the potential to be something so much more and who was so profoundly iconic in the series, just to be cruelly cut down like garbage to move the plot of an unwanted newbie who's name has since become synonymous with "garbage".

Never ever can I forget that horrifying from Assassin's Bullet, where Gabi stole Sasha from us. Gabi Braun is the only character in fiction to actually cause me lasting emotional and psychological damage. Of all the horrifying scenes Attack on Titan has given, that ISAYAMA has given us, Sasha bleeding out from the mouth and sent out on the most inappropriate and insensitive last words possible is the one scene I DID NOT NEED.

ALL BECAUSE OF GABI BRAUN!

The fact that that bastard Isayama would be sol deluded to think he can force sympathy for Gabi after having pulled a stunt like that, a scene so emotionally manipulative and disrespectful, the fact that he would have us tolerate her existence after such a spectacle....And the fact that she survived to the end after what she did to Sasha, and after all she did to provoke Eren's assault upon the world, again after facing no lasting repercussions for any of it.

And let me tell you something, looking up these images, seeing those disgusting scenes of Assassin's Bullet still brings great anger to me, reminding me how badly I still wish to see Gabi die for all of this, how much I hate Hajime Isayama, and how much I still wish to personally rip the man a new one for everything he's done since the day he published the chapter that brought on this VILE piece of animation.

And the fact that some fans have the AUDACITY to imply that Sasha and Gabi are anything alike, right down to their physical appearance, a notion that the anime and manga themselves promoted in their tasteless attempt to draw a parallel between the two of them in their encounters with Kaya.....It's a lie and a farce that I find personally offensive and stomach churning even now. There were so many ways they could have executed Gabi's story, and if it had been done any other way where she didn't have such egregious plot armor and wasn't so clearly overplayed and overpromoted by Isayama for the entire final act, MAYBE somewhere in my heart I might've found a speck of sympathy for Gabi.

If the story had made room for her AND Sasha, things might have been very different around here......

But it's far too late. The damage is done, and for me the damage is lasting. And there is absolutely NO number of excuses today by the few fans Gabi does have that could ever make me see things from her perspective, let alone wish her anything other than a cruel demise to match the one she dealt to Sasha and the billions she got killed by provoking Eren with her recklessness. And to this day, I will NEVER understand what the hell Falco ever saw in her. Nothing good can come from a relationship with someone with the kind of of blood on her hands that Gabi has.

So no sympathy points for Gabi, let alone a 'Happy Birthday'.

And as a parting gift to her and her fans....

If you haven't figured out who I got this from yet....... let's just say she manages to make a chainsaw headed dog a lot cuter than any living soul could have accomplished voicing Gabi Braun. And for her, I have a lot more respect.

And if you know who I mean Gabi fans, sorry to tell you I got to say my piece first. Chew on that.

Three years ago today, a nightmare repeated itself.

Of course, I am talking about the day "Assassin's Bullet" first aired, courtesy of Studio MAPPA. When Attack on Titan's best girl was cruelly ripped away from us.

All this time, and I'm STILL furious about the fate of our beloved Sasha. The very heart and soul of Titan, and who's completely unjustified and needlessly cruel and drawn out end made the entire fucking series, both in the manga and the anime, UNWATCHABLE.

I hoped so hard that season four would never get adapted after season three came to its conclusion, and those hopes were dashed when MAPPA came into the picture.

I would NEVER watch any of MAPPA's shows, all because they went through and adapted this one single, evil episode, from the mind of the very bastard who wrote it into existence.

Like in the manga this horrific scene was drawn out and designed to twist the knife to the absolute maximum. Such an undeserving fate for such a beloved character, not allowed to go out with any kind of real dignity, just given the cheapest fucking death Isayama dared to throw at us, just because we know for sure he was just that eager to rid us of Sasha, and to punish us for daring to connect to her. The blood on her mouth as she was bleeding out, unable to speak and staring blankly as she slipped away.......I NEVER WOULD HAVE TOUCHED THIS ANIME IF IT MEANT SPARING MYSELF THAT ONE IMAGE. And it's that image that defines my whole experience with AOT. And what was it all for? For THIS.

Gabi MotherFUCKING Braun. A character who nobody liked even before this chapter and episode saw the light of day, a character who is NOT interesting, NOT likable or sympathetic in any sense, a character who is NOT essential to the story, and who actively brought it down not just by stealing Sasha's rightful place, but also by stealing focus away from not just her, but from nearly every other aspect of the story that suddenly had to make room for her incredibly forced and insincere "redemption arc". That's a load of crap, Gabi didn't earn her right to redemption any more than Reiner, Annie, or Eren himself did. The fact that Gabi suddenly because Isayama's primary obsession for 80% of the final season is the most crass and unacceptable display of favoritism on the part of any author. I have never had any reason to connect with Gabi or to take any sympathy upon her, and I will continue to vie for the scene where the little bitch gets her dues. Because she did NOT earn her right to live, let alone exist in this story. And I will continue to demand an explanation for Sasha's missing armor plate. We know what the game is there........I want to hear it from the man himself for pulling such a transparent stunt. Long story short, go fuck yourselves, the staff and animators of Studio MAPPA. You are all dead to me.

And that goes tenfold for Hajime Isayama. I hope one day I'll be the guy to bear upon you all of the anger and stress I have felt because of you since the day you unleashed Chapter 105 and in doing so, stole something very precious from us. You should have left well enough alone.

And with that, something I've been wanting to share for a long time......

The current number of watchers I have as of Attack on Titan's long overdue conclusion is 105.

105. The number of the chapter of Isayama's mind rape that destroyed my mental well-being; Assassin's Bullet.

Perhaps I am reading too much into that. Perhaps it's a stupid coincidence. But here's my question.

When is Hajime Isayama going to be dealt the hand he dealt us with that fucking chapter?

I will never forget the horrifying posts I was reading here that morning. The day the pain started.

May 2nd, 2018. The death of Titan.

Hajime Isayama. I only wish I had you in my grip right now. You and your fans won't be so cocky if that ever comes to pass.

Also, fuck you Gabi fans for your part in this hideous spectacle. You're all collectively guilty.

That one chapter. All it took to turn an experience into an everliving nightmare.

Hard to believe that a show with as much going on as Attack on Titan can have absolutely NO entertainment value at all.

Guess the music by Hiroyuki Sawano and the mostly decent voice acting and spectacle simply are NOT enough to make me overlook the meaningless subplots, wasted character potential, totally senseless death scenes, the thinly veiled political agenda that replaced the Titans as a focus, and the enormously inappropriate and unsatisfying ending.

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ENJOY THIS SHIT?

Hurts to have taste.........it means I’m not as easily suckered by all this and as engrossed as you kids and your friends are. The millions of fools between here and fucking Japan.

But then again do I really want to be a part of your cult of personality? Especially one populated by Gabi Braun and Eremika fans? Fuck them.

AOT is not fun to watch or read. Not since the ocean. Needlessly overcomplicated, condescending in its presumed messages, disrespectful towards its own characters, obsessed with promoting useless ones.....and yes, clearly too lenient on genocide, a topic it championed and then shat all over with its unprofessional and tone deaf final stumble.

Those who are still waiting for the finale unironically, you should be embarrassed of yourselves.

Oh and you’re NOT getting your AOE. But you dumb fucks knew that. You just didn’t want to admit it. Hopefully Isayama gets dragged across the coals for the ending he clearly isn’t remorseful over. Just remember kids, “He Became a mass murderer to save them”. And that was worthy of the words “Thank You” from Armin. Get the picture yet?

I remember when I thought Azula was the most insufferable bitch out there.

And then this sack of shit came along, and she brought her nasty fandom with her.

Funny thing is, I don��t remember Avatar making light of Azula’s war crimes just because she was a 14-year old princess. She was young, she was brainwashed, but she understood full well what she was doing and cared little for who suffered for it, And the show didn’t pretend she was an innocent. Or use her age as an excuse for her to escape punishment. Azula was portrayed as a tragic villain, but still one who urgently needed to be defeated if peace were to be achieved. And this was a show originally aimed at preteens.

Attack on Titan, a show rated for adults, has a brainwashed child who has committed war crimes that could easily rival Azula’s and yet her age is constantly used as an excuse to let her off easy. And she essentially got no lasting comeuppance, a few harsh words and a bloody nose but the heroes barely even curse her for her crimes. Her crimes against them, against humanity, her crimes that put her own home in the path of a global cataclysm. Gabi knew what she was doing, regardless of her brainwashing, but she doesn’t get put in her place as a war criminal like Azula was. She got rewarded.

Something is very off about this and this is the kind of thing that effectively kills the excuses Gabi’s obnoxious defenders have stuck with for four years. Avatar seemed to have a better grasp on how crime and punishment work than this fecal matter did.

There any Gabi fans here who really want to keep that act up? There are kids younger than both of these girls who have done even WORSE things in real life.

You guys in short, you’re full of shit.

And yeah, I would gladly sic Azula on Gabi’s ass, that is a one on one that would not end well for Isayama’s pet.

There is no Attack on Titan with Gabi. Seriously, fuck her fandom.

This day, five years ago...

Was the day Attack on Titan ceased to be an anime or a manga worth the time of day.

All because of one certain fucking character who Hajime Isayama insisted on pushing upon us at every turn, and in doing so cemented them as easily the most controversial and most loathed new character in the series.....

Because this little bitch is responsible for one certain fucking scene from the most wretched and most uncalled for chapter in the saga....

One that is easily, the worst bit of fiction I have ever laid eyes on.....

Five years ago today, Chapter 105......AKA Assassin’s Bullet.......the day Attack on Titan ripped away our beloved Potato Girl, Sasha Braus. One of the series’ best, and most beloved, tossed away like trash for a character who failed to justify their very existence.

I still remember how my heart skipped a beat and subsequently sank when I read the first leaks early that morning........And how sick I felt when the full story came out later. I was FURIOUS when this motherfucking chapter came out, and having to look back at even a single frame of that shit still hits hard now. I never forgave this goddamned chapter, nor have I ever forgiven the BASTARD responsible for it. Sasha Braus was a character with tons of untapped potential and the rest of the manga and season four of AOT with it have been blackened by the shadow that cast by this one goddamned death scene that was neither justified or of any value to the larger plot. People have gone to insane lengths to justify Gabi Braun, even though the hate for her remains vocal. Her worst defenders have done everything to convince us that Sasha had no other role to play but to die so a character who has absolutely no redeeming qualities to speak of and an absurd level of plot armor could sweep in and essentially replaced Eren Yeager and company as the new main character, with the parallels between herself and Eren having the subtlety of a sledgehammer to the forehead.

And speaking of plot armor........We still have NO VALID EXPLANATION for why Sasha was the only member of the original squad to not have a breastplate. It’s a plot hole few have acknowledge or pursued with any seriousness, but it should be indicative of how much Isayama did not care how much the integrity of the plot suffered so long as he had his way with a character that NOBODY asked for.

To him and Gabi’s worst defenders across the web, I say they can all go fuck themselves.

Attack on Titan really dropped the ball with its final arcs, but THIS was where I drew the line. I was no longer invested in jackshit after that, and all I saw as I followed the remaining chapters was a concentrated effort to annihilate Sasha from the saga, and to reinforce Gabi as the unwanted replacement through a redemption arc that was from its inception, completely insincere and not earned. It’s such a poisonous moment in AOT’s history and I still remain overtly hostile towards those who defend the damage it did. As far as I’m concerned, they had one simple task, to LEAVE SASHA ALONE. They should have left well enough alone, and I am not done pursuing those who had an active hand in this. Some of those individuals will likely hear from me in the very near future. God willing, IN person. But, we shall see.

Assassin’s Bullet is one of the single ugliest things in all of anime, and Gabi Braun, you are still one of anime’s worst characters. Nobody gets points for their part in bringing this hideous scene to life, and you certainly don’t get points for defending its existence. And after that godawful finale, its existence has become even less justifiable.

This is not a subject I wanted to have to revisit tonight, but not to do so I feel would betray why I even set up this account, and an insult to a character I still cherish deeply. I still want Sasha Braus back, and I’m not gonna be deterred. I only hope the finale episode of Attack on Titan proves the death knell for Isayama’s reputation, that man has fucked with our heads for so many years, he should not be rewarded for it. For me, the hate is definitely still very much personal. I should’ve quit the series after Chapter 93 when Ymir was revealed to be gone.....Nothing but regrets to be had after Chapter 105 came out though. For the things I still love from Attack on Titan.......I regret ever watching it in the first place. That for me is Assassin’s Bullet’s legacy. To hell with this chapter and the episode it spawned. There is no Attack on Titan without Sasha Braus.

Surely, we can come to some kind of agreement. I mean you only enabled one of the worst characters in anime, and played up her importance through the roof as if she was a female Jesus. And so many of your pals have insisted Sasha "had" to go so that your little Mini Eren could take center stage. I only seek ENLIGHTENMENT.

Two Years Ago Today

Attack on Titan came back, and Hajime Isayama stole someone very precious from us. With MAPPA’s help, he forever poisoned the anime, by robbing us of our beloved Sasha Braus.

And all for WHAT PURPOSE AGAIN?

All for the sake of this little prick.

One of the most disgusting and upsetting scenes in anime.......All for a character who serves NO PURPOSE TO THE STORY. Very little would change without Gabi Braun, but the series paid a huge price for Sasha’s loss and after that, it became unwatchable. Sasha was the true heart of the series and had all the makings of a truly great character. And absolutely nothing about Gabi’s overblown and highly invasive “redemption” arc accomplishing anything.

Not one valid reason was offered for why we should care about Gabi. Not ONE. And yet she was forced upon us in the worst way possible. All at the expense of a character so many of us cherished, and one who was abused and exploited in a way nobody can ever justify. Sasha brought something to this series that must NEVER be taken advantage of in the perverse manner that it was.

To this day, no single work has caused me more anger and frustration than this motherfucking season, all because of this one goddamned episode and of course, because of the MANGA that came before it.

For all those who still remember how much they love Sasha, please remember why. We all deserve to have that back, and that effort to get it back, so long as I’m here, will never stop.

THERE IS NO ATTACK ON TITAN WITHOUT SASHA.

And as for you goddamned Gabi Braun fans who may be listening out there.....Shame on every one of you for your silence on Isayama’s actions. And for every bad excuse you’ve made for this inherently poisonous and unnecessary character.

I care about Sasha. Not the "bigger picture" you stupid bitch. We saw how the bigger picture played out in the end. Don't let that shiny new trailer deceive you. Fucking idiot.
