i think in an earlier post you said something along the lines of "they could be either of the main couples, guess" regarding the queer midsummer adaptation - but I love the idea of them as Tatian and Oberon. the only problem is i don't down who i want to play more: both would be a brilliant King of the Faeries (and good enough actors to pull off falling in love with a donkey).And they'd both have very different interpretations of jealous Oberon, but damn if they couldn't pull it off.

Was Sandy (aka my new favourite character - Dream would approve) a kitten when she came to Dream, or older?

ah yeah titania and oberon with them would be funny ! but like highkey i wanted the king and queen of the seelie to be other people HAHA (imagine it was ben kingsley iefksnfie and hob is like "you look exactly like my dad, sir" it would be so funny) there's a lot more pining in the storyline between the four main humans so it fits better with the rest of the AU. but one can always dream !

Sandy was a kitten ! Runt of the litter who was deemed to weak to survive so she was abandoned.

Literally losing my shit over Mikhailgate right now because I kid you not, my friend and I created this bullshit Mike Wheeler clone character a few months back named 'Eduardo' who is essentially just like Mikhail except he's Spanish and is specifically Mike Wheeler in his airport outfit™

The lore goes so deep too, we spent hours conjuring up a shit ton of backstory bullshit for this funky little guy:

- Eduardo is a clone of Mike Wheeler who escaped from Hawkins lab

- He despises Hopper and has tried to (unsuccessfully) murder him three times

- Despite being fluent in Spanish, he constantly uses "Despacito" as a curse word

- He develops an obsession with the cryptid "El Chupacabra" and decides that it's his celebrity crush because he misunderstands the concept

- Eduardo meets up with the Byers at the California airport because the real Mike's flight gets delayed, and ends up joining the California gang on their road trip (much to Mike's dismay)

- Eduardo is convinced that Mike is his long lost brother José (he constantly refers to him as "José, mi hermano!" And it annoys Mike so much)

- Eduardo is a Byler shipper

- After returning to Hawkins, Eduardo becomes Murray's weird little adopted clone son because the world is in no way ready for the chaos this little dude wreaks wherever he goes

It's also important to mention that Eduardo is canonically 10x fruitier than Mike Wheeler and I know that may seem impossible but Eduardo is a god of chaos, he's capable of anything

narratives about doomed love that aren’t romantic in nature. the love between siblings who understand each other the most but are growing apart no matter how much they try to come back to one another. the love between friends whose life paths pull them apart and they never see each other again, only remembering the face of a once kind childhood. the love for a hometown that year by year becomes less and less the one that raised you until you are a foreigner in your own backyard. there was no stopping it. the love was there and it mattered and you can never come back again.
