once my brain stops trying to eat itself i WILL learn to crochet

#the bin #maybe my grandma can teach me. she tried to a long while ago but i also lived too far away to see her often so it didnt stick at all #she had given me a book which was really helpful but i got stuck on something and then the boon got chewed up real bad by mice #and that was the end of my learning to crochet for awhile. i tried learning to make granny aquares last year but i didnt end up doing it #i miss knitting too. i literally never finsihed a knitting project even once tho. i kept reknitting the same small ball of fluffy yarn over #and over again. i coudont decide what to makw with it so i kept taking it apart. it felt really nice to knit with so i was just making a #square over and over and restarting again and again. the process of knotting is pretty plesent to me but the yarn starts to hurt my fingers #after awhile but this was super soft baby blanket yarn so that didnt happen #theres a few things of super soft fluffy yarn here rn but they got dirty so im gonna have to wash them before i can use them which is a pain #well. at least washing fluffy yarn isnt too bad. washing an entire big thing of regular yarn is awful but the fluffy ones are pretty short #i miss it. i dont have any idea where my needles are tho. well. when i move i can get back to doing that

been a while. stuff kinda happened but i don’t really feel like getting into it. anyways here’s yet another WIP. these two are tabaxis related to my pc - esmerr esterr (the litlte girl on the right) and an unnamed male relative (maybe an older brother, or an unrelated caretaker, idk).  they were part of a nomadic desert tribe, and one of their favorite pastimes was exploring ruins and other fun places in search of items and other treasures that they could trade away or sell to other tribes and travelers. i was thinking of making the boy a druid and the girl a rogue (and perhaps an assassin later on, but don’t worry about it).

their story doesn’t have the best ending, but that’s like the main risk of being part of a pc’s backstory. sometimes you just gotta die for someone else’s character development. whoops.
