Today, al-Fajr Forces, the military wing of the Islamist group, directed new and focused missile attacks targeting the Zionist enemy positions in the vicinity of the occupied area of Kiryat Shmona and its interior in northern occupied Palestine.

As we affirm that our missile strikes will continue and increase as the Zionist enemy persists and persists in its aggression against our people in Southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

Surat Al-Fajr, surat yang sangat memvalidasi perasaan terpuruk kita

Beberapa hari kebelakang mengintip isi Surat Al Fajr ternyata juga tak kalah menariknya. Ia mengajarkan kita tentang sikap Allah yang paling 'menerima kita apa adanya' dalam keadaan paling terpuruk sekalipun. Sebuah validasi bak surat cinta yang mengajak mental seseorang nyaman 'berpulang'.

"Wahai jiwa-jiwa yang tenang" begitu salah satu kutipan ayatnya. Seolah-olah memberi pemakluman kepada banyak manusia berupa pelukan hangat, sapaan menyenangkan untuk 'kita' yang sering dipandang rendah.

"Jiwa yang tenang" katanya. Support yang tidak menghakimi. Namun ternyata disambut pintu yang melihatnya saja bisa merasa "oh aku salah, tapi tak apa-apa, aku tak perlu khawatir". Cukup membawa hati yang bersih. Semua kesalahan masa lalu optimis bisa diampuni dan diridhoi taubatnya, optimis bisa dikembalikan menjadi orang yang baik tanpa bayang-bayang masa lalu.

Yaa ayyatuhan nafsul muthma'innah (wahai jiwa yang tenang).

Er geht auf die Vorteile des Morgengebets ein, besonders in der #Jamat (Gemeinschaft). Die 2 Rak'ah (Verbeugungen) von der Sunnah (Sunnah Muakkadah) vor dem eigentlichen #Pflichtgebet (Fard) Salat as-Subh / Salat al Fajr sind mehr wert als die #Dunja (Welt) und was darin ist.

Er erwähnt den Hadith nachdem es besonders den Munafigun (Heuchlern) zu viel ist al-Isha' (Nachtgebet) und das Morgengebet zu verrichten. Das sind Anzeichen für #Nifaq.

Auch wer das #Nachmittagsgebet (al-'Asr) verrichtet und al-Fajr wird vor der #Hölle (Jahannam) gerettet.

Abdellatif zählt weitere Vorzüge auf. Der ganze Vortrag ist auf seinem Account zu finden.

Wer immer nur nachholt und nach diesem Wissen über die Bedeutung von Fajr immer noch ständig liegen bleibt muss an sich zweifeln. Diese Person sollte sich überprüfen was falsch ist.

Powerful Reminder

I transcribed the video because I loved it so much and I think some might have missed the last paragraph or so because it comes in after the tiktok "credits":

Translation

A hundred years from now—and we are in 2020—the date will be 2120. We will be, bi'ithnillah, with our relatives and friends beneath the earth; our eternal destiny will be crystal clear before our eyes. Our homes will be inhabited by strangers, our jobs shall be done, and our property shall be owned by others. Nothing shall be remembered of us. So who from amongst us now remembers his grandfather's father? We will only be a line in some people's memory. Our names and shapes shall soon be forgotten—so why do we prolong our thoughts on how people see us and the future of our wealth, homes, and family? All of this is of no use or benefit after a hundred years. Our existence is but a flash in comparison to the age of the universe. You will collapse and expire in the blink of an eye and there shall come after us tens of generations. Every generation will bid farewell to the world in a hurry and deliver the flag to the next generation, before accomplishing a quarter of its dreams.

So let us understand therein our real worth in this dunya, our real time in this universe—which is, in fact, smaller than we imagine. There, after a hundred years, in the midst of darkness and silence, we will realize how trivial the world was; how our dreams of increasing in it were ridiculous and we will wish that we spent our whole lives in matters of great fortitude and high resolve, collecting good deeds and specifically the continued charities. Some of us will cry out for help; it will be of no use. As Allah (azzawajal) says:

"'My Lord! Send me back, That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind.' No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected."

—Qur'an (Al-Mu'minun) 23:99-100

And another will say:

"My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be of the righteous."

—Qur'an (Al-Munafiqun) 63:10

Another will say:

"Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life."

—Qur'an (Al-Fajr) 89:24

As long as, my Muslim brother, there still remains some life, let us consider and let us change. Oh what a journey—it starts from the back of the father to the stomach of the mother, and from the stomach of the mother to above the earth, and from above the earth to beneath the earth, from beneath the earth to the Day of Judgement, and in each station, you see wonders. And in the end, the journey is complete: either to Paradise or either to Hell.

Two types of fitnah, my Muslim brother: a man who has never entered the masjid except for his janazah, and a woman who has never been covered except in her shroud. How ignorant. And until when will we continue like this? Indeed it is the bitter truth. They come to work on time and they travel to the airport before the appointed time. They also go to the hospital before their appointment. Then they sleep from the prayer and they say: "Our issue is, we are heavy sleepers." Rather, as Allah says:

"But you prefer the worldly life,"

A lesson for you and I and those who come after us. Oh Allah, we ask you for a good ending.

Ugh, I've been meaning to post about this doll for what feels like ages! Allergies have been pretty bad this week, but I've finally been able to pull myself together enough to post about Fulla's prayer dolls!

According to the Islamic blog Alhannah.com, "The purpose of a prayer outfit is twofold – to respect the sanctity of prayer by covering one’s ‘Awrah’ (parts of the body that should be covered in public) and to uphold the principles of modesty".

"A prayer outfit typically encompasses a long, loose-fitting skirt paired with a top that has a head covering (Hijab), collectively ensuring that the body remains concealed during prayer". The website also states that there are one-piece and two-piece versions of the outfit, the choice between the two often coming down to preference of the wearer (in this case, it seems Fulla prefers the latter)

Muslims pray five times per day: once in the morning before dawn (Fajr), once at midday (Dhuhr), once in the afternoon (Asr), once after sunset (Maghrib), and once in the evening (Isha).

As far as I can find, there have been three prayer dolls of Fulla released. Two are for the Fajr and Isha prayers respectively, and one is for a process connected to all five!

Fulla's first prayer doll was released in 2004 with a doll-sized prayer mat and prayer beads for yourself!

Prayer mats are used to ensure the ground is clean while praying. Prayer beads, meanwhile, are used for dhikr, a process of prayer recitation after each of the five daily prayers. The beads are typically counted for each of the 99 names of Allah recited, however with certain prayer beads consisting of 33 beads instead (such as the one included here) they are counted 3 times over. The first 33 recitations are "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah), the second 33 are "Al-Ahamdulilah" (Praise be to God), and the final 33 are "Allahu Akbar" (God is greatest). After these you must pray "Laa ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shay in qadir" (There is no god worthy of worship except Allah alone, with no partner or associate) once.

Her next prayer doll was released in 2006 for the Morning Prayer (Fajr)! While I can't definitively say the same for the prior Prayer Dress Fulla, this doll wears indoor clothes underneath her prayer outfit to start the day! She comes with a prayer mat and bag, and (it says on the box but its hard to read) a prayer booklet of the Morning Prayers! And I hadn't even known this until now for this doll or the next, but apparently there's a button on her back that makes her recite them (batteries included)!

I like how much the pink pops against the white! Although the outfit is decent, it looks a bit plain compared to her other indoor looks (although that could have been intentional). I don't have any particularly strong feelings on her fashion, but it's decent!

The same year a doll for the Night Prayers (Isha) was released as well! Underneath her prayer clothes she wears a pair of pink pajamas with gingham detailing, with matching pink slippers! It seems she also came with a prayer mat, bag, and booklet (this time for the Night Prayers) as the Morning Prayers Fulla did! And yes, she also has a button to make her pray them with you!

I love these pajamas so much, they're so cute!!! And the way they match her prayer outfit too??? Indoor-fashion-wise, I probably prefer this one over the Morning Prayer's indoor outfit.

Overall, I love how all of these dolls not only represent a significant Islamic religious practice, but encourage children to do it with her! Between the prayer beads and voice button, I can easily see this doll joining in prayer with her owner :)

And not too difficult to imagine either, since Fulla has also made officially branded prayer clothes in 2005, 2007, and as recent as 2024!

Anyway, I'm glad I was finally able to dive deep into this topic like I'd been meaning to look into for a while (now to get some sleep as it is currently 4am)
