Moments I loved from ep 2

1) Adrien Pimento being cast as Mr D

2) Annabeth being so unsettling because she knows so much but dosen’t know how to communicate it she’s excellent

3) Grover standing up to Mr D and Chiron to be a real friend to Percy and telling him about his mom and saying the only thing that would convince Percy to go on that quest

4) They did a very good job with Clarisse. They got her camo pants and ponytail exactly right and she and the other Ares kids are very big and imposing compared to Percy

5) Luke really took Percy under his wing at the Hermes cabin and the scenes they had really communicated why Percy trusted him so much so quickly. I wish they’d had some scenes of Luke training Percy in sword fight though, because in the books Percy owes a lot of his swordsmanship to Luke’s training and it’s another tie that complicated their relationship
